We really liked the house. It was very large and clean. Games room was a nice bonus and we loved the pool. Really good location. Central to all attractions, shopping and restaurants. Having laundry on site came in handy. Would definitely go back.

The home was in a nice area, security 24/7 , tennis courts and a playground. Located close to a grocery store, gas station and a few other shops. It had a neat appearance on the interior and exterior. A couple of downfalls were the distance from Disney as we paid for extra for a home that we were under the impression would be 5-15mins from Disney and was closer to 30 mins away, and in rish hour MUCH longer than that.The distance put a damper on our plans to travel to and from the park for dinner at home. The second downfall was the pool heat which we thought should be warm enough to swim in at any time but we were wrong. The pool heat will not work if it falls below 12degrees but Even in the middle of the day at 22 degrees outside we were still shivering in the pool. We did let the rental agency know and they sent someone over to look at the pool. Since they looked at it there had been a slight increase in the heat but we were still charged for the first 3 days when were convinced there was no heat at that time. Other then those two items the house was fantastic, but I wouldn't recommend spending extra money on additional amenities as it seems you don't really get all you've paid for.

The house we rented initially was not up to our satisfaction upon arrival. Called the office and Elliot was amazing. We were able to move the next day into a house more suitable to our needs. A very comfortable king size bedroom with a large ensuite.A well stocked kitchen and a pool area with a covered lanai with plenty of seating and lounge chairs. A very private back yard with good sun exposure . Close to the golf courses we like to play at and in a quiet neighborhood. It was a great 2 weeks !! Thanks to Tanya for getting everything put together for us !!

Had a blast and would do it again for sure, very clean and nice people to deal with.the pool was great the house very clean, easy to get around with the van that was supplied to us. Neighbor was also nice.

We had rented a home for a weeks holiday with family. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a fantastic week. We paid for the pool heat, and while we were sad that our home didn't have a hot tub, the pool was so deliciously warm we loved it! For the past few trips to Florida we have rented homes vs hotels. We have never been disappointed and this trip was no exception!

We stayed in a lovely home which felt like being at home apart from the luxury of having a lovely pool which was very clean. House was very clean and comfortable. Crockery could do with updating though - very old.

The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable; in a great location. We felt secure inside a gated community. We really enjoyed the pool and games room when we were taking a break from theme parks. We didn't want to leave. Best vacation yet!!!

The house was in a very lived in neighborhood. (We are used to being in a gated community when we come to Orlando ) The house was clean but very basic. Minimal utensils in the kitchen. Very few pots and pans and not a lot of silverware.You need to run the dishwasher constantly. No small appliances ,except a toaster and a coffee maker. (Would be challanging to cook a big meal.) The pool area was a disappointment as there was a massive tree blocking the sun for the better part of the day. The Home next door had a pool that was not working and looked like a swamp. Full of algae,and I think this may have contributed to the crazy amount of mosquitos. I have never in all the years we've been going to Orlando,experienced this amount of mosquitos! We could hardly sit poolside in the evenings. I purchased bug spray and sprayed the whole lanai area but nothing seemed to help. I understand this is not the homeowners fault but it did effect our enjoyment of the house. We have rented several home in the Orlando area over the last few years and I'm sad to say this was the most disappointing.

This was an amazing big house that eas very well maintained. The private pool was awesome and very well heated. All the accessories in the house worked amazing and we have only one complaint. We were traveling with 2 babies and the air conditioneing did not work well after 2 days so te babies were too warm at night to sleep. Except the AC this house was amazing

We had a wonderful stay at our Florida home in Kissimmee. It was clean with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The pool was awesome and definitely worth the extra $ to be heated in early March. We felt very safe as it is a gated community. It was easy to pick up the keys even though we arrived after hours. There was shopping (24 hour Walmart!) conveniently located and the theme parks were approx. 15-25 minutes away. Hint: bring your GPS if unfamiliar with the area.

This house was perfect for our vacation. It was clean and all necessities were provided. We had more than enough room for a family of five. The location was excellent as we were only a few minutes from Disney World. Would definitely recommend Florida Holiday Homes.
