Resort was beautifully lots to do for kids and families. There are opportunities for improvement such as towels and tubes for the lazy river not being available. Also lifeguards do not enforce rules and the pools could be cleaner. Otherwise family lounge, bowling, cafe and restaurants were great and the staff for the most part were friendly and helpful.

Ocean Coral Springs hotel is a nice resort with lots of friendly and accommodating staff’s from front desk, bellman, grounds keeper, entertainments and other areas. I found out that the food was good but Jamaicans who travel and returned was not treated with a smile like the white people and that’s a shame. Checking was amazing from start to finished.

What i really liked about the Ocean Coral Springs, the beach is right on the property. The grounds are kept lovely but other things Really needs improvement, some of their staffs needs customer service training. The tables and chairs needs to, update. Most of the tables are wobbly and the plastics on the chairs are peeling off, also. The small fridge inside the room wasn't working at all , the bottle water felt like room temperature water, also the scale to weight ,wasn't even working at all , the lights on both bed frames, only one light was working. I was extremely disappointed in the conditions of the room, the windows curtains was so dirty.

Great resort, we would recommend to everyone. Stayed on the adult side, family side opening soon after renovations due to the hurricane. Great pools and a couple of small beaches. Excellent room with ocean view. Grounds were well maintained. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. No issue with service. Entertainment staff were fun. A la carte were good. Buffet food was very good. A 5 star from us.

Traveled as a couple in September 2026. The goods: beach is calm, clean, lounge chairs and palapas are readily available. Room is spacious and clean. Just line up for a-la-cart restaurants (except for Samurai which requires advanced booking). Buffet and other restaurants offer a wide variety of tastes, Jamaican theme night even offers fresh coconut water! Quick response (within the hour) to our service requests. Every hotel worker provides service in a friendly and professional manner. Floor managers knocked on door to check if everything is satisfactory at the end of the day. The gym is adequate and is underused; we used it twice daily after meals. Need to improve: reduction of waiting time to access a room; web check-in [webcheckin.iberostar.com.] prior to arrival did not save us time; we received our room past 5pm, ie. more than 2 hrs later (Btw, confirmation # used by Hotel is different than that issued by Tripcentral.ca, eg. 012345678001 vs 12345678; challenging to web check-in). Iberostar App should have reporting function for room facilities remediation, etc. Tip: Download Iberostar app to your mobile phone to plan your day/week including which hours restaurants are open for the day. While on the beach, you even receive message 'your room is clean' We will book again in the future!

Hotel is amazing Beach and pool are very close to the hotel A plus to have bars and jerk hut by the beach Excellent service. Workers are very nice and friendly. My room cleaned twice daily. Good food selection. They have something for everyone.

Riu Negril was a wonderful resort. Very clean and great atmosphere. The food was very good and lots of variety Drinks were top notch. There were few things that were tough for us Too many stairs and also lots of walking to get to the restaurants. But overall it was great

We had a lovely time. Resort was clean and well kept. Staff were friendly. Room was beautiful. Thank you to all staff. Particularly enjoyed the coffee shop! We also loved the visits form the sweet cats and dogs who remain invisible but if approached are very friendly

The views from the hotel was amazing. Lots of activities to do like evening jazz in the lobby with popcorn, dancing on the beach or even pool relay during the day. Fun for everyone!!! Every staff was friendly and ready to help you. Can't wait to go back

They were closing for renovations at the end of August and they were just using out the stock they had. Fish was mostly tilapia. they just state Nightly entertainment with no other description. There was not much shade at the beach.

This resort is excellent. Nicely decorated and clean rooms. Buffet restaurant had a variety of food options with the Caribbean food being exceptional! The drinks were top shelf. The service impeccable and the entertainment was ‘very good’. Wish there was more Bob Marley Music but otherwise it was great! The beach and weather amazing. Beach did have a few rocks but if you bring water shoes it’s not a problem. Would definitely return!

We spent a fabulous week at Couples Swept Away . The rooms were clean and very well maintained. The mini fridge was stocked daily. The employees were super friendly. The food was excellent in the buffet, the specialty restaurants and the grill. Feathers specialty restaurant was amazing. The grounds are well maintained. The entertainment in the evening was low key but nice the steel drum band was awesome . They have numerous activities in the day time that you can do, from yoga, aquafit, pickle ball, lap pool, bean bag toss, ring toss and so much more. They also have water sports that’s included. Glass bottom boat ride, snorkeling and catamaran. Negril beach is amazing and they rake the beach every morning. Lots of beach chairs with cushions and the cushions you can use as floats in the ocean. This is truly a wonderful resort. We have done 20 plus all inclusive resorts and this resort will be our new go to.

We stayed at this hotel 5 times. We keep coming back because it feels like home. All the staffs are helpful and will go out of their way to get you what you want. They genuinely want to make your stay memorable, fun, happy and stress free! We love the size of the rooms, very spacious. We normally stay over the family side because we find it more entertaining. The luxury side is for those looking for peace and quiet. We can’t wait until the other side is open. It’s a huge resort. Lots of restaurants options once the family size is open.

We stayed in the premium room which was newly renovated but some of the furniture was broken. Beds are not the most comfortable and creeks but this didn’t trouble us much. Most of the staff are friendly .. going above and beyond, with the exception of two or three staff members mostly managing the grilled meats/ pasta station at the main buffet. Beach is lovely and bar tenders are friendly and accommodating. Room service was fine but there were a few days where the supplies were not replenished, but we called reception and had this resolved. The resort seems short staffed so probably something that Karisma needs to address!! They encourage you to use the app for checking restaurant times but the app information is not accurate. This was a little frustrating and even more so since a manager never called us back to address this situation. Staff also gave us inaccurate restaurant information. The food at the Asian and Caribbean restaurant wasn’t the greatest but we loved the Italian restaurant. With a little more attention to detail, additional staffing and some upgrades this resort has the potential to provide a 5 star experience

We booked our trip to Bahia Principe, Montego Bay,Jamaica through TripAdvisor, and the booking process itself was smooth. We found the resort, via internet, called directly, and had everything confirmed within an hour through Jairus Maus. On July 14, We arrived at the hotel around 2:30 p.m. after an hour-plus drive from the airport, but unfortunately our room wasn’t ready until after 4:30 p.m. The first two days at the resort were enjoyable. Before leaving Canada, I had emailed my travel agent Jairus regarding excursions and transportation but never received any information or reply in that regards . We decided to find this info from the hotel once we reach there. Rather than waste more time, I booked our excursions through the hotel reception after checking in. We spent our second day relaxing and exploring the resort. On our third day, we went to the Dunn’s River Falls excursion, which included climbing the falls, zip-lining over them, and snorkeling. The excursion itself was fantastic. The tour organizers had arranged lunch for us at a nearby village restaurant after snorkeling and had even taken our meal orders that morning. Unfortunately, this is where our vacation took a terrible turn. We arrived at the restaurant Chukka Island Village outpost around 3:30 p.m. after not eating all day. The staff were rude and inattentive. We were ignored for quite some time, weren’t even offered water, and had to ask for it ourselves after our jerk chicken was served. When they finally brought it, they simply slid the glasses onto the table without saying a word. The service was extremely disappointing. After lunch, at 0345 pm, we were driven back to the hotel, arriving about 30–45 minutes later. Almost immediately, my husband began running to the bathroom repeatedly and started shaking. As a nurse, I became very concerned. I called reception asking if they had Tylenol. They initially offered to send a nurse, but I explained that I was a nurse myself and only needed medication. They directed me to the gift shop, where I paid US$30 for a bottle of 24 Tylenol tablets, along with an overpriced package of Pepto-Bismol. Later that night, I also became ill. For the next five days, both of us suffered from constant diarrhea and stomach illness unable to hold anything down. Our vacation was completely ruined. We could barely eat anything—even a piece of toast would pass through us almost immediately. Every day we hoped we would recover enough to enjoy at least part of our trip, but we never did. Even on the morning we were leaving for the airport, my husband attempted to eat something light before our flight and had to run straight to the bathroom afterward. Throughout our stay, we repeatedly asked for fresh lemon to have with tea, hoping it would help settle our stomachs. Every restaurant told us they didn’t have any. It was surprising that a five-star resort couldn’t provide something as basic as fresh lemon. What was most disappointing was the lack of follow-up from the resort. I reported what had happened to the excursion booking department, guest services, and reception. I explained that I wasn’t only concerned about us—I wanted to make sure this didn’t happen to other guests if the meal from the excursion restaurant was the cause. Unfortunately, no one ever contacted us, checked on our condition, or followed up in any way. The resort itself is beautiful, and the facilities were great. However, we were unable to enjoy any of it because we spent almost our entire vacation sick. The only food we ate outside the resort was the lunch provided as part of the excursion that the hotel arranged. If you’re planning to stay at Bahia Principe Jamaica and book excursions through the hotel, I would encourage you to be cautious about the meals provided during those excursions. Our experience completely overshadowed what should have been a wonderful vacation.

Went with a group of 8 for a week in July and joined by friends who stayed one night. From the moment we arrived at the airport till the morning we left we were treated with superb customer service from Sandals staff. Large resort with lots of options for food and we were treated very well at every restaurant. The food was delicious and well prepared. Our rooms were clean and well supplied with adequate toiletries and towels. We didn't have to ask for anything for our rooms which were located in the Great House and in the villas on the Hillside. Staff are always asking if we needed anything and would go out of their way to meet our needs. We spent most of our days at the beach soaking in the sea. Some spots are a bit rocky but we didn't need water shoes as we avoided those areas. We were able to get beds in the shade every day on the beach. We recommend this resort if you are looking to be pampered and want some time away for fun and relaxation. There is something for everyone at this resort.

We just returned from our stay at Azul Beach Resort. The staff were truly amazing and very friendly! The beach of coarse was so beautiful. One of the best I have been to! Because we went off season, there was only 1 buffet open. The food was not bad (if food is more important than beach, then this may not be for you) The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed so comfy. The pools weren't overly big, but always clean and most with a swim up bar. The only thing that I wasn't a fan of was that there were steps (just one) everywhere. It would be easy to take a fall if you weren't paying attention. Other than that, I would definitely go back. I am not one to go looking for perfection when travelling to another country. If you go looking for issues, then you will find them. We had an amazing time while we were there and can't wait to go back!!

Everything was professionally done. The food was tasty the staff was very helpful and easy to talk to. The property was clean. I like that checking was sit down check in and cool drink was waiting for me. I would love to visit again.

The RIU REGGAE was a great hotel recommended by our lovely agent Joanne L. from tripcentral. This hotel was perfect for my husband who walks with a cane. The rooms were accessible by elevator. The walk to the Buffet (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) was short as to the entertainment stage, bars and beach. We loved the fact that the beach to the left of the property was gradual entry. The staff at the bars and dining area were friendly and attentive. The only thing we had an issue with was that both of us sleep with a cpap and there was only one outlet between the beds. We asked front desk over two days for an extension cord as we didn't think to bring an outlet tower. Both days they said they would ask maintenance and call us. At one point they wanted to bill us for the extension cord if they found one. We didn't bother and found a solution by unplugging the coffee machine thankfully the cord were long enough that it worked. The follow up and solution would have been the only issue we experienced with Front Desk. Overall, we loved the beach and the pool bar. Comparing it to the other RIU property we have stayed at. If your not looking for glitz and glam but a great relaxing time. This is your place.

Susan was our travel agent and I am disappointed. We booked a king size suite and it was our anniversary. We called her prior to our trip to confirm because we seen that it was double beds booked and she mentioned that it means double occupancy. When we arrived it was indeed a double bed and my husband is over six feet tall. We asked if there was any mention of our anniversary after we realized we didn’t receive the accommodations that we booked and they said there is no note saying this was our anniversary or they would have prepared for that. When we returned we called her and sent her a email and she did not even call us back. Usually I book with Martine but she was on holidays. Moving forward I will only book with Martine as Susan put a bad taste in my mouth. This is not the fault of the resort. The resort itself was okay. They went out of their way to accommodate us the best they could given the circumstances.

The Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton have beautiful grounds and gardens.During our stay at this hotel, the reception suffered major and noisy repairs I got headaches.the black tarp surrounding the large repair area and the grandious stairs took away the beauty of this hotel.We received a good apartment room. However, the bed had a major issue:screeching at each turn, it was hard to rest properly. The Sunset Cove beach we liked: although it supposed to be a quiet area, often noisy groups came in and turn the music loud, some people screaming in the water. There was no shade j afternoon, as the palapas did not have the top to provide it. Moreover, sometimes you could hear the loud noise from construction site hammers nearby. The food was good on the main restaurant. The rest were missing some things, for knstance: lemons were scarce, I had to pay to get 2 lemons. The a la cart restaurants were good, just Poseidon was disappointing, we had a late dinner appointment and all specific dishes were gone, we received basically same dishes as the buffet. As this hotel is renowned for the largest pool in Jamaica, I would recommend it for people enjoying the pool, rather than a quiet beach.

Stayed here for 4 days to see Negril, came in with proper expectations given the size and amenities and was very happy overall with the trip. The hotel is small and location is amazing, steps from the beach. Rooms were a bit dated but clean and the vaulted ceiling on the 2nd floor made it seem larger. Continental breakfast was great as we don’t eat heavy breakfasts. Fruit, cereal, toast with butter and jam, muffin, a hard boiled egg with tea / coffee /juice. We tried the salt fish fritters off the menu and they were good. Staff were all nice and helpful. The beach is beautiful, white sand and calm waters, you can walk all day long. Soft sand underfoot in the water and no rocky areas by the hotel beach. Great places to eat all around, honestly in Jamaica you can’t go wrong with food. There’s so much pride and love in what they make, with recipes handed down for generations. This hotel wasn’t fancy and if you go in with the proper expectations it delivers a good value option for exploring Negril - clean, safe accommodations at a great location.

this was a beautiful resort except for the beach part. not a lot off sand here ,small and low water.I really go to those places for the beach part.No non alcholic beer was another thing .The pic you are addvertising for the beach is false.Iwas not expecting what i saw.

The resort was better than we expected, the food was outstanding, I have dietary issues and always had wonderful choices for fresh fruit, salads and dairy free options. Fresh eggs cooked at your liking. The wine was really good, surprisingly:) The rooms was stunning but a little small, not alot of closet space. The bath room was beautiful but the counter space was limited. The outside deck was lovely with a day bed and table and chairs where I mediated each morning The coffee at the coffee bar was delicious! I went to the gym every morning and always found a treadmill to run on but the two other bike machines were not working The pool was lovely, small but just right for the amount of people on this resort The beach was incredible, we thought because we needed to cross the road to get to the private beach it was a deal breaker, but surprisingly it was just fine and we had a security guard who stop traffic to cross The beach was private for this resort, big palm umbrellas, privaye service for food and drink for this resort only. I walked along the beach and looked at other resprts and this one was by far the best beach front! We made the best choice. Thanks to Beth at trip central for this recommendation. Thanks to all the staff at the resort who were always happy, helpful and grateful. Shout out to Cash, and Tamika who took care of our drinks and meal service. A great experience over all and can't wait to go back.

This is the fifth time in Jamaica, the first time in this resort and I can only sayTHE BEST place we have been. From the employees that you feel like part of a big family, they so much care about making you feel like royalties. The service is the best, the beach is amazing even though you cross the street with help. The only thing I would like to mention, there is not enough food selection, we don’t eat seafood or meat, but the chicken jerky was the best all the time, I know it is of season this month and every hotel is cutting in order not waste. Reasonable ?

The resort was beautiful, the beach areas were well maintained, the food was fantastic, Howard at the Piano Bar makes the best drinks. The housekeeping on the other hand, not great. We arrived on Thursday and our room was not touched until Sunday night, we left Monday. Once our water in the mini fridge was replenished without asking. I had to repeatedly ask for clean towels, our garbage/dishes were not cleared away until the Sunday night. Our bed was not made until the Sunday night. Disappointing considering you go on vacation to not have to worry about these things.

1 restaurant and the buffet was open. After 1030 only room service which took over an hour especially after a night of drinking. Plenty cockroaches. Last call at the bar is 1am. The food at the buffet was good.

Recently stayed at Riu Club Negril for 7 days and had a fantastic experience overall. The resort was beautiful, very clean, and the service was excellent. Check-in was the fastest and most efficient we’ve experienced compared to resorts in the Dominican Republic and Mexico. Our room was in Villa 2 on the second floor with a full beach and ocean view. It was clean, spacious, featured modern furnishings, and had a VERY comfortable king-sized bed. The food was great with plenty of variety and no shortages. Everything we tried was delicious, and the steakhouse was excellent both times we visited. The grilled jerk chicken and taco spot near the main pool are absolute must-tries. We aren’t really pool-lounger people, so we spent every day at the beach. Bob’s Bar was AMAZING! Drink service was quick throughout the trip, and every server was fantastic. The beach was kept very clean. My only suggestion would be more frequent raking to help reduce sand fleas. Booking with Captain Charlie and his team (Luke) was easily the best excursion decision we made. Although not affiliated with the resort, he honestly should be. Safety was clearly a top priority throughout the experience. He picked us up directly from the beach near the Scuba Caribe hut on a glass-bottom boat. We started with open-water snorkeling, with gear and life jackets provided, then visited caves before heading to Seven Mile Beach where we had time to walk, swim, and relax with loungers and an umbrella. We finished at Rick’s Café to watch the sunset before returning to Riu. Keep in mind that food, beach loungers, umbrellas, and drinks purchased away from the resort were at our own expense, so bring extra cash. Another important tip: bring bug spray with a high DEET content for evenings both on and off the resort. Natural bug spray doesn’t cut it, fair warning. Overall, we had an amazing trip and would absolutely return.

Hotel was amazing. Very clean, staff super friendly, food was amazing at every restaurant that we visited. Hoped for a little more entertainment in the day but the vibes was really good. Lots of space as well to chill alone

Bahia Principe was stunning! All the staff were fantastic! They had activities all day long near the main pool, including a foam party open till 11pm on Sunday nights. Everything was super clean, our room was huge, gorgeous and cleaned up to 3 times a day which was super amazing!!! The beach is really small and rocky but good for snorkeling and still nice to sun tan. The food at every restaurant including the beach restaurant for lunch and Jasmine buffet was super delicious and they had so many different options!

This was my first time staying at a Riu and I would recommend this resort. I’d give the location top marks. Situated in Bloody Bay, this little cove north of Seven Mile Beach was perfect. With only 5 resorts, it was peaceful and the beach and ocean were the best I’ve been to in a while since there was very little sargassum. My only complaint would be the lack of shade - you needed to get up early to get a spot under a tree which was the only shade available. Grateful we prefer the beach since the hotel had three small pools side by each that were only 4’ deep. The staff were great and service was top notch. The food in the buffet started off good but by the end of the week the quality wasn’t there and we ended up sticking to the same food for most of the week. We tried only one à la carte, Italian, which was pretty good. The rooms were nice and the grounds were very clean and well maintained. We’d definitely come back!

Our hotel room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the Tower Isle. We enjoyed the sailing, snorkelling, and Jamaican dance class. We visited Couples Sans Souci for a day. Our favourite daytime spot was Tower Isle. Our favourite nighttime spot was the martini and piano bar. The Eight Rivers and Bayside restaurants were both excellent. We would definitely go back to Couples Jamaica, but might consider a longer stay and spend half the time at Tower Isle and the other half at Sans Souci.

The rooms were very good. The grounds were immaculately kept. The staff were constantly cleaning, wiping down, etc. Shout out to Gary and the other servers who were very hard working and pleasant. The buffet restaurant was outstanding! In addition to the Jamaican station which was there every day, there was lots of fish and seafood, Italian food, asian food, etc. There was a juice bar, good selection of fruit and extensive salad bar. There were even vegan burgers, and other vegan options like curried chickpeas, lentils and the best stewed peas I ever had (its stewed red beans), which I ate every day! Thanks to Osheen at the Sports bar who made my special coffee every morning with a smile. The Riu entertainment crew were on fire every day with pool games, excellent exercise classes (shout out to Anna banana), and evening entertainment. Last but not least, kudos to the Riu corporation for its strong sustainability initiatives! The AC was centrally controlled - you could not crank up the AC, but you didn't need to. You could control the fan speed, and that was good enough. There was no disposable plastic - the coffee cups were recycleable (take note Tim Hortons and others!), the other drinks were served in reusable glass or reusable plastic cups. There was a large and long open verandah with lots of couches, tables and chairs, so guests could sit and chill and chat and play board games. There was always a strong breeze blowing to keep it comfortable. I highly recommend this resort!

Well Riu did it for me thank Riu Jamaica for your friendly smiles clean grounds and I mean clean everywhere you are you will see it food so much just Awesome and to Genius well he is amazing funny dude everyone are so sweet it made a really good time

My Second stay here in two months. The staff are very friendly and professional. Rooms are cleaned spotless daily. They Treat you like family. Locations is ideal!! The Beach is perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel is very run down and our room was full of ants. We had no hot water and our room wasn’t cleaned the whole week we were there. The staff are amazing and the beach is gorgeous. We would not book again.

This “resort” needs major help. Where do we start! No hot water….it would get a little warm if you let the shower runs for 20 minutes before getting in, if not you froze to death. There was only 1 key to our room since the card lock was broken. Housekeeping couldn’t access our room to clean it because we had the only key. We had to chase down the cleaning staff just to get clean towels, toilet paper and other essentials. We didn’t have a fridge in our room, they expect you to pay $10 US a day to have one. The ice machine was always broken so you couldn’t get your water cold. Now the best part. There are 2 large bars near that the locals go to. Parties every night. Most times they went until 5am!! Oh yes, we were suppose to have a king bed with a garden view. That did not happen. We had a single bed and a small double bed and our garden view was overlooking the parking lot of the bar next door! One night was horrendous, the night before their “Labour Day” holiday party until 5:30am. Two very bad accidents on the road in front of the “resort” racing motors and extreme loud bass music. We had one night that we were able to sleep. Oh yes, I can’t forget to mention the bugs in your room, the roosters and dogs barking as soon as the music stops in the early hours. Stay away from “rooms on the beach”!

Pretty plain Resort no bells are whistles comes with a complimentary breakfast that is repeated every day. It is beside Woodstock the resort very loud music so late at night very loud we were close to the ocean so it was probably louder for us if you want quiet get closer to the road rooms low number buildings building 1 2 3 4 we don't want seven or nines or close to the ocean and right beside Woodstock the noise is very loud we just got home it is pretty quiet there the prices for food that went up substantially the resort was clean nice and full maid service they gave us ice Restaurant is only open till 3:00 p.m.. the water was beautiful turquoise water we had a lifeguard yadin was his name you could ask him to get you whatever you need umbrella chairs. Patricia was the maid she took good care of us made sure we had sugar and coffee and clean the room whenever we wanted pool towels are available the chairs on the beach or at the resort are not yellow anymore the price of booze was very reasonable. I had one problem the hired security guard stole my Bluetooth speaker but in the morning I turned it on with my phone and it was in his bag in a Cupboard I could hear it playing his name was David, was not impressed. I told Kim Misha about it and she was going to get somebody and David came over and pulled it out of his bag but at least I got my speaker back I think he was surprised when I could turn it on and off with my phone. It is very quiet at this Resort in May except for Woodstock next door but you are in the middle of the Seven Mile Beach which is nice you can walk both ways the sun was very hot and a lot of rain is expected for the time of year. I have been there before and I will probably go again sometime , The Price is Right! Oh yeah it does have a large pool that is cleaned every morning by Yadean. The rooms were a fair size had a single bed and a double bed we had lots of hot water when we found out where to put the handle and the air conditioning was great and you would get a little small TV and a little coffee pot with some tea and coffee and sugar but they don't have any cream you had to go to the kitchen to get cream for the coffee . The continental breakfast existed of coffee tea orange juice a bagel or white or brown toast two little pieces of watermelon two little pieces of pineapple two little pieces of cantaloupe and I mean little pieces and little bit of jam and a little bit of butter for your toaster Bagels and a little cupcake chocolate sometimes or blueberry that's everything, and an hard boiled eye. You can also order off menu ! $. There are a few places across the street that you can eat little restaurants and there's a little store and there is also the jerk chicken guy that sets up at night time right across the street from the resort the price of chicken rice and a little veggies with a piece of Festival was 1500 Jamaican dollars which is about 15 bucks Canadian which is about $10 us. If your transportation is supplied by your air service the trip is approximately 2 to 3 hours from Montego Bay to Negril .

We just returned from Couples Tower Isle and had a fantastic time. This is our second time to Tower Isles and we will definitely return again and again. Both times (March 25 and May 26) there was a marvelous breeze so even though it got up to 31° C, it was still very comfortable. The staff are amazing here, always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms, pools, bars, dining and entertainment was great. This is the second time that Robyn Plante booked us to Tower Isles. Robyn was a great help. We were so impressed with our Jamaica trip last March that we even booked a family Jamaica trip through Tripcentral last December at Iberostar Selection Suite. We had a great time there with the kids and grandkids. Victoria Guest helped us book as Robyn was away. I would highly recommend both agents and Tripcentral. We have been booking through Tripcentral for many years.

Beautiful well kept, very friendly staff always there if you need anything, food was delicious, the beach was excellent and the guys and gals there were right there to get you whatever you'd like, just need the price to go down so we can come back for our fourth time

The hotel was perfect, grounds were well kept. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. All the restaurants were fabulous, we did not want for anything. The beach was excellent. We were pleased with proximity of the facilities. We had a garden suite and it met all our needs and was very comfortable. We will definitely try to come back.

Usually a great resort but due to hurricane, staff has completely changed. Beach on adult side is non existent and very rocky. Room service menu is very limited. Only 1 elevator working the entire stay.

The Princess Grand Jamaica has great rooms, pools, water park, sports facilities and tons of seating inside and outside. The beach is pretty to look at but awful to walk on. Tons of rocks in the ocean so very few people even bother going in. Individual interactions with staff were great but on the whole, they are understaffed and it shows in food and beverage service. Bartenders would have to leave the bar to go hunt down used cups and wash them before serving guests. Ingredients were often out. Buffet was fine, food was reliable (that's as positive as it gets). The restaurants were a mess however. No reservation system results in families waiting for hours and hours to eat. The first night we waited for 4 hours to sit down, then had a sever come to ask us for our order before they had even given us a menu to look at. Food was lacklustre at best. Service at the buffet was also lacking. It was often best to get your own pitcher of water or a carafe to refill your own coffee.

Just returned from spending a wonderful week here. Not a big fan of large tower style resorts but this one pleasantly surprised us. Staff was amazing and treated our adult special needs son with respect and involved him in all sorts of activities. Food was excellent with lots to choose from. We are not big beach people so the smaller beaches did not effect us. Lots of chairs and loungers around the pools so never a problem getting a spot.

Only half resort was open, second half was under restoration. Room were good. It seemed like they cleaned it several times a day which was very unusual but great. Didn't use mini fridge often, but each time it was refilled shortly after. Beaches were not great for swimming without shoes, but we were snorkeling and it was perfect for that. Food was very good in buffet and amazing in all restaurants for reservations (only 3 were open at the time). There were a lot of fun activities during the day and in the evening. Very helpful and pleasant staff and Sunwing rep (Vincent)on site. Pros: room, service, food, snorkeling, activities. Cons: privilege club reps first day, beach.

This hotel is older but clean. Rooms were large ,air-conditioning worked great. Chef Andre did an amazing job. Best beach I've ever been to. Friendly staff. This hotel is perfect for mature people bar closed at 10 pm Country the entertainer is amazing. I will go back again

Tammy certainly miss directed us on this on. The resort was beautiful except that the garden view room was a view of a pillar, with a highway less than 50m away. It was loud, you couldn’t open the blinds as it was on the main floor, with everyone walking by. She should have known that and told us not to choose this room! I was so annoyed and disappointed. The beach was not 7 miles long, more like 2 km, unless you want to walk beside the highway and a barb wire fence! However, the food was good, the water was warm, and there were a lot of activities to keep you busy. But again, lots of boats running up and down the water front, which I found distracting from the beauty of the beach.

The hotel and grounds were nice. The beach is rocky and shallow. We had no problem getting lounges at the beach or pool. The room was clean. Yes we had 3 cockroach visitors. The steakhouse and Route 66 was good. The Senses Bob Marley dinner and show was excellent. The buffet was small and they were unable to keep it stocked up the trays were too small. It was better to go to the Marlin for breakfast. As well the buffet is not open 8am to 11am we were denied entry at 10:30 because they close at 11. The staff were amazing!

The guest experience was Excellent. We had a wonderful time. Food was great , all services were on point. My wife forgot her phone in the tour bus, the hotel tracked it down by looking at all the cameras and realized it was in the bus. That was very impressive. All around was an Amazing experience. Highly recommended to anyone going to Jamaica ?? ♥️

This was my first time to Jamaica and I will definitely return. Grounds kept clean, food was excellent, staff very attentive and a great experience overall. The rooms were slightly dated but the staff was doing repairs and painting daily while we were there. I found the coral springs lobby smelt better than the ocean Eden lobby (somewhat smelt like mold). I’m sure they will fix this. The steakhouse was excellent (try the cheesecake). The Italian was excellent, the marlin for lunch and breakfast was excellent.

This is an extremely beautiful resort. Landscaping is beautiful & is still a work in progress due to some damage from Hurricane Melissa. Food was wonderful but we were disappointed with the steak house. Rib eye steak was almost inedible due to the fat content. Drinks were good and most bartenders knew what drinks were your "usual"! Shout out to Roy Lawrence at the bar near the large pool! Staff were all polite and very helpful. The rooms were a very good size and kept immaculate. They have a magnifying mirror and plenty of towels in the large bathroom. Beds were comfy. Large flatscreen TV (50") but sometimes it freezes up. Due to the fact we are seniors we found the walking from activity and restaurants back to our room quite difficult. Luckily they have golf cart trolleys to take you where you need to go. Due to the massive size of this resort I don't think we would visit again.

Food fantastic. beaches great. service good. just too damn big. without the golf carts it takes 10-15 minutes to get anywhere. the rooms were clean and everything worked great. there should be more elevators around the resort.

Great location, right on the beach.Right next to some Live music spots (noise was not an issue for sleeping). Front desk, room cleaners and bar tenders were all very kind and helpful. Above and beyond to make you feel at home. I rebooked my next stay before I even got home.

Good, clean room, location with great view and close to the beach. Food was excellent with many delicious options both local and international…very enjoyable! People were friendly and helpful. The main hub with the restaurants, stores, and entertainment was a great place to hang out which felt like a huge party every day and the weather is always perfect. All in all, no complaints. Please ignore the bad reviews! Just got back from the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton April 26 and I can confirm the resort is up and running at a 100%. The grounds are beautiful! The food is top notch along with the drinks! The staff are amazing hard working people! Sunset beach is beautiful and no seagrass! You would never know a hurricane hit this resort in October. I would definitely return!!!

we loved the resort the food and everything. But we didn't find housekeeping very helpful, on our reservation we requested a crib for our 16 months old and for two nights we didn't get one i had to call the resort multiple times to realize they didn't reserved it for our room and we have to wait for somebody to check out so they can give it to us. it was crazy two nights sleeping with an infant( he never slept with us in the same bed since he is born so you can imagine)

Almost everything about this resort is fantastic. The food was great including the presentation, the entertainment group was enthusiastic and amusing and the shows were wonderful although some were a bit too loud but still enjoyable. Our room was clean and the cleaning staff worked hard at keeping this standard. The beach is long... covering all 3 Riu resorts. Would recommend water shoes as there are areas in the ocean covered by weeds. But overall had a great time. I do have 2 complaints though and that is although this resort is 5 minutes from the airport it does mean that it is very noisy with the planes flying overhead quite often... especially on weekends. Loud enough that conversations need to be paused until the plane has passed. And lastly, the tap water is not drinkable and water and bar fridge is only restocked every other day. Having said that, if water is required it is easy enough to get from the front desk. Just wish the water, was delivered every day. Due to the close proximity to the airport and the accompanying noise I unfortunately would not recommend this resort. If that isn't a problem for you then you'll have a great time.

My recent Sunwing vacation to RIU Ocho Rios in Jamaica was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The entire experience was smooth, enjoyable, and perfect for a family getaway. Our flight out with WestJet went really well, and the free Wi-Fi was a huge bonus—it kept my 5-year-old happily entertained throughout the journey, which made a big difference. When we arrived, the tour operator, Nexxus Tours, was ready and waiting for us. They quickly got us organized, onto a bus, and on our way to the resort without any hassle. A special thank you goes to Nekoda, also known as “Koko,” our host. He was incredible from the very beginning, taking great care of us and making sure we had the best possible experience. His kindness and attention truly stood out, and he left a lasting, positive impression on my 5-year-old. Thank you, Koko, for making our trip so special. Our stay at the RIU was also excellent. The staff across the board—from check-in, to housekeeping, to the restaurant teams—were all friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to interact with. The resort itself was clean, well-maintained, and very family-friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this vacation. It was a wonderful experience, and we came home with great memories.

This resort was spacious and clean. The decor was fresh and inviting Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful beyond expectations. Good variety of entertainment options and also many areas to relax peacefully while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Pools were fabulous but the beach is not natural and needs a lot more work to be enjoyable.

We wanted peace on the island we said I do Jamaica. This resort is just that calm peaceful and food good don’t listen to people. it’s not 5 start but 4 I’d say. Freshing up needed in rooms some fresh paint and new bedding some pictures and it would be five star. People are kind helpful and fun. They truly work hard and it shows they care about guest who stay here. Loved our vacation and would return to the Azul. One thing it has not best entertainment at this place. Besides that it’s good great beach and food had tinges of selections And no bugs a plus

We really enjoyed our stay at the Riu Tropical, beautiful beach. The grounds were well maintained and the staff were all so kind and helpful. The food was really good, many varieties to choose from. Definitely going to return.

Loved the resort! The food was amazing and had a good assortment! The pool was amazing and staff were great! Not enough entertainment at night! The beach not so much ! It was rocky which we knew ahead of time ! Had a great holiday!

The staff was amazing. Shout out to Bianca, Kristina, Lynette, Devina, Aneesha and the rest of the staff!! Beautiful palms and comfortable tree house cottages, truly beautiful! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place to unwind. Reggae night was a great addition.

Overall, this resort delivers a decent all-inclusive experience, but it falls short in a few areas that are hard to ignore given the location. The beach is absolutely the highlight—wide, clean, and exactly what you’d hope for. It really lives up to expectations and is easily the best part of the stay. The rooms, on the other hand, are just okay. They’re functional and reasonably comfortable, but nothing stands out or feels particularly updated. Our room was fine but spoke to a lot of people there who complained about no hot water. Food was inconsistent. Some meals were enjoyable, but others missed the mark. The most reliable option ended up being the Mahogany buffet at the far end of the resort, where there always seemed to be something decent available and the fireside grill for lunch. Dining elsewhere felt more like a gamble. Entertainment was underwhelming and didn’t add much to the overall experience. It lacked energy and variety, which made evenings feel a bit dull. The Moulin Rouge and Michael Jackson shows were the only real entertainment during the week with the rest being mostly just a DJ. That said, the staff truly stood out and made a positive difference throughout the stay. Everyone was friendly and attentive, but a special mention goes to Safari & Rashika at the main bar, Kevon from the concierge team, Travis on the beach, and Anna Kay at the coffee bar, who all went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. One of the bigger issues was the overall maintenance of the property. For a resort in such a prime location, it really should be in better condition. The resort’s decking had several broken and loose boards that created trip hazards and require attention. It appears the decking issues are not caused by the hurricane but by lack of upkeep and repair. In the end, if you’re not particularly picky or high-maintenance, you’ll probably have a fine time here, especially if your main goal is to enjoy the beach. But given the location and price, there’s a lot of room for improvement.

Let me first start off saying that this is NOT a luxury resort. It is a 3.5 star resort at best. The staff on hand are actually very friendly and accommodating. The beach is fantastic. You can’t go wrong in Negril on Seven Mile Beach. The pools are small and the decking throughout the resort needs serious repair with a lot of trip hazards. I want to be clear. The deck issues are not due to the hurricane. The deck issues are due to poor maintenance on the resorts part. The food was subpar at best. The only food that was consistently decent was the buffet at Mahogany, and the Oceanside Grill. We paid extra to be in a swim up room in one of the Adult blocks of the hotel. We were placed in the family block. The only time there was a possibility to change rooms was with 3 days left in our vacation. At that point we did not want to pack up, go to a different block to unpack and pack again in 3 days time to leave. The entertainment was just ok. The Moulin Rouge and Micheal Jackson shows were good, but the rest of the nightly entertainment consisted of pretty much a DJ. Bars close at 10 with the Nesta Rasta lounge staying open until 1 am. Negril, its beaches and its people are amazing. We will definitely go back, but we will never go to the Azul again, and we will never recommend it to anyone. While all the staff were friendly, there are certain staff members who should be singled out. Safari at the main bar is the best bartender at the resort. There was also Rushika who was fantastic at the main bar as well. Kevon in the concierge staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. Anna Kay at the coffee bar and Oceanside grill always had a smile on her face, and Travis, the beach “butler” was always quick to get you drinks and very friendly. We also enjoyed the off resort excursion with Captain Sheldon Hines. He’s extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the Island’s history. All in all, there are a lot of resorts to choose from on one of the best beaches in the world. Azul needs to up their game if they want to be considered as a luxury destination. For the cost to stay at this resort, it is not worth the price you pay.

Spent 7 days at Fun Holiday , and with all the research we did, it was exactly expected. We aren't into the whole 5 star thing anymore as we like to experience real culture. This little hotel gave us that , and then some. The food was good , although a small selection... we were never hungry and there are a tonne of good spots to eat 10 min each way up and down the beach. Take a trip to the grocery store 10 min away and grab some booze incase they run out and you'll be good! Also we didn't use the pool , but why would you when there's a gorgeous beach ? 10/10 view of the ocean 10/10 staff 8/10 food/drink 7/10 room conditions My only complaint is that the bed wasn't comfortable, no box spring , the bed just sat on a metal frame. The bathroom fixtures were out dated and a bit raggity, but who cares ... everything worked fine! Overall experience 9/10 Would definitely return

From the moment we got to the Couples lounge we were promptly greeted, bags looked after, shuttle to hotel was comfortable, we were treated so well the entire trip! Our room was perfect, food was amazing. Shout out to our amazing house keeper in D block Ivaney, she kept our room so organized and clean and was so kind to us. Shout out to Taj at the beach grill for cooking up awesome meals and teaching us about Jamaican cuisine and culture. Thanks Couples we will be back

Over all I was happy with the choice of this resort. The al le cart restaurants were all really good but they booked up really fast. The market buffet had alot of variety but it was the same food every day. It would had been nice if they changed it up. The rooms were clean. The pools were nice. The entertainment was fine.

We had a wonderful vacation at Couples Swept Away Negril for seven wonderful days. The people, the grounds, the accommodations and of course the beach were amazing. I would highly recommend this resort and will book again in the future.

Couples Tower resort is a great size for getting around. It’s not too large and doesn’t feel like it’s overcrowded. The resort bars, restaurant (breakfast, lunch and buffet dinners) have good ocean side views. The ala-cart restaurants that require reservations were really good, good food and options on menu. All water activities are included with resort (so no fees!) The rooms could use a facelift with headboards and furniture as it’s older and made room smell moldy. The balcony view of gardens were very cool and private, kinda like a rain forest, very picturesque and tranquil. The beach is small but water is clear and good swimming and snorkeling.

This was a quick 5 day vacation to start our 25 year anniversary celebrations. Room was ready at 3pm as stated when we booked. The resort had just reopened from hurricane damage 5 days before we arrived. There are still some hiccups to work out but that being said it is a beautiful resort with very friendly helpful staff. Lamar and crazy leg are the men to see for beach volleyball twice a day. They are quite the entertainers. Rooms are very large and clean. This was only our 2nd time at a resort as we usually book air B&Bs and do our own vacation. But it was quite nice to just sit back relax and just take it all in. I think if I was to do an all inclusive again this resort would probably be top of my choices.

We love this resort as it is small and we don't have to fight crowds at the restaurants. The food is amazing and the service is top notch. The beach is spacious with plenty of shady spots and you can walk a long distance down the beach past other resorts. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the water aerobics but there are also lot's of watersports, activities and outings included. Special perks for repeat customers are available as well. It was the perfect get away!

We had another enjoyable stay at Couples Negril. Our journey started with nothing but problems (delayed flight, lost Club Mobay order, missing luggage), and when we arrived at the resort 3 hours later than expected, we were placed in the only Beachfront Suite, ground floor room we asked not to be placed in, 9108 - the closest room to the nude beach. Reception was quick to rectify that and we were moved 2 days later to room 5107, the furthest in the opposite direction, near the boat and diving rentals. We loved this room! Many staff recalled us from our visit the year prior. It felt like coming home. The weather wasn't the best in the afternoons, but mornings were fantastic. We love that this resort has everything you need mere steps away. You need only dress up a little for one restaurant and for the rest it is dress casual - that's refreshing while on vacation. The beach and pools are always clean. Food was disappointingly average this year, but we really enjoyed the lobster at end of lobster season (Mar 31). In one instance a jerk chicken sandwich we ordered at lunch could not be obtained as they were out of chicken! At dinner one night, after the meal, we wanted chocolate mousse but the tray was empty and when we enquired, they were all out! We did encounter one waitress at lunch who should not have been there; she was quite rude, but other than that and those points outlined above that had nothing to do with the resort, it was a great trip.

Another great return visit to Sunset at the Palms. Resort is small, friendly and inviting! Beach is fantastic, you can’t beat the Negril beaches. The wonderful staff keep us returning for multiple trips. ♥️

Overall, the hotel grounds and rooms were lovely - well appointed, modern and clean. We felt safe and comfortable. The staff overall was accommodating and friendly. The entertainment staff was exceptional (not sure if any of them ever sleep!). The beach was an absolute 10/10. There are a few things that could be improved: (1) the food was average at best for a palace resort. The breakfast options were probably the most enjoyable, but for the most part the overall food were consistently the same for all meal times (no theme days or anything like that). The best lunch option was at the Jerk Hut for authentic Jamaican jerk chicken and sides - delicious!; (2) the reservation process for the a la carte restaurants is a bit clunky. Many people complained about it (2 seating times: either 6:30 or 8:15 and they get scooped fast), and sad to say but overall the a la carte restaurants weren’t very good. There were some really good cocktail and mocktail options though! (3) if you’re not an early riser, be prepared to get up pretty early (by 6-6:30am) to find a good spot on the beach - it’s the best place to spend the day! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort because we all have different opinions! Suitable for friends, families and couples alike!

Our visit started off rocky when we paid for a Ocean view room and were asked to wait until after 3:00 to check in (totally fine) but once we got into the room it was overlooking a junkyard with the ocean in the back. The room itself had broken off doors and the safe did not work / locked our items inside. We left to go to dinner and speak with front desk about these issues and upon our return we noticed that our room had been turned down but the door was left open, leaving all our stuff vulnerable. After reporting to staff at the front desk again (who were incredibly hostile) we were told they would find us another room after we repeatedly asked to change, to any type of room. We just wanted to feel safe. They kept repeating they would change us the following day after rooms had been cleaned after check out. Instead, they called our room at 11:00PM when we were sleeping and told us the call was being recorded and that they had offered us a room and we were declining. I repeatedly told them we were not declining, but that we would move first thing in the morning as the other guests were asleep after a long day of travel. The next morning we went back to front desk and new staff were super kind and helpful and got us the promised room. We were able to move over. After that the trip went smoothly and we really enjoyed the resort, which is on the smaller side, and all it had to offer. Gorgeous place but our time was tainted but the initial check in day which was wasted just trying to get some help with the various issues with our room and staffs hostility.

A bit dated but superbly well kept. Nothing is ever not functioning or broken as they keep things perfect at all times. There are newer and marble filled room etc… but what makes this resort stand out is the VIBE. It is chill, calm and fun a g the same time. Small in size, food is good and the people there looking after us guests are friendly and pleasant. This was our second time there and it was exactly like we remember it back in 2019. Not a party place, but enough to keep busy if you take part in all activities throughout the day. No stress in finding lounge chairs on beach or around the pool. There is always availability no matter when you are looking for one so no need to get up early to find a lounger. As I mentioned, it’s just a nice calm and chill resort with good food, great service and just plain chill vibe.

I would like to start off by saying that this is my second time at this resort. The resort is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and kind. I would like to suggest that maybe the resort could consider getting golf carts to bring the guests to either ends of the resort because it is very big. I would also like to suggest maybe doing theme nights at the buffet restaurant.

The Hotel was Fantastic.....a bit large and would prefer to book a smaller hotel, there were a lot of people and at full capacity at times the buffet looked like a school cafeteria....all in we had a great time

Everything about the resort was great. The biggest highlights: -The service was fantastic. Guests are always taken care of, everyone is beyond friendly. -Food was great. We ate at each restaurant, but the buffet was the clear winner. Always great options, fresh food, etc. -Beach is fantastic. Very clean, and there was always a spot to lay down -Cats on the resort were a big highlight

This resort is good value for the money. It's a bit of a smaller resort, only one pool and the walkable beach front is limited, maybe .5 km. The beach itself is clean and well maintained. Like most Caribbean destinations there are issues with seaweed but the Iberostar staff were on it daily. Our swimming area was mostly free of seaweed. We spent all our time at the beach but the pool area was well used and is nice with swim up bar. Staff are terrific and the food was above average at this price point. Our room was good, showing signs of use but overall ok.

Well where to start, first Jamicia is beautiful. The Jamician people for the most part were wonderful. The resort was large and it takes a couple of days just to learn the way around. The food was good, the sports bar didn't disappoint. The resort was clean the beach was a struggle due to seaweed. There is a incline so walking around if you have mobility issue are troublesome. The smell of sewage was bad. Which resorts do need to repair. The beds were like sleeping on wood. They could not mix a good drink. It seem like they would mix stuff together and it was not even close to what you asked for. They really tried to push rum on ya. We lost water in our room for a few hours which would of been nice to been informed of.

Most of the staff was extraordinary, tu te friends well mainyained except should not spray that bug spray during the day do at night when people are sleeping. Garbage and Bund should be next to each other for dropping off dishes after eating. i was at the same resort five years ago with all my other children wow lots of upgrades, food was delicious, rooms are nice and stacked with booze and refreshments The activities throughout the day was great! always something to do and everynight there was entertainment and good entertainment! very nice even though its a two hour bus ride it goes by fast and its always nice to see the way the people live hope to go back to visit lots of teenagers, kids but everyone has separate areas swim up bar a pool just for volleyball

The hotel is located approximately 35 minutes from the Montego Bay Airport. The property is relatively new, the rooms are attractive, and most offer at least a partial sea view, if not a full one. However, the check‑in experience was disappointing, as the staff were not particularly welcoming. Food: The buffet provides an excellent variety of options for all three meals, and we were consistently satisfied. A noteworthy detail: Thursday is lobster night, and the lobsters are large and delicious — though this is not advertised to guests. Booking the specialty restaurants is challenging. Reservations open online at midnight, and availability is limited; booking on a Monday night typically secures a table for Wednesday, but nothing is available for the following day. Waiting until the morning or during the day to book means there will be no openings left. The Steakhouse was a significant disappointment, while the other restaurants were excellent — Krystal was so good we went twice. At the Steakhouse, the rib‑eye steak was no more than a quarter‑inch thick, making it impossible to cook to medium‑rare; after returning it, the replacement was also well‑done. Pepe’s Food was underwhelming, we went once and we chose not to return. The Italian restaurant serves a reduced breakfast buffet from 8h00 to 10h00 - a much quieter and smaller vibe - nice change up from the big buffet which is open from 7h00 to 10h00. Do try the wings at the Sports Bar! We got our morning coffees there everyday. The iced coffee at Capucino in the main Lobby is fantastic and you can also get milkshakes and a variety of cakes, cookies and croissants - all excellent. Pools and Beach: Both the pools and the beach are beautiful, though guests should be prepared to rise early to secure a spot. Bars: The bar-tending team is excellent and consistently enforces the adults‑only policy in the designated areas. Derwayne and Rodinel were particularly outstanding — they remembered our preferred drinks and ensured we were well looked after throughout our stay. They have premium brand alcohols and use shelf alcohol for mixed drinks. There are multiple drink options and you can ask them to make you anything you want. Cleanliness: The property, including the rooms and common areas, is generally very clean. Our room experience varied depending on the staff member assigned that day. One attendant was exceptional, while the other was less attentive and did not consistently replenish towels or facecloths for two guests. Gift Shop and Beach Vendors: There are two gift shops on site, though the prices are quite high relative to the quality of the merchandise. There is sun lotion available at the gift shop and it's buy one get one free so it comes out to $15 USD per bottle. A short walk down the beach, past the Royalton Hotel, local vendors have tents offering a wide variety of items at more reasonable prices — some of the carvings are truly impressive. A few vendors also walk along the beachfront with smaller items for sale. We opted to take a taxi from the hotel entrance to a small mall five minutes away, which had an excellent selection of goods at very competitive prices. We highly recommend asking for Tracy Hudson or Sherlet Black — both are warm, trustworthy, and made us feel completely safe and well cared for. As a note, tours booked through the operators inside the resort are significantly more expensive than those arranged through the taxi services just outside the main entrance. We did a couple of tours with Tracy and Sherlet and they went above an beyond to provide excellent service, stayed with us and made sure everything ran smoothly at the venues. The Luminous Lagoon tour lady tried to double charge us and Sherlet was not having it, she called over the owner and everything was settle within a minute. Final Thoughts: A vacation is ultimately what you make of it. Jamaica is wonderfully relaxed, and even on cloudy or rainy days, the weather was enjoyable. The vast majority of people we encountered — truly 99% — were friendly, welcoming, and full of joy, so it’s best not to dwell on the rare exceptions. I would go back to Jamaica in a heartbeat - but I would try another adults only RIU Palace next time around - this one is not a "true" palace in terms of amenities, room service (limited offering) and specialty dining experiences due to the horrific "midnight" booking system.

Food, staff and grounds were fabulous. Rooms were clean. Anything we needed, staff were quick to provide or direct us to. The beach had some rocks and was small/shallow but still refreshing and beautiful. Information about the hotel I.e. maps, hours if restaurants/bars etc would’ve been more easy to access had they been in print as the app was often not working and/or difficult to maneuver.

Resort fails miserably on check-in, loungers in shaded areas and staffing levels. There is so little shade that you must be prepared to get up at 0430 for a shaded spot (its really a curtain draped over the top of a wood frame).This trip was for our grandkids and for them it was fabulous. Great pool, great food variety and wonderful entertainment staff. Buffet is a nighttime feeding frenzy. They open at 630 which, is far too late for kids. That causes a stampede. Grounds were clean and room was clean. As an adult, I would not return but would happily go back if my grandkids desired. Final note on the customer service extended by Kaylee Toth. She answered all questions,was available if needed and made it an easy booking - outstanding!

The hotel was incredibly clean, modern and there were tons of activities through the day and at night. Amazing food and the beach was gorgeous. Can’t say enough good things about this place. ……………………………………………………………….

The hotel was amazing. Lots of fantastic restaurants, amazing coffee shops and bars. Entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging. Beach was not natural, but nice to look at. Not great for swimming. Luckily there are endless pools. Really felt at home and would definitely go back.

This is our 2nd time vacationing at Ocean Coral Springs. We were there in 2023 and now just last week March 2026. We purchased the Privileged package with an Ocean Front room. My husband and I have been to many resorts over our 39 years together and this was the 1st time we went back a 2nd time and we'll definitely go back again. The food was fantastic everywhere we ate. The staff were very professional and friendly. We were greeted with smiles and well wishes from everyone we met. The grounds and our room were kept clean and safe. The beach is small and rocky so beach shoes are a must and we found it wasn't being kept as clean as the grounds were. The pool is huge and very clean and the lazy river was a blast. Other then that our stay was very relaxing enjoyable.

Food was the best I ever had. Sun every day and hot. Rained 5 minutes our last day. Resort was clean and the drinks were good. Nicest workers we have ever had at a resort. No vendors bugging you. Never did any excursions. Only wish the beach was longer as we usually walk the beach every day. Definitely a resort we would go back too.

This was our 3 rd time to this resort and it never disappoints. Staff are super friendly especially entertainment and kitchen staff . We brought a lot of people with us this was their first time but they all seemed to enjoy it a lot as well . Would return there for sure highly recommended it .
