Modern hotel in good area, polite, accommodating staff, great breakfast but delivered late a few times. Rooms cleaned late. Nice pools, friendly bar staff with happy hr 4-6 daily. New restaurant next door with good food but very expensive and slow coming. One of the steaks was cold. There’s a great restaurant and bar to the right of the hotel out back (at the beach). Also transfers from airport to hotel and vice versa were supposed to be included but they said there would be a charge on the way back so we took our own cab. Water access is down concrete steps and not the cleanest - saw plastics floating around …

Nice rooms and belcony over looking the pool and beach. Very good air conditioning in the rooms. Lots of nice areas to sit around the resort. Nice Beach bar and restaurant. Restaurant a little expensive.

For being the first time in Belize, we couldn't have chosen a more perfect resort ! Spent a glorious 10 tens here and the the place was truly amazing ! Our 1 bedroom condo unit was kept very clean and the bed was SOOOOO comfortable ! The grounds were expertly maintained and the pool was gorgeous ! One of the best designed pools I have ever seen. The beach was also very well maintained, quite and peaceful !! The entire staff was friendly and helpful and as we rented a golf cart, it was only a 10 minute ride into San Pedro. This will definitely be a resort that we will visit again !!!
