From the moment we got to the Couples lounge we were promptly greeted, bags looked after, shuttle to hotel was comfortable, we were treated so well the entire trip! Our room was perfect, food was amazing. Shout out to our amazing house keeper in D block Ivaney, she kept our room so organized and clean and was so kind to us. Shout out to Taj at the beach grill for cooking up awesome meals and teaching us about Jamaican cuisine and culture. Thanks Couples we will be back

Fantastic, small, private resort. Perfect for quiet time together. You can be social if you wish, but the staff and other guests really respect your mood either way. The staff is lovely, food is great and we really love the beach and the amenities.

Upon arriving a ground floor room wasn't ready. The shower didn't have a shower head. The shower floor was made of river stones, very pain painful. The resort is very hilly with lots of stairs, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. One night they were serving lobster tail. My wife loves lobster. She was told she could have as many has she wants. After 2 tails they refused to give her any more. The service at the main restaurant has not very good. I asked 3 time for a diet coke which was not given, I had to go to the bar myself to get it. I asked for ketchup for my fries, they brought me a small container with a drop of ketchup. I had to search for bottle which was reluctantly given to me. When asking for an additional serving, they would ignore the request. Most foods were hot spicy which we are allergic to so the selections were extremely limited for us. Overall not an enjoyable stay.

Pros: Nice size rooms, clean, cool, good house keeping, views, staff is friendly, kind and helpful, food was good and agin staff is pleasant to interact with, top notch service with a smile, premium liquor, good bar service, lots to do, beautiful beach front, theme night is great, enjoyed the evening entertainment, all around great experience and highly recommend Cons: No bar service by spa pool area, employees at activity centre are aggressive for upselling boating excursions, no local cuisine was really ever offered during my 5 day stay and had to go off site to experience local cuisine

A stunning resort, well-maintained with a caring and friendly staff. We were a little surprised that so many people used the 2nd beach to sunbathe in the nude, but it left more chairs for us. Loved our room and the food was extremely good and plentiful. No complaints at all.

Beautiful resort with waterfalls, private beach amazing views. The food and service are excellent, every room is modern, comfy. Low guest count therefore never fighting over beach chairs, no lines. Very calm resort but with enough nightly entertainment. I would only want a different variation on entertainment , it was only live music while we were there, sometimes some sort of show would be nice to see. If you can get past the 1.5-2 hour long drive, its 10/10.

This was our second time @ CSS in the last couple of years. The grounds are very tropical, basically situated in a jungle! Groundskeepers were always maintaining them. The food at all the restaurants is 5*, and the staff are very friendly and efficient. Our room was always cleaned and tidied up in a timely manner. The staff always wore face masks due to Covid-19, but we felt very safe at all times. We hope to be back in December 2022!

Beautiful resort. This is the second time we have been here. We have been to quite a few all-inclusive resorts over the years, and this is the only one we have chosen to return to. Excellent and friendly service and beautiful grounds. We stayed in a beach front room which are the most up to date (A and B block). Beach is small but no difficulty getting lounge chairs in sun or shade. No beach vendors to contend with. Three very nice pools and two hot tubs on the grounds. Their NO TIPPING policy is a huge reason we love this resort - it is truly all inclusive with no need to carry around American money and no favouritism among the staff. It felt very safe during COVID - the staff all wears masks and the guests all wear masks inside any buildings/restaurants. Hands are sanitized and a glove provided at buffets. A lot of the staff are vaccinated. COVID PCR tests provided free of charge on the resort as required to return to Canada. All very well organized.

This was our first trip back to Jamaica since Covid has altered our lives, and Couples didn't disappoint. Enhanced cleaning protocols were in place, staff were well prepared, and for the first time in months, life almost felt normal. Food quality was amazing, and the lineups at the buffet actually moved quicker with staff serving than they have in the past when it was "help yourself". It was interesting to note how the guests handled mask protocols, since they were required for internal spaces, yet some people chose to ignore that mandate. In general, the hotel and staff were amazing. If you are looking for a bit of normal in your life again, please don't hesitate to visit.

Our room was lovely and well looked after as were the resturants, beaches and bars. The food is exceptional and the martini bar, although quite the hike to get to, was always worth the climb up the stairs. Christmas and New Year celebrations were terrific and the food plentiful, all under the marque tents that were set up on the main lawn in a day and a half, quite amazing. We went to the repeaters' dinner on the pool deck (about 60 or 70 of us) and only complaint was that the music was a bit loud so it was difficult to hear conversation across the table ( it was only a flutist playing, maybe he should have been further back). The lighting could have been better on the tables. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and happy.

Resort was beautiful, and the staff was amazing. Good food, beautiful surroundings and great food. My only complaint is the tipping policy- the resort claims to have a strict no tipping policy, however in certain situations the staff seems to expect a tip. I have no problem with tipping, but being unsure whether to rip or not was a bit uncomfortable

Just returned from 7 day vacation to Couples San Souci, can’t say enough about this resort , the staff were fabulous, the rooms were great and cannot say enough about the restaurants and the food was the best we have ever had. We will be going back for sure.

This was a memorable vacation. The resort was beyond our expectations. The room was very big, clean and OMG the Ocean View was the icing on our cake. The numerous swimming pools, and bars were very convenient. The food was Excellent and the Ocean was so clean and blue. Numerous activities to partake but even if you did not want to go out of the resort, your day was still great. The evening entertainment was Great, the live bands were amazing. The staff were very friendly and service was Excellent. The only down side was the TV which kept freezing every so often but who really cares about TV when you are having such a good time.

The staff were excellent. Plenty of restaurants and bars. The food was flavorful and plentiful. Room service was easy and a great way to start the day before relaxing by the pool. Entertainment was varied, something for everyone. Fun interaction with entertainment staff. Overall, whatever our needs, they were met to the best of staff's abilities.

Couples San Souci is a lovely sprawling 150 room resort. The grounds are one of the many features that keep us returning year after year., that and the staff. It truly is like going home, as you are remembered by staff members after only one trip. It makes returning an amazing feeling. Rooms are functional, not all glamorous like some other resorts, if you are looking for glass and marble this is not the resort for you, however if you are looking to reconnect with your significant other, have great food, and ambience then this is the place for you. Beaches, there are two, one clothing optional, an the other a regular beach. Both are on the smaller side, however there is no public access to them both, so you do not have the vendors on the beach, which can be both good and bad, if you like people watching. Food is great, they will go out of their way to make sure all dietary needs are met, if you are gluten free, vegan, allergic, or vegetarian, regardless of your needs your covered. This resort has a 90% return rate for a reason!! Gym, inside and air conditioned. Spa, amazing! Room service, prompt!! Again its like going home.

We stayed here from April 17-24. We absolutely loved this resort, it's our 3 stay at a Couples Resort. Everything from the staff, grounds and rooms were just perfect. We can't wait to go back. The food was amazing, especially on the special nights. The return guest dinner was amazing. our only complaint was the distance from airport, but totally worth it if you are prepared ahead of time.

We loved this resort - 3rd time visit! A lot of stairs but we love to walk. The pool areas are the best. The beach isn't great for long walks, we walked the grounds more. All the staff are fantastic!

This hotel is set into the side of mountain. Each of the walk up 3 level buildings are at different areas on side of mountain. Lush gardens conceal the elevations. There are plenty of stairs between elevations. If you have ambulatory issues you may not be able to enjoy this resort to it's fullest. There are hidden mineral grotto and hot tubs and quiet zones. There is a mineral pool. Private beach. Food was amazing and beautifully plated. My only complaint is that there was no buffet for dinner so you had to a la carte every night with sit down service. We got back late one night and all food services had ended. Grill didn't open till 11 pm. We had crashed before that.Our suite was ocean front with absolutely beautiful views. Staff were polite courteous and loved to show off their work place. I will be back this place is so totally different from others. It used to be a mineral spa.

This is the third time we have visited Couples San Souci and it definitely won’t be our last. The grounds and views are breathtaking. The staff are the kindest, most hospitable people we have ever come across while on vacation. Our meals have always been top-notch. I can’t think of a single negative when I think of Couples San Souci - all I can think about is when we can go back. I’m missing it already.

This resort was everything I was hoping for. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and wanted to go somewhere special. Couples Sans Souci has beautiful grounds with lots of stone stairs and romantic places to walk. No mosquitoes or insects at all despite the lush tropical vegetation. We stayed in one of the beachfront rooms (block A) and our room was beautiful and newly renovated. The beach was quite small but clean and there were always loungers available in the shade (my preference) or sun (my husband’s preference). What really set this resort apart for us was the service - it was fantastic. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved their no tipping policy - no need to bring your wallet with you anywhere on the resort (unless you chose spa services). This policy was one of the main reasons I chose this resort. There was a mix up with our room when we arrived, and it was handled immediately and to our satisfaction by the front desk staff and management. We met so many nice people at this resort. Many of them are repeat customers which says a lot.

This was our second visit to the couples Resorts chain we previously had stayed at couples swept away this resort was equally amazing I highly recommend We will return for a third visit to the couples chain

This hotel was stunning. A smaller resort which was great for avoiding large crowds. The food was excellent and the service even better. The beach was gorgeous, and the grounds immaculate. Another highlight was the Dunn's River Falls excursion which was included in the price.

We stayed at CSS for a week (June 29- July 6, 2018). We’ve been to Jamaica many times but this was our first visit to Sans Souci. For the most part we had a very enjoyable time and will likely return in the future. The property is beautiful and very charming. There are definitely a lot of steps but they do offer shuttle service on the resort if you need a lift. A&B blocks are down near the restaurants, beach, and pool so they may be better options for those with mobility issues. We stayed in G block which offered amazing views. We hear the rooms in F&G blocks are slated for remodeling soon so that will only enhance a future stay. We found the mattress hard and requested a topper through guest services and that made a big difference in comfort and rest. The main beach is fairly small compared to other properties we’ve visited. The swimming area has a lot of beach grass in it and the water was murky a couple of days. We were wondering why they don’t make a dock or wharf for the numerous boats so they could extend the swimming area. We didn’t go to the nude beach so can’t comment on that side at all. The mineral pool by the spa is nice. We went swimming a couple evenings after dinner as well as a couple afternoons. It’s very tranquil and relaxing and felt good on the skin. One afternoon around 3pm I decided to try the Mediterranean platter from Charlie’s bar so we asked what time the menu was available until. We were told 5pm so around 330/345pm we went up to order and were told they were out of pita bread. I said no problem and asked if I could have some of their homemade chips instead of the pita. Well - the only things I received were a couple triangles of rice stuffed grape leaves and the chips. I can’t remember what exactly the menu says now but I thought it was supposed to have hummus, olives, and feta cheese as well? Didn’t see any of that. I had heard the hummus was quite good so I was looking forward to trying it. My partner ordered the duo of dips with chips and got some chips and one dip. This was the one and only time we encountered poor service on the CSS property throughout the entire week. We truly felt like we were bothering this employee by ordering from Charlie’s bar so we decided on future visits we would swim in the pool but we wouldn’t try anything else so we wouldn’t upset him. The food was good in all restaurants. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious and offered substantial variety each day. Highlights were the lamb and the beef from Casanova, shrimp pizza from the beach grill at lunch, fisherman’s stew from Palazzina at dinner, and every soup we had at every restaurant was delicious. We booked a private dinner in the gazebo one evening and it was lovely. Omar was our server and he was terrific. We chose the Lovers Delight menu and although they didn’t have lobster (it was substituted with shrimp) it was very tasty. The sauce on the beef tenderloin was delicious and the meat was cooked perfectly. We were looking forward to Jamaican night (on Tuesdays) but because of July 4th they didn’t have it while we were there so that was disappointing. We were also a bit saddened to see they don’t seem to acknowledge Canada Day at all here. This was a bit disheartening considering we have always been so welcomed and celebrated as Canadians at other resorts throughout the country when we visited when it wasn’t even Canada Day. Perhaps Couples Resorts should add in a little Canadian celebration on July 1st each year? We mentioned this to Guest Relations for future Canada Day guests and Miss Neysha Stampp personally brought up some rum, champagne, cards, and balloons to our room which we thought was very kind of her. Thank you Neysha! We ordered room service for breakfast a few times and for dinner one evening. 50% of the time the correct order was delivered within 30mins and at appropriate temperature, the other 50% we waited over an hour and only had our food delivered once we called to check on it. On these occasions items were either forgotten or cold when they should have been hot. So the room service was hit or miss for us. My partner loved the club sandwich from room service. I thought it was just ok. They put egg on their club sandwiches which just isn’t my thing. I had a massage and body treatment with Ruth at the spa and it was fantastic. She is a skilled therapist as well as a very friendly and kind person. Other staff members who made a positive impact on our vacation were Neysha from Guest Services, Hubert at the breakfast buffet, Serita at Palazzina for dinner, O’Neil at Bella Vista for dinner, and Christopher and Joel from the water sports team. We did a sunset cruise with them the last evening of our trip and it was absolutely amazing. Overall we had a pleasant stay at CSS and will consider a future stay there. Creating a larger swimming area at the main beach, adding new (softer) mattresses in the rooms, and an additional evening restaurant that doesn’t require reservations would speed up our return.

The resort is spectacular, we have stayed at many Jamaican resorts but this is by far the best. Everything is top end, especially the people and staff who work there. The grounds are immaculate, the food exquisite, the ambiance out of this world.

The San Souci resort will always stand out as one of our favorites, and we have experienced many. Our room was ocean front with a wonderful view of the ocean and surrounding tropical setting. Rooms are cleaned and very well serviced. The grounds are simply amazing with beautiful natural vegetation, scenic backdrops, character staircases, neat nooks and crannies. Hotel service was excellent on all fronts. Food was good, overall, but lacked variety and imagination. The 2 hour drive from the airport is a bit of a drag. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience.

Another amazing trip to Couples San Souci!!!! We had sun, sun and more sun the entire week. Food was beyond great, room was very nice and clean. Highly recommend beachfront suite. Water sports team were once again very accommodating and took us out on the Hoobie Cat everyday, did some jet skiing, and went on the sunset cruise (that was beautiful). Balloon bar staff excellent, swim up bar staff were more entertaining than fast at providing drinks. Beach bar staff were fine. Did find that the resort itself would routinely run out of such things as Clamato juice or mint........vital ingredients for some of our favorite drinks. Bar service on the beach was hit or miss, non-existent on some days and other days were bringing us drinks without us even ordering them. Love how you can get beach towels whenever you want them all day long - this is a really nice feature at a resort. On a negative note the transfer to the resort was terrible. We arrived on Easter Monday and unbeknownst to us it is Kite Day in Jamaica and the traffic was insane. It took over 3 hours to get to our resort and no where to stop to use a washroom. The transfer to the airport at the end of our stay was not much better. In all our other stays at this resort we were driven to the airport in a small van with only guests from other Couples Resorts, however, this time, we were picked up by a small bus that only had 2 small side seats left and not another sole from a Couples Resort on the bus. This is truly not the best way to end an amazing week of sun, excellent service and great food. Honestly, if you are looking at getting away to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with your loved one, this is the perfect resort for that.

The location was beautiful. The food incredible and the service out of this world. Relaxing and exciting all at the same time as the mood struck. I will be going back! The transportation to the resort and back to the airport was easy and non stressful, something I traditionally worry about. The staff were like friends. The weather was almost perfect, but a little liquid sunshine never bothers me. The beach was very well maintained and naturally stunning. The waterfront staff were engaging and informative. A true jewel in Jamaica.

Absolutely love this place - it's home away from home. The staff are so friendly, we got the room we wanted, the grounds are beautiful and well kept and the beach is cleaned every day. Casanova is our favourite restaurant and we usually have breakfast at the Plazarina and lunch at the Bella Vista. This year at all the restaurants, we found that the steak was pretty tough but after talking to Pierre, (the manager) they will be changing their butcher. Each night after dinner, we headed to the Martini Bar for a nightcap - try the Pink Velvetini - it's to die for!

Food was less than desirable and the service needed some work. You would ask for something and just never get it. You always seemed to be bothering the staff. After saying at CSA, CSS was a huge disappointment. Wished we had returned to CSA. This resort wasn't anywhere near the same quality.

I would describe this resort an a tropical medieval castle, with multi levels of the stone walls and steps surrounded by dense lush tropical trees. It was generally quite peaceful.The staff were always very friendly and willing to help in any way. We were disappointed with the beach, as the sand was hard and had debris on it. We really enjoyed the mineral pool and smoothie bar.

The grounds were beautiful with plenty of little places to stop and admire the view or take pics. There were two beaches, one au natural and one textile. Three restaurants, a good lunch buffet plus room service and in room bars made this resort one to return to.

Expansive grounds with lots of mature trees and greenery. 2 great beaches to choose from. Never crowded. Lots of food choices. (is this 200 characters yet? ) guess not. Is this 200 characters yet? Still not 200. Getting annoying

This was our 4th trip to this amazing hotel, and once again, it didn't disappoint us! We've tried the other Couples hotels and this is definitely our favourite. It's a little quieter than the others (which suits us) with a number of Brits and Americans and a few from other countries, our room has always been lovely (they've just been refurbished too), the weather was great, the beach lovely and no vendors to bother you. There are 3 vetted vendors there and they set up their tables and quietly offer to have you look at their wares and that's it - no pressure. The staff are always friendly and the service is great. We love it and will go back just as often as we're able.

This was our second visit to Jamaica and first to a Couples resort. Sans Souci was an incredible experience! The food, the room, the people and the intimacy of the property were all superb! We loved the room service and mini bar service. These were great add ons (Although Warning, when you order vodka for your mini bar it comes as a 1 Litre bottle! We were expecting those mini sampler sizes and were very surprised.) Highly recommend the lamb dishes and anything seafood. Compared to our previous trip to another adults only resort in Jamaica, the entertainment wasn't as strong. But that may be a function of the resort acknowledging that many couples want to have their own privacy in the evenings and not be out with a larger crowd. This is why I gave a 4 rating instead of 5. The resort makes everything seem so private. We spent some time on the raised beach by the gym, and didn't have anyone bother us for over 2 hours. The dinners are booked such that you are spaced out from other diners and are very private and intimate. It really was a great place to just be with your partner, but if you wanted to be social, there were plenty of people to talk to!

We have been to about 20 resorts in the past 10 years and I would say this one rates an 8/10. It is a smaller resort - which was nice. They only have (3) restaurants but ever single meal was great! And nicely presented as well. We were a little disappointed when we first arrived and were taken to our room. We had specifically paid a higher amount to have a 1 bedroom beachfront. It was not a 1 bedroom. It was just a regular hotel room with the bed in the middle with the couch, TV etc. i.e. no separate bedroom. Also, it wasn't right on the beach - there were buildings between us and the actual beach. So we did complain and they did help us the next day by moving us to a 1 bedroom ocean view room, which was just fine. apparently this was a "downgrade" so they did credit our credit card back the difference. We do feel that the entertainment was lacking though. We have been to several places that have dance performances, bands, acrobats etc. This one just had a couple of singing entertainers. I would suggest you take ear plugs though, as once the sun goes down the frogs come out to play and man are they loud! All the staff were very attentive as well. As it was my husband's 50th birthday I did splurge and spend about $2000 over and above what we normally pay for an all inclusive for 2 people for 2 weeks and I can't really say it was worth that.

Great place to relax and be pampered.....small resort so you don't feel rushed for anything...quality service. The reservations fro dinner is a bit of a nuisance...but the 4 outdoor buffets were really great...

As usual, the staff at Sans Souci outdo themselves in taking care of us. Food was excellent, and service was exactly what we've always come back to Jamaica for. We stayed in Section D in a beautiful Ocean Suite, and absolutely loved the huge blue tile shower. The room was immaculate , and bar service plus room service every day to our room made us feel pampered. This time we travelled with friends, and our son and his wife - all of whom had never been there before. They agreed with us - we want to go back again.

The resort is set on the side of a mountain so you have a beautiful view of the ocean. They have massage house right on the side of the mountain looking over the ocean, can get a better view. For the fanatic gym people it's right on the side of the ocean so you exercise with a fantastic view. For the restaurants there only three and the Casanova is really good. The beach is not that big but adequate for the size of the resort. Overall I would highly recommend this resort specially for the many view point over the ocean. But if you have mobility issue do not choose this resort since there are many stairs.

Renovated beach front rooms are perfect. Lot's of closet space and big roomy drawers and convenient hooks on the walls. Perfect balcony view. Would not recommend ground floor. Mini bar stocked every day with wish list fulfilled. Well suited to vacationers not looking for big nightly entertainment shows. Butler service daily at the beach. The friendliest staff we have ever met. A few vendors in one location that do not approach you but have some lovely crafts for sale.

This was our second visit to a Couples property (we visited Couples Negril in 2015 for a week) and reaffirmed that Couples is a premium resort group. Our room (Beachfront Suite in Building A) was lovely, the food was excellent, the facilities (pools, beach, watersports, spa, restaurants, bars, etc.) were fantastic but above all else was the quality of the staff. They are truly outstanding. This resort has endless places for you and your significant other to just be alone with one another, as well as lots of places to meet new friends from all over Canada, the US, Great Britain and Europe. Only 150 rooms so never a lineup for anything, no crazy Spring Breakers and even the small wedding groups that we encountered were low-key. Loved CSS (just as much as we loved CN) so definitely will look to return in the future. Highly recommend!!!

Couples Sans Souci is a wonderful resort. The grounds are lovely, the pools are awesome! The service is beyond compare! All the food was delicious. Our couples massage topped it all off! Till next year!

Fabulous visit to a magnicificant property. However an older property, it's clean and the staff is amazing. There are many things to do on this resort and you can find many places to find privacy. This was our third visit and definitely not our last

We just returned from our 12th trip to CSS. We are in awe every time, from the moment we get there, the views are spectacular and the pathways so fun to explore. Our favourite room category is a 1 bedroom ocean suite, with a huge, private balcony. The resort is set on 3 different levels and we prefer the top level for the beautiful views it affords. We love the Friday night galas which they set up on the expansive front lawn. The food is out of this world, as is the beach party on Tuesday night. We spend most of our time at SSB, but did visit the mineral pool as well. It is so quiet there and we enjoy the access to the ocean. Just take a few steps down from the pool and head out through the arch. The A/N beach is unswimmable unless you have water shoes due to rocks. The beach does change quite often due to the White River which flows into the ocean and causes the sand to shift. We don't spend any time at the main beach but it is very nice, as we have walked out a ways to check it out on occasion. The pathways and flora and fauna are spectacular and all add to the romantic atmosphere of this resort. We so enjoyed just wandering every day and discovering something new each time. Crackers, the resident parrot, is so adorable, we visit him every morning and he would welcome us with a hello and a goodbye when we left him. The staff at this resort are second to none, we have made so many friends over the years and are always sad to leave.

Staff were great. Get up early if you want a place by the pool. not enough umbrellas around the pool. It is a very quiet resort. 5th time to Jamaica will not go back to this resort. Ended up with food poisoning. If you are not a returning guest and it's your first time there you don't get treated the same. Loved the spa treatments. Did not feel it was worth the money we paid.

loved it . the bar staff could have been better for service. the size of the hotel is just the right size. atmosphere was awesome. would go back any time. rooms very clean. need better drinks at bar using fresh fruit.

All amenities provided were great....employes very friendly, always available, accommodation, services, endless amounts of food/ drinks,great entertainment especially the Magicians ..even televised Super Bowl with a party !!

We have visited Sans Souci for 4 years now, always for Christmas and New Year and although the rooms could do with a little refreshing, the staff are the best ever, the grounds are immaculate and the food is fabulous.

This was our 7th returning trip to the Couples Resorts, the last 3 being to Couples Sans Souci. Previous trips were to Couples Tower Isle ( honeymooned there 38 years ago, it had just opened!) This last vacay was this past December 2014, and have to give the resort, and staff a HUGE shout out!! Our first two days had some sun and cloud, and then 5 days STRAIGHT, monsoon rains, no breaks, constant umbrellas, wet feet, flooded grounds, cancelled outside events.......and never once did the staff stop smiling, and helping and trying to overcome the issues. At one point if was absolutely pouring, there were a few brave souls at the swimup bar, and the staff were all huddled under towels, singing........it was hilarious! Food was awesome as always, they pulled off so many cancelled outdoor events, that had to be moved indoors..... staff constantly 'shovelling' rain puddles, downed leaves, running towells, dealing with the usual complainers, setting up and taking down outdoor event structures, running room service to everyone.......and always with a smile and positive comment. We always stay in A Block, 2nd floor - close to pool, beach, always quiet. Shout out to Sandy and her outstanding housekeeping team! Always top notch and decadent! Must mention the wonderful Spa - nothing better than a massage, listening to the rain coming down, waves crashing in, all outdoor massage rooms, a wonderful spa experience. Excellent massages - a must! We will continue to come back to Couples Sans Souci, always looking forward to their wonderful service, love the laid back, peaceful, relaxing atmosphere , fabulous food, and always professional, attentive and caring staff. From the moment you arrive, they truly make you feel so welcome and at home . The grounds are always beautiful, uncrowded, so many incredible places to walk, be quiet, look at old world charm, amazing trees , flowers and history........and yet the fun is there if you want it. Stayed Oct 12 to October 27. Room up on the hill, spacious, bathroom bit dated bur functional. Food good at all the restaurants, how-ever would love a buffet type restaurant serving authentic Jamaican cuisine as an extra option. Fries at beach grill very good. Location and grounds absolutely perfect. Beach nice but not for long walks. Pools all nice. Staff absolutely fantastic, water sports guys special, Rayando, Christopher and Derron. Will definitely be back. If you consider going, just do it,.

We have stayed here 6 times now and will keep returning. Major improvements are been made to the grounds, pools and bars with plans to upgrade some rooms next year. We never complained about anything here but this investment will only make it even better. The staff and management are the best we have ever seen and make us feel like family. I do not understand any negative comments about Sans Souci, I guess some people can never be pleased.

This was our third trip to CSS and once again we were not disappointed. Warm welcomes and excellent service were in order once again. The food is excellent, the staff are warm and friendly. A beautiful place to relax and chill.

Our awesome romantic vacation began at the Sangster airport the private bar, private car we felt like royalty! Upon arrival we checked into our " cottage" The food was fabulous a real pinacolada not that awful mix you find at other so called 5 star resorts The spa was amazing glass bottom boat ride and the trip to Dunns river falls (included) was great I would recommend this resort and rate it a 10 star!
