- Day 1 Arrival In St. Johns (Friday) Today you arrive in St. John's, Newfoundland to begin your holiday. This evening attend a welcome reception, meet your fellow travellers and learn more about the trip ahead. Overnight St. John's Welcome Reception.
- Day 2 St. Johns (Saturday) This morning we will tour historic St. John's, the oldest city in North America. Visit Cabot Tower and Signal Hill to view the harbour's 'Narrows' and admire the architecture of old St. John's, including the famous 'Jelly Bean Houses' and the bustling village of Quidi Vidi. We also visit Cape Spear National Historic Park, the most easterly point of land in North America. After some free time in the downtown area, we travel north of St. John's to the Admiral's Coast. Enjoy some local pub fare for dinner as well as some Newfoundland music and entertainment. Overnight in St. John's. Breakfast and dinner included.
- Day 3 St. Johns (Sunday) This morning we travel to the Southern Shore of the Avalon Peninsula along the winding coastline of the beautiful Irish Loop, dotted with small 'outport' communities. We will visit the Colony of Avalon Archaeology Site to tour the remains of an early 17th century settlement are well preserved, followed by lunch in Ferryland. This afternoon, travel up the Irish Loop to the community of Bay Bulls and the chance to see thousands of Atlantic Puffins, Murres and other seabirds as well as many Humpback, Minke, and Fin whales. Overnight in St. John's. Breakfast, lunch & dinner included.
- Day 4 St. Johns (Monday) Today we will go 'around the Bay' along the picturesque coastline of Conception Bay, the home of pirates of centuries ago. We will stop along the way for picture taking and to visit some of the more interesting villages such as Holyrood and Brigus, one of the historic sailing ports of Conception Bay and home of the late, famous Captain Bob Bartlett who took Perry to the North Pole. Overnight in St. John's. Breakfast and lunch included.
- Day 5 Marystown (Tuesday) This morning we cross the Isthmus of Avalon to explore 'The Burin Boot'. The picturesque town of Swift Current offers a nice mid-morning break on our way to Marystown, the hub of this peninsula and our home for the night. In the afternoon, visit Burin and St. Lawrence and learn about the heroic efforts of the local community to save the seamen aboard the doomed vessels, The Pollux and Truxton. Overnight in Marystown. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
- Day 6 St Pierre (Wednesday) This morning we travel to Grand Bank, famous for its namesake schooners and its prolific fishing heritage. After lunch in Fortune, we catch a ferry to the Island of St. Pierre. The small community are a combination of rotating French employees and those who have lived on the island for many generations, representing an interesting mixture of French and Basque culture and history. Upon arrival in St. Pierre we take a tour of the island, followed by some free time. Tonight, enjoy true French cuisine at of St. Pierre's finest restaurants. Overnight in St. Pierre Breakfast. Lunch and dinner included.
- Day 7 St. Pierre (Thursday) Today we have options to suit the interests of the group. Some may choose to take a half-day tour to Isle aux Marins (Sailor's Island) - a small island situated in the mouth of the harbour from Saint-Pierre. Alternately, enjoy a free morning in St. Pierre to visit the sites and museums or to browse around in the shops that feature many imports from France and other parts of Europe. Overnight in St. Pierre. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
- Day 8 St. Johns (Friday) This morning we catch the ferry back to Fortune, Newfoundland. We head directly for St. John's, providing ample time to check in and make independent arrangements for dinner. Overnight in St. John's. Breakfast and lunch included.
- Day 9 St. Johns (Saturday) Today is a free day, perhaps choosing to visit "The Rooms", the provincial art gallery, museum and archives, the Johnson Geo Centre known as "Earth's Geological Showcase" or the Ecclesiastical District to name but a few of the local attractions. Overnight in St. John's. Breakfast and Farewell Dinner included.
- Day 10 End Of Tour (Sunday) This Today your tour comes to an end, departing with many delightful memories of an authentic Newfoundland experience that will be recalled for years to come. Breakfast and airport transfer included.
