the only issue we had was when we arrived about 11am they did not have our room ready until 4pm, We were both hot and tired, just wanted a shower and a nap. this was very disturbing. The food was good as was the service, the entertainment not very good. Jackie

Good Value for a tight budget
As a last minute escape from winter with a buddy, this place did not disappoint. I was not trying to impress anyone like if I was bringing a girlfriend. The best beaches are about a 20 minute bus ride south ( puerto Delfinas) where I had a blast in the crystal blue ocean sandbars getting pumbled by relentless waves. There are so many excursions available from Cancun , that we were only there mostly for breakfast and dinner. This hotel had mostly Local vacationers which was nice to see the Mexican families enjoying Cancun. The location is quite convenient to travel to the entertainment district, or downtown for a buck.
