Our Ibis hotel was staffed by enthusiastic, helpful and friendly people. The food was good but not noteworthy. Our room was small and basically functional but missing storage for more than a short stay or security for documents or valuables. It was very clean and cleaned thoroughly daily. It was better than a 3 star but not a 4.

I just came back from the Scotland. I had booked the Glasgow Your Way trip package. I was impressed with how much was included in the cost - free breakfast at the hotel, open return train tickets to Edinburgh, a day tour in the West Highlands, afternoon at the Willow Tearooms, hop on, hop off bus tickets plus valet parking in Toronto with our hotel and plane tickets. This was my first time to the UK and a great way for someone to “cut their teeth” on an overseas adventure. The hotel (Holiday Inn Express Riverside in Glasgow) was typical for Holiday Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived very early at the hotel due to an early flight and the staff let us check-in at no extra charge. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning. Thank you to Miranda Mawdsley at TripCentral for booking and keeping us informed each step of the way. I would most definitely book a trip, again, with TripCentral and Miranda.
