The food is good. The pizza has wrong sauce for Canadian culture. It seems too acidic. The lasagna is great. Once the eggs were undercooked. The bathroom needs two doors or a shower curtain. Just one glass is insufficient. Very beautifully decorated room and bathroom. The sink needs changing. It is old and someone hid something in the hole around the top of the sink and vanity. Maybe someone should let us know the minibar is not free. The air conditioning is great and the water availability is great. The toilet is great and flushing is great too. The bus and sightseeing of the city was great. The city is a very beautiful place. I love all the buildings, structures, monuments, statues, etc. It was very nice to see such a beautiful place. I will probably visit again. This was a very busy city and there were lots of people everywhere. There is great diversity of people there as well. The weather can get very hot, and the need for water can be urgent. There were city dwellers selling water at the bus stops along the path in the city. This is definitely a place to miss and a place to visit again. I hope to visit again. Thank you.

The breakfast needs a bit updating since it was the same thing everyday but staff was amazing and helpful and the hotel rooms were okay just need better pillows and it was in the heart of Rome so A+++

From the staff to the cleanliness and the breakfast selection to the location, this hotel was 5 star all the way!!! Each and every staff member we encountered was so kind and helpful!!! The room was spacious and immaculately kept on a daily basis. Excellent quality toiletries provided! The hotel’s location is about 35 min from the airport (which was convenient), and about a 20 min walk to the Trevi Fountain. I would HIGHLY recommend a stay here, and hope to come back again soon!!! PS….the bed was BEYOND comfortable!!

We found the service from our room to the concierge to be excellent. We felt very taken care of which made our stay excellent. The food was great we enjoyed a big breakfast each morning to get us ready for a wonderfull day ahead. Very nice small hotel . Friendly staff , good service , very kind to children . Good breakfast that's included. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned daily . Kingsize bed which was a nice surprise. Cozy

The hotel was beautiful inside. It was like stepping back in time. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was super clean and sanitizer was placed all over the hotel. The breakfast that was included in our stay was delicious with a lot of options. Not your typical cereal and bagel buffet. We brought our infant and they accommodated her by giving us a crib and high chair. (Everywhere else-like restaurants, in Italy, doesn’t have these options we found out) The hotel is very close to everything. About 20-30 minutes walk to the main tourist attractions.

What you would expect for what you’ve paid. Not great, not bad. Frankly air conditioning could be stronger it was a bit warm. The food was ok though. Service was friendly and answered my questions if i had any.

Steps from the beautiful Trevi Fountain but on a quiet side lane. We were not in the main hotel but an 3 room street entrance steps away from the main hotel. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff were very good. Plenty of coffee and food to get your day started. Elbow room at breakfast is at a premium. Room was modern but there was a distinct musty smell and the carpets were dirty. Lobby staff were always helpful and kept an even keel even though always busy.

The Dinning area is clean and food was good but very small area and we were squeezed in Our room I'm very very disappointed It's not clean very very musty I couldn't sleep because of the smell, however I'm not sure how the main hotel building are like because our room is at the back

Our stay at Hotel Trevi Collection was an exceptional experience. The reception desk proved to be a fount of knowledge for us as first time travellers to Italy. They referred us to excellent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel as well as local attractions such as the famous Trevi fountain. The hotel was very clean and well staffed. Our hotel room was well appointed and left spotless to our satisfaction. The tasty breakfasts had quite a variety of hot and cold selections which would suit anyone's taste. We would recommend this hotel in a heart beat.

This hotel was in a great location, the room was spacious and had plenty of storage spots. Loved the shower. The breakfast that was provided was amazing and everyone was very friendly. I would definitely stay at this location again and recommend it to anyone. We had a great time, thank you.

Clean, friendly & helpful staff. Close to all amenities. The brunch included lots of sections of each catagory...coffee, juices, cold cuts, cheeses, cake....so much...all fresh and full of flavour. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend either as part of a package or as a Savy Choice

Central to sights to see in Rome. Elderly gentleman working the front desk on afternoons very helpful. The 2 ladies in the morning, couldn't seem to work independently, they would only look after one client at a time.Breakfast was good and included.

This hotel was perfectly located close to many key amenities - great restaurants, the train terminal, many historical sites and so so much more. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were clean and complete with a play station. There was some 120 chargers available right in the room. I would be jaded to not share some opportunities for improvements - the restaurant in the hotel was not operating during our stay, the orange walls got to be a bit much for us because it made the room seem smaller. A TV guide would have helped us to find the few English channels, the bathroom tiles and features (stool) could use an update and the hangers were slippery. Honestly though, that’s me being unnecessarily picky. It was awesome. Thanks so much for an amazing stay.

Hotel was clean, rooms clean but small, staff was mostly helpful. The YFI was advertised as free but is not and didn't work well at all. Breakfast was ok a number of things to choose from, hot and cold. Location was pretty good .

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon for two nights. We had an issue the first night where the hot water wasn't working so after a long day exploring out in the city I was forced to take a cold shower. On top of that the bar fridge in the room wasn't working so our glass of chilled wine was put on hold. I brought these two issues to the manager - Pietro - who understood how this would affect the quality of our honeymoon experience on our first night and went over and above to ensure we were happy. The morning breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Most of the staff were very friendly, however, there were one or two that were far from. Aside from that it is at a central location for many of the sites - 15 mins walk from the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Spanish Steps - and about 25 minutes walk from the Vatican. Overall a great experience.

Hotel Centro was in a very good location, we walked everywhere we went. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean! The breakfast was ok but could have been better. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The City's touristic tax at the end of the stay was 6 Euros per person per day, which meant for us 108 Euros for our 9 nights.

Just returned from Sorrento Italy and stayed at the Hotel Eden. Very good value, basic hotel room but very clean. Food at restaurant on site (Villa Rubinnaci) was excellent and very reasonably priced and hotel was only minutes walking distance to all the shops/restaurants in the town square, waterfront and train/bus station. Hotel grounds are very private and hotel staff (Michael) was very helpful. Pool and bar on site and never too busy with beautiful flowers, lemon and orange trees in the gardens. We used the pool often as the beach area in Sorrento is not great and most of the beach is private and costs a minimum of 10-13 euros per person per day to rent a chair and use the beach. Hotel is very central and good value. I would recommend upgrading to a waterview/balcony room as the economy room faced the back of the hotel with no view. Take your own face clothes and travel alarm clock as they were not available at the hotel but there was a small fridge and safe in the room. A small grocery store right across the road as well to purchase snacks, excellent local wines, etc. Booked through Trip Central and the agent (Angela K.) was very helpful/ knowledge and definitely steered us in the right direction for a beautiful family trip that was reasonably priced. Taxi costs are ridiculously high in Sorrento so having a hotel where you can walk everywhere will save you a lot of money. We never once required a cab while in Sorrento. The restaurant selection within 10 minutes walking of the hotel was endless. We could have stayed 6 months and not eaten in the same place twice. Basic 3 star hotel...excellent value.

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Every request was dealt with promptly. Room was a little small. So was the elevator. Breakfast included had lots of variety satisfying a lot of people.

We just came back from Rome on 5/20. The hotel was located in perfect location, so it's very convenient for us to access any public transportation. The breakfast was amazing delicious. We had good breakfasts every morning before we start the day. We certainly will come back again because we had a wonderful vacation in Rome.

Very clean and professional hotel. Excellent service with great breakfast. I would definitley recommend it just isn't in the city centre. Some taxis don't know about the hotel so keep the address on your phone. They will pack you a to go breakfast if you can't stay for the all you can eat hotel one that starts at 7. Very clean rooms and excellent bathrooms. Housekeeping comes in daily

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the weekend prior to our Mediterranean cruise. Excellent location for walking and the service was great! The court yard where we had breakfast and evening cocktails is very "Italy"!

Super clean. the room was small but with two adults and toddler it was just fine. The bathroom was huge and housekeeping tidied up after us every day. There are loads of good restaurants and cafes all nearby and also little food shops and two large grocery stores two blocks away. The free breakfast was plentiful with fresh and canned fruit ,cheese cold meat and lovely crusty Italian bread. Also cold cereal and yogurt and of course pastries and cakes! There is a quiet courtyard with a swing and a large lounging area. Free WiFi and best of all it is literally 5 minutes to the Colosseum and 15 minutes to other main attractions like Santa Maria Maggiore and San Giovanni in Laterano. We were there for a week and would stay there again !

Good cafe millenium around the corner loved our jacuzzi And found very clean with good bed waking distance to via vento Restaurants free wi fi not a good breakfast but Westin hotel close by and variety store

The location was fantastic. Within walking distance of all major sites. Great breakfast buffet with good variety. We stayed in the new building upper floor which was very quite, newly decorated. Air conditioning which came in handy. The staff helped us book day trips to Pompeii and Naples showed us the best shopping areas and answered all our questions. Two great restaurants just outside the hotel and a grocery store minutes down the street. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is very well priced, for a reason! The location is not ideal (30 mins or so to central area); and while they offer free shuttle service to one piazza only, the service is offered only a few times a day (latest return is 6 pm); and you must reserve in advance because max capacity is 6 ppl. There are no restaurants, shops or services near the hotel for the evening. Rooms are small, but clean. Breakfast buffet is ample. Lovely gardens and outdoor sitting area. Small exersize room which is a nice touch. Staff helpful. Good place to stay if you're on a tight budget, but beware of location!

My adult son and I stayed at the Hotel Deals Petris July 14 & 15, 2014 . We arrived before noon and were warmly greeted by the front desk personal . As our rooms were not ready we were shown where we could store our all bags . The staff were very helpful giving us directions and maps . When we returned that evening we were offered a complimentary drink and appetizers on the upstairs patio . That was a very welcomed gesture ! The room and bathroom were clean .There was a nice restaurant directly across the street . The hotel was a short walk to public transportation .

The rooms are clean, the breakfast is execellent, the seating reception area is appealing, and the service is exceptional. We unknowingly left important travel documents in our room and the staff were so help. They held the documents in safekeeping until we retrieved them the next day.

We loved everything about the Hotel Canada! It was a great location, and we were able to walk to Termini Station as well as cute,little outdoor sidewalk restaurants for dinner. Our room was beautiful, with a painted curved ceiling and a typical Italian view out our second floor window, which had louvred shutters we could open and close. The breakfast buffet had anything you could ask for, with the only suggestion I would have would be that the lid on the warming dish for the scrambled eggs should have been monitored and kept closed so they would stay hot. When we returned from our daily excursions, the snacks provided in the bar area were very welcome. We found the Italian people to be very friendly and helpful. It was our first trip to Italy and it was magical! Can't wait to go back!

It was a nice hotel but a bit expensive compared to other hotel in the area. This hotel was more geared towards a family stay rather than single or young people. This is becaue of having a no visitors policy and the staff was nice and friendly for the most part as well

Nothing was washed each day, no clean towels or coffee left. Was suppose to be an upgraded room and it was awful, never put into the upgrade, cleaning staff changed bed only. They charge tax after stay is finished even if you paid up front.

Although thr room is small it is very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The service was excellent they went out of their way to help us. And they spoke good english. The location was great close to some attractions
