I absolutely loved the service and the hospitality of the staff. ? recommend it to whoever that is looking to relax in a friendly manner environment with great food and service. Food was great at every restaurant in the resort, we were very happy amd will definitely return

I absolutely loved this resort for my honeymoon straight after my wedding. It was everything I needed as a getaway to just destress and relax from all the wedding chaos. What my favourite part of my trip is how friendly and kind and helpful all the stuff were in assisting me with any of my needs or just welcoming me every time I see them. They are always so friendly and open to conversations and getting to know you, their positive energy just grows on you. Not only that the resort is breathtakingly beautiful. Especially because we are by the port, you can see boats going in and out, and restaurants are just by the water. Watching the sunset of view for dinner is one of my favourite moments as it is super romantic and just stunningly gorgeous place to eat. The food has a great selection and we practically have tried everything on the menu and loved it. I highly recommend upgrading to master suite and getting your own butler. Our balcony showcases the pool, mountains, water, and boats. I've never seen a view like this before. The extra service made are experience much more memorable than other experiences on other past trips. I also absolutely love the fire show the host on Thursday, it was engaging, and they allowed guest to take part.I would love to come visit again in the next few years! The resort, rooms, service, food, grounds, tropical lush, friendly staff, were all outstanding. If you would like to stay by the pool, drink and relax, this a resort for you. But if you are a beach person, unfortunately there is not direct access to the beach. However, staying in this resort provide access to all amenities and restaurants to two other nearby resorts, Dreams and Il Mare. There is less than 5 minutes' walk to any of these other resorts (just across the street). Golf card rides are also available, as many times as you need them during the day. The beach at the Dreams is very small, but the water is crystal clear and calm despite windy weather. The infinity pool and restaurant at Il Mare are amazing. The island was charming and very safe to walk around.

If you like choice this is the place. Chose shade or sunshine, sandy or smooth waterside walkways, indoor or outdoor dining, flying or walking animals, peace and quiet or boisterous friends talking at the bar this is the place. Oh the staff is friendly, polite and trying to please.

Staff was kind and courteous. Food was amazing Cocktails were delicious with a different cocktail in every restaurant and bar. Staff worked hard to please guests and didn't change their service level if you chose not to tip...even better reason to tip on departure Management checked in several times to ensure we were enjoying the stay

The hotel, grounds, beach area and pools are very nice with some lovely views. We had an ocean front room that was always kept exceptionally clean and had a great view of the ocean. The sound of the waves was very relaxing. Pools were nice and never a problem getting loungers. There were some weddings at the resort and certain dining options were unavailable being used for a private meal by the wedding party and guests. The influx of guests also made getting a table at the beach restaurant entailed a long wait. No such problems were encountered when they left. Food was average for the resort. Breakfast at El Arroyo was always good and the staff were excellent. Dinner at Saltwater was hit and miss depending on choices, although it was a lovely place to eat with some live music and a fabulous view. You can also eat at the Dreams resort that is a $5 uber ride away. be sure to try the French restaurant there This is a very laid back and quiet resort, although construction noise made us move to another area for two days

Considering the price point, we had an okay stay at Zoetry. Zoetry is tagged as a luxury resort – but we do not think that is an accurate representation of this resort. Food – the food was delicious, but it took FOREVER. Every meal is a sit down, menu meal. After ordering, most meals took a minimum of 30 minutes to arrive, sometimes well over an hour until we received our food. It felt like a huge waste of time to sit and wait for food three times a day. The juice was from a jug which is disappointing when visiting a tropical country. Beach – The beach sand is lovely, but the water was not great. The ground was covered in seaweed. Staff – Most of the staff was lovely, always willing the help. We were assigned a butler, who was honestly annoying. I don’t really know what his purpose was. Room – Our room was spacious and clean. It was lacking basic towels (hand & face) and bathrobes. Fitness/Gym – The equipment is old, and very difficult to function. The treadmills were constantly showing an error code. Entertainment – There was a daily schedule of events and activities. These events rarely took place. There was no basket weaving, wood carving or leather activity as indicated on the schedule. Daily “fresh juice” was just a jug of juice poured into a dispenser. Overall, for the price we paid, expecting luxury, we would not return to this resort.

The resort is quiet and relaxing. The pool area is well thought out and maintained. The pool bar service could be greatly improved. The rooms are nicely designed. The beds are very comfortable. The shower is fantastic! The food and the service overall could be improved. We enjoyed our vacation at the zoetry and hope to return after they iron out some of the issues

We found the resort to be clean and common areas were well maintained. Very relaxing facility with quiet rooms. The staff were friendly, service was acceptable with amazing food selections. The spa and recreational facilities are close to one another. Keeping in kind a hurricane had passed by, the beach area, Sandy part could have been bigger/wider. Our compliments to both the GM and Duty Managers for mingling with dinner guests. Upon arrival (after midnight) we did not get a tour of the grounds. We explored on our own. Even though there is butler service, the only praise we have is they sent us dinner menus, otherwise they were not very attentive. Our compliments to Stacey, Avia, Sandra, Kimberly, Adrian, Terik and Davion for accompanying our group of 6 for our meals.

We found the resort to be clean and all the areas were well maintained. It was very relaxing, and the rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. The staff were friendly, accommodating and always pleasant. The selection of meals was amazing, the food was very tasty, and the drinks were well made. The recreational facilities and spa were close to each other, the masseuses were well versed in massages. The pool area was fabulous and always kept clean. It was nice to have the manager and general managers mingling and interacting with the guests and always ensuring everything was up to par. Our compliments to all of the staff, especially Stacey, Avia, Sandra, Kimberly, Adrian, Terik and Davion (I am sure I missed a few others) for looking after us during our meals and stay at the resort.

I would not hesitate to book another vacation through Susan Snider, nor would I hesitate to return to Zoetry. Both could not have made our stay more wonderful. When booking through Susan, she was available via email and phone to answer any and all of our questions. She gave honest and helpful advice that made selecting a resort really easy. Further, she listened to our responses and together we arrived at a resort that was everything we could have wanted. The resort itself was absolutely wonderful and we did not have to want for a single thing. The small scale of the resort was appealing to us. While a smaller resort, it had everything we could have wanted and more. It wasn’t until the latter half of our trip that we took advantage of the spa area and that’s simply because we were enjoying all of the other amenities. I really enjoyed the fact that we did not have to make reservations for any of the restaurants. We could go when we pleased and did not have to worry about being somewhere for a specific time. It was a vacation we will cherish!

We really enjoyed Zoetry Resort. There is not a lot of action there which is exactly what we liked about it. Zoetry is a smaller resort with only 90 or so rooms. It is an excellent resort to chill out, sit by or swim in the ocean or dip in the pools. There is a spa, a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. We took advantage of the one free massage and the horseback riding. The rooms were large and well designed with a small patio/deck where you can sit and relax any time of day. Every staff member was super friendly and professional. The food was good, however, not great. There are only restaurants, no buffets but never a lineup for food. There is a small cafe that is almost always open. There are no options really for snacks so you may want to consider bringing some along. We did not have too much trouble with mosquitos or sand flies but some people did. Consider bringing some deet. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed by their stay as long as they do not expect the traditional resort experience with lots of action. Not a great place for kids as not much for them to do there.

The property is charming and very clean and quiet We liked the fact that it was a very small facility. We were sold as adult only and this is not the case. But not many kids were there, certainly due to the cost and no kids' activity. Every employee was extremely nice and helpful. But The food was really basic for the overall cost and rating. As well, all extra activities such as Spa were very expensive. Also, a lot of clients had to deal with extensive mosquito bites, including my wife (some clients suggested that it was bed bugs due to the enormous amount of bites) The surronding is full of abandoned resorts and make the walks on the beach not as charming that the resort.

Beautiful and not crowded Hotel . Beautiful rooms and even the grounds layout and all the trees around it is very beautiful. There food is good but they need to have better service because they are very slow. The outdoors Restaurant has good food too. They only need to have more experience in the service. If they have that there's nothing to complain The Bars are good too.

We were looking for some serious quiet time. We got it! The room was great for us, as we requested to be close to the ground with all of the stairs we knew about. They totally accommodated us. The check in was a bit of a process and there were only 2 couples, but we made it to our room amd were super happy with it. It was very hot when we went mid September which we also knew about. The pool was very warm so the only place to go to get relief was our room, which we ordered room service 4 times because it was so hot out. Room service was amazing! The resort itself could use some TLC. It is dated, but super clean and comfortable. The 1461 and Hurrican Hole were our breakfast and dinner go-to's. We always ate at the pool for lunch. Loved the sushi and fish and chips!! Also the bakery....wow. my pants still don't fit. On a side note, there is nowhere to walk around and explore, no shops or anything like that so be prepared for some R and R. Enjoy!

We had an amazing week at the Zoetry Marigot Bay. The room came with a plunge pool and overlooked the beautiful bay. The staff were warm and lovely and we were well taken care of. Shout out to Rochel who made sure all our needs were met in a timely way! Saint Lucia is a dream and we would go back in a heartbeat!

Hi went to Zoetry from 23 july to 3 August 2023 lets start with the good nice and very clean hotel 5 star amazing staff 5 star buttler the best i had name Ramone we had a swim out if we can splurge one go for it whats need to be correct the breakfast 3 star the food is very good depending what you eat the italian menu is not great they should change it we had some great food worth 5 diamond Steak ,fresh pasta with seafood ,the salmon amazing and only 2 restaurants were open but are buttler work is magic because my husband witch is a 5 diamond chef was not happy but you have to give them credit they tryed to please him they did achieve it to a certain level but the consistency of a 4 diamond hotel they do not have food wise if you are a fine gourmet like my husband its not the place price wise give a 4 star the resort is secluded so not the best place if you want to walk outside of the resort it takes 1 hours and very expensive 120$ us to get a cab alot of mosquitos alot you need to spray yourself or else beware i had 60 bites on one legs ! so i had to spray myself 2 times a day the beach is not great alot of seaweed thats why we always take a swim out so this is the pros and cons of Zoetry we decide to go back to cruises for are next vacation so we can enjoy fine dinnig at is best

The rooms, food, pool were so enjoyable and it was the best food I have ever had at a resort. I opted for a smaller resort this time just to try, now I am hooked on smaller resorts. I found the personnel often thanked me for being their guest when I am the one who should be thanking them for being so gracious and kind to me and my husband. No complaints 'only" a great vacation with spacious rooms, great weather and just what the doctor ordered.... lol...Thanks Henry and Luis Miguel and "Happy" who are always "up" putting everyone in a good mood. This hotel is beautifully appointed, and the grounds were immaculately kept by the grounds crew. Staff are amazing: Sandgrian at the Coco Cafe, English in the Polo Club, Kavi and the Recreation coordinator who ran activities, Patricia on the beach, Mark at the poolside bar and Michael Lee who took care of our every need, to name just a few. Our room was kept spotless and well-stocked. The food was fantastic, and the drinks were even better! The resort lives up to its boutique image, and their clear focus on calm and quiet. Definitely not a party resort, but perfect for rest and relaxation.

The hotel is a small but beautifully maintained and spotless oasis. Shouts out to Rayan and Eric, amazing butlers who really personalized their service. Without bidding they would bring our first drinks of the day (habit forming). As I had a cold when there they brought me a special rum/lemon & honey mixture. Small, 2 restaurants, small beach, one pool. Age range, mature NO KIDS. Just what we were looking for, undisturbed rest and relaxation. We will return and we will check out other Zoetry resorts.

From the time we arrived at the resort (early Monday morning)the staff took great care to make us feel at home. The room was beautiful with the ocean view. The meals very excellent, anything we wanted all we had to do was ask. Resort staff were wonderful. Everything was just as we expected. Thank you Manuela.

This is an excellent resort/spa for couples. The atmosphere is just amazing and relaxed. The food is remarkable. The menu changes everyday. The selection of food and drink is impeccable. Great place for honeymooners and mature couples. The price is appropriate for a boutique style resort. 49 rooms is just the perfect size.

The hotel and staff are amazing; excellent food, beautiful grounds, but there a few things they have to work on. - they need more staff in the kitchen, bar and pool during busy times because it takes a long time to get your meal. - they need ceiling fans in the lobby and bar area. - travel to town for shopping should not cost $20 one way. You should have a free shuttle service. - alcohol, water, and toiletries have not been replenished enough. All in all, the vacation was wonderful and the few cons can be fixed easily.

This hotel is small and amazing! Most of the staff was friendly. Kyle was amazing! Our 7 day stay was really nice, we felt safe and everything was clean. Ended kind of rough as we were told we could have a late check out of 2:30pm as our flight was later in the evening. After an hour we were told to check out because something had changed and “the sooner the better” luckily our neighbours let us move our things into their room. This didn’t sit well with us especially the amount of money this trip costed. I am very in between if I would recommend or not. We were ready to book again here but now not to sure. If Kyle wasn’t around no other waitress’ checked in on us. Also inside the hotel you heard EVERYTHING! People walking, moving furniture, going up and down the stairs. This is something I have never experienced and it really sucked especially during the night being woken up by random noises.

Thank you to Karol Chareza for always recommending the perfect vacations! We have just returned from a magnificent stay at Zoetry Punta Cana. We stayed in suite 164,a romantic swim up with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. I would highly recommend this suite. The food and service were amazing. I cannot say enough about the staff, especially our concierge, Will, who was always touching base to ensure we were happy and surprised us with the most beautiful 10th anniversary evening. We are already planning when we can return! Thanks to the Zoetry staff for such an amazing vacation!

This property is promoted as a 5 Star resort, but does not live up to expectations. On the positive side, the property is well maintained, clean, and most of the staff cannnot do enough for you. The rooms are large and beautiful, all with an ocean view. The pool was clean, lounges readily available, lots of towels, beach and pool bar service amazing. We participated in a great cooking class and wine tasting. Front desk was very accommodating with currency exchange, taxi requests, etc. Concierge went above and beyond to arrange dinners at a sister property on 3 nights. On the negative side, service levels are inconsistent, especially with housekeeping, minibar, and service in restaurants. We had to request maintenance for our in room safe three times before it was fixed. We requested ice and red wine to be delivered to our room daily around 5. Sometimes it arrived, sometimes it didn’t, sometimes it was white wine, not red. Used dishes were not removed from the room with any regularity. Food was good, but not great. Very limited wines available. In order to receive our resort credits, we were subjected to a sales pitch to join their Loyalty Club. It did not set a good tone for the week.

There’s literally not one thing I can complain about Zoetry resorts.. Its amazing! Especially this one where you’re on a island. Foods great, drinks are top shelf; staff is fabulous. You’ll have a great experience!

This small resort offers superb customer service, gorgeous, spacious bedrooms and lovely open-air restaurants and lounge. Small means that you get to know some of the staff - even if only for a short stay - making it personal and very friendly, and everything is just steps away. The food was v. good and healthy with nice portion sizes. The pool is lovely and the beach, though small, is fine. If you are looking for lots of amenities (tennis, golf, beach volley ball) this is not the place for you. If however, you want to relax, destress and feel pampered and well-fed, I think you'd be hard-pressed to do better. The fact that it is a short ride to the airport is a bonus.

Zoerty is a small resort with lots of elbow room. The "rooms" are large with separate sitting, bed, and bath rooms. Our Italian themed room had a balcony that included a splash pool and double sunbed. Although it could do with a minor refreshing the room was clean and the maid service was excellent. We enjoyed the presence of wildlife and "tamelife" like parrots, peacocks, coatimundi and iguanas. The food was up to fine dining standard with choice to suit almost every taste. The staff at Zoetry is professional, helpful and friendly. Service in the restaurants was mostly very good. There were a few occasions when service was slow and a little inconsistent. I had the impression that some of the servers were learning on the job. However, in no way did this affect our enjoyment . Other reviewers have mentioned the issues with seaweed on beaches in this region. The reports are true and there were a few days when this would be a negative for beach people. During the days when the beach was clear, you will enjoy the white sand, clear water and a smooth sandy coral free bottom. Zoerty is a quiet tranquil resort, a great retreat from boisterous crowds and loud music at the typical all-inclusive.

We arrived at Zoetry Montego Bay on Tuesday March 05. We decided to take a short vacation to get away from the Canadian winter and booked a 4 night stay. This resort far exceeded our expectations! The resort is very small with just 47 rooms which was perfect for us. It is only 10 minutes from the airport on a private beach and is adults only. We can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the resort! The food was absolutely amazing! There were a lot of luxuries including a complimentary foot massage, 24 hr room service (which we used for dinner on the night that we arrived) a bottle of sparkling wine in our room daily etc. Our room was beautiful with a view of the ocean from our balcony. The beach was gorgeous and we never had any issues finding chairs at the beach or by the pool. Everything was within a short walk and the weather was perfect every day. It is windy most days but it is a nice relief from the hot sun and the wind quit by evening so the open air restaurant was beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and because the resort is small, it is easy to meet people, even in just the short time we were there. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a quiet and relaxing adults only vacation!

We booked this resort with high expectations and those expectations were not only met they were exceeded. We had booked an ocean view suite. The check in was a little slow, we were tired, but once we met our butler he took us under his wing and escorted us to our second floor suite. The suite was very spacious and certainly "ocean view" and a lovely view. All the staff were super friendly and demonstrated super memories - within the space of 24 hours we were greeted by name and with a smile. The resort general manager was very visible either in the lobby, around the pool, on the beach and elsewhere - areal plus. At meal time the food was well presented and tasty to boot. A plus, for weary travellers, was the resorts location, only a 10 minute ride from the airport. A negative was that it was under the fightpath of departing aircraft.The only other negative, to some, was the very small beach.

Zoetry Montego Bay is a beautiful small boutique resort. The accommodations are beautiful and clean and the food was Delicious. It is quiet especially in the evening which may not suit everybody, especially if you are looking for evening entertainment. It is close to the airport which is good as you have a very short drive and bad because the planes can be heard overhead. The beach is small but well kept. Daily snorkeling outings, yoga and water aerobics are included in your stay and are really fun!

Great atmosphere to relax. Beachside pools. Gourmet meals at four different locations. Waiter service to order meals around pool. Top shelf drinks. Long Beach to walk. Small and intimate setting.

Commentating staff who are very always pleasant. The food top notch. The views from the grounds and room were breath taking. We took advantage of the recommended cab tour of the island it was well worth the money and a great afternoon to see the sights.

This resort was very small, and the service was very good, would not say 5 star but they are trying. Lots of staff around to fulfill your wants and needs. There are some things that could be improved upon. Our first assigned room was very dark & the location not ideal but Kaydee Ann quickly reassigned us without fuss. She was great throughout the week. The desserts were not great. Too much cream,,and various mediocre offerings, but the coffee was excellent at Cocos. Menus got a bit boring after a few days but there was only 1 buffet night and that was good. Toiletries were not replenished daily as they advertise but that did not mean anything to us except we had to ask for more soap one day. Although we wanted a quiet resort, a night or 2 of dancing would have been good.

Everything was top notch, except the coffee shop. The so called espresso machine, is really an instant coffee machine that uses pre-ground coffee. Very disappointing. The staff were excellent! Marcello, at the lobby bar was always ready to entertain.

This is a super relaxing place,great service , accomadations and food. Unfortunately the beach was unswimable and one day in particular smelled like a sewer. Too bad the seaweed is piled high on the beach and a big tractor goes back and forth in front of the lounges carrying this smelly stuff to who knows where. They have a nice covered bed on the beach which they say costs 160. US and it remained empty the 5 days we were there. Well there was only a few people who braved laying on the beach in the first place. The pools however were great especially the salt pool. I will not return unless the beach is totally cleaned and the water swimmable. Hopefully this will happen! In the meantime they should be slashing the prices!!

Just returned from 5 days at the Zoetry La Bonita This is our 2nd time visiting . 1st the good -gourgeous rooms Very friendly stafff Great food for the most part , service a bit slow but the staff work really hard and our great I think there just under staffed at times Now the bad !!!! Horrible beach absolutely unswimable so different than our last visit which was not the best beach but certainly way better I have photos from 2015 and this year and omg what a difference I would have definitely not booked this resort had I known that -I’m a beach person don’t go into pools so definitely disappointed!!!!! Also there was a constant smell coming from the beach that made me feel ill at times One day while laying on the beach a tractor dropped a bunch of seaweed and we had to leave the smell was so overwhelming!!!!! This resorts should not be charging this amount of money until they fix this problem!!!! This was my first time and I’ve been to Mexico resorts all over Mexico at least 25 times that I’ve not got in the Ocean :((

Zoetry is an amazing resort for anyone who wants to relax. It has a spa like atmosphere, with beautiful lush grounds dotted with thatched roof buildings. The rooms are beautiful and immaculate, the food is amazing and the staff are extremely accommodating. A 5 star experience in every way.

The resort was the perfect size (less than 100 rooms). You never had to fight for a chair at the beach. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. It was the ultimate relaxation. The place is clean, the rooms are a great size, teh beach is beautiful and the pools are great as well. If you are looking for a place to really relax and chill , it is the place for you. If you are looking for a place to party, it is not the place for you.
