First of all the beds are fantastic! So comfortable and the pillows are great too. Four pillows in every bed with a mix of firm and soft. So often hotel pillows can be like rocks-not here. They were so nice and soft yet full. The pool is the star of the resort. It feels like a hot tub and is the perfect way to soothe tired feel after a long day at the theme parks! There are also two hot tubs! This was my second stay and it won’t be my last!

Hotel room was clean and service was excellent. First time booked through trip central and will do it again soon. Thank you. Really? I will recommend this to my friends for sure. Trip central is the best value you could get

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly The rooms aren’t fancy but very clean The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows slept great. Pool was warm and lots of loungers plus a little pool bar and an on-site restaurant for late night snacks. Lots of food options within walking distance

We had a busy week in Florida or no we weren't in the room very much except to sleep. The room was not made up daily you had to geto give them 24 hours notice if you wanted your room cleaned. My spouse went for the applebee's breakfast and said it was terrible. We did go to the pool and had a nice afternoon in the pool and hot tub. The pool area in hot tub were nice and clean. Very well equipped store Everything was there that you would ever need.We had no coffee machine in our room and and our TV did not work upon arrival but these were both fixed. It was close and convenient to all the local parks. The room was clean but the hotel itself is very dated and these are renovation. Hallways and common areas needed a good cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn resort Lake Buena Vista. Proximity to Disney parks was very reasonable (within 15 min) and very close (about 5 min ) to the outlets. Highways about a minute away Many restaurants within walking distance. Lots of activities planned for kids and families throughout the day, on the property. Nice size pool with many lounge chairs- though we didnt have time to use it. Well maintained arcade, little movie theater with kids movies, gift shop/convenience store. Applebees on site, open late, with great promotions for family meals. Our room (kids suite B on 2nd floor) was clean, very spacious and our kids loved the bunk beds. Booked at a very reasonable rate and would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great service highly recommend very family oriented. Clean rooms comfortable beds.Very close to all amenities and dizzy I will return for sure. I did find the drinks for a little bit on the pricey side but I had a great time with my little guy. Lots of restaurants in the area if you just don’t want to eat at their

This is second time we stayed at this hotel and we loved it both times. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. We got the room with balcony which was very nice and roomy. I would recommend this holiday Inn to anyone.

I will start with the hotel staff, extremely pleasant and very helpful! Unfortunately the pool was not at a temperature that you could swim in, in Jan/Feb (partially why we stayed here) so please turn up the heat or don't advertise heated pool... We did enjoy the hot tub and had fun playing pool and table tennis. Thank you to Dan "the magician" for his positive/entertaining personality! Although I am glad we spent a few days away from the fridged temperatures in Toronto and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Disney.... I lacked sleep due to the fact that the pipes were making noise in our room throughout the night. The air conditioner left our carpet soaked.....we didn't have hot water for the first 2 days (Although I should state that was rectified and a meal voucher was given) The next day our bathroom sink was clogged which I let the front desk staff know about, she apologized and sent someone up right away.... The 2nd day of our stay, I was stuck in the elevator (while my 12 year old sought help) and we were then told they were having difficulty with the ground floor. The last day when retrieving my clothes from the closet, there was a cockroach crawling aside the ironing board! I did not inform the desk of this... Although maybe if they read this review they can rectify?! I am really surprised to receive a resort fee on my bill... Although I knew going in there would be one... 2* at best and we have traveled quite a bit... We only spent a few days but will not return to this locale.... Although the staff were wonderful!! Really too bad...

We totally loved the hotel and the staff working there. They were very professional and treated their guests with respect. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The Disney shuttle was also a nice plus for this hotel. The maid service was awesome.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs, the staff were all so welcoming and accommodating. Shuttle service to the parks was great, our room was super clean and comfortable. Highlight was the tiki bar by the pool and TJ the bartender! We'd definitely return to this hotel.
