- Day 5 Western Shore/Mahone Bay To Digby County/ Smith's Cove Take the scenic, cross-country drive linking the rocky South Shore with the lush Annapolis Valley. Relish the amazing views as you traverse intensive Woodlands dotted with lakes. Explore the Wilderness of Kejimkujik National Park along the centuries old Mi'kmaq canoe routes or follow the hiking trails into its forested heartland. Continue to Annapolis Royal once known as Port Royal and visit Fort Anne or one of the many small galleries or shops. Overnight in Digby County/ Smith's Cove.
- Day 6 Digby County/ Smith's Cove To Wolfville/ Grand-Pre Today you will have a picturesque journey through the heart of Annapolis Valley. Drive along the Evangeline Trail, with the Bay of Fundy as a highlight, as well as lush farmland, vibrant vineyards, and apple orchards. Overnight in Wolfville/Grand-Pre.
- Day 7 Wolfville/Grand-Pre To Moncton The natural diversity of the Maritimes will be showcased in today's journey. A mix of rolling farmlands, dense forests, and coastal views await on the drive from Nova Scotia to New Brunswick. The scenery will change from expansive landscapes to quaint small towns while you approach your destination. Overnight in Moncton.
- Day 8 Moncton To Charlottetown We recommend to take the route towards Shediac, a small village best known as the Lobster capital of the world! Continue along the Northumberland coast of New Brunswick, celebrating a rich British and Acadian history. Near the base of the Confederation Bridge is the Cape Jourimain Nature Centre, a community-operated ecotourism and environmental education facility open to the public, displaying the cultural history and environmental diversity of the region. Cross to Prince Edward Island, Canada's smallest province, over the 13 km Confederation Bridge and arrive in the charming city of Charlottetown. Overnight in Charlottetown.
- Day 9 Charlottetown Your day is at leisure to explore the Victorian homes and elegant squares of Charlottetown, Despite the 20th-century character the city displays today it still manages to evoke the feeling of a colonial seaport with quaint sections such as Great George Street and Old Charlotte Town. Visit Prince Edward Island National Park and famous Anne of Green Gables House in the afternoon. Overnight in Charlottetown
- Day 10 Charlottetown To Baddeck Today you depart and Drive through tranquil scenery and small communities that still celebrate Nova Scotia's eclectic cultures. Soon arrive at the narrows of the ocean and eastern reaches of the Northumberland Strait. This area is the doorstep of the island and the commercial hub of Ports Hawkesbury near the tip of St Georges Bay. Continue on through gentle rolling fields of the bay area as it transitions into the beautiful Bras d'Or Lake lowlands. Arrive in Baddeck, often known as the gateway to Cape Breton Highlands.
- Day 11 Baddeck With a day free in Baddeck, we suggest a scenic drive along the Cabot Trail into the highlands of northern Cape Breton. The trail runs past lochs and glens settled by Scottish Highlanders and along scenic coastlines settled by Acadians. You will meander through the rugged Cape Breton Highlands National Park, enjoying stunning views of sea-swept headlands, steep cliffs, and wide beaches. Overnight in Baddeck.
- Day 12 Baddeck To West Bay Today you continue southbound passing charming maritime communities that still celebrate their European heritage. Explore the Fortress of Louisbourg - one of the historically most significant locations in all of North America. Children and adults alike enjoy touring the reconstructed buildings and interactive demonstrations by the staff dressed in historical costumes. You may choose to purchase lunch simulating 18th century cuisine at one of the period restaurants, serving authentic meals that the original inhabitants would have enjoyed. Historical recreations and demonstrations are enacted throughout the season, giving visitors a glimpse of both the majesty and hardships of life in colonial Canada. - Day 14 Guysborough/Charlos Cove To Halifax / End Of Tour If time allows, make your way to the Liscomb Game Sanctuary, a 250 square kilometer area encompassing stands of virgin Nova Scotian Forest and an abundance of wildlife, such as moose, deer, mink and muskrat. Follow the 'Marine Drive' back to Halifax international airport to check-in for your return flight.
