Everything from the Food/Drinks,the Beach and the unbelievable staff made this Resort the best we have ever had.. Spotless every where you looked, washrooms and all restaurants were so clean at all times. Rooms were cleaned in a timely fashion and all the hot water you will ever need at all times.

the resort was well kept, first thing was arriving in pv no rep at airport so we had to find our bus on our own, then no paper about seeing west jet rep next day like we have had in past. the bus dropped us off at main gate then had to wait for pickup into hotel. check in was long and first time we had to leave our credit card number with front desk. rooms were ok we were given 2 bottles of water on arrival nothing after that, not a true all inclusive could not use one of the Alacarte unless we wanted to pay we did the Koba Alacarte but if you wanted beef you had to pay they had an ice cream stand but that was not included so we were charged for that. no buffet at lunch time they give you menu with limited choices same at beach restaurant which gets repetitive. On beach area closest to water was only for members. no service at pool unless your a member at least that's what i found.2 days before we left a member told us there was a west jet rep there every day between 11.30 to 12.30, went to see him about departure time and it was like he didn't even care. staff for the most part were friendly. we found resort catered to members and not other guests .may be would have enjoyed it more if everything was explain on first day i would most likely not recommend this resort with out a full explanation on how is resort works

Process booking through Monique and Trip Central was effortless and greatly appreciated. Well travelled but had never been to this part of Mexico. The resort and vacation experience was wonderful. I will for sure go back again. The one issue I did have was the constant pressure to attend a 90 minute meeting to invest in a time share for the property. I was told by other guests that this meeting could last up to 3 hours based on their experience. This pressure started before I was even out of the airport and picked up again as soon as I checked into the resort. And every time I wanted to book an excursion I was told one price but that I would get a heavy discount if I attended this time share meeting. Finally, I advised that I had no interest and that I was fine paying full price for the excursions. My time on vacation was more valuable than a discount. But the pressure persisted. It was like they were not going to let me book the excursion unless I attended the meeting. So I didn't booked the excursion, saved money, and had more time to enjoy the resort!

The staff were very friendly and extremely busy. The rooms were very dated and we struggled with the replenishment of fresh towels, toilet paper, coffee, shampoo in the rooms. The entertainment and food were good and the beach was very well maintained. For the type of holiday we had, the resort was perfect but I would hesitate to classify it as a 5 star resort. We did have a wonderful time.

Our group of 8 really enjoyed the property and the amenities . Only disappointing issue was the rooms we booked. Only 2 of us had rooms with a balcony which we requested and were told we would get. Also we asked for rooms close together which we did not get we were in different buildings far apart.

The resort is extremely clean and well maintained. They are in the process of renovating there buildings and rooms. We were still in the non renovated building and room. It is definitely time as the room is dated and furniture and mattress are old. This is our second time to this resort. We loved the addition of the Sky Bar. You do get 1 Ala carte in the sky bar part of the All Inclusive. It is not part of the all inclusive if you want to go there for drinks or a snack. There will be a charge. We were fine with this as it was a great place for an evening cocktail. Paradise Village in my opinion has the best spot along the beach. Great for swimming and boogie boarding. Lots of palapas on the beach. Never had an issue getting a spot for 4 people. We had no issues with our food selection at any of the restaurants or the snacks during the day. The staff at this resort were amazing during our stay. Will definitely be coming back again to Paradise Village.

1. The beds are super hard. They are not good for side sleepers. 2. While buffet quality is OK and not busy at anytime due to small numbers of all inclusive patrons, it is very routine inspite of day to day different cuisine, such as seafood day, western day or Mexican day. 3. The beach is excellent. 4. The snack bar and the restaurant at the beach provided the best food. 5. All staff were efficient and supportive also very polite including timeshare sales staff. 6. Asian sushi restaurant was very good. 7. The location was great. We felt safe and convenient. 8. The connection to Le Tigre resort area was great as I was able to play pickleball. 9. Wall between rooms are so thin and the next door neighbor conversation is audible. Sometimes loud.

This resort was amazing! Check in was a breeze. Great food, drinks and service all around. The activities staff goes all out to keep everyone entertained and busy at one of the pools but if you prefer a little quiet time or like to read head over to the other pool that is quieter and more relaxing. The beach is nice and big and great for long walks. There were always loungers and palapas available any time of the day at the beach. The new Copan Sky Bar is a lovely addition to this resort. There is a beautiful view of both the ocean and marina from this rooftop bar. It is also close to a mall with many amenities to make your trip easier if there is anything you have forgotten or just need a break from the hot weather. We will be heading back to this resort in 2023!!

We picked this resort because we liked the idea of being able to watch boats on the marina as well as be on a lovely beach and it really was a beautiful location. This was, by far, one of the cleanest resorts that we have ever stayed at in Mexico. Our studio room was large and comfortable. Unfortunately our room was right by an elevator so it was a little noisy at times but not too bad.That said, I am not certain that we would go back to this resort. We went with an all-inclusive package and felt that it did not offer us the same level of service that other resorts have offered us. The buffet, while good, lacked selection that other buffets have afforded us. They only offer one a la carte restaurant reservation per week with the all-inclusive package. We chose Mayapan, and were very happy with our choice as the food was beautifully presented and delicious. We had asked for a glass of house wine with our meal, which was great, but we could not get service to get a second glass. We also found that the indoor bar service was extremely slow. It often took 20-30 minutes for a server to take our order and often had to wait another 20 minutes for the drink to arrive. The servers were very polite but run off their feet as there were never enough servers on the floor. The food at the beach bar was excellent and we thorough enjoyed the shrimp quesadillas. We were always able to find a palapa with comfortable clean chairs and the servers on the beach were super nice but again drink service was very slow as there seemed to be one server to every 18-20 palapas. Again, we had to wait up to 40 minutes for a drink to arrive. The beach was a lovely clean beach. For entertainment one evening, they hosted a Mexican Fiesta by the pool, which was so much fun. My only other disappointment was that our maid would not be able to get to our room to clean until later in the day, usually between 3:30- 4:30pm. Most days, after being on a tour and returning so our room hot, tired and sweaty and hoping to have a shower before a pre-dinner cocktail, we would have to wait another hour for our room to be finished getting cleaned. We didn’t use the spa and we didn’t use the pools as we are beach people but pools looked clean as we walked by. Staff seemed quite pleasant.

Paradise Village resort, Absolutely beautiful resort. Relaxing, great food, beautiful beach and friendly staff. Trip central made our vacation easy, with no worries. Price was a little high and fluctuated a lot before departure date. probably would not do all inclusive again, very expensive and really did not get any special service.

We loved our stay at Paradise Village. Bartenders Hector, Hector and Elias were our favourites. That being said all of the waiters were wonderful. Our room was spacious, the housekeeping staff were excellent and the food was amazing. Good variety for meals especially breakfast. The pizza was our favourite.

Excellent hotel, people were wonderful, food was great, can't remember all names of staff but they were all excellent. Enjoyed the beautiful beach and the nice long walks and all the entertainment and theme nights.

This was an amazing resort! Incredibly beautiful beaches, super clean rooms, common areas and beach area. Food was amazing! Loved the gym, saunas etc. Lots of great theme nights and entertainment. Would for sure go back.

Beautiful setting, clean, meticulously, with wonderful quiet location. There is only 1 buffet , 1 al a carte, and 2 beach bars. I didn't like the fact that the waiters at the beach bar had to serve you. This delayed our participating in things, relaxing on the beach, etc. The food all around was good....not spectacular, and often repetitive. We were there one week. The service is good. Most staff speak about 20 words of English, so hopefully you know some Spanish. The front desk staff were very good and the check out went flawlessly. We used the complimentary guest suite on checkout as we had a late flight home. It was beautiful and included a full kitchen , multiple showers, lounge areas, and was just what we needed.

The 1st time we visited this resort, we were given a very dated room in a poor location, but were moved to a better room the next day after we complained. Our 2nd visit we were given a room facing the marina which was okay, but noisy in the middle of the night with no security at the front entrance. The food is very good, but service can be slow. There is a pool that is supposed to be "adult only". However, the resort seems to be more oriented to families with small children and they ended up in all the pools, including the adult pool and even the lap pool. We were disappointed with the overcrowding and service on the 2nd visit which was over the Easter holiday. As a couple, we were basically ignored in the restaurants while large groups received the waiters' time and attention. I think this resort is great for families with children, but we will not stay there again.
