Paris Packages from Canada (Flights Included)

Paris remains one of the most visited cities in the world, and from Canada it is among the most accessible European capitals. Multiple airlines operate nonstop service from Toronto Pearson to Charles de Gaulle, which means you can be in Paris in under eight hours from Canada's largest city. Our Paris packages from Canada include flights, hotel and transfers, with options to add guided sightseeing or extend to other French regions by train.

Departure airports: Air Canada, Air France and Air Transat operate year-round nonstop service from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) to Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG). Flight time is approximately 7 to 7.5 hours. Paris is one of the most straightforward European long-haul routes from Toronto, with multiple daily departure options across airlines. Travellers from other Canadian cities can connect through Toronto or through other North American hubs. If you do not see your departure city listed, please call us as we can price options not shown on our website.

What to do in Paris

Paris rewards both first-time visitors and those returning after a long gap. The Eiffel Tower and the Louvre are the two most-visited sites, and both benefit from advance ticket booking. Notre-Dame Cathedral recently completed a major restoration and is open to visitors again. The Musée d'Orsay — Impressionist art housed in a former railway station — is consistently one of the best museum experiences in the world. Beyond the major landmarks, Paris rewards walking: the Marais neighbourhood, the covered passages of the 2nd arrondissement, the Luxembourg Gardens, the Canal Saint-Martin and Montmartre all offer a very different experience from the main tourist circuit.

Where to stay in Paris (examples)

  • Le Marais (3rd/4th): historic streets, great restaurants, close to the Pompidou Centre and the Notre-Dame area. A top choice for first-time visitors.
  • Saint-Germain / Latin Quarter (5th/6th): classic Left Bank, cafés, bookshops and the Musée d'Orsay nearby. Quieter than the Marais.
  • Central (1st/2nd): walking distance to the Louvre, Tuileries Garden and Les Halles. Very convenient for site-heavy itineraries.
  • 8th arrondissement: Champs-Élysées area, near the Arc de Triomphe. Good selection of hotels from business-class to luxury.
  • Montmartre (18th): hilltop neighbourhood with the Sacré-Cœur. More relaxed, better suited to repeat visitors or those who want a local neighbourhood feel.

Weather and when to go from Canada

The most popular windows for Paris from Canada are April through June and September through October. Spring offers mild temperatures (14 to 22°C), the city at its most photogenic with cherry blossoms and outdoor cafés in full swing. Fall is slightly cooler but still very pleasant (13 to 19°C) with golden light and smaller crowds at the main museums. Summer (July and August) is busy and can reach 30°C or higher. Winter trips are quiet and affordable, with temperatures of 5 to 9°C, and the Christmas market season in December adds a festive draw.
