The place is very nice, clean, and well-suited for a family vacation. I would suggest that the hotel consider including breakfast for guests, as many hotels typically do. It can be inconvenient for guests to wake up and be faced with an unexpectedly high cost for breakfast.

We have been to this hotel about four times over the last years and we were very disappointed from the day we arrived. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and wanted to go to a nice hotel. We paid for an ocean view all inclusive and requested king bed with higher floor. We looked at two rooms that were facing the restaurant roof. We did not want to be facing on top of a roof and was given a third room to view which was in the 5th floor only. The day manager said either we take the room or we take a double bed room which we did not want. So we accepted the room. The bathroom had black mold but they said they could clean it. They tried but the mold was still there. The beige couch in the room was brown with dirt you could not sit on it without a towel and the painting in the room was also covered with dark brown dirt spray. The pool had black dirt outlining the blue tiles- disgusting. You didn’t want to lean in the pool walls. We wanted to go to the Mexican restaurant one night as there was not many people in hotel and so we asked if they had space for us. One hostess said sure - then someone came and said my husband who was wearing dress shirt and linen dress pants with leather sandals could not come in as he needed to wear dress shoes or runners. They said my leather sandals were fine. We were not permitted to enter and dine! It felt that the hotel and service had really declined from other years.

This resort more than met our expectations. There was nothing we to complain about. The location to the Malecon is walkable, food excellent,staff friendly and efficient. We swam early every morning. Received good advice re tours. We had never been to PV and will return to this hotel next year. I have already recommended it to a friend.

Before I share my thoughts on the venue itself, I would like to give a big shootout to Trace, Stephen and Gabrielle at front desk at the NOLA Sheraton. All of them ensured my visit and stay were smooth and worry-free. As a Canadian traveling alone in a new city, I truly appreciated their kindness, enthusiasm, and willingness to help. Trace went above and beyond, helping me figure out public transit, get change for tickets, and even giving me a city map with tips for exploring. Gabrielle was cheerful, efficient, and reassuring when I lost my room key, arranged a late checkout, and gave great advice as a solo traveler. Their professionalism and genuine care made me feel safe and supported. Last but not least, I would like to mention the flawless check in process provided by Stephen as well! I am very grateful for the kindness and professionalism of all three clerks - I hope their efforts get recognized by management! Now, about the hotel — I was assigned a room on the 31st floor facing the river and absolutely loved it. The mattress was very comfortable, the room spacious and well lit, and the view — honestly, the view was a million-dollar view :) Both the room and bathroom were spotless. The hotel itself is well located, just steps from the French Quarter and the river, making it a quick walk to the Queen Creole boat. My stay was simply perfect and I will definitely bool this hotel for my next visit!

First night had a noisy party going to 12:45 AM. We had 4 adults and 4 children in joining rooms. The adults could not sleep after an all day trip to the resort. Tired after travelling with young children. The night manager would NOT quiet the program. The day manager the next day suggested we use ear plugs to cancel out the noise. This mature suggestion is NOT right! Just wondering how one can hear the children at night with adults having ear plugs.

This was a lovely location and hotel. The staff were excellent! Service was great! Food we loved. We only did one ali carte as we enjoyed the food at the pool (ordering from a menu) as well as the dining room. Mexican night on Thursday nights was fabulous! For improvement: More entertainment would be appreciated. Also the lobby bar could use some improvement. The music that they play is far from welcoming or relaxing. Not inviting at all. I would of liked more calm relaxing music. The decor could use lift to make it more inviting. The staff at the bar were good, service was good. Just not a place to relax and visit over a nice drink. Music way to loud and not relaxing! I gave the beach/pool a 4 for the pool, the beach is rocking would only be a 2 to me. Lovely listening to the ocean though.

The Sheraton in St. John’s was fantastic. It was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was great and the food was always fresh. Service was very good too. Great location with easy walking access to the Pedestrian Mall, George Street and all the restaurants along Water Street.

Second time staying at this hotel It's everything you need for a one week vacation The smallest room is equipped with a washer and dryer. One bedroom. And a fully stocked kitchen with a stove. Oven. Dishwasher. Dish soap. Dishwasher liquid. Toaster. Microwave and more.. 2 nice pools. One of them is very large with a waterfall feature. And cabanas. And the restaurant is pretty good. You can walk to a grocery store (publix) not too far away. 15 to 20 minutes to disney parks. Around 20 dollars usd for a uber/left

We loved it the first time but its better even than we remembered the gardens lusher, the palms taller, we loved having a breakfast with the kids, and hearing their plans for the day,. Watching the frigate birds soaring gracefully, the Harris hawk I loved the call of the Grackles and what's with the sweet and Low, do they have a secret black market. we met lively family from Saskatoon who shared they're protective eyewear during the Eclipse and had the sweetest wee dog! The kids fell for Mexican food and we debated the next days reservation each evening. we wanted a king bed and were accommodated, so each evening they joined us for games in our room ! and the sound of the waves! The person promoting the seafood restaurant suggested there were lots of options was inncorect but we enjoyed the other options and no shopping or cooking was a relief! reading Rick Bayless for idea's now! and while i and my husband dident leave the premises the kids enjoyed al their adventures

We worked with Sandra at Trip Central and our travel arrangements and trip were very enjoyable and easy. We chose the package which included breakfast only which worked out nicely as there is a beautiful and plentiful daily breakfast. We were able to enjoy the city of Puerto Vallarta and ate out in the evenings which allowed us to take in the culture and delicious food in the very many restaurants that PV has to offer.

The grounds were clean and well kept. The sun terrace room king was up to date and clean. The staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. The pool was fun and the drinks were good. Location of the hotel relative to the Malecon and Romantic zone was within walking distance or a short cab or bus ride to town. The all inclusive plan only included one beer per day, a bottle of water and a bag of peanuts in your room, no stocked bar. There was also a $100 peso charge for room service for each time you ordered. Alcohol was either extra or not available with room service. Ate at the Italian a la carte restaurant and the food was fine. The buffet however was repetitive and the quality of the food was just okay. The beach area directly in front of the hotel is small and pebbly however you could walk farther down if you chose.

Room and the food at the hotel were good. Try their soups...pumpkin, corn chowder, Florentine. I did not inquire if there was a hotel shuttle to the city. If not, this would be a welcome addition. The city centre is not too far away...about 20 minutes walk...but this is difficult to do in very hot weather. All in all, I recommend this hotel.

This was a trip of a life time. The resort was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was amazing. The food was amazing. The grounds were amazing. Everyone was so nice. We definitely will be back to the resort. Loved every minute. Highly recommend

Third time here, great room, good food, best location. Check in fast. Walking distance to the Malacon and downtown. Special thanks to Marcella and Iris (hostess at the main restaurant). Looking forward to our return.

Arrived Wednesday March 2nd. Our room was fantastic we upgraded to a terrace to give us some isolated outdoor space. As we were not sure what we were walking in to, worth every penny just to escape. We ate mainly at the gorgeous buffet pavilion. We could have pretty much what ever food came to mind. Over looking the pacific the manicured gardens and pools. Then came Sunday when that all ended. As it was closed down due to 5+ weeks of renovations. I completely understand maintenance has to be carried out. the buffet was moved to a large convention room no windows. The food was far from what we had previously enjoyed. I can assure you that I am not of the complaining variety. For guests staying at Sheraton B during the next 5 weeks book @ the specialty restaurants and enjoy the simple pool menu.

My stay was fantastic. Right from when I first arrived, quick and efficient checkin. Room was very clean, restaurants were great, pool was good. Masks were worn in hotel and restaurants. Sanitizer available and temperature check at main restaurant. I would definitely go back.

Room was comfortable, but was given the wrong room and we had to move rooms the next day! Food was good with a wide variety! The à la carte restaurants not so good. We paid extra for a Japanese experience. Wasn’t very good or entertaining! Beach was great pool area great. Just not enough chairs and umbrellas We took a excursion. Was nice to see,but not worth the money. Staff were very helpful and nice.

Stayed here for a 40th birthday party celebration and happy with the service. We upgraded to a suite which allowed us to take advantage of premium liquors and private dining spaces, kept open all day vs. regular spots which had closing/break hours. Service/staff exceptional, professional, friendly, helpful. There are two restaurants to choose from (Japanese and Mediterranean: would recommend), buffet options were ok (I’m vegan so options very limited at buffet). Beaches were secluded and gorgeous - very clean, and runs/walks along were both breathtaking and safe (single runner, female). Pools are limited and kids swimming in bar area, but fine nonetheless. Bar staff super accommodating, friendly, fun. Airport commute was approx. 2+ hours, but allows for one to see the city, canal, and rural areas. Would recommend!

Our visit was Jan. 2019 for 1 week. It is a 15 min ride from the Rui Hatu airport. Very convenient. The hotel it'self for size and and getting around is nice and easy. It is a smaller hotel so nothing is too far away. The beach is extremely convenient and the main pool is also great. There are a couple other small wading pools for children to take advantage of. There is also a Jacuzzi but the water temperature is the same as all the rest of the pools. The hotel it's self was very clean including the grounds and the beach. This made it extremely pleasant to stay here. One thing that was very disappointing was the food. In the main buffet, the same food was on both sides of the eating area. I did not understand the point of doubling up on the exact same dishes. One side had servers dishing out the food, the other side was self serve. The dessert station was also very disappointing. It consisted of minimal choice. It felt very disappointing as the sheet cake options where not my favorite. I had traveled to Panama 2 years ago and the food including desserts were amazing. This time staying at the resort at the Sheraton, this was a big disappointment. The food in the a-la-cart, 2 of them you had to pay additional $20/person/meal which was not the advertisement when we booked the trip, but where told upon our arrival the policy had changed and if we had booked before Nov. 1, 2019, it would have been included in our trip. Staff there were pleasant but sometimes it took a long time to have things looked after. E.g Our safety deposit box took several hours for someone to come and replace it as it was not locking properly. Maid service was excellent! The alcohol served was not top-self. It seemed to be lower quality brands and it was disappointing they did not have orange juice but Tang. Car rental is not located at the hotel but the front desk was very helpful in sending over an agent to deliver the car located about a 10 min. drive away. We also where able to leave the car with the front desk and they took care of the rental return. Very convenient. Entertainment at night could be improved. They are smaller shows. More of a local feel which I actually looked forward to except the shows where not well advertised as to what time and what the entertainment of the night would be. There was a singer one night that was good but the rest of the time we felt like there was no entertainment as we did not know, time, location, act, etc. Overall the hotel appearance, cleanliness and pool/beach amenities where great.They also took care of the bugs and I did not find any during our stay,. This made it very pleasant. But for food and alcohol choices, I felt quit disappointed. I would rate it a 6/10.

I found this hotel to be clean and friendly. Because it is a time share as well as a Hotel, you don't sign in for a ALL Inclusive, yes usually water sports and other activities are extra, but here there is beer and alcohol that is extra as well. They tell you that you are Extra Inclusive, then they want to charge you for a Beer... fine print. Rooms were clean, but they were slow doing it. Food wasn't bad, no real communication as to what was happening for the Buffet if they were doing a theme or not. would have been good to know that it was Cuban night or French night, or something. Just a lack of direction. PLEASE do not get me wrong, relaxing, friendly staff. Just need a little more knowledge for there employees. I asked if food was available in the lobby lounge I was told no then food showed up at another table...

The rooms are very clean fitted with new sheets daily for the 7 days we were there. Security and Life guards are very diligent and are always looking out for your well being constantly. Wait staff and bar tenders are very courteous and always at your service. Pools and grounds are spotless very well maintained. Food variety can be expanded a little more since you pretty much get the same thing daily but not complaining. Beech is not the greatest with white sand and blue waters ,the sand is either black or brown with the water only reflecting as such. Overall very good Resort.

The hotel was well situated near the airport on a beautiful beach front property. Staff were very friendly but many only spoke Spanish so I suggest learning a few key words to get by. The food was good with enough variety at the buffet but sometimes not hot. The entertainment wasn’t too bad but again spoke mostly in Spanish. Being fluent in Spanish at this resort would have made this trip more enjoyable as there was a huge language barrier but otherwise a nice place to stay. It is not a big resort and everything is steps away. The lush gardens in the pool area were fantastic.

Always a fun stay in Orlando Our last few trips to Orlando we have stayed at the Sheraton Vistana village. This time it was sold out so we stayed at the Sheraton Vistana resort. The resort seemed bigger and a little older. Due to a busy schedule and a little bit of rain for a couple of days we did not really have a chance to explore the resort. The room was large enough with all the amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable and location was Fantastic. So while we did not get to see too much of the resort but we did see that’s perfectly fine I would not hesitate to use or recommend

We visited at a time when renovations were underway, so elevators were not working, dining options limited and some construction could be heard. There wasn't anything done for guests to compensate - reduced rate, perks, etc. however. This resort is beautifully situated, but a bit tired and really needs the upgrade. Staff were friendly, and room was very clean. Grounds and landscaping also needs an upgrade considering the price. We found the $34USD per day parking fee high, and added $31USD daily "resort fee" frustrating - at least the resort fee should have been taken off due to the renovations. The cost of renting a beach chair and umbrella daily was more than $40 USD per person. We have stayed at Hyatt and Fairmont resorts in the past and thought we'd give this a try, but it didn't measure up. Next time we would choose a different hotel.

I enjoyed the convenience of the location, lots of Great Restaurants, outlet shopping, all parks. The hotel rooms had a lot of space for a family of 5. Service was good as well as the pools. We have 3 young children and the pool was shallow enough that we were able to enjoy the pool. They also had a good size splash pad connected to the pool that my children loved

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo with our 2 kids and there was definitely plenty of room. The stocked kitchen was a nice touch, we just went and bought a few groceries and were able to make meals if we wanted. The onsite bbq's were a bonus which got some use as well. The location was perfect....within 20 minutes to all the parks and only 5 minutes to SeaWorld. The restaurants was excellent with good service. The property itself was beautifully kept and very clean. The free wifi was strong all throughout the property...overall...no complaints. Awesome vacation!

Loved our stay. Upgraded to deluxe ocean front with view of Diamond Head as our room with 2 beds was unavailable so they put us in a king room - we were thrilled. Infinity pool is phenomenal and every staff member that we interacted with in the hotel was friendly and courteous. We would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the Bell Centre. I enjoyed the use of the fitness room and the pool and had an amazing massage at the spa with Eva! Our room was beautiful with lots of space, beautiful furnishings and comfy beds. We could see quite a few buildings and beyond as we looked out over Rene-Levesque.

We had a wonderful week at the Sheraton Vistana Resort. Staff was friendly, grounds were well kept and our suite was AMAZING! We loved the space of the two bedroom suite when travelling with our two children as well as having a full kitchen. Made the week a breeze!

From the time you walk to desk to time you leave...you feel welcomed and apart of family. We are well taken care of...very friendly staff..clean resort well maintained..rooms are well kept. I have nothing but love for this resort. The entertainment staff is great...they work hard to get people involved in activities.. laughing joking around making best of your days...Dio..Cristian are top notch.. The food was good...always something for anyone..the pool/beach snak bar always has hot dogs n hamburgers...it would be nice to have a change up like wings or something different,but it was good. Cant wait for next year. We dont normally return to same place...but 2ys in a row this is our home away from home..we will be back for a third. This is a uniquely relaxing resort..always a chair available...cant say enough .

Just returned from a 4 night stay at the Sheraton Vistana. It was a girls getaway and this was perfect for us. The villa was huge and had everything we needed. The pools were great - that is where we spent most of our time. We ate at two of the restaurants and the food was good. The location is very central to outlet shopping and Disney Springs and it is very easy to get from the airport to the resort.

Beautiful grounds. Lots of pool and activity options. Good restaurant menus. The market had a lot of selection eg. snacks, alcohol, coffee, toiletries. Accommodations were more then we expected. Clean 2 bedroom 2 bath fully stocked eat in kitchen, 2 sitting areas and screened in veranda. Locations was central to parks. Only downsides the beds could be updated and they don’t offer recycling

The overall stay was satisfactory and the food was great. Great location close to the small airport. Only 10 minutes drive to the resort. The airport not equipped with duty free and all facilities like a restaurant.

The hotel was very clean except for room service dishes left in the hall all day and evening causing a nasty smell. The staff was attentive. The "beach" was all huge rocks and not accessible. The food was very disappointing. I've had better in Cuba. This is a resort I would avoid in the future. I was not supposed to be charged for in room wi fi as I sat through a timeshare seminar. I confirmed this with the hotel before I left. To my shock there is a charge on my visa for the wi fi.

The hotel and rooms were well kept. There were dirty dishes in the hallway from room service we walked by that were there for many hours while cleaning staff ignored them. This was almost daily during our 7 day stay. The most disappointing part was the food. The dining room had a huge selection of choices. However it seemed you were always getting warmed up leftovers. Food was fried, greasy, and overly spiced. It would be better to have quality rather than quantity. The fruit selection was good, salads mediocre, and I could spot last nights dinner leftovers. The loaf bread needed a towel to cover hands from touching when slicing. The dessert was really boring and always the same. Never the basics like standards like creme caramel, nice cakes, or ice cream....... mostly decorated dry cupcakes. A humourous thing was on top of the cupcakes, there was a single raspberry.....cut in HALF. There was no variety. They definitely need a new head chef. Barbara Lomax ordered wifi,and there was a problem of charge that she will address. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel. Mary Pfister

This was the third time at Sheraton Buganvillias for us and we were a little disappointed this time. All the renos are amazing, the rooms, the restaurants and the Starbucks in the lobby. The staff is great as always but the food this year was not great. We were disappointed in the a la cart restaurants the most, the food was adequate at best and never hot. At the breakfast buffet there was never bacon and we found out you had to ask for it. Why?? Our favorite part of this resort is the pool but this year the water was so warm you could never get cooled off. We will think twice about coming back again.

I thank Sheraton and tripcentral for a drama free, friendly environment. Everything was good. The rooms were clean with a nice view. There were different food options and everything was included. It is a little farther from malecon.

This was the best hotel in the downtown area we have experienced. Service was spectacular (room service, pool service, restaurants). Rooms are updated, grounds well kept and food amazing! Beach area is small.

Only 15 minute Uber to Universal. Very roomy two bedroom suite with everything but the food supplied in the kitchen. Two reat pools close to our suite. Had a great option to skip housekeeping and instead get a breakfast buffet voucher for two for each night without housekeeping. Asked for two vouchers dated the same so our family of 4 could eat together. Otherwise buffet was overpriced for what you get. Easier to just get a breakfast sandwich from the Marketplace or better yet buy groceries and eat in your room. When your at the grocery store get liquid dish soap and laundry soap as they only supply dishwasher detergent.

The hotel itself is great! Clean, friendly staff, and good pools with tons of sunshine. The location for walking into old town PV is its highlight for sure. Easy stroll into town with lots to do. This resort has quite a bit of construction still on the go. Our travel site seemed to indicate this was over. Two floors (at least) were gutted and under works. Which means lots of loud banging, drilling and noise. Starts around 8 or 9 am, last throughout the day. Makes relaxing the by the pool or sleeping in quite irritating. We had a Sun Terrace room and the crews were banging new pergolas above our heads to make us up every day. Beach is not worth it at all. Rocky, sharp rocks or urchins in the water make this a no go in my opinion. Food was decent. Gaviotas is a welcome surprise for a nice formal dinner. Buffet isn't much special. Pizzas by the pool at Pergola were the way to go for a decent lunch. Great staff!

The Sheraton Vistana Village was a great resort. The grounds were pristine and clean. The rooms were clean and everything worked well. The rooms were well stocked with amenities and utensils for the week. Lots of Parking. The pools were great and the restaurant was good. Only a few issues I found....! The "Marketplace" did not have prices on anything so it was a total surprise when you got to the cash and found out a jar of peanut butter was $7.00. All the kids activities cost something. And the activities were not cheap. It was $40 to put two small braids in my daughters hair that literally took 5 mins. Overall it was a great stay and I would no question go back again and book it through trip central. Great Job and thank you.

The resort is very friendly environment and clean. I highly recommended to friends and families. The location has nearby shops and restaurants as well amenities. Our stay makes us feel at home. The villa is well furnished with a perfect view of nature. There is a mini golf nearby at reasonable price perfect for family recreation.

We stayed in the Key West Village at the resort and had a room in building number 13. It faced the pool, but was not too close to hear the noise. Furnishings in the room were beautiful and new. If you are looking for a quiet resort experience...you will love it here. We had children in strollers...and it was a great resort for using them on the property. Also within walking distance of the resort was a great outlet mall including a Starbucks and a Publix for groceries. Playgrounds were great for small children as were the zero entry pools and kiddie pools. Children loved the pool with the pirate ship as well. We enjoyed the beauty of the resort and would go back if we were in the area again. We also stayed at the Vistana Resort Villas...and were not as impressed as with the Vistana Villages.

The hotel staff were fantastic. We arrived after hours and they were accommodating and very welcoming. The concierge desk was helpful in setting up shuttles and renting a car. The grounds on the hotel were so well kept, clean and inviting. There was a balance of lush tropics with the beachfront which was also very clean and well maintained. The resort was family friendly as well and our 2 year old daughter had a blast swimming and looking at the fish. We ate at a couple restaurants in site which were really good, but be prepared to pay! They aren't cheap. Overall great experience!!

If you are looking for a bunch of North Americans in a southern location, this is not the place. There are many wonderful South Americans who are extremely nice and better behaved than most North Americans in any other resort I have been to. You may want to brush up on your Spanish as they try to speak English but it is limited. Food is great! Rooms fantastic and amazingly comfortable. Staff very helpful and kind. Air conditioning worked great. Pools perfect and ocean and beach totally amazing and relaxing. No store so bring everything you need. Excursions easy to book with tour staff at hotel and the excursions were amazing. If you book through Air Canada you fly to Tocumen Airport in Panama City which is a 2 hour drive to hotel. Most excursions are at least 2 hour drive. Sunwing flys to airport 15 minutes away. Neither airport is good for shopping or eating so buy everything you want when you go on excursions. All in all a great place with wonderful people, comfortable and relaxing. Oh and did I say 32 degrees everyday, no rain and absolutely perfect weather.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Food is amazing and the location is just perfect . The hotel had entertainment almost every night of the week and my overall experience was memorable . I would recommend this hotel to anyone . Perfect for family

The grounds are very nice, lots of pools, although most with 2 feet of water or less, but nice none the less. Beach is exceptional and you can walk for miles either way. Pool bar service is okay depending on bartender, don't expect fancy and you'll be good. Pool eating area always has hamburgers, hot dogs and fries available. A la carte restaurants are average, not bad, not great, but descent. Buffet lacks. Seems to be same food day in and day out. Minimal selection for that size of hotel and to get hot food isn't really an option most days, warm at best. Rooms are your average hotel room. Cleaned everyday, but don't expect mini fridge to be stocked. Didn't bother us, but for some that is a must which didn't happen. Don't think you are in the heart of Panama, this is a very secluded resort, two hour drive to Panama city, so if you are looking to be close to any action, this isn't the place. If you are looking for seclusion, you found it. Overall, it was an okay experience for the money, however would probably say more of a 3 - 3.5 star than a 4.

very nice hotel . at night too loud the music too many drunk people. in the pool big problem for the children and adult.........everyone smoke like a chimney. food is good ,staff friendly. As all the resort they will invite you for a presentation of time share.

This is our third stay at this resort and we have never been disappointed. Great staff and superb facilities. Always super clean and well maintained. It is our go-to place when visiting Orlando and we hope to return again.

The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Nicely kept grounds, clean pools, restaurants, spa, fitness/gym & mini putting. Starbucks and marketplace located on the resort. Close drive to Disney, pubs, bars, restaurants and outdoor malls. Free shuttle service available to Disney. We enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Vistana Resort. Thank you!

Villas accommodations were good. My biggest concern was with how they shut the pool down on three separate occasions because "they believed a storm was coming in". Nothing ever happened but they closed the pool for hours. As a paying customer I found this absolutely absurd considering the amount of money you pay to stay at these places. When you spend the day walking the theme parks in hot temperatures the fist thing you hope for is to relax and unwind in a nice pool, not at this place. I also found the customer service was average.

This hotel was perfect for my 3 year old daughter. She loved the lazy river pool. The grounds were beautiful and so peaceful. The Sheraton has the best beach in Kaanapali - great for scuba diving, wading, and shelter from the sun. We had the breakfast buffet one day and it was excellent!

Beautiful rooms, lots of elevators, helpful staff, excellent pool/hot tub/fitness centre. Very conveniently located to Rue Saint Catherine for all your shopping and dining options. 40min walk to Old Montreal. Bus shuttle from airport stops directly across from the hotel. Only $3 per luggage to hold at the hotel after checkout. They happily added our dozens of Montreal bagels to our bags on hold, too. Would stay there again and have already recommended Le Centre Sheraton.

We had a wonderful time at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort. The staff was very warm and friendly and the room and view were top class. Our only real critique would be the size of the pool for the number of guests in the hotel. They should either enlarge the pool to accommodate more guests or build another pool on the gigantic sand bar in front of the property.

Grounds and public areas are really nice. Despite the size of the resort, it is a quick walk to any facilities. Rooms are functional but somewhat dated with old furniture. Rooms could use some upgrading.

This resort is in a great location, a short walk to the Malacon. We had a terrace room and although we didn't really have a view of the ocean, it was nice to be able to sit outside. The food was good. The pool area was busy but it was nice to be able to order from the menu at lunch and have it brought to us as we lounged around the pool. I had to get up at 6:30 to secure spots at the pool where we would get maximum sun all day long. It is unfortunate that people reserve their chairs when they don't have any intention of sitting there until later in the day. The beach was a bit of a disappointment as the sand was hard and rocky. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend and return to this resort.

The hotel is very well kept, grounds are beautiful and staff are welcoming and friendly and work very hard for you. The rooms are very nice, bedding is cozy, and the maids do an excellant job. The pools are beautiful and well kept but the beach is not nice... it is on the pacific side and has a strong undertow and very rocky sand.

Beautiful location it was a busy place during our visit!!!!.Staff were amazing!!!!! Unfortunately we did not have a safe or hair dryer in our room but that didn't spoil a good time We went on the JUNGLE boat tour and had a blast with the monkeys. We also did a day shopping trip was nice local people were friendly

Having stayed at a variety of places at different places in the world, there was nothing about this resort that I would recommend. Pricing was extreme to say the least, and the state of repair of the room wasn't very good and not attended to after letting them know of the issue. Beach was non-existent, weather related apparently, which I understand can happen, but the price should be adjusted accordingly. We traveled there with another couple and they agreed that the rating for this hotel would be about a 2. Resort fee didn't seem to have any value other than wifi which is expensive. Front desk staff not overly friendly, didn't even ask how our stay was when we checked out. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and I wanted to form my own opinion, however, other negative reviews were pretty spot on. The other point worthy of noting is Trip Central's gimmicky $100 prepaid card, it wasn't usable at any of the places we were at on this trip. All in all, a pretty disappointing use of my money with all of the choices that are out there.

This resort was not a 4 star by Sheraton standards. It needs renovations in rooms and buffet area. There needs to be regular maintenance done. Always something broken or not working. Service is ok but very very slow but we are on vacation. Food was good. Beach and pool areas were awesome! Which is most important for us..some lack of service at beach for drinks. There should be more workers that are bilingual. We would rate it a 3 star...we still enjoyed our holiday!

It was our second stay at this large property. Hotel has three pools, a convenience store and a restaurant. Hotel grounds are well kept and nicely landscaped. Would be a good base for families planning to visit the theme parks. It is quite noisy in the rooms at night, bring earplugs.

Doesn't matter what upgrades you pay extra money for you get what ever room they give you. We upgraded to pool view with king size bed. Our room had two double beds, no safe in room, and over looked the back of the resort Front desk clerk stated there was no other room available for two days Poor service not enough staff working at the resort. Local people at the resort were treated better than tourists from other areas. Food was very good with great variety The resort seemed very unorganized with lack of staff.

The good: beach is beautiful and you can walk forever beach has lifeguard. The grounds are beautiful. Hotel is 15 minutes from airport. A la carte restaurants are excellent The bad: I am not usually critical or overly picky Rooms clean but need updating. Not enough palapas and shade at beach. Pools look dirty...kids allowed at every pool...jumping off stools at pool bar. Service at buffet restaurant poor...not enough servers. Not enough tables at buffet restaurant. Food is good but not much selection at buffet. Bad septic odour around lobby area.poor night entertainment. Requested king size bed...got 2 double beds...not many kings avail or queen size. Would never return and would never suggest to anyone

The resort was amazing so relaxing and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Overall the place was perfect I would love to stay there again. Thank you Tom for helping me and making my booking process easy.

The hotel and grounds were well kept and staff friendly. Amazing beach a couple minute walk from room. Food at buffet and a la carte restaurants-delicious. Micheal, server at buffet restaurant made our meals more enjoyable.Lifeguards at pool and beach. And a AED.

The resort was nice and had everything listed in the description supplied by the hotel, but definitely not more. Be sure to bring your own towel, as they run out, and if you can bring a travel beach chair they were under equipped both at the pool and beach. Definitely book some excursions as the hotel is tiny and you'll likely get cabin fever. The only really problem was with checkout - If you can book a flight that leaves in the morning this would be best. The hotel refused to accommodate late checkout (12pm firm) which left us losing an entire day. We had to wait in the lobby for 6 hours after the hotel wouldn't even give us a courtesy room to shower if we wanted to go to the beach.

We thought it was a good resort for the price paid. There wasn't anything to complain about. The pools and beach were great. The rooms were clean, the service was friendly and helpful but not over the top. We enjoyed the a la carte restaurants. The buffet was good but too busy at times. There was a nice variety of activities and the recreation staff made them fun (especially volleyball). The tennis courts are in great condition. It would have been nice if the non motorized water sports (ie kayaks) were included. Overall we had an amazing time and I would recommend the Sheraton resort to others.

Check in was easy and staff helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable WiFi worked well Breakfast was good and servers efficient. Hotel is in a good location to explore the old town and the cruise ship dock

Public areas very nice. Excellent location. Friendly people . Some drinks too sweet . Spanish coffee first world class. Beautiful sunrise. Weather , beaches, black send everything makes unforgettable vacations.

Grounds were clean and delicious abundance of food! Maid service forgot our stocking of daily coffee and water but once complained they did remember, grille house restaurant could of changed their dinner menus daily same food every night al la carte , Japanese was very good and the Mediterranean was not open so that was disappointing and when it did at the end of the week no communication was given to us to book a reservation , evening entertainment was good but disco too loud at night so it is a noisy place at night as music could be herd until 2 am

The Sheraton Bijao location is ideal. Close proximity to the newer airport. The ocean room with great view, powerful Air Conditioning, modern, clean, with new linens and towels, and bottled water. Fridge in the room but no bottled pop available. The choice of food was amazing very tasty at the daily buffet and at all 3 al la Cart restaurants. The pool side bar served tasty beverages. Bring a travel mug! There was pool side lunch food service. Enjoyable evening entertainment very talented entertainers. The beach is absolutely amazing with the option to walk for miles beside the Pacific Ocean. Ocean swimming was great fun. There is lots of shade and many beach chairs. It is very hot every day! . . The staff are all exceptionally polite and happy to help you. They all work extremely hard everyday to make your vacation enjoyable! The only irritating thing at the resort was the extremely loud volume of music at the pool. The music would have been enjoyable if it was not blarring all day. Bring ear plugs!.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Bar service was great. Buffet was good. My only beef was the constant very loud music in the pool area - from morning to night. As a result we spent most of our time at the beach where it was a less noisy. Also after dinner they have a nightly show in the courtyard which faces most rooms. If you don't want to hear loud music until 11pm or so I'd suggest you not get an oceanview room, ask for a room not facing the courtyard. A big bonus with this resort is flying into Rio Hato as its a short drive from the airport vs. 90 min drive to Panama City.

The Resort is in a beautiful location and the rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The music in the main area was so loud we could not stay to listen and we needed ear plugs to block the noise in our room that lasted until 2:00 am. The piano in the lounge was so loud you had to shout to your friends, or leave. There were 2 styles of deck chairs....bad and even worse. By the end of the week, my back was very sore. The hotel service was generally very friendly, but their inability to understand any English was a barrier at times.

Family of 5, stayed in two bedroom villa for two weeks Jan 15-29, 2016. Room was nice, clean, & spacious. Had a great time! We found that the pool with the waterside was well heated, even on cooler days. Only small thing was the floors may be a bit thin. We were on the 3Rd floor and received a noise complaint, but weren't being excessively loud.

Room and staff are great. Good service. Excellent meals, great variety. Pool and beach very well kept. Good entertainment. Bartenders are good at ensuring they serve guests in order and not just those guests who try to push their order first.

Good location if you intend to visit all of the over priced theme parks in the area. However you have to be aware that this is a time share sales operation. In our two week stay here we were solicited 9 times to go to time share sales presentations. This was after informing them that we had no interest in time share and not to keep trying their sale pitch on us. The room we were given was very spacious and well equipped.

Very friendly, nice and professional people, Rooms are very clean, no smell and dust, you have everything whatever you need. Front desk and manager are so helpful .If you don't like your room, they will change right away. Restaurants are wonderful. all personnel needs reward for customer service. Nexus representative: Omar, is the best person for set up and do your trips to Anton Valley, Panama Canal and more.

Stayed at this resort first time and really enjoyed it. Food was great, even 24 HR room service was included which was real treat :) Staff was awesome, helpful and friendly, resort was clean and the gym was fantastic top of the line facility. The only thing is if you are looking for to swim in the ocean, that's not the best place as the waves were a bit rough and usually quite high, yet of course the pools were great along with swim-up bars and poolside food service. Locacion is good too as it's right by the city, so it's nice to walk in the city and check things out, including shops, restaurants and scenery. We for sure would go back. :)

The grounds, the staff and location were great. Our room was a bit dated but the cleaning staff kept it very clean. The food was very good but pricey. We appreciated the "happy hours" throughout the day. The pool area and beach was beautiful.

The hotel staff was great. Very helpful with attractions and great recommendations. We will definitely return. We arrived a bit early but that was no problem. The staff held out luggage while we set out on the town for a few hours. Room was nice and beds comfortable.

Front desk very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Also very accommodating. Located centrally downtown, very quick to get to where you need to go. Rooms kept well. Only negative was shower fan did not work. Would stay again.

4 day trip with my daughter. Had a great time. Beach was amazing! Pool was nice. Beach grille resto was really good. Very accommodating for my 4 year old with lots of food choices. Las olas boulevard very close and lots of fun. Overall great trip. Will be back :)

Friendly kid oriented resort. Rooms clean and and nice. A little small as we were in the older European rooms with kichenette. The Pools and lounging areas were fantastic. Lots of chairs and pools were emaculate. Staff was friendly and kind. If you don't want house keeping you can get resort credit which is great for a meal or items from the resort market. The resort Photographer was great!

Hotel was well maintained and food was very good. Rooms could use updating. Looks like they've started to renovate some of the upper floors. If you're looking for a nice beach, go to the Zona Romantica. Beach at the hotel is very coarse gravel. Make sure to request non-smoking room if you don't smoke. If you don't get one, ask to change rooms at the front desk.

We travelled with our one n half year old son and we greatly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The pools were great but sometimes not warm enough. The restaurant on site was a little lacking but if you have a car then there are tons of other restaurants nearby. The housekeeping was great. The crib could have been a little bigger as my son was hitting his head during the nights. The full kitchen was a huge help as well as the bbq available downstairs.

The room and pool area is very nice however there were a few issues that made me feel like they were not paying attention to details. When we checked in we found a spot of blood on the back of the bathroom door. We found some hair around the toilet area. The dishwasher did not run on normal cycle. The kitchen table was missing a few bolts and when you leaned on one end the tables would flip up. The washer was very noisy. Lately on the second last night we were there the roof in the master bedroom leaked and dripped on my head when I was sleeping. We were offered to move to a new room but it was the last night so we stayed and just moved the bed. Would have thought they would have offered a little more. Most of these complaints were called in but the hair in the bathroom was still there when we left.

This resort was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very family oriented. Was a pleasure to stay here. It's central location was great as we were close to shopping and disney. Restaurants close and easy to access Information and other services required are easily accessed from the staff at the main desk of the lobby.

I chose this resort because of the beautiful freeform pools (including one with a pirate ship that my 5 year old loved!), it's location (international drive, close to outlet shopping for my 16 year old, and grocery store), and the modern amenities within the suites (granite countertops, full kitchen/bath, balcony, etc). I was not disappointed at all with this resort. It had something for everyone. Waterfalls, freeform pools, hottubs, 3 fenced in playgrounds, (in each pool area). 3 modern fitness centres (one with sauna and steam room). A market (grocery items, souvenirs and ice cream). Bridges and paths for early morning/evening walks. BBQ stations for grilling, hammocks for lazing. There were birds, ducks/ducklings, giant fish, turtles, etc which made going for walks an even more enjoyable experience. Memories to last a lifetime! I would highly recommend this resort for families of all ages, as well as for couples, or singles looking for a great location for a girls shopping/sunshine trip!

The Hotel and grounds were kept in excellent condition. We were greeted by friendly staff who were always willing to help and offer advice on places to eat. Service at the hotel restaurant was always friendly and very efficient.

Once in a lifetime trip so reviewed resorts carefully beforehand. Very pleased with Sheraton - nice, clean resort with perfect location. Upgraded to Building 6 which was well worth the price - fantastic room, in a very quiet area. Large with good amenities and balcony right on ocean with undisturbed view. Watched whales, turtles and dolphins right from balcony. Had the lounge included in upgrade which was perfect for breakfast and evening appetizers. Excellent check-in staff (particularly Evelyn and Noah) and lounge staff (Jackie) and helpful, friendly staff throughout the resort. Pool with lazy river very nice for swimming, but still close to ocean for swimming there too. Great location on Black Rock (very good snorkelling here) and easy walk to Whalers Village with restaurants and shops, plus free shuttle and trolly services to take you places as well. We rented a car for only one week out of our two week stay because it was such a great location to access things. This resort was a great choice and part of what made our trip fantastic. Room was great, resort grounds were well manicured and looked after, and the resort on a whole was clean with good staff very welcoming to guests. Definitely would recommend to others.

My recent stay was absolutely wonderful! I especially enjoyed the comfy beds and white linens. I did not see any bugs any where. Food was great, lots of choice and top notch drink selection, also wine was available white and red which is not always at all inclusive resorts. Staff members were so friendly, especially Jorge Luise the activity director at the pool! I was disappointed that the beach was all rocky and hard to walk on in bare feet.

liked everything about the resort except, we did think the pools were kept too warm to be refreshing and I had a problem with wifi. I was to have free wifi in our room but had to go to IT each day to get connected.

Our recent stay at Sheraton Buganvillias was extremely enjoyable. Grounds and pool area were excellent, staff was friendly and helpful, food was good. Entertainment and special event nights were fun and well organized.

First time in Puerto Vallarta and it was an amazing introduction. The Sheraton Buganvillias Resort was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean with a great balcony to soak up that warm sun. The grounds were gorgeous and always spotlessly clean. The restaurants were all good. The most important memory I will have is the staff at this hotel. Everyone was so polite and always quick to give you a smile with an "hola". So nice. Irving Flores, the saxaphone player was amazing. So nice and so talented!! Last but not least we really enjoyed our time with "Jorge Luis Borbolla". He taught us water aerobics and was so nice and friendly. He made us laugh and always took the time to say hello if he spotted us in other places on the resort. He really made our stay fun!! Thanks Jorge!! All in all, it was a wonderful holiday in a wonderful hotel. Thank you!!

We had a fantastic time at this resort. It is so beautiful and the grounds are amazing. Our room was lovely with a hug balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean! The pools were huge and nice and warm. My rating for beach and pools is a little low, as the beach is unfortunately very pebbly and we really did not spend much time on the beach (which is where I usually like to be). The food was good and the service was excellent - very friendly and cheerful staff. I would certainly go back.

We had a great stay at the Sheraton Vistana Village! We had a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and laundry. The screened in balcony was great for getting some fresh air (without getting bugs!). The children's play areas were great for our kids and the heated pools meant that we could get some pool time in February!
