Alisa operates as an Independent Contractor (“IC”) affiliated with tripcentral.ca, dedicated to fulfilling your travel needs. Alisa is the food photographer, recipe developer, and videographer behind The Delicious Spoon. When she’s not in the kitchen, you can find her hiking, visiting Niagara wineries, and spending time with her family. Alisa loves sharing her favourite family recipes that have been passed through generations. She also loves to travel off the beaten path and has set her sights on Morocco, Greece, Croatia, and Africa with a visit to the beaches of either Mauritius or Zanzibar! Alisa’s specialty is culinary and cultural travel. She visits countries not only to see the sights but to taste all the best dishes – where the locals go to get the best, not the tourists. Alisa enjoys putting together bucket list, non-cookie cutter vacations most, but also appreciates a relaxing beach vacation having visited many resorts in the Caribbean. She has lots of experience travelling with small children to beach destinations but also to more exotic locations such as China and Thailand. She travelled with her kids before they were 2 years old (now teenagers) and can offer lots of tips and suggestions for anyone ready to show their kids the world. Alisa spends so much time researching places to go on her next adventure, she decided to join our team and help others find adventure or a great beach too!
