The customer service and reception was very hospitable and friendly, the bedrooms were clean, and the location was extremely convenient. Walking distance to Walmart, close to tourist shops and reasonably priced, highway, gas station, and Disney World.

The grounds were in good condition. Lobby is nice and tidy. The main entrance is beautiful. They provided a tiny microwave and fridge. Both worked well. The room is spacious with 2 beds, but the beds were squeaky. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food there. Also we were busy and did not use the pool. The parking was plentiful. The registration staff did well but the concierge was not very helpful at times. Overall the hotel was quite good.

The hotel itself is clean and the staff is nice. The grounds are clean but the part we were staying in was shabby. The bathroom shower was too low, not enough pressure, and there was no fan, which meant there was mold on the ceiling. The toilet was the worst, it barely flushed and clogged once. The breakfast buffet was very under-stocked and under-staffed, and made for an unpleasant experience, even though our server (Robin) was excellent.

Hotel very close to the Disney parks, we stayed in the deluxe tower which looks newer and more quiet area, but for sure the hotel needs some renovation, the room are clean but it looks old. The staff are friendly

Parking was free and the pool was always clean! It's a very family-oriented place. Wide range of channels on TV. Some rooms are carpetted, others are with hardwood floors. All the staff were polite. Walking distance to a Walmart. Five Stars!!

I was frightened when I realized that we would be staying in the motel part of the hotel. Truth be told, it was cleaned thoroughly everyday. The décor is a bit dated but for the price that didn't matter much. We had a beautiful view of the pool and courtyard, which all but 1 night was quiet. The desk was courteous and quick. The fridge in room worked well ( too well actually as it had to be turned down 2 times) We didn't use the in room coffee. The shower had good pressure but didn't get super hot! Very close to Walmart, restaurants, drug stores and of course Disney parks! For the price we paid, couldn't have asked for anything more! The 2 negative things that I could say are: The front end fail to answer their telephones in the evening/night. Attempting to order room service was disastrous as we waited 15 minutes to get through and then sat on hold for 30 minutes with no one taking our order. It was not super busy so don't offer the service if you cant deliver.

We were pleased with the hotel.It was clean and linens changed daily,straightened up daily.It Had a nice pool , 2 restaurants,very helpful staff.Free shuttles to numerous places which was great,Lynx buses beside the hotel .Brand new super Walmart next door .We were able to get other tickets there with good deals also.It was a busy area but easy access to places. The only thing worth noting was that although it is called Ramada Gateway and all the site and paperwork says that ,it is not that on the sign ,nor do taxis ,bus drivers know it by that so was tricky to find.It is under Ramada and they note it is by the new Walmart to know where to go.We were dropped off by a place with the address near the same numbers! It was by that we found it for sure.Just worth knowing for others who may go there. We were very happy with it and would go there again.

This hotel was centrally located in Orlando with easy access to Disney, shopping outlets and more. Hotel had restaurant, pizza snack bar that was open late with a good variety to choose from. Two Clean pools, lots of loungers and nice grounds. The rooms were decent, beds were comfortable, dated but, clean. Good value for what we paid.

Hotel was great! Clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort style atmosphere was fantastic. Location was perfect. So close to main attractions and good food. Would definitely recommend it to everyone. Best bang for your buck!!

We spent most of the time out of the hotel. It was a place to sleep. Not like a best western as I taught.....the video is for people not staying with vacation packages...don't think I will stay again.

The concierge was friendly. The room was recently renovated. Having a rental car is a must. The proximity to the beach is great however there is a rental fee for lawn chairs for the beach. It took nearly a half hour to get a taxi.
