- Day 1 Depart Toronto, Arrival At Algonquin Log Cabin, Algonquin Provincial Park 3-Night Package - With Transfers Departing from Yorkdale Transit Station by Ontario Northland coach bus at 09:10 travel through the adjacent northern communities city enroute to South River where you are met at the bus depot by a representative of Voyageur Quest. After a short drive to the Voyageur Quest base in Algonquin Park, enjoy a delicious barbeque dinner at the Broken Paddle restaurant. Settle into your cabin for the evening and prepare for tomorrow's adventures. Dinner included. Overnight in the Algonquin Log Cabin.
- Day 2 During Your Stay -- Arrive At Algonquin Log Cabin, Algonquin Provincial Park 2-Night Package - Without Transfers Arrive independently at Algonquin Log Cabin by late morning and check into your cabin. 2 & 3-Night Packages After a tasty lunch, snowshoe to a forest lookout while looking for wildlife tracks in the snow and learning about winter life in Algonquin Provincial Park. Return to the Log Cabin for appetizers and dinner in front of a stone fireplace. The following day enjoy a brief orientation of backcountry cross-country skiing before embarking as a group across Surprise Lake to travel the island circuit. Stride and glide through the hemlock trails and enjoy the silence of the snow laden forest. Return for a lunch of steaming hot soup, warm beer bread and fresh salad. In the afternoon, many options are available to guests: ski or snowshoe the highlands of Kettle Lake/Cardiac hill, or ski around the Sister islands. Guests may decide to relax in front of the fire before an afternoon sauna and cocktails. In the evening, guests are invited to try their hand at torch-lit broom ball or skating on the lake. Breakfasts (three for 3-night packages, two for 2-night packages), lunch, dinner and appetizers / snacks included. Overnight in the Algonquin Log Cabin.
- Day 3 Day Departure -- End Of Package 2 & 3-Night Packages After breakfast, ski and snowshoe to the top of the Tower trail. Return to the log cabin for a hearty lunch. For 2-night packages, check out and depart independently after lunch. For 3-night packages, relax in the early afternoon before departing by Voyageur Quest shuttle for South River. Board your return coach bus to Toronto to arrive at Yorkdale Transit station at 21:30. Breakfast and lunch included. 3-NIGHT HOLIDAY PACKAGE (DEC 24) This 3-night (without transfers) or 4-night (with transfers) special Algonquin Log Cabin Holiday adventure combines all the inclusions of the regular packages, as well as special festive activities such as a magical stocking hanging on the fireplace and an exquisitely prepared holiday dinner with exclusive ice wine, and a champagne brunch to celebrate the season. All meals are included, starting with dinner on the day of arrival for the 4-night package, and with lunch on the day of arrival for the 3-night package.
