- Day 1 Arrive At Spirit Bear Lodge Sample Itinerary (all packages) Depart Vancouver South Terminal on Pacific Coastal Airlines scheduled service to Bella Bella, in the most remote part of British Columbia's West Coast. The scenic flight follows the glaciers and snowcapped peaks of the coast range to the rugged remote coastline of the Great Bear Rainforest. Upon arrival in Bella Bella, you will be met and assisted with a van transfer to the Bella Bella docks. The Spirit Bear Lodge boat will pick you up at the dock to take you to Klemtu (approximately 2 hours north). Be sure to keep an eye on the water and shoreline as you may spot whales or other wildlife along the way. Arrive at Spirit Bear Lodge in the afternoon and after checking in and a welcome orientation, take the time to settle in and relax in your ocean view room or explore the village of Klemtu. Return to the lodge for delicious appetizers and drinks at 17:00, followed by dinner at 18:00 and an evening at leisure. Snacks and dinner included. Overnight at Spirit Bear Lodge.
- Day 2 During Your Stay - Spirit Bear Lodge / Great Bear Rainforest For each day of your stay, after a 07:00 breakfast, meet on the dock at 08:00 for a full day of wildlife viewing adventure. The activities may include wildlife/bear viewing, whale watching, hiking, or a cultural site visit. Visit estuaries, stunning inlets and see spectacular waterfalls. Return to the Lodge in time for appetizers at 17:00 and dinner at 18:00. Each evening may include a cultural experience or educational presentation, time to relax overlooking The Great Bear Sea, or the opportunity to explore the village of Klemtu. Overnights at Spirit Bear Lodge. All meals and snacks included.
- Day 3 Departure Day - Klemtu - Bella Bella -Vancouver Take in the serenity of Kitasoo Xai'xais Traditional Territory, and after breakfast, pack up and head to the traditional Big House for a cultural experience and traditional farewell. Depart Spirit Bear Lodge mid morning to travel by boat back to Bella Bella, then van transfer from the dock to Bella Bella airport to board the Pacific Coastal Airlines flight back to Vancouver. Arrrive at Vancouver South Terminal where your package comes to an end. Breakfast and a packed lunch included.
