Hotel was nice, until they locked me out of my room. they claimed I was suppose to check out on Sunday, I provided my itinerary that shows I was paid until Monday

The hotel is nice. The hotel locked me out of my room a mistake on their behalf. I had proof that I was there for 3 days there record only showed 2 night stay. When I provided my itinerary they open up the door.
