- Day 1 Arrival In Calgary (Tuesday) Arrive at Calgary International Airport and individually transfer to your centrally located hotel. After checking in. The remainder of the day is free to independently explore Calgary. Perhaps visit the Old West at the Glenbow Museum or Fort Calgary, browse through the Eau Claire Market, ride up the Calgary Tower for a great view or savour the great restaurants and dynamic nightlife. In the evening at approximately 20:00 - 21:00, meet your Tour Director in the lobby of the hotel. Overnight in Calgary.
- Day 2 Calgary To Banff National Park (Wednesday) We begin the day with a city tour of Calgary. Leaving the city, we travel west on the Trans-Canada Highway into the rolling foothills of the mountains enroute to world famous Banff National Park. Once in Banff, we take a fascinating gondola ride up the slopes of spectacular Sulphur Mountain for unsurpassed views of the town and valley. To round out the day, you may wish to embark on an optional helicopter sightseeing tour for a chance to see the magnificent eastern ranges of the Rocky Mountains. Overnight in Banff. Breakfast included.
- Day 3 Banff National Park (Thursday) Today we will enjoy a tour of the region around Banff, including Yoho National Park. The area became Canada's first national park in 1885 to protect its natural hot springs. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the surroundings of Banff, stroll along Banff Avenue, or relax and enjoy the scenery. Overnight in Banff. Breakfast included.
- Day 4 Banff National Park To Jasper National Park (Friday) Today's journey through Banff and Jasper National Parks promises to be a highlight of your tour. Shortly after leaving Banff we visit the famous scenery of Lake Louise, one of the most photographed lakes in Canada. Afterwards, we travel north on the famed Icefields Parkway through a rugged wilderness flanked by dramatic mountain ranges. At the Columbia Icefield we board a specially constructed Ice Explorer to ride on the surface of the ancient Athabasca Glacier. We make our way to Jasper where the remainder of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Jasper. Breakfast included.
- Day 5 Jasper (Saturday) Today is a day of discovery! We embark on one of the most iconic excursions in the Canadian west - a serene cruise around the still, crystalline waters of Maligne Lake. The turquoise waters and dark forests that crown the shorelines under the gaze of the mountains are some of the most photographed landscapes in Canada. After returning to Jasper, you may wish to take an optional relaxing ride on the Jasper SkyTram as it travels over the picturesque streets of the town. Overnight in Jasper. Breakfast included.
- Day 6 Rocky Mountaineer - Jasper To Kamloops (Sunday) Board the Rocky Mountaineer and enjoy a delicious breakfast as your day long journey through and over the Rockies into British Columbia begins. From the large, sightseeing windows, marvel at the ancient forests and sheer cliff faces, surrounded by azure lakes and primeval valleys below. Arrive in Kamloops late in the afternoon. Overnight in Kamloops. Breakfast and lunch on-board included.
- Day 7 Rocky Mountaineer - Kamloops To Vancouver (Monday) Boarding your train again in the morning, continue on to Vancouver, traversing the lush valleys that produce some of the countries most bountiful fruit farms and wineries. Arrive in Vancouver where you disembark and are transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Vancouver. Breakfast and lunch on board included.
- Day 8 Vancouver (Tuesday) After breakfast, set out on our morning sightseeing tour of Vancouver. Highlights include Stanley Park, English Bay, Gastown, Chinatown, Capilano Suspension Bridge and much more. The afternoon is free for independent exploration or relaxation. Overnight in Vancouver. Breakfast included.
- Day 9 End Of Tour (Wednesday) After breakfast, you transfer individually to Vancouver's International Airport in time to check in for your return flight. Breakfast included.
