Great place to relax and be pampered.....small resort so you don't feel rushed for anything...quality service. The reservations fro dinner is a bit of a nuisance...but the 4 outdoor buffets were really great...

As usual, the staff at Sans Souci outdo themselves in taking care of us. Food was excellent, and service was exactly what we've always come back to Jamaica for. We stayed in Section D in a beautiful Ocean Suite, and absolutely loved the huge blue tile shower. The room was immaculate , and bar service plus room service every day to our room made us feel pampered. This time we travelled with friends, and our son and his wife - all of whom had never been there before. They agreed with us - we want to go back again.

The hotel and staff should be proud of there great service food and helpful nature it made the holiday peerfect I have nothing to add to this review the place will make every attempt to make anyone happy

The resort is set on the side of a mountain so you have a beautiful view of the ocean. They have massage house right on the side of the mountain looking over the ocean, can get a better view. For the fanatic gym people it's right on the side of the ocean so you exercise with a fantastic view. For the restaurants there only three and the Casanova is really good. The beach is not that big but adequate for the size of the resort. Overall I would highly recommend this resort specially for the many view point over the ocean. But if you have mobility issue do not choose this resort since there are many stairs.

We just returned from a great week at Couples Negril ... the resort was fairly compact, but still had nice lush grounds for wandering around. The restaurants, piano bar and pool were all in a central core area, which was great for activities and socializing. Plenty of fun organized activities, but no pressure to take part. You could just lounge on the beach or float in the water. And "The Beach" ... beautiful white sand, calm water, stretching on for a couple of miles. All other beaches we visit will be judged against this one! Food ranged from good to amazing (one dinner at Otaheite -- lionfish and scallops -- was among the best meals we've ever had). Four restaurants to choose from, lots of selections at breakfast or lunch, and several a-la-carte options for dinner. Everything was included, including Scuba Diving, snorkeling, tennis lessons, yoga, and a catamaran cruise (which was a hoot!). Starff was great. And the people we met were fantastic. Plus we had nice warm weather the entire week ... maybe a couple of hours of rain in total, but it cleared quickly to nice sunny skies. April was a perfect time to visit! Hopefully we'll make it back someday!

What can I say, the food, the service, the atmosphere..... everything was exceptional. We didn't want to leave. It was a little far from the airport but, if you get a drink for the ride it's not so bad. We also liked the proximity to Dunn's River and the fact that it was included in the price. We will definitely be returning.

everything was perfect. The food was great, the staff were simply amazing, The non tipping policy on this resort is nice because you don't have to carry any money with you. The entertainment was also unbelievable. Tried for the last three weeks to find something I could complaint about.....still searching. Renovated beach front rooms are perfect. Lot's of closet space and big roomy drawers and convenient hooks on the walls. Perfect balcony view. Would not recommend ground floor. Mini bar stocked every day with wish list fulfilled. Well suited to vacationers not looking for big nightly entertainment shows. Butler service daily at the beach. The friendliest staff we have ever met. A few vendors in one location that do not approach you but have some lovely crafts for sale.

This was our second visit to a Couples property (we visited Couples Negril in 2015 for a week) and reaffirmed that Couples is a premium resort group. Our room (Beachfront Suite in Building A) was lovely, the food was excellent, the facilities (pools, beach, watersports, spa, restaurants, bars, etc.) were fantastic but above all else was the quality of the staff. They are truly outstanding. This resort has endless places for you and your significant other to just be alone with one another, as well as lots of places to meet new friends from all over Canada, the US, Great Britain and Europe. Only 150 rooms so never a lineup for anything, no crazy Spring Breakers and even the small wedding groups that we encountered were low-key. Loved CSS (just as much as we loved CN) so definitely will look to return in the future. Highly recommend!!!

We had an amazing 7 night vacation at CSA and everything exceeded our expectations. Room: We stayed in the Garden Verandah suite - yes, we can hear the traffic noise but we were not in our room mostly and noise was not a problem for us at night. Room is clean, bed is firm and very comfortable, big and wide balcony. Food: Very good - Patois, Palms, Feathers, Cabana Grill and SeaGrapes. Lemongrass is okay - we have had better Thai food back home. You have to try fish tacos and all the delicious salads at SeaGrapes. Natasha at the wellness hut makes the best carrot/beet/ginger juice and Mango smoothie. Top shelf liquor. Activities: So much to do. In general, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Renay (dive centre) - most patient and encouraging scuba instructor who helped me overcome my fear of water/depth during the Scuba Discovery in the pool. Anthony (dive centre) who created an opportunity for me to experience Scuba Discovery in the pool when the scheduled activity was already fully booked. Our one-on-one lessons with David, Brenton and Donovan at the tennis centre - showed the right techniques and corrected our bad habits. We did the catamaran tour. We plan to return next year and spend more time.

The food was amazing, the beach was beautiful, and the staff was great, very friendly and accommodating! We took full advantage of the watersports, there's so much more included here than your typical all-inclusive. We stayed in a Gardenview room; the room itself was nice, but the road noise was noticeably loud especially morning and evening, although with the a/c on it was mostly drowned out. The resort's a nice size, with everything in easy walking distance. Overall, a wonderful resort and an enjoyable and relaxing week. We would definitely return :)

Relaxing. This resort subtly encourages guests to mingle and creates soft opportunities to meet friendly new faces in other happy guests. While some guests create long lasting bonds with their Couples Family it is also encouraged to "Be Easy" and take nothing too seriously. If you desire solitude you will love the space you will find here.

The resort was absolutely beautiful! The staff were excellent and friendly. My only complaint would be that the hot tubes were very dated, they could have had drink menus and the beach is a bit small. We had an excellent time nonetheless. Food was great and activities included were a blast. I wouldn't recommend going in the Piano Bar it smelt horribly of mould!

We definitely recommend Couples Tower Isle in Ocho Rios . The staff is professional, fun and friendly. The hotel, rooms and grounds are very well maintained and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the included activities such as the catamaran, glass bottom boat and hobie cat rides as well as the use of the kayaks. The music and other entertainment offered are excellent . The Patio buffet and a la carte restaurants are very good. We particularly liked "The Verandah" where the food was top notch and service well-paced. The beach is small and, therefore, not given to long walks but we knew this before going, There was never an issue getting a beach chair or fresh towels which were abundant. We had several theme nights and the staff was amazingly proficient at setting up and providing excellent service. All in all, this resort is very good value.

Once again, the staff at Tower Isle did not disappoint. Exceptional service, food and activities are all part of the norm. We will definitely be going back. Its so nice to come home and be remembered by front desk staff, management, waiters, bartenders and water sports personnel.

Couples Sans Souci is a wonderful resort. The grounds are lovely, the pools are awesome! The service is beyond compare! All the food was delicious. Our couples massage topped it all off! Till next year!

This was our very first all inclusive and we loved it !! The grounds of the resort were pristine. The walkways and beach were always immaculate. The staff in all areas were always very pleasant and willing to assist us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and we loved the tropical feel of them. The food was amazing !!! It was always fresh and a huge variety so you never had to eat the same thing twice. It was definitely a very romantic spot and we highly recommend it!!

This was our 4th visit to Couples Tower Isle. The resort, staff, food and atmosphere all incredible. The hotel itself has super sea views, there's always a free beach or pool chaise and the food, out of this world. It's a very GLAM resort.

Food is the best from all the Couples resorts. It was the best I have had in the 9 times I have been to Jamaica. The resort itself is beautiful. Rooms are old and dated but were always super clean. If you are looking for a beach this is not the place for you. It is very small and the water had alot of waves. The staff were very good and super polite. I would return here strickly for the food. It was that good.

Without exception, staff are efficient, friendly and service-oriented. The resort is small, making a more intimate feeling than other resorts. We love our beach vacations and we found everything great here. Only little shortcoming was the lack of dance music after dinner, was mostly sing along style.

We had a great time. Food was outstanding, beach is great, rooms are very clean, resort is well kept..was the right pick for us..price was fair. Excursions were well ran meet a lot of nice people. And we enjoyed the island very nice add on to a great spot.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Couples Negril. The service was friendly and accommodating, the ambiance and the beach were fantastic, the watersports team was great, and overall the food was very good, though the buffet typically had some weaker choices. We would definitely return for another visit.

Not only was the food great there was great verity with 5 restaurants 2 snack bars each with its own kitchen , a great selection of water sports and excursions topped of by excellent and friendly service

A piece of paradise! Grounds were lush and well maintained. Accommodations impeccably clean and comfortable, and dining experiences outstanding. Staff were warm and friendly. Beach/water unbelievable, with plenty of activities available. Clients of all ages. No mad early morning rush needed to reserve chairs by the pool or beach- always more than enough. Floating mats on all the beach chairs is the best idea ever- can fall asleep floating in the designated swim area of the ocean!!!!! Everything is well situated- resort is well laid out so that restaurants, rooms, pools are all a short walk away.

Well, where do I start? When we 1st arrived, our A/C didn't work, we were moved to a new room ASAP, all was good. I'm not sure I can say enough about the resort & staff @ CSA.. Everything was superb, the food, great variety, loved the buffet @ the Palms & having a coconut with breakfast was my special treat! We weren't able to visit as long pants is a requirement & they were forgotten. The beach is spectactular & very warm. There are lots of shade & beach chairs. CSA offer beach floaties (cushions for the chairs, that you can take in the water & lay on, very nice). We did an extra excursion to Rick's Cafe, not worth the $30 in my opinion, but if you have never seen people jump off a cliff into water, then, by all means, go. CSA offer a free excursion to Margarettaville on Wednesdays. We walked there down the beach, it was 5-10 minutes, had a $10 margaretta & enjoyed the view & headed back to our resort (CSA margaretta's are just as good & free!). We took advantage of the free paddle boards & kayaking & snorkeling offered @ CSA & enjoyed very much. I would say, if anything, a downfall are the peddlars that walk up & down the beach, constantly, I understand they are trying to make a living, but it does get a bit annoying after a while, as well, they all ask if 'you smoke?' Marjiuna is anywhere you want, any time, apparently our driver says it is legal as long as you don't have more than an ounce, there were a few smoking this at the resort. Another, the musicians, they will stop & play in front of you, but they have their bucket ready for tips. Also, from a Mr Ice Block, we ended up buying his CD's, nice memorabelia from Jamaica (alot of the musicians do have their CD's to sell)..We had a main floor Atrium room & loved it, it was perfect. In finishing up, there are alot of activities to do, plan your days, or not, we missed alot of fun stuff, just because we really enjoyed the beach & spent most time there, but there is also a big sports facility across the street that is for CSA (best Mango smoothie!), but activites all day long. If you are ever bored, it is no fault of CSA, they offer it all, I will be back! Stayed July 18 - 25 2015

The resort was perfect. Couldn't ask for a better time. Lots of things to do. Staff were very friendly. Very clean and well kept. Security was very relaxed but made me safe. The only part of the trip that was not perfect was the food. It was not bad but not amazing either.

This is probably the best resort ever, and we have stayed at many over the years. The staff are superb, cannot do enough to help. The rooms are clean, and well laid out. The ambiance is very good, due to the excellent condition of the facility, and the plentiful supply of towels for the beach and room. This is enough to mitigate the horrible experience with Air Canada Rouge, arguably the worlds worst.

We went to couples tower island for our honeymoon. It did not disappoint. The food is fantastic, the staff are wonderful, excursions are included and the rooms are spotless. Got to get up early to get a spot at swim up bar pool but loads of space at the beautiful beach. We went over Christmas and the daytime entertainment was great - rasta claus gave out gifts and we had our pics taken in a Jamaican bobsled!

We have been to other couples resorts and this resort we thought had the lowest standards. Management needs training for better customer service, no room service, rooms and furniture throughout resort need updating.

We had another great holiday to Couples resorts, Couples Tower Isle has wonderful food with 4 restaurants to choose from, only 2 requiring reservations. We were just here for 5 nights to surprise some friends but really enjoyed the island every day. Our room had a lovely ocean view and was very clean and comfortable. The staff go out of their way to make sure your holiday is everything you want it to be. We will return here again.

The rooms were nice. I have been to Sandles , Riu, and Sunset at the palms. I have to rate Couples last on my list. The grounds just didn't 't wow me , and the food was a lot of the same thing. Just not enough variety. Breakfast was the best meal. champaign was a nice treat. the bar in our room was empty when we arrived and it took until the next day when we filled our sheet and left on the door before it was stocked. Our room was cleaned very nicely every day. I especially liked the open spacious showe. One thing I liked was having the loung cushion at the beach to take in the water, also the second roped area in the water. I love swimming laps. And it made it easy not having to worry abou running into someone.

This year was our third time at Swepr Away...our first 10-day stay......maybe 14 next year. The beach is great but the staff is fantastic !!! The most priceless experience was that dinner on the beach although it does come at a price !!!

We spent a fabulous week at Couples Swept Away. Beautiful beachfront location, great rooms, (very clean and comfortable), food above par for an all inclusive. People were amazing and friendly. Water sports offerings were great. Night snorkel a must! We will be back!

Hotel, staff, food, atmoshpere were all amazing......perfect amount of activities and excursions included to make even more memories!! Rooms were large enough, but the bed was really hard, i was sore the whole trip. The mini bar was not automatically stocked everyday like it has been at past resorts, which was annoying to have to call each time you wanted something, and the call had to be made by a certain time. Everything you needed or wanted the staff did everything they could to accommodate you which was great! Overall we had an amazing time, and we are looking forward to our vacation next year

The beach was amazing. The watersports were so fun. We loved the Hobie cat and snorkelling. The sports facility was a hidden gem. we played tennis and a had a swim several mornings. Sumptuous gourmet food everyday. What more could you ask for?

This was our 2nd visit to Couples Tower Isle. This resort is so lovely, the service is unbelievable and the food was great !!!! The staff work extremely hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Check in was a breeze, staff at the front desk were very helpful & extremely friendly. The servers worked nonstop to shuttle drinks back & forth from bar to beach and always with a smile. Contrary to most resorts in the Caribbean, the service (all areas) is fast and very efficient.

Fabulous visit to a magnicificant property. However an older property, it's clean and the staff is amazing. There are many things to do on this resort and you can find many places to find privacy. This was our third visit and definitely not our last

From the moment we stepped off the bus at couples until the moment we left, we felt at home. This resort was amazing. Very clean inside and out. The maids are constantly cleaning And the gardeners always raking. All the staff serving meals were very friendly and all the meals delicious. The bar tenders were top notch with their service. The water sports guys were absolutely hilarious and a joy to be around. The only complaint I would have is...... Vacation was to short hahaha, could have stayed forever. A beautiful resort, amazing staff and a top notch beach. I have recommended this place to everyone!!!'

The resort was amazing! Facilities are everything you'll ever need. Food is VERY plentiful and very good, safe and secure... And the staff is top notch! Anything you need or want they are quick to help!!!

The resort was incredible. From the moment we arrived to the day we left. The staff were all very helpful, friendly, each and every single person from the groundskeepers to the concierge were kind and welcoming. I have never felt this way at any other resort and we have travelled to many all inclusive resorts in the past. The beach was the best we've ever experienced. White sand, which was raked up by a machine every morning, and crystal clear calm water. Sting rays swimming by daily. The floaties provided by the resort made the beach loungers very comfortable and were a bonus to float on in the ocean! The only issue we had was finding chairs in the shade. This required very early mornings to "reserve" your beach lounger. The food was exceptional at all restaurants - Lemongrass and Feathers and Patois was amazing. The Seagrapes café on the beach had the most amazing sweet potato chips and dip as well as fish tacos! The rooms were always clean and very Caribbean flavour to them. Small and simple. The fitness facility across the street was incredible as well. My husband and I took full advantage of early morning tennis clinics, exercise classes (spin, bootcamp) and the weight room. A great resort for active guests. Our couples massage was also well worth the money, the staff was exceptional. The bar on the beach - Bamboo bar was incredible and fun times were had by all. Catamaran was included, no tipping which relieved the pressure was appreciated. We would definitely recommend Couples Swept Away to anyone looking for a beautiful beach, great food, fabulous staff. Well worth the money. I hope to return soon!

Grounds were kept very nice and the staff were friendly. Beach was very nice, although not as nice as beach at Swept Away. Rooms are a bit tired, but were clean. Food was excellent, although my fiancé and I both got "Rastas Revenge".

Awesome service and food was amazing!! Great for couples wanting to have a getaway. Beach was windy and lots of debris staff was constantly cleaning but pools were an option. Not enough music during the day and would have liked to arrive on different day so we could enjoy the beach party and make it to Margaritaville which is only Monday evening.

Nice small resort, very good food. Not much of a beach but very private. nearly two hours from Montego Bay. Not all room categories have bath tubs, but ocean view is outstanding. Friendly staff. Most guests are over 40.

Second time at a Couples resort. They aim to please, tasty and heatlhy food options, fantastic beach and activities, all included. A little annoyance: The noisy music of neighbooring hotel on the West side of the resort. Did not have our requested room category the first night but they made up for it for the largest beachfront room the next day. Hors-d'oeuvre delivered to room at night, room mini bar always stocked, in room breakfast option a plus: what's better enjoying your coffee with a view of the ocean from the comfort of your hammac! We would go back to couples!

From start to finish, everyone at Couples Negril made us feel wonderful. Specific shout outs to Bellard with the games and activities, Floy and Elkie with the drinks and Sugar, Taffy and Richie in the dive shop. We WILL be back!

This resort was suggestions by out travel agent for our honeymoon. This was our first visit to Jamaica and our first adults only resort. We were beyond pleased with the hospitality, food, hotel clenliest, and staff during our stay. I wish some of the nightly activities started earlier but those we did attend where great.

We just returned from our 12th trip to CSS. We are in awe every time, from the moment we get there, the views are spectacular and the pathways so fun to explore. Our favourite room category is a 1 bedroom ocean suite, with a huge, private balcony. The resort is set on 3 different levels and we prefer the top level for the beautiful views it affords. We love the Friday night galas which they set up on the expansive front lawn. The food is out of this world, as is the beach party on Tuesday night. We spend most of our time at SSB, but did visit the mineral pool as well. It is so quiet there and we enjoy the access to the ocean. Just take a few steps down from the pool and head out through the arch. The A/N beach is unswimmable unless you have water shoes due to rocks. The beach does change quite often due to the White River which flows into the ocean and causes the sand to shift. We don't spend any time at the main beach but it is very nice, as we have walked out a ways to check it out on occasion. The pathways and flora and fauna are spectacular and all add to the romantic atmosphere of this resort. We so enjoyed just wandering every day and discovering something new each time. Crackers, the resident parrot, is so adorable, we visit him every morning and he would welcome us with a hello and a goodbye when we left him. The staff at this resort are second to none, we have made so many friends over the years and are always sad to leave.

Second time back and had a great time. The staff make this place and treat you like family. There was a couple of items at the resturants that disappointed us, but for the most part was top notch. Beautiful resort on a great strech of Bloody Bay.

Staff were great. Get up early if you want a place by the pool. not enough umbrellas around the pool. It is a very quiet resort. 5th time to Jamaica will not go back to this resort. Ended up with food poisoning. If you are not a returning guest and it's your first time there you don't get treated the same. Loved the spa treatments. Did not feel it was worth the money we paid.

The couples lounge at the airport arrivals was a pleasant place to relax with a cold Red Stripe (free) while waiting for the bus(about 15 mins). Once at the resort we were greeting by smiling faces and cool towels to wash our hands and face and then a welcome drink, check in was super fast. Resort is small but very stylish, and lots and lots of staff, who are ready to help you anyway they can, very friendly staff. Loved all the activities that are included in this resort(Dunns River Falls, Shopping, Margaritaville, Catamaran Cruise, Scuba, Snorkling). All restaurants were good, with lots of choices for the picky eaters. Just wish they were open every night. Premium drinks(GreyGoose, Smirnoff, Crown Royal, Malibu Rum, good Scotch) a bonus. Drinks of the day, delicious! Entertainment a little boring with the house band every night even they looked bored. Need new entertainment more often, different entertainment. Rooms were very clean and filling my fridge was just a phone call away, anytime. Left my safe open a few times with all my valuables, and cash, nothing was ever taken. Had a great relaxing vacation at Couples Tower Isle, Thanks!

This was our first time to Jamaica & to a Couples Resort & absolutely loved it! Great food, the staff treated you like royalty and we met a lot of guests that were repeaters! We loved sitting on our ocean front balcony eating breakfast by room service!

The beach was totally amazing miles white sand and crystal clear blue water. There is a restaurant for everyone, but patois was my favorite. The food was amazing. Breakfast was the best. Banana filled french toast is a must have with warm syrup and whip cream. Lots of great excursions included saves money. We had a veranda room and they were so nice to sit on and we could walk right off and we're a minute to the beach. Check in was fast and friendly. Great gym if you want to work out. But miles of beach makes for great walking. Rooms and housekeeping were good. My only complaint was no bath tub. I missed soaking and relaxing before dinner.

loved it . the bar staff could have been better for service. the size of the hotel is just the right size. atmosphere was awesome. would go back any time. rooms very clean. need better drinks at bar using fresh fruit.

Worth every penny, every effort to get there and the sadness on having to go home. The natural beauty of the resort is surely Sugar Beach's best asset, but the service of the staff was a close second. The staff are attentive, friendly and just delightful. The villas are impeccably decorated, comfortable, spacious, and provide a view that I doubt could be equalled anywhere in the Caribbean. The food is not five-star, but it's good and any deficiencies definitely don't detract from the overall experience, which is a five-star feel. The sushi at the Cane Bar is the best food on the resort. The Friday night BBQ is delightful! There should be more wines to select from on the AI plan, however. It's a quiet resort - no guests visible at midnight, Cinderella-style - but it's relaxing on that account. The spa is quite creatively designed and a pleasure to visit. The treatments are ok, but the setting is lovely. The grounds are very well maintained, with a lush, plantation feel. The pool is amazing, the beach being a great place to sunbathe, but not so great for swimming. We loved the dining ambience; we could have been eating KFC and still been ecstatic because of the views. The sunset cruise is must - we were escorted by dolphins! and so is the Piton hike. Great place to spend a week and we'll definitely be back.

All amenities provided were great....employes very friendly, always available, accommodation, services, endless amounts of food/ drinks,great entertainment especially the Magicians ..even televised Super Bowl with a party !!

We just got back from a wonderful 10 day stay. We loved the fact that it is a smaller resort, and that there was no tipping of the staff! The pools are small but adequate and clean. The beach is lovely and private to the resort. The cleanliness left a little to be desired, though. After a very windy day, a lot of seaweed came ashore..3 days later, they were still cleaning it. It was off to the side, so no great big deal. What really got us was that regular beach clean up involved raking and BURYING the piles of rubbish along the shoreline! No problem with the biodegradable stuff...but digging holes in the sand and tossing in plastic bottles and cigarette butts? There were three parrots on the property...in a very secluded/isolated area. It was almost a week before we realised that they were there! We think any pet lover, bird owner [particularly people familiar with parrots, and their needs] would be appalled by their lack of proper care. One of them needs medical attention ASAP.

We have visited Sans Souci for 4 years now, always for Christmas and New Year and although the rooms could do with a little refreshing, the staff are the best ever, the grounds are immaculate and the food is fabulous.

What a beautiful place!! The beach was amazing and the staff were so friendly!!! Food was incredible and so where the drinks! The hotel had everything and there was all kinds of activities to do day and night!!! Will definetly go back there!!!

This was our 7th returning trip to the Couples Resorts, the last 3 being to Couples Sans Souci. Previous trips were to Couples Tower Isle ( honeymooned there 38 years ago, it had just opened!) This last vacay was this past December 2014, and have to give the resort, and staff a HUGE shout out!! Our first two days had some sun and cloud, and then 5 days STRAIGHT, monsoon rains, no breaks, constant umbrellas, wet feet, flooded grounds, cancelled outside events.......and never once did the staff stop smiling, and helping and trying to overcome the issues. At one point if was absolutely pouring, there were a few brave souls at the swimup bar, and the staff were all huddled under towels, singing........it was hilarious! Food was awesome as always, they pulled off so many cancelled outdoor events, that had to be moved indoors..... staff constantly 'shovelling' rain puddles, downed leaves, running towells, dealing with the usual complainers, setting up and taking down outdoor event structures, running room service to everyone.......and always with a smile and positive comment. We always stay in A Block, 2nd floor - close to pool, beach, always quiet. Shout out to Sandy and her outstanding housekeeping team! Always top notch and decadent! Must mention the wonderful Spa - nothing better than a massage, listening to the rain coming down, waves crashing in, all outdoor massage rooms, a wonderful spa experience. Excellent massages - a must! Boutique resort that goes out of its way to make you feel like home. Staff are friendly, food is amazing and overall experience was great. Rooms were nice with a wonderful view. Tried the spa and highly recommended it.

This resort had the best food we have ever had at an all inclusive, in fact, the food was better then a lot of restaurants in our area, which we always thought were the best. The resort is small, but cozy,and is located in a fairly isolated area. Take advantage of all the free activities which are offered, for most often they are extra at other resorts. The no tipping policy is amazing(tip was included in our overall price), and staff are very attentive even though they know that usually there will be no extra tip. Nightly entertainment was very good,and had a wide variety to offer.

We travelled in early December. The weather was not the greatest, but we'll forgo the tan for an amazing experience, which is what Couples Tower Isle provided. All staff members at CTI, from check-in to check-out, were incredible - reception, guest services, events, water sports, bar staff, room service, dining room, Verandah, Bayside, the fancy restaurant. I was in awe by the attention that the staff provided all resort guests - it was simply above and beyond all other experiences, with the exception of our stay at Couples Negril, which was probably on par. The answer to any request you may have is "Ya Mon!" The food was incredible - I had to have gained 10 pounds over the course of the week. Every dining option is good. The jerk chicken at the snack bar was unreal - I probably had 12 portions in a week. Friday is lobster night so do not miss out - we had lobster at bayside and the portions were HUGE! The chef also came by the table to discuss the lobster options, which was a nice little touch. It was some of the best lobster I've ever had. The grounds are well maintained, the pools are clean, and you look around and people are just having a good time. They have countless activities to keep you occupied, including free excursions. Whether you want to relax, party, or get out and be active, CTI has enough options to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. CTI was an incredible resort and the question not will we be back, but rather, when will we be back. Thank you CTI for an absolutely majestic week in paradise!

Beach and grounds where fabules,gardens where the best I have seen in any resort,rooms-very relaxcing ,clean and well appointed.restaurants and food was good,good variety,always hot and excelent service.Service was 5 stars

We went to Tower Isle for our honeymoon. The staff were excellent, the food was incredible, drinks were delicious and the resort was spotless. As a young couple are only disappointment was the entertainment. There was nothing to do/ going on during rainy days and nightly entertainment and activities are over by 10:30 pm

Great layout, very lush, amazing food, clean rooms, great patio, possibly best portion on 7 mile beach. Grounds clean but scrubby/not manicured, pools/hot tubs quite dirty, pools very small, lame nightly entertainment, some staff very gumpy.

The staff, rooms, grounds and food were all outstanding! The beach is endless soft, white sand. The sports centre is wonderful, and there are activities for everyone. You can do as much or as little as you like. The water sports staff are friendly and helpful and diving and snorkelling on the coral reefs was amazing . The sunset cruise and the little extra touches like fruit kabobs served on the beach, were all memorable This was our second trip and, we will return for a longer time next year.

This all-inclusive resort had everything we were looking for and more! We loved the food as it had so much variety and always great tasting! While there was always something to do (complimentary excursions, beachside activities, nightly entertainment, etc.), we chose not to take part in everything as we wanted to just lay on the beach and relax undisturbed. Our room was always kept neat and clean and any requests we had were promptly responded to. Every staff member who served us was always willing to go the extra mile. This is a small resort, so if you are looking for crowds and noise, you might want to keep looking. With the resort at almost max capacity, we never felt like there were too many people and could always find what we needed (table at dinners, loungers at the beach, clean fresh beach towels, etc.). We loved our time at Couples Tower Isle and will highly recommend this to any of our friends that are looking for a "couples getaway"!!

Stayed Oct 12 to October 27. Room up on the hill, spacious, bathroom bit dated bur functional. Food good at all the restaurants, how-ever would love a buffet type restaurant serving authentic Jamaican cuisine as an extra option. Fries at beach grill very good. Location and grounds absolutely perfect. Beach nice but not for long walks. Pools all nice. Staff absolutely fantastic, water sports guys special, Rayando, Christopher and Derron. Will definitely be back. If you consider going, just do it,.

The main lobby is very basic and does not reflect how great the resort is. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom door is not solid _ not good for newly weds... The staff is really friendly and the zero tipping policy makes the place a really enjoyable one. The food is good but the best of all is their tennis courts! The best courts I have ever played on. There are 5 clay courts and 5 hard courts. All extremely well maintained. And the resort includes free lessons, tailored to the player's skill level. I guess that is what makes this place so much better than the others: all the extras that are included in the one price you pay (scuba diving lesson and practice in the ocean; as many snorkling trips as you wish- they take you with a boat to the different coral riefs; tennis; sunset cruise in a catamaran). And the beach is extremely beautiful! That is the best of the whole place.

We spent 5 days at the CTI and loved every minute of it! The hotel it self Is a little dated but why it lacks in decor it makes up for in quality and service. Rooms where extremely clean and you could have anything delivered to your room. Staff where the best I have ever encountered at s resort and food was spectacular! Not to mention all the excursions included with your stay!

We have stayed here 6 times now and will keep returning. Major improvements are been made to the grounds, pools and bars with plans to upgrade some rooms next year. We never complained about anything here but this investment will only make it even better. The staff and management are the best we have ever seen and make us feel like family. I do not understand any negative comments about Sans Souci, I guess some people can never be pleased.

My wife and I stayed from August 30th to September 6th. Let's get the bad out of the way first. We booked an ocean front room because it was my birthday and anniversary trip back to Jamaica, and wanted the upgrade to make our time special. Instead of a great ocean front room, we ended up with a room in building #5. The view was of the small pool, a hot tub and very tall tropical trees. We complained to the front desk and all they said was they may have room the next day, but it also didn't have an a view of the ocean. What a way to start our vacation! Overall the resort was amazing the food and restaurants was great, the beach and service on the beach was spectacular, the A La Carts were to die for. We believe the employees could be a little more friendly. It seems that you had to initiate the greeting from the majority of them. Also the service in the morning for breakfast was less than good. Many of mornings if we did not make coffee in our room before coming down for breakfast, I would just had maybe one cup at the buffet due to the employees serving the coffee never bothered to refill our cups. The entertainment staff really knew how to get everyone involved in the activities, even if the weather is not cooperating. Cheers to them! I would really recommend going on the glass bottom cruise, experience scuba diving via the lessons, and booking the catamaran trip. One of the things that impressed us was the availability of premium alcohol. My wife enjoys her Grey Goose Vodka, and although they ran out of it one in the piano bar lounge, it was still fantastic to have this choice. If we decide to vacation at this hotel again, we would definitely request building 6, 7, or 9. They are closer to the main area of the hotel, newly renovated, and gives you a great view of the beach and ocean.

First time to a Couples Resort and all previous reviews were spot on in their descriptions. Did have a nice surprise thou finding the self serve frozen yogurt dispenser at the vegetarian grill. Note: Sept/Oct is rainy season and you should expect some rain most afternoons but they put umbrellas in your closet.

First Class resort. First Class people. First Class location. Couples Nagril exceeded all expectations. Their primary goal is to ensure that everyone has a great vacation. Facility is well situated in a secluded bay. The resort has great security to ensure guests feeling very comfortable. From the minute the plane landed in Montego Bay till we were dropped off at the airport, the entire experience was the best we have ever had at an all inclusive. This was our first trip to Couples. It won't be our last!

This was our third trip to CSS and once again we were not disappointed. Warm welcomes and excellent service were in order once again. The food is excellent, the staff are warm and friendly. A beautiful place to relax and chill.

Had a wonderful week at Couples Tower Isle – if you’re considering this resort, book it! Everything was amazing. I loved the layout of the resort – pretty much everywhere you went (patio restaurant, lobby, both pools, gym etc.) you had a great view of the ocean. We paid more for this vacation than I had originally had in mind when vacation-shopping, but I think the extra money was well worth it. Between the included activities, the no-tipping, and the general high-quality of everything (including the food), I think we came out about even compared to a less expensive resort. Service: The service was friendly and professional. I was very glad to have a no-tipping policy, and the service was actually way better than other places I’ve been where tipping was the norm. All of the staff members we encountered were fantastic. Guests: The guests will obviously differ each week, but we are a couple in our late twenties, and we didn’t feel out of place. There seemed to be people of all ages, although if you are looking for a younger ‘party’ atmosphere, this probably isn’t the place for you. Food: The food was excellent. Both Eight Rivers and Bayside were nice, although I preferred the atmosphere at Bayside. The offerings at the buffet were so good that we never made it to the Verandah restaurant. I’m a vegetarian and I had plenty of great food options no matter where I went. There was also a yummy Veggie Bar on the beach with delicious snacks and smoothies. Room: We had an ocean view room and it really did have a great ocean view! Not just a little sliver of water in the distance, but a full on ocean. It was great to sleep with the curtains open and wake up to the sun shining on the water. Watch out for the shower – the design results in water leaking onto the bathroom floor unless you aim the showerhead towards the shower wall. Dunn Rivers Falls: Seeing as there’s no extra charge to do this activity, I’d recommend it. It was fun, although very touristy and they kind of rush you through. Buy a cheap pair of water shoes at home or bring a pair of old sneakers you don’t mind getting wet/swimming in. Also, you get completely soaked, so just wear your bathing suit and don’t bring your sunglasses or other things you can lose. They let you keep your bag on the bus, which the bus driver from the resort stays with, so you can leave any extra stuff you brought there. The vendors on the way out of the park are very aggressive/tricky – just ignore them. They will shake your hand and then physically try to pull you into their shop. Or they will give you something and tell you it’s “free”, but then they will follow you back to the bus asking for a “tip”. Gym/yoga: I tried one of the yoga classes, and although it wasn’t really my ‘style’, they did have a proper yoga teacher (not just some poor staff member assigned to try to teach yoga), so that was nice. Yoga classes were 7:30am and 4pm Mon-Fri. I only went to the gym once, but it was modern and clean and had a view of the pool and ocean. Other: For some reason we received $200 resort credit, which we only found out about when we were checking out. Not quite sure what this was all about, or if everyone gets it, but I’d suggest checking out with enough time to go to the gift shop/photo shop in case you do get this mysterious credit to spend. Nice little surprise at the end of our trip and I was very happy to be able to buy some of the nice photos the photographer had taken.

We went to Couples Swept Away for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. This resort was so beautiful, people were friendly and it felt like being part of a family. Beach was amazing, this was our first time on 7 mile beach and we look forward to coming back to this great place. Foam mattresses are great and you get to float on them in the water if you wish. We enjoyed the water sports (lots to chose from) and they were also very close and easy to find. Restaurants were excellent, great service throughout the resort.

Our awesome romantic vacation began at the Sangster airport the private bar, private car we felt like royalty! Upon arrival we checked into our " cottage" The food was fabulous a real pinacolada not that awful mix you find at other so called 5 star resorts The spa was amazing glass bottom boat ride and the trip to Dunns river falls (included) was great I would recommend this resort and rate it a 10 star!

Quaint older resort. Has atmosphere. Beach is small but close to the resort. Staff was very friendly. Restaurants and service were great. Chef at Sea side Restaurant prepared special meals for my wife who is gluten intolerante. Gym and equipment were new. Free WiFi. Thank you.

Excellent food. Great personel. Beach was like none other. Buildings somewhat dated--could use a spruce-up ,paint, etc. The grounds were super clean. Boat tours were fantastic. We would go back again.

Liked this hotel, although, disappointed because we do not believe it is worthy of 4 or 5 star rating. Food was OK but not amazing. Specialty restaurants served same fare as the buffet. Entertainment was very low key and almost non existent. Beach Party was very good. Staff were friendly overall. It was difficult to get beach service but the bars are very close for self service and the bar tenders attentive. Housekeeping was good- we had a beautiful room with excellent view. Our accommodations were the best part of the resort along with the beautiful beach with the great chairs and cushions. Beach was well maintained - very clean. Beach is small and it was sometimes challenging to get a chair or a place to put one. To sum it up - small resort, very quiet, easy access to all areas, pleasant staff, OK food, nice accommodations, beautiful beach, but small. Lots of water sports but reservations required and difficult to get if you wait too long to book. Very laid back atmosphere, restful.

We have only good things to say about Couples Swept Away. A beautiful, laid back adults only resort. The beach was incredible.....the best we've seen. The resort's amenities were great. The 25 meter pool is just outstanding for anyone who likes to swim. The food was to die for.....and the people that worked at the resort were gracious and lovely. We would go back in a heartbeat...this is one of our favourite places, ever.

We just loved this place. It's a smaller, more intimate resort with an absolutely gorgeous beach and beautiful grounds. The rooms are, perhaps, a little dated but they are very clean and everything works and every room has either a view of the ocean or the lovely gardens - no parking lots or "staff areas". Being smaller there are only 4 restaurants but the food and selection is great and varied and only one requires reservations. Staff is friendly and outgoing and most have a great sense of humour and fun. Love the "no tipping" policy but do recognize your favorite staff to management as this is how they earn extra days off etc. Lots of shade - if you want it - on the beach and many loungers (with pads!) available. Entertainment ranged from steel drums to reggae to jazz all uniformly excellent. We'll surely be heading back next winter.

The Resort and rooms need updating and nightly entertainment was just OK. However, the food and service were excellent. The grounds were kept nicely and the beach was the best on the strip. The water sports available were awesome and so much fun.

Couples Swept Away is on of the best resorts in Jamaica, second time my wife and I had been there and very pleased both times. Very quiet and relaxing, food is awesome, piano bar in the evening is a must, and seven mile beach during the day is the place to be. Resort is couples only and adults only, just what we look for when taking a trip without the kids.
