We had a wonderful stay at Club Med Turks & Caicos. The resort is beautiful, but what really made our trip special was the staff—especially Girardo. He was incredibly friendly, energetic, and always went out of his way to make sure everyone was having a great time. Whether it was during activities or just around the resort, he made us feel welcomed and included. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely passionate about their work. Girardo truly made a difference in our experience, and we will definitely be back because of people like him. Highly recommend!”

My family and I just returned from a week in paradise at the Alexandra Resort, and we cannot stop raving about the incredible team that works there. While the location on Grace Bay Beach is absolutely picture-perfect, it was the people who truly made our vacation special. A huge shout-out goes to Sharon and the other cleaning and housekeeping staff. We stayed in a spacious suite, and it was spotless every single day. We really appreciated how they diligently kept our refrigerator stocked with sodas and water, which was perfect for relaxing on the balcony . The dining and serving staff Judyann, Sudion, Sonise, Yanique, Cherline, kept us happy and full throughout our trip. At the breakfast buffet, the omelet station was delicious, and the team there was so attentive . We also loved grabbing lunch at Irie Bites; a special thank you to Judyann, who was super nice and made the food taste even better . For a unique treat, we have to mention Sylvia at the jerk truck—her jerk chicken and rice was amazing; I ate it every single day ! Another standout was Bruno at the smoothie bar, who became our favorite stop every morning . Of course, you can't have a great vacation without great drinks, and the bartenders kept the fun going. Keisha at the bar was fantastic and served up some great drinks; she mixes delicious cocktails and provides super friendly service. Even the management went above and beyond. From the groundskeepers to the restaurant hosts, big shout out to Mufasa as well, every single worker we encountered was courteous, helpful, and genuinely kind . If you are looking for a beautiful resort with a team that truly cares about their guests, look no further than the Alexandra. We can't wait to come back

This resort offered a great atmosphere. We were there for pickleball but got so much more we met amazing people the beaches were outstanding. live music everyday. cons, pool was cold and the rooms were not great. Clean but the beds were very uncomfortable. I would go back in heart beat!

The grounds were very nice. We stayed in the Caribbean Village Our room was out dated and needed work done to the bathroom.We couldn't even get our bathroom door to close and the bath tub leaked when the water was on. I'm sure other sections of the resort had newer rooms but the Caribbean Village is not a 5 star. The Food was just ok nothing special. They do have a lot for the kids to do. This Resort is over priced for what you get. Been to other 5 star Resorts that are a lot cheaper and better rooms and food.

The hotel was well maintained and staff very attentive to our needs. We were in one bedroom villa, which was equipped with full kitchen and that was awesome given the restaurants were pricey. We took the shuttle minivan to do grocery shopping, 10$ per person round trip, 45 mins wait. There is no entertainment in the resort/hotel. Yoga sessions are twice per week and overbooked.

The resort, which a collection of condominium units is very nice. The beach was beautiful but not as wide as other parts of the island. The service was excellent. We particularly liked the availability of the shuttle buss to take us to the other property- Ocean Club West. However you are not allowed to use their beach towels or beach chairs. Which was not made clear to us from the reservation. The restaurant food on the beach restaurant was “ok”.

Our stay at Beaches was amazing and far exceded our expectations. Everything from our greeting on arrival, the friendly staff, the beautiful grounds, lovely accomodations, our meals, the beach, and the entertainment was over the top. We travelled with our granddaughters, ages 9 and 11, and they didn't stop from our day of arrival to departure, enjoying all the activities, especially the massive water park, and all the beach activities, ie snorkelling, catamaran, kayaking, etc. An experience they will always remember!! We all enjoyed our daily (sometimes twice) stops at Yo-Yo's and the Cafe Paris. One member of our group was celiac, and a couple of trips to the culinary office, all meals were accommodated at all restaurants/buffets. Took a little bit of time to make selections, but well worth it. Thank you to all staff for being most helpful, and a special shout out to Rose Marie at Schooners! We will definitely be back!!!

The hotel is not new but very clean and beautifully located on the best stretch of beach. Food was very good, and we loved the concept of plated buffet, no lineups, huge variety and is not repetitive . Fantastic breads and deserts as well. Very happy with the choice.

Your staff and entertainment are the best I have ever seen! Especially Devron at Soy and Andrico in the entertainment crew. The singers & dancer made the cost worth every penny! We stayed in the French villlage and the rooms are slightly dated but super clean. Our rooms were keep clean and turn down service was appreciated. Every day we saw people improving the experience at beaches. Maybe time to Reno the pools a bit and rooms. But 10/10 Vacation!

We were extremely underwhelmed with the resort in general, especially after what we paid to be there. We had high expectations as everyone said, a Sandals property is the best, you will want for nothing and love every minute. We decided on this property for all the amenities for kids and families, while still having the opportunity for "luxury" for adults. This was not the case. Our rooms were outdated and dirty outdated furniture in the French village , even in the restaurants was old and dingy. We had several toilet issues, our friends had to clean up toilet water with towels because it continuously overflowed. The service and food selection was the most disappointing. The wait time to get anything was out of this world. On our first full day we were excited to get a yummy burger for lunch with the kids. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for that burger. We were told 30 minutes and went back and had to stand in the restaurant for the additional time on a beautiful sunny day because we were told it was coming. About 15 percent of the service staff at this resort were nice, polite, welcoming, accommodating. The rest were angry, rude and made you feel as if you were bothering them. Quite often just straight up ignored at a swim up bar or coffee place. Our approach was always with polite kindness because of who we are but we also have been in the service industry ourselves, so want to make sure we treat everyone well. Even with our approach being this way, we were met with anger and annoyance. It was extremely difficult waiting to get into restaurants, Most wait times were over an hour to get seated, where some of the nicer, finer dining ones were an hour and 45 minutes to get in. We once tried to be proactive and get on a list knowing it would be an hour 45 minute wait and were told because we were wearing a coverup from the beach they wouldn't even put our name on the list with plenty of time to go get ready. When we returned 45 minutes later, dressed and ready we were then put on an 1 hour 45 minute wait list. We did not spend $10K to eat buffet and not experience yummy food. That said once we understood the ridiculous wait times, 4 days in, we were able to navigate the system. It was very stressful trying to eat and get food. One day, I didn't eat until dinner, after taking care of my son's needs everywhere I went was closed until dinner. One place you can make a reservation is the Hibachi restaurant, this was still a waiting game with a reservation. We had a reservation for 645 and sat for 30 minutes without any service. We had to send the kids to play because they could not sit there. They sat the rest of the table with us and we finally got service. I asked that family when their reservation was and they told me 715. So we were made to wait 30 minutes, with 4 children, because we didn't have a full table??? They should have made our reservation or 715 as well or vice versa if that was the case not sit us and ignore us for 30 minutes. The place is incredibly safe for kids, our kids were able to go to the waterpark and teen/tween areas without any worry from us. Our entire group was very disappointed that the surfing part of the waterpark was down and did not function our entire stay. Nobody told us of this prior to arrival or at check in. We found out from a maintenance person that it had been down for a month and therefore established we would not get an opportunity to use this. We did end up expressing our concerns to the hotel manager, who did her best to make it up by providing us a nice dinner on the beach, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to make me feel like the $10,000 I spent on this resort was worth it. The beach, water and weather were phenomenal but we could have spent a fraction of the price going somewhere else with amazing food and service.

Nice resort. Great service and polite staff. Amazing beach, nice pool. Very nice food (quality and variety). Good entertainment. Two things I didn’t like. We asked for (and paid for) a beach view room. Our room Was on the ground floor where we could hardly see the beach. Make sure you ask for a higher floor. The other problem was the reservation system for the restaurants. You cannot make reservations the day before. It has to be done the day of. I tried to do it very early in the morning but all restaurants were booked (except the buffet). People had to stay up until midnight to book for the next day. This has to change.

The rooms in Club Med need to be renovated as do the bathrooms. The resort is old and need to be updated. The main restaurant also needs to be renovated as is the only restaurant there. The beach needs to be cleaned more often, and the beach sand should be levelled off.

I absolutely loved this trip, the water, the food, so relaxing. A lot of the staff were off standish, and the drinks were watered down. The beach is so beautiful. I would return, just for the water. The resort was small, the rooms even smaller. I had the luxury of having my own room. The bed was a king size and very comfy. My friends said they would return, and just rent a condo.

Beautiful grounds many trees and flowers. Views and beach amazing. Rooms large and comfortable. No stove but microwave toaster coffee pot and large fridge in room. King size bed comfy. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant great and best Happy hour at the bar. Lots of shopping about a 15 minute walk.

The resort was very nice, breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean but could have been bigger and better equipped. With only having breakfast included in our package it would have been better if the room provided more space to prepare and eat the other meals. The fridge needed to be bigger and the dinning area needs to be bigger.

Very good food buffet style but with so many options. Beach was clean and amazing best beach on the island. The Geos were more friendly than the locals. Service was amazing at check in and shuttle was fast.

Club Med went over and above with all their services. Food was great! Each day brought different menu options and the created dishes were easy access. Saturday night was an elegant dinner night with white linens and chairs covered with white linens and dinner and show that night was over the top! Snorkeling, sail boats were available twice a day, every day, except on a bad weather day. Beach water was warm, beautiful, however, a little deep for me, 6', I was glad I brought my floaties. Most people brought their floaties too. Room was small, but cozy, and comfortable single bed. Entertainment was excellent every night, with dancing afterwards til 2pm. Great for singles and mingling. I would love to vacation in other countries choosing Club Med!

If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere, with amazing food and a beautiful beach and wonderful smily faces and happy people, this is the place for you. Highly recommended for couples and singles..

Villa Del Mar was perfect , the grounds are beautiful , rooms are spacious . Staff were so pleasant and helpful . Breakfast was great and always fresh . Location is perfect distance to the beach and restaurants . Villa Del Mar was relaxing and so peaceful , was a much needed vacation and we plan on going back again .

the hotel itself is a average 3 star hotel. all staff at hotel were friendly and helpfull . the free breakfast provided by the hotel was very good and saved us a lot of money. the hotel is in the perfect location close to restaurants, bars, casino and shopping. i would stay here again.

The resort and food was amazing. Every meal was different Lots of chairs on the beach and at the pool. Rooms are a bit outdated but very clean. Staff are very engaging with visitors. Lots of activities if you want to participate.

Small very well kept resort. We booked a suite. Well worth it. Great atmosphere Excellent food, always felt welcomed wherever we went. LOVED the sandy beach.. Turquoise water, unbelievable!! The best I’ve ever encountered!!

Loved everything about this hotel! GORGEOUS turquoise water, white sand, immaculately kept grounds, very friendly, enthusiastic and caring staff. Room always clean and well stocked. Impressed with hotel security on very 1st night when my daughter made a phone call just steps from resort on their lighted beach and security followed her to make sure she was safe. We paid for pool view and were so lucky to see the pool and part of the ocean too! Highly suggest asking for "top floor facing ocean". Only negative was we asked for “adjoining” rooms so our 2 daughters could be beside us and they put them in a different building. After talking to front desk a few times, 24 hours later they were beside us. Loved the cool golf carts with friendly staff that took us to our room and front office! Had the hardest time leaving the resort/ ocean and would go back in a heartbeat!

This is the place to go if you want a relaxed, quiet location. Rooms are great and the washer/dryer and BBQ area are an added bonus. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very short walk to beach access.

Rooms are dated but very clean and comfortable. Food was very good and changed at every meal time and different selection at every service. Beach was Amazing Best Beach we have ever been on Clear Water, White Sand No Weeds in Water. Free Activities. The Shows at night were all fabulous especially the Music Factory Show. The Staff are all Amazing and very Personable.

The resort needs some sprucing up. Food was good but not great. Entertainment excellent but repetitive Beds were great, bathrooms need updating. Staff friendly and helpful. Make sure to bring bug spray or you will be eaten alive by mosquitoes. But other than that it was a good time with friends

An amazing place to visit. It was on my bucket list for last 10 years and finally were able to make it. August was a cheap month to travel however it was extremely HOT. Amazing property don’t expect a huge room and luxury, it served the purpose. The mattress was not good 😌 I woke up tired every day. Food was amazing 🤩. One thing that bothered me on this resort was all admin staff was either white or Spanish the labour positions were filled by black people. The admin staff was allowed to party at night with the guest but the rest couldn’t. I would go back again but a different time. Everything was expensive. But I didn’t see too much tipping on this resort. We visited the local grocery store and a whole chicken was $35 USD.

Very clean, grounds well kept, quiet, very friendly, wonderful accommodations, situated on the best beach. Our room was fabulous. Awesome, updated kitchenette with laundry facilities was very convenient. Loved the entire experience.

We enjoyed our week at Ocean Club West in a studio. There was everything we needed in the kitchen including salt and pepper, paper towels and dish soap. One of our favourite things about the property was the screened in porch. We sat there daily without any bugs. The pool area is beautiful and private feeling because there are only 4 chairs in each section. The only complaint was that the pool was too warm but that can't be helped as it was hot and we had no rain. Lots of restaurants nearby and the grocery store was a 5 minute walk. Bringing back groceries was easy with the cart you can borrow from the front. The tennis court looked nice but we never used it. The water sports were included as most places do in TCI. The front reception staff were always courteous and helpful. The biggest issue we encountered was that our toilet seemed to get plugged easily. The maintenance staff had to come twice but came right away to fix it.

Amazing resort. We really love these smaller type resorts with one pool , one restaurant steps away for all our meals and then the piece de resistance : The Beach. Literally seconds away from the pool and gorgeous. Rooms are nice and also not far away. We don't need several a la cartes and 15 bars. People were great , lively all the time but not too noisy. Smiles all around all the time was essential. Great job Club Med and thank you Trip Central and especially our agent : Susan Snider. Have been with Trip Central for over a decade , and will continue on into the next decade. Kudos to everyone !!! William Ribaric

Resort: needs TLC. The rooms are good but a little tired. Most of the wood decking around the resort needs to be replaced. The beach side dining deck needs a proper canopy for shade. Beach: beautiful but very crowded with families. Food: Is uneven. Really liked the sushi restaurant. Loved the Tuna at Black Rock but the beef filet was tough. The Fish Deck was good. Bar: Good liquor brands and good mixed drinks but the bar itself is shabby and crowded next to the Pizza hut. Blue Haven: has a much better restaurant for dinner and a much nicer bar. Also, the resort building is much nicer but no beach. Shuttle was handy.

P.O.C. is truly a lovely little resort in the heart of Grace Bay. Located just far enough off of Grace Bay road to ensure a quiet sense of privacy, it is a short 5 minute walk to the beach across the street via a public access pathway. There is also a shuttle offered but it is not far at all. You can use the lobby washrooms in any of the beachfront hotels. Beach lounges, umbrellas, with limited bar service are available beachside on one of the loveliest beaches anywhere in the Caribbean. Breakfast was fully satisfactory changing up on two or threeday rotation so as not to become too routine. On site is two commercial bbqs for guests to use with a modern fully equipped grocery store about a two minute walk away. Lots of good restaurants all near by within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Bicycle and car rentals are available just outside the resort at the caicos rental location. Re Covid...as of mid April masks are required indoors with most people cooperating but considering all of the outdoor dining options, it is easy to dine mask free if you're comfortable. All in all P.O.C. resort and the T.C.I. offer an easy and stress free vacation experience.

Villa del Mar exceeded our expectations. The room was fantastic. Clean quiet and a washer and dryer to boot!! We had a huge balcony (biggest we have ever had) and toaster,coffee maker, microwave,fridge, and dishes. Would for sure stay here again. This was our first trip since Covid and we chose Turks because of their low Covid numbers and their strict policies. We felt much more relaxed and the staff even wore masks at the outdoor restaurants. Friendly people and they just wanted to keep everyone safe. Villa del Mar was such a quiet resort which we wanted. A literal 2 minute walk to the beach and tons of restaurants nearby. Solana was one of our favorites which was rich at the beach. We never ate a meal inside anywhere!!! Second time to Turks and for sure not our last. The beach and water is unbelievable.

Beautiful grounds, gorgeous beach. Room had nice patio to sit and have coffee on. Happy hour from 5-7 made drinks very reasonable. Lobster buffet on Wednesday was so good! We found service very good. Always lots of lounge chairs to sit on, no need to save chairs early in the morning.

Club Med Turquoise was excellent…..phenomenal beach, terrific food, great activities and fun GO's…..safe island with all double vaxed at the resort and on the island itself and pre antigen tested too….PCR test at the resort for return to Canada…..Club includes Covid insurance in the package too…..a big thank you to agent Sue Snider for all you assistance with the booking….we will return to this club……

The rooms were very clean and nice, I thought they looked like they had been freshly updated. Fridge was stocked daily with water, pop and beer. Balconies are private. Coffee in the room is good and convenient if you are an early riser. It was disappointing that the coffee at the 24 hr station was not fresh in the early morning. That was my biggest complaint, I would expect fresh coffee here before the breakfast place is open. There wasn’t much issue finding a chair at beach or pool, despite the rude people who towel their chairs and then disappear for hours. Food was OK, maybe some issues due to Covid. Only small portion of BK was buffet, all other meals a la cart. Make sure you check out the jerk chicken hut on beach, very good lunch options. Pizza place good too. Beach awesome can walk for hours on it.

The whole experience at the resort was terrific. The three rooms were lovely, the beach amazing, the grounds beautiful and the staff excellent. And of course the food was great. Way too tempting to eat too much but loved it. The whole family had a great time. Thanks for everything. geoff

Lovely resort. We went last year and loved it so much we went again this year! We like that tips are included so you dont feel any pressure there. The staff is very friendly and the resort is very clean. There are so many restaurants and pools that neither ever feel busy even though the resort must have been at near capacity. We stayed in the French village for the second time because we liked it a lot. It is quiet and the pool is generally not too busy. The only con is that the stage is right there and plays loud shows until 9:30 every night. Our kids are heavy sleepers so it doesn't faze them. Key West village also seems like a good quiet option. The food there was really good too.

The room was excellent & the staff very friendly. Food was good at both restaurants, pizza very good at Salt. I encountered a problem with the beach & some bug bites. Also I would suggest they have a way of letting guests know about any special events or menus.

Beaches Turks & Caicos is amazing! Impeccably kept grounds on a gorgeous stretch of beach. Friendly staff and the food in all restaurants was spectacular. Wide array of watersports available and activities for both adults and children. Amazing vacation - I would definitely go back!!

Beautiful resort and grounds. Perfect for families looking to have lovely beach without the crowds of Grace Bay. The staff is all really great and make sure you enjoy a relaxing stay. If you want rest and relaxation this is the place.

My 2 adult sons (20s) and I enjoyed a relaxing week at the Alexandra. We had an ocean front condo style accommodation and the balcony view was fabulous. Room was cleaned stocked with drinks daily. Food and drinks at the restaurants were great. Staff were friendly but I would not describe them enthusiastic which was fine with me. Sister resorts were both wonderful for different amenities. For example, the Beach house beach side grill was excellent as are the beach chairs and beach service. Blue Haven has a unique pool overlooking the beach and has a great Italian restaurant. Alexandra has nightly entertainment be it sometimes low key. No problem getting a lounge chair with umbrella at pool or beach. I think the entertainment staff could have done a better job at involving folks in the volleyball or other events, i.e., ensure you check in with guests especially if you are not sticking to the schedule. Activities are pretty limited. Maybe some salsa or line dancing or ? Arrangement for activities around Turks and Caicos limited...you will need to organize mostly yourself unless you buy one of the few excursions available there. Overall very relaxing and nice resort with great complementary sisters.

We had been there 5 years ago on ground level. Same room this year but on the 5th floor claiming ocean view. Nice taking an elevator every time you leave the room. Joke. You could see the water over the tree. Paid $2200 per night for that. Tried to bill us 400 for internet. Claimed it was an admin mistake. No concierge service for 3 days until we asked for it as it was to be included. Told not to go on the beach at night as it is very dangerous. Had a notice on the bed. Told someone was killed on the beach 2 weeks ago. Very disappointed considering the cost. Only highlight was dealing with the representative Bismark. He was a great advocate. However we were not impressed spending 2 days trying to get the proper room and service. Not sure why you want this feedback. Can’t image getting money back.

This was the 4th time we stayed at Ocean Club East & we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our room had just been renovated so we benefited from a fresh look. We had an ocean view and every night went we went to bed with the sound of the ocean and woke up to the beautiful scenery. We usually ate our breakfast and lunch in our condo (grocery shopping is nearby) and ate our dinner out. The Opus restaurant or the Ocean front bar are located on site and offer a good variety of meals. Every meal we had was delicious and reasonably priced. There are other restaurants not too far away and we tried a couple of those as well, Providence in town being our favourite. There is a free shuttle to ferry you back and forth to town. The OC offers free use of the Kayaks and paddle boards which we took advantage of. We sometimes sat beside the pool reading our books (there are 2 to choose from) or went down to the ocean. We never had a problem finding chairs and beach towels are easily accessible. We walked the beach every day and I can't say enough about what a joy that was...miles and miles of sandy beach. It's a great choice for your vacation. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The resort was beautiful, 4 villages each with their own theme and style. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. The beach was breath-taking with the softest sand imaginable. We will return soon!

Its of third time here and we love it. Everything is very close and the beach is the best around. The villa has 2 pools. The staff is friendly and the reception is always available to help out. We loved out stay.

This resort - Alexandra - is the largest from its sister resorts - Blue Haven and Beach House. The food is great at all three resorts. ESP the dinner menu. The staff, particularly Milton and Jessica, are friendly and takes good care of their guest. Also the staff at the beach rental shack are super fun and make it easy to use the free rentals of the sail boats, paddle boards and kayaks. The room we stayed at was pretty basic but Nadine ensured it was always clean! Overall 4/5 rating :)

We did our homework and read alot of reviews on many hotels in Turks and Caicos before booking. You can tell that the owners are very hands on and respond to all reviews and we liked that alot. The front staff was great (Keisha, Kendra, Florence, Jhovanie and sorry if we forgot anyone). They were very helpful in arranging tours and reservations for restaurants. The rooms are extremely clean and even the hall ways smelled good. We had a King bed and pullout and both were very comfortable. Breakfast was included in our rate, and it was fabulous (varied from waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs, yogurt, fruit, croissant, toast, cheese, bagels, juice (what more could you ask for). This hotel is ideally located where we didn't even need a car rental (have to drive on left side here). We were thrilled to see 3 hotel cats that would lay around the court yard. It made the hotel feel more like home:) The hotel is really about a 5 minute walk to the beach (they have a trolley but the walk was nice:) Ports of Call has their own spot right on Grace Bay Beach with loungers and umbrellas and we never had to wait to be seated (thanks to Kyle and TJ) The water and beach is pure heaven and we would like to thank the staff at Ports of Call for an unforgettable time. We didn't have one issue and met alot of guests with the same opinion of the hotel. It is a more quiet hotel where things close up early (bar, pool table, etc. 8pm) but you can still sit around the courtyard and pool and enjoy:) The only recommendation I would have would be to have more island type music to give it a more Caribbean atmosphere. A perfect getaway and we made the right choice for sure.

My wife and I stayed for 9 days ending Feb 28th 2019, the grounds were kept up very nicely, the pool was always perfect. The rooms were very nice, we originally had a room on the 3rd floor and we asked if it was possible to move to the 1st floor, the front desk staff was good about moving when they could. We did quite a bit of research before we left and we knew this was not a 5 star hotel, Turks is very expensive, however this was within our budget I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone the entire Island is absolutely beautiful, and very safe, we did the sunset boat cruise very nice

Best resort for families.we all loved the stay here. It's I'm Grace Bay, one of the best beaches in the world. Food is very good, in total of 21 restaurants, so plenty of options to eat. Highly recommend it.

Great food, Great entertainment, Great time. didnt want to leave. Great customer service. The bread was amazing. Food was good. couldnt ask for more. The beach was amazing. The room was good nothing crazy but with a beach like theres who needs to be in a room all day.

Very nice grounds. Not a huge resort so never felt overwhelmed by people or monster buildings. Pool and beaches very clean and no missing tiles, scum lines, dirt etc in pool. Gardens well kept and looked beautiful. People who worked there were very polite, helpful and well informed about the resort. Can't say enough great things about it.

The resort, food, and grounds are wonderful. The staff and management truly care and took care of our family. The pools are clean, lots of towels for the pools and beach. The room was clean, fridge was stocked daily. We could have used more shampoo and conditioner. I should have asked for more. The restaurants were good. There are lots of choices for picky eaters.

The hotel was amazing all the amenities, helpfulness, friendliness of the staff, the food was good, resort was very very clean, less then a 30 second walk to the beach, The beach stuffers working were amazing very polite very helpful

Resort was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. It didn’t matter that the resort was across the road from Grace Bay because the walk is very short. The villa del mar beach attendants were fabulous! Very helpful always able to help with chairs and umbrellas and really friendly!

Four of us gals went to the Beach House for some fun and sun and that is what we had!! We had a gorgeous 2-bedroom suite which featured a massive living room area, kitchenette and a nice sized cozy outdoor deck. This is a very quiet resort, no loud music, no games ,no one yelling over the loud speaker to join in to play bingo. Perfect for us!!! If you want a place with lots of action, parties, than this place is not for you. Most of the guests that were at the Beach House were honeymooners. Food was so delicious, you dont get sick of the restaurant because the food is that good!! Enjoyed a variety of dishes from Lamb, Beef Tenderloin, Lobster , Snapper, Grouper, Mahi-Mahi...all amazing!! We took advantage of the restaurant at the sister property -Alexandra a couple of times for lunch, delicious and only a short walk along the beach to get to!! We also took the shuttle to the Blue Haven for dinner one night, again, fantastic!! When you walk along the beach, you really appreciate the Beach House , so quiet, (adults only) and the beach is massive, private and inviting, Having our own beach chairs was a real treat as wel!! My only complaint I would say about this place is that the catamaran rides are not free, they charge $100.00/hour which I have never experienced at an all inclusive. At the end of our trip we discussed if we would come back next year or venture somewhere else, we decided YES!! We would indeed come back to the Beach House. I mean really...why wouldn't we???

Pros: quiet, very close to beach (across the street!), close to restaurants/shops, very friendly staff, nice pools. Cons: very strong use of pesticides (ground floor room), breakfast is not very good and the coffee is terrible.

This is amazing resort. We had realy good time there. We will defenetly recomend it to others. We also plan to stay there in a future. Several things we would like to improve. The chairs at the beach are better collected later than 6 o'clock and get more variety of food at the breakfast.

Villa del Mar was just as expected. It was a small, personal home away from home. The suites were spacious (we had the junior suite for two people), the king size bed was very comfortable, bathroom was large with the fluffiest white towels you have ever used. Included was a small kitchenette equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes and cutlery, etc. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Beyond the living area there was a very large balcony which had plenty of space for a table, four chairs and a lounger with still room to spare. The pool and surrounding grounds were very well maintained. The loungers at the pool had very deep comfortable cushions that were covered in white terry cloth. These covers were removed at the end of every day and laundered. We had an issue with the in-room safe (I'm sure it was operational error), where the safe was locked and would not open. After visiting the lobby to tell them of our issue we had someone in the room to fix it within minutes. Not being directly on the beach was not a problem. A quick hop across the road in front of the hotel and you were on the beach access path. I have visited much larger hotels that were on a beach and it took me longer to reach the water than from this hotel. And let's talk about the beach. It was AMAZING!!!! The water has so many colours of green, blue turquoise, aqua....it was breath-taking. We had no problem obtaining loungers on the beach. Villa del Mar has a young man stationed there who looks after everything from beach loungers, cold drinking water to fresh towels and he never stops smiling :) Continental breakfast was as described. Plenty of coffee, juices, cereals, pastries, banana bread, etc. were available. There were also bananas and oranges. If this selection doesn't appeal to you there was a grocery store close by as well as plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed our week at this hotel. It was great value compared to others we looked at. We are already planning to return.

My family and I stayed at Beaches Resort in Turks and Caicos. We stayed in the Italian Village and it was amazing. The room was beautiful and clean. The grounds were gorgeous and well kept. The food was so good. We had many different restaurants to choose from and we were never disappointed. Our favorite restaurant was Bare Foot by the Sea and Kimonos. There was always something for the kids to do. They enjoyed the game room, water park and nightly entertainment. The staff was always friendly and made our stay memorable. The best part of our trip was the beautiful white sand and turquoise water. Absolutely breathtaking. This was definitely our dream vacation that exceeded our expectations. Worth every penny:)

First time at this resort and we had a wonderful experience. The workers are very nice, informative and helpful. The beach was beautiful with green clear water and white sand. Beach and resort are well maintained. The food was exceptional. Too many choices of restaurants we had a hard time deciding on what to eat and I don't mean that in a bad way. Guiseppes, Barefoot by the beach, Bayside, Neptune were some of our favorites. I think for the price the rooms were not all that great. Bit of a renovation will do. No major complaints bit would've preferred a more modern look. Other than that kids had a great time and would definitely consider going back!

Our stay was amazing! The Beaches resort has 4 different villages, and we loved having full access to all of them. The staff was superb, they go far and beyond to accommodate you. The facilities are clean and well maintained and their gardens are beautifully well kept. My Kids enjoyed Pirate Island rides and amenities and the cafe Bobbie Dee that stays open all night! Great resort ❤️

Travelled to Beaches with my wife and 3 children, aged 7,4 and 1. Everyone had a great time and can't wait to go back. Kids loved the water park, enjoyed their time at the kids club and beach was incredible. There wasn't a meal there we didn't love. Can't wait to go back

Villa del Mar is perfectly situated right across the road from the most beautiful part of Grace Bay Beach. From here you can walk to so many of the islands fantastic restaurants. This is our second time staying at Villa del Mar and we will be back early in 2018. The resort itself is very nice and the staff is very friendly. They will make any reservations for dining, entertainment and activities for you. I highly recommend this spot for your Turks vacation.

The resort was very nice and the people were friendly. The restaurant on the resort was nothing special. Lucky for us was that we could go and eat at any restaurant on any of the other resorts. You don't have to be a guest of that resort to eat at the restaurant. Just walk along the beach and enter the restaurant. For the same price the service and food was much better at the other resorts. 7-stars resort had amazing service and food. Breakfast at our resort was good but we would go elsewhere for the other meals.

Stayed at Ports of Call Jul 2-9th. Great family resort. Rooms, grounds nice and clean. Nice to have use of two BBQ's, helps to cut meal costs. Graceway gourmet across the street very handy. Beach very nice and close walking distance,including free chairs & umbrellas on beach. Included breakfast very nice. Recommend ice machine be added in breakfast area (1st Floor), Looking forward to returning.

Ports of Call Resort was nice and clean rooms & grounds. Beach nice and close walking distance. Staff friendly & helpful. Looking forward to returning. An ice machine in the breakfast area (1st Floor) would be a great addition.

Deluxe studio was perfect, with mini kitchen and washer and dryer in unit. Only thing was missing was a stove but made do with microwave and gas barbecues on premises. Overall resort was well kept, rooms and bed very comfortable, oversize balconies, bathroom clean as new. I rate this resort as a 4 to 5 star.

I'll start with check in...room not ready until 3:00 arrived at 2:00 so not such a long wait. Returned at 3:00, still not ready, returned at 3:30 finally ready. Resort knows when you are coming in so room should be ready on arrival. First room assigned... musty smelling mattresses. Requested a new room and moved to a recently renovated room. Manager very responsive to complaint but really should a five star have musty rooms? Also, a five star with double mattresses on queen frames... really?? From here we get to the good... beautiful beach, beautiful/well maintained grounds, excellent food, great staff! We loved the French Village pool and the water park (daughters 5 years and 14 years). Sesame Street characters very accessible and interactive. Great entertainment. Transportation to and from airport efficient.

This is our second time visiting Beaches Turks. The food, accommodation, service, and sports facilities are excellent. The resort is close to the airport and the beach is arguably one of the best in the Caribbean.

Beaches is an amazing resort with lots of culinary tastes for the whole family! I loved that there were so many options for food, pools and activities! We stayed at the French village which was nice and quiet for our family! Loved the beach ! Beautiful crystal clear water and acres of white sandy beach. The food desk was great service and catered to all of our families allergies!

This was our first all-inclusive holiday with the kids (aged 8 and 10). It was fabulous. Spacious accommodations, great food and lots of variety for food, outstanding beach and pools, the list goes on and on.

Everything you would expect from a 5 star resort. From check in to the time we left, we were treated like royalty. I would definitely go back. The food was great and lots to choose from. The resort was beautiful and relaxing.

Beautiful grounds and villages...only downside is the kids that is part of Beaches. Wish they had one village for adults only for people who don't want to be around kids. The two adult only restaurant was helpful. There is no Sandals in Turks so why not please "everyone". Not sure why there were no ID bands as anyone can walk in and use the facilities. Not much security but it seemed safe. br /> Food was great and all the help was friendly and accommodating. The Jerk Shack did it for us! The beach and water was amazing. Don't recommend it if you want to get away from kids!

Staff were outstanding, the biggest highlight was the people. Food above average, took a few days to figure it out but generally happy with the food and drink. Resort aesthetics and upkeep was also very good, n reason to leave the grounds, they had everything there. One bonus was the nurse onsite, my son was quite sick but they made it easy for us to get first level of care without having to deal with insurance etc... My one complaint, the room was nice, no issue with the layout. But the reason we picked the room we did was because of the great kitchen in the pictures. When we got to the resort we found out there is no cooking allowed in the rooms? They didn't even have dishes in the cupboards. We would not have picked that room had we known the kitchen was effectively just filling space. I felt like that had been a total misrepresentation of the room, Beaches corporate should have to be held accountable to that, the staff could not have been better, so it was hard to be angry with them over it.

I stayed at Villa Del Mar with four other girls in a two bedroom villa. We had a fabulous week. Clean large rooms, with everything we needed. The pool area and grounds were beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and my only criticism about the breakfast; I would have like more choices for fruit and some yogurt as I'm not a big pastry/bread eater, but that was minor. Sitting out by the pool in the evening was glorious with that incredible weather but bring your mosquito repellent. Now let's talk about the beach....by far the most beautiful beach I have ever been on. It's a two minute walk across the road to the white sand and blue water. Carone on the beach was very attentive getting our chairs and towels for us. The water was warm and the ocean floor as soft as the beach. We ordered jerk chicken wraps on the beach from one of the restaurants unfortunatley I cannot remember the name of it, but ask Carone. They were delivered right to our chairs and were delicious with a Turks Head Beer. We were within walking distance to the grocery store and the downtown area, with some cute shops to visit and lots of restaurants to choose from. This will definitely be a place I want to come back to again and would recommend to anyone wanting a truly relaxing and beautiful week.

This is one of the cheapest places at TCI and I still think the quality received for the money spent far exceeds other, much more expensive places. Rooms were clean, staff was very nice and accommodating. They had some problem with the key card system and our room was 'forgetting' our key cards couple of times which was inconvenient. They said they were working on fixing the issue. The beach is about 5 min walk and has hotel umbrellas and chairs. Staff from the hotel was on the beach usually in the morning to check if everything is ok. The beach is very nice with white fine sand. I think it is rated one of the best in the Caribbean.

We had been to this Beaches in the past and have had wonderful experiences. This time however, the staff and management were very unpleasant, grouchy and could care less about te satisfaction of their guests. When you pay around $4000 per person, you at least expect smiles and good service where you're going. The hotel was empty and they still acted like there were overworked and underpaid. Safe to say, we will not be going back. Quite disappointing.

The facilities were great, the landscape certainly deserved our taking many photos. Excellent taste. General quality of service was ok, perhaps staff at front desk could be a bit more helpful. They should consider adding table tennis and certainly retrofitting their bicycles since their quality was definitely VERY poor and even dangerous due to their incredible instability (handle bars). Pity they also did not have ANY tennis courts available... :S All in all, a worthy place to stay with excellent location.

Everyone on staff was welcoming and very helpful. All of our requests were handled quickly and with a smile. The rooms were clean and the grounds were immaculate. We look forward to our next visit and would choose Villa Del Mar without hesitation.

Hotel was close to restaurants, bars and was 5 minutes from the beach and stores. Grocery store 10 minutes away. Amenities include beach towels, coffee maker, iron, microwave, fridge and toaster. The pool left a little to be desired but the ocean was so incredibly beautiful that I always swan there. Mandy is amazing and is always available to help. This property has a resort tax of $8.00US per person, per day and is payable upon arrival.

Beaches Turks and Caicos absolutely out does themselves! From the selection of food to the cleanliness of the resort, the programs for children of all ages, I would highly recommend this resort to all.

Pros: staff are wonderful, beach is surreal, weather is perfect. Cons: resort is very run down, we had bugs in our room when we arrived, and there are cob webs in all public areas. Needs a full refurbishment. Some aspects I would consider a safety issue, like poor lighting in eating areas and walkways at night. We will definitely return to this island but will look for alternative accommodations.

The most beautiful beach I have ever seen!! Great resort...quiet, clean,and close to the grocery store, shops, and restaurants. Having bicycles on site was convenient. It was just what we wanted. Can't wait to go again!

We recently traveled to Beaches Turks and Caicos (Feb 2016) and had an amazing time. The small touches when we first arrived (rum punch and cold towels) started off our vacation to a great start. We stayed in the French Village which was great for us as it was a little quieter for our 2 year old daughter. Yvonne who cleaned our room was wonderful she was very accommodating to us and cleaning our room before our daughter had her afternoon nap. At the start of the trip it took our daughter a little time to settle into the routine and was not eating very much. The Chef at ??? came out and offered to make us anything that she might like. It was a wonderful touch and very appreciative. The room was fine a little aged but was good for what we needed during our stay. Only recommendation is upgrading the mattresses they were not very comfortable. We enjoyed all the different food options on the resort our go to was the buffet in the French Village. Tash the supervisor was wonderful she was very attentive which was great. We also used the Sesame Club a couple of times and the care they gave our daughter overall was very good. We never worried about the care she was given while we were away. Another nice touch so that we couple go out to dinner. The pools were good sometimes too crowded or not enough seats available. We found the French village pool the best option for us. (Butler reserved or other people saving seats was an issue at other pools). The sesame themed breakfast and entertainment was amazing, it was great and entertaining for our daughter. She absolutely loved the characters. Overall we had a wonderful trip, the staff, food, pools and activities made the trip that much better than we could have hoped for. Thank you for helping us make great memories.

I'm not one that complains a lot, so take my word for this. The hotel is close to everything, that's about it. The hotel room is very dirty and old. The bowls and utensils are disgusting and I would never want to use them. There were also ants in the kitchen area that the maids never took care of. I was killing ants every day. It's in need of a major upgrade. The tv in the room hardly worked, and it's probably just a bit bigger then and IPad. The pillows on the bed are really huge, not comfortable. The beach is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Spend a little more money and go somewhere else.

this is a really big resort. I suggest if you book to look a the pictures and read the reviews. I was in the French villa which seemed old compared to the Italian villa with more modern look to it. In the descriptions, they also love to add the word "honeymoon" which does NOT mean anything. I went there for a honeymoon and they gave us a double bed room which is pretty ironic for a HONEYMOON suite.

We had very high hopes for Beaches T&C given the price, and it delivered. The beach was gorgeous, the food varied and delicious, and so many activities for everyone. Caribbean section was good value!!

Great place to stay in TCI if you're on a budget. Free breakfast was basic but good. Pretty mellow and quiet hotel for the most part and very family oriented. Would return in future without hesitation.

The Alexandra is a great place to stay in Provo. Most of the staff we met were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The grounds were green and lush, and they are working on to further improve them. The pool area was good, and the location of the resort on Grace Bay is well situated. The room we stayed on had a great view of the ocean & pool garden area. We also appreciated having the mini kitchenette & washer-dryer in our room.

Good value hotel, good location. Free bikes to use. Not on the beach, can't see the beach from the hotel. Close to restaurants and shopping. Let us use the BBQ to cook eggs each morning. Pool cleaned once in 12 days.

Great location on incredible beach within walking distance to reef and shops. Full access to non-motorized watersports a big plus! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Tours and taxis arranged for you as needed.

The Grace Bay suites is located in a great area of Providenciales. It is less than 5 minutes to the most beautiful beach in the world. You can walk to the grocery store, shops, and liquor outlet, etc. without having to rent a vehicle or take a taxi. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area. You can get everything you need. The hotel itself is older but it was very clean. The shower was great. The staff were very accommodating. We had breakfast in our room most mornings and used the BBQ in the evening when we didn't feel like getting ready to go out. You can get a full breakfast nearby for less than $10 USD and lunch for $10-$20. It was a very laid back week. The prices at the restaurants are similar to what you would pay anywhere, depending on the type of cuisine. The liquor prices varied depending on the bar, and between the grocery store and liquor store. You can shop around a little to find the best deals. There were no vendors on the beach selling anything. We were approached for parasailing and boat rides, etc., but there was absolutely no pressure if you said you were not interested. Having been used to all inclusive vacations, we were uncertain about the affordability and final cost of the trip as a 5 star all inclusive was completely out of our budget. Getting to Turks and Caicos and having had it be affordable, was really surprising. All in all, it was an excellent vacation. Would absolutely love to go back there and would stay at the Grace Bay Suites again. Location, location, location!!

grounds were well kept, rooms were well cleaned, food was good although cold most of the time, this resort had no shopping I had to go to two other resorts to shop. The swimming pools (3) were small and were nothing like the pools at the other resorts in the same complex. We were put in an area which was very noisy with carts going by all day. We expected a sitting room and only got the bedroom and a small sofa to sit on. We would not stay here again.

This was our second trip to Beaches Turks and Caicos and it was magical! We love the wonderful staff, they were always so helpful, kind and happy to help in any way possible. We stayed at the Italian the first trip and Key West this trip and both were amazing! I had forgotten how beautiful the sand and water was, it doesn't seem possible that it could be as perfect as it was. The food was great and they accommodated to my picky 7 year old! We can't wait to go back again!
