Sadly I was charged a Destination Fee on my CC when I got home, too bad they hadn't advised me before, opened an enquiry about it but have heard nothing from the Hotel chain, disappointed to say the least

However, arrived home to find a $51.13 charge on my Visa CC, there was no mention of any outstanding charges when we checked out, please let me know what the charge was for? Also, I have tried numerous times to call the Courtyard Hotel but it just keeps ringing an or disconnects. Thank you, Cheryl & Randy Nowosad

Hotel was great, lobby always smelt really good. Great resort for kids I would recommend Margaritaville beach, resort, for families with kids! Right in the heart of Hollywood where all the entertainment and boardwalk is! Lots to see and do

Just an amazing experience at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. The staff go above & beyond to ensure everything is taken care of, the rooms are beautiful & very clean. Comfortable beds & always clean towels & linen. The beach is beautiful & they take great pride for their guests. Gave us an early check in upon arrival & also allowed us a later check out at no charge so we could enjoy the pool & beach longer on our last day. We did not want to leave. Will definitely be returning. Will not stay anywhere else!

Everything was very clean and tidy. Well organized. Pool was very clean . Plenty of clean towels for all guest. Service pool side was also excellent. I most certainly would be staying there again. With the famed Ft Lauderdale beach right across the street, how can you go wrong.

Awesome beach / pool and restaurant in this hotel! Not much to do within walking distance. Had to ask hotel for certain things multiple times example: water bottles in your room which are part of the resort fee, clean sheets, etc. Also beware of “ocean view” rooms they are partial ocean view.

the hotel is about 2KM so a walking distance to the sea. It is easy to go around and the hotal has a shuttle to carry you around. Our room was quiet so our sleep at no time was disturb. Nothing to had, it matched what we where expecting,

We arrived an the following morning went to take a shower only to find out there was no shower handle an no hot water so we had our room changed an the ceiling was all cracked an looked like it was going to fall down not good the valet parking was good pool good otherwise I dont think I’d stay here here again ...,,

Good value, excellent location, nice pool, access to the beach. You can't ask for much more. The hotel is old but clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and we took the city bus from right outside the hotel to South Beach, Aventura mall and the Hallendale casino...very convenient. The only down side was the elevator is broken which was a chore to get the luggage up to our 3rd floor room and there is construction going on next door. The restaurant is good and there are numerous restaurants ranging from Burger King to Tony Romas within a 2 block walk. We would stay there again

We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hollywood Beach and had a relaxing time. The pool is excellent and the beach is within walking distance, so lot's of choice for the kids. Lot's of restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Grounds are realy beautiful, rooms need a little make over, service was excellent, beach is beautiful, disapointed with the red tide situation, should be warnings on the beach, food was very good, realy nice vacation

Well located near beach. The room was comfortable but not modern. Price is for the location to the nearby beach, not the room. Did not spend much time a the hotel. good restaurants nearby. Seemed safe and secure.

A Group of us Stayed there for My Fab 40th back in November. The Rooms were HUGE & clean! ...There was A.C. in our rooms & tons of Clean Towels & Toiletries . Our Balconies looked over the Busy streets & the Beach. All Staff were Amazingly friendly. It was our first time in Florida & we All couldn't get over How Polite the Ppl of Florida are! The pool at the Hotel was beyond beautiful. No extra charge for cabanas. Drinks served to your lounge chair. Hollywood Beach is across the street & it's More Magnificent (and less smoggy than Miami Beach ) ...if you rent a vehicle..Why not Cruise Down the road to Miami? It's not that far & you get to see ALOT along the way! We will definitely be going back to Crowne Plaza Hollywood Beach! It was a Really great experience. So Much to see & Do right around the Hotel. ...Especially Shopping!

A definitely memorable stay in the welcoming Ocean sky hotel ! It is our 3 time and still the best feeling! Rooms and staff are excellent Tours , parking and shuttles were superb! Good place to bring your family and partners !

The hotel is modern, clean and smells so nice when walking around I think its vanila. The grounds are well maintained and the restaurant was good too. View from the room was great of the beach and the pool. One dissapointment was the cost of beach chair & umbrella rental on beach.

4 day trip with my daughter. Had a great time. Beach was amazing! Pool was nice. Beach grille resto was really good. Very accommodating for my 4 year old with lots of food choices. Las olas boulevard very close and lots of fun. Overall great trip. Will be back :)

The service was great. The pool area was beautiful. Clean, well maintained, plenty of seating - sun or shade. Employees around the pool were wonderful. Would recommend as a lovely vacation spot. I hope to return!

Rooms clean, staff is great, really nice pool area and chairs. Location is by restaurants and an outlet mall. 60 minutes to Miami, 40 to Fort Lauderdale. Right by downtown and shops. Nice for families.

Huge outlet mall across the hotel and you have also have target and restaurants within walking distance. If you are planning to spend a lot of time in your room, this is not the hotel for you. For sleeping, shower and go about town perfect. Staff very polite and place was very clean, I think they should get rid of the carpet.

Hotel was lovely. Great location to the beach! Room was great! Beautiful pool - water great temperature - very warm! Food at the teaky bar was fabulous with great service! Shuttle to Hollywood beach was so convenient and only $1.00 per person each ride. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back to this facility!

Nice resort. Very clean hotel with comfy beds and pillows. Price was reasonable especially with advance booking. The downside is that there is a $15 per night parking fee and even then you must park across the street unless you opt for valet parking.

The HB Marriott is a hotel we keep coming back to. The service exceeds 5 stars. The pool is wonderful, it has great restaurants and is in a perfect location in Fort Lauderdale - right on the beach. Although the rooms are a tad small, the views are amazing on either side of the hotel. It's the only hotel we will stay at in Fort Lauderdale.

It was quite nice, rooms very large, staff really nice. One of the nicer ones along the strip. Only trouble, nowhere to walk to not much to see in the area. Too many t shirt shops in area but on a drive into the next town there were some lovely shop and a mall.
