After 20 years, visiting the Body Holiday again was wonderful experience. They have added many more options for guests to enjoy themselves in wellness, fitness, sporting or water activities. Resort staff are amazing. Will be going again in future.

The motto of this place is "give us your body and we will give you back your mind". That is precisely what happened to this burned out zombie. After one week I feel rejuvenated and refreshed. Most people I met have been to this resort numerous times - not only a few or a dozen times, but even 40! It truly is that good! Everyone is friendly and welcoming - not only the exceptional staff, but also the guests. The daily spa treatments are all amazing, and the fitness classes and other activities are equally above average. The rooms are well appointed and clean, the facilities are well maintained, the food is delicious, and the views are simply breathtaking. The entertainment is fun and engaging. Tipping is non-existant and kind of against hotel policy. What I really appreciated, though, as a single female traveller was how they made an effort to host cocktails every night in the piano bar, followed by a communal dinner so you never had to eat alone if you didn't want to. It is very safe. They will also bring you drinks to your lounge chair on the beach. All dietary restrictions are accommodated, and the quality of food and alcohol are high. Even the pastries were perfect! I also opted for the I-TAL experience, which was excellent. I have already recommended this place to several friends, which is how I found out about it. Just go, you won't regret it! I will return, which is something new for me.

The BodyHoliday Resort was one of the nicest resorts I have been to in the Caribbean. I went for a week with my family and we all had a great experience. There was something for everyone. The fitness activities were a great option but it was also very pleasant and acceptable to just sit on a beach chair and read/nap! The service was good and the people were quite friendly. Food was good, lots of healthy options, but I was a bit disappointed in the amount of fresh fruit (but I am assuming it changes depending on the growing season). The rooms were clean and updated. Sometimes the hot water took a while to come in the showers, but it just needed a little patience. The 'Deli' cafe with fresh smoothies and juices were amazing. This resort was a nice mix. You could spend one day doing a bunch of activities and then spend the next day at the spa and by the pool/beach.

The very high percentage of repeat guests to this resort is the proof. It was our first time. I'm a dad travelling with my daughters, ages 23 and 25. I wanted do-everything and do-nothing options for our small family and Bodyholiday did not disappoint. Lovely resort on a small, private bay. We were impressed with the daily massages: full body, facials, aloe wraps etc. The bodyguards (looking after our exercise) catered to all levels of fitness be it on the beach, the gyms or in the pool. Included motorized sports were a real plus. Tubing, anyone! The dining and entertainment were good with singing at the Piano Bar really nice. No burgers and fries available for this rather carniverous guest. Oh, well veggies and smoothies are better for me, I guess.A small problem in my Gardenview room was quickly dealt with and Reception followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied. The pools were on the small side but beach wonderful. Special shout out to a man, Shivon (sp?), a beach attendant. Raise the flag beside your lounger and all our needs would be taken care--clean towel? Coconut? Bevie?

Excellent resort with wonderful service from very engaged staff. The sports programming was also very well done - something for everybody ranging from very hard to beginner. Spa treatments were great. The FOOD was the highlight for me - off the charts compared to any other resort I’ve been to. A no brainer to recommend it to friends and family. We will be going back for sure.

Bodyholiday is a fantastic place to go for an all inclusive vacation. The indulgent spa treatments, variety of activities, beautiful beach and friendly staff all combine to make a terrific experience. My four girlfriends and I all really enjoyed ourselves - a unanimous thumbs up for this place.

The BodyHoliday in St.Lucia surpassed my expectations! They’re not exaggerating when they say ‘give us your body and we’ll give you your mind’. Beautiful beach. Daily spa treatments put it over the top. This resort has something for everyone...wide variety of activities for the mind, body, and soul along with great food catering to different dietary requirements. I was impressed with how well maintained and clean the property was and the staff were exceptional. Many guests had been there multiple times which speaks to how special of a place this is. It’s a must go! I’m already thinking about my next visit!

This resort was fabulous. The service was on point. The grounds and views were unparalleled. The customer service was timely, efficient and courteous. The food was delicious with different choices for different tastes. Truly an amazing vacation. We are going back again next year.

This resort is amazing - ideal for active people, with a wide choice of activities and fitness classes every hour of the day and opportunities to try new things. With daily hour long spa treatments scheduled for you and included in the package, and even a personal training session, I felt totally spoiled. Staff are very friendly, food options are wide and include lots of choice for vegetarians, making healthy eating easy at this all-inclusive. Hotel grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The beach is small but lovely. I will definitely go again (and again).

This is my 5th visit to The Body Holiday in 8 years and each visit has better than the last. It is truly an experience not just a resort. I have visited with friends, family & solo. From the moment you arrive until you leave you are all treated like a VIP - there is a huge return guest rate as a result of the care the staff puts into your time at the resort. The vast options for onsite activities makes this a perfect place for all - whether you are a water lover or fitness lover. The included daily treatments are lovely and certainly help with quick relaxation. The dining options take care of all your wishes, thoughtfully prepared healthy menus are always available as well as indulgent options for those who wish to have them. The service on all levels is impeccable - beach, bar & restaurants. The rooms are tastefully decorated and well appointed. Booking again soon!

My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic time at BodyHoliday in St. Lucia. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful and peaceful. The daily included spa treatments (and additional ones we willingly paid for) were all wonderful. The staff in the Wellness Centre and throughout the resort were very friendly and professional, including going out of their way to help when needed. What's great about the resort is that you can do as much as you want or as little. We water skied, golfed, snorkelled, did fitness classes, relaxed on the beach, ate wonderful food and connected with other travellers who were all doing the same. Overall, an amazing holiday and we will definitely return.

Everything about the resort was above our expectations. The food was healthy and delicious. The resort employees were thoughtful and attentive. The included spa treatments were of high quality. We are already planning to go again next year.

We will definitely go back to this resort. The service was incredible, the grounds were beautiful, our room was lovely, food was excellent. Lots to do or not do. The long drive from the airport was definitely worth it!

I have visited this resort on 2 previous occasions and am never disappointed with my experience. If you are looking for an active vacation with top experts in their respective fields; this is the place for you. The daily inclusive spa treatments are out of this world. The food is 4-5 star depending with restaurants you eat in. This place is truly a vacation destination for the active, health conscious individual with a flare for the indulgent. This resort is ideal for the solo traveller as well! I do a lot of traveling and this is my favourite and ONLY all inclusive destination!!!

Room was nice. Food, facilities were great. Grounds were immaculate and the staff were, for the most part, lovely people. All inclusive means all inclusive here, unless you want to upgrade on some wines or get additional spa treatments, none of which we bothered with. It's not cheap, but we all thought it was worth the money.

Stay March 3-10 2014 First trip to St Lucia (usually travel to Mexico about 6 times a year staying in some of the better 5 star resorts) Secrets Maroma, Excellence Playa Mujueres, Paradisus La Perla and Iberostar Grand etc. We had one of the two suites in the resort, we enjoyed the restful solitude of this traditional style resort. While the rooms are somewhat dated, they are well maintained and clean. If I were to have one complaint about the room it would be the bath/shower, it was very difficult to access! The resort itself is situated in a somewhat secluded little cove giving you plenty of privacy from the outside world. One thing that stood out to me was the overall staff, everyone I encountered seemed genuine in their effort to please. In saying that, most of the staff appeared to enjoy what they were doing. Having that positive vibe around only enhanced our experience at TBH! Food was good to very good with a nice wine list. The Lobster Thermador was very good and worth the extra charge. Alcohol selection though not a priority was alright. Included spa treatments were alright though not anything special. I found for the most part many of the staff giving the treatments seemed to be going through the motions. There were a few of the staff in the spa that were quite good and seemed to take the job seriously, others I would question (perhaps a management issue). Paid treatments I experienced were not worth the money in my opinion. While I have noted some of what I consider things that need to be improved, overall it is a very good experience that I would recommend although it may not be terrific value if that's a concern. BTW the helicopter transfer from the airport to the Castries is worth the money (especially the return flight to the airport, flying beside the Pitons)

I absolutely loved everything about the Body Holiday resort... - Magnitude of activities - there was an incredible amount of choice. It was hard to fit everything in. And I was super impressed with the qualifications, skill and professionalism of the instructors especially the personal trainers and golf instructors. And to think it was all included?? Incredible!!! - Amazing spa treatments - which turned out to be a necessity after all the hard working out :-) - Delicious food and drink choices - first time ever I was not worried about eating fresh fruit and vegetables at an all-inclusive and it was first class service all the way. My favourite experience was the servers who swam your drinks out to you on the floaty rafts in the water. - My room was very clean and modern. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I loved that you were given a menu of pillow choices that you can order to your liking. The turn down service each night with the herbal teas and cookies was also very nice. Again... first class! - People - both the staff and the guests were all wonderful. Everyone you ran into was always happy, friendly and helpful. Because the resort is small you really get to know each other which is fantastic. The friends we met (both staff and guests) truly made our vacation complete. My vacation to the Body Holiday has ruined all other all-inclusive destinations for me because I truly do not think they can live up to the Body Holiday. The only thing I would change was the airline... I was not very impressed with CanJet for 2 reasons: 1) The check-in process both at Pearson and especially at St. Lucia was horrible. For that reason alone, I will look to book with either Air Canada or WestJet next time. It was a ridiculously long and tedious process to get checked in. 2) The food was horrible. As grateful as I was for actually getting food on a flight, it was really bad. :-( I will definitely be looking to book another trip to the Body Holiday in the future. That says a lot in itself because as an avid traveler I pride myself in not repeating trips and always looking to try somewhere new... But this was hands down one of the best holiday destinations and there is still so much left for me to try the next time around that I didn't get a chance to do this trip. I would also be very interested in booking it for 10 days next time. For any of your potential future customers, I highly recommend the Body Holiday. It is worth every penny!!! People definitely should not shy away from the price as it really was worth it and was one of the most inclusive places I have been.
