Enjoy a photo stop at Vikurfjara to admire the dramatic coastline of basalt columns and black sand beaches that derive from ancient volcanic and glacial activity. Admire the verdant green landscapes of the Skogafoss and Seljandsfoss waterfalls during a scenic drive. Then, continue to Hellishiðarvirkjun to visit the geothermal heat and electric power station.
