First time we did a family vacation that wasn’t all inclusive, overall we loved it. The home we got was great, we got tons of towels, utensils. We were happy to receive a stroller and playpen at no charge. Pool was awesome but I suggest paying to get it heated. The bbq that we rented for $75 was a bit on the high side for the shape it was in. We would definitely do it again

I was very impressed with the house. Great place, close to golf and shopping. I will definitely be using vacation homes again. Can't beat the price also, not often you can get an entire three bedroom house for less than the price of a hotel!

Fourth year in a row renting with vacation homes and they have been fantastic. We always request a home with a pool table and they always accommodate us. Private pool is awesome to have. We will definitely be booking a 5th year with them.

We stayed at Alexander Florida vacation homes and the home was so out dated and the community felt unsafe. None of our neighbours had their yards upkept and some had boards on their windows, garbage in their yards. My sister in law came to visit and her shorts ruint bc of the old spray painted outdoor chairs. I got pinched from 1 chair. The bed was so bent out of shape it made my back so sore. The sofas and carpets needed a good steam clean. They were supposed to be off white with floral designs but were brownnin most spots. The dogs were non stop barking all around the property. The neighbours played loud music. It wasn't in a gated community. Only the 3 small burners worked on the stove. We had to pick up the key approx. 45 minutes from the house. We had to pay for wifi. The crib and highchair were so outdated and so unsafe (probably from the 70's or 80's). The so called closed in pool had holes in the screen where lizards and a cochoroach were daily visitors. I wouldn't recommend this vacation home to anyone. But the good things about the house it had a washer and dryer, starter package of food and a pool.

The home was equipped adequately but we did find some of the appliances did not work . It was clean. We noticed it was becoming dated though but was good value for our money . We would book these vacation homes again !

We really enjoyed our stay at our vacation home. Home was centrally located. Not very far from shopping and attractions. The house was very clean and the arrival gift basket was very nice. The pool was enjoyed every day.

We rented this house for one week in April. Location was very good in a quiet neighborhood off US27. House was nice and clean overall. I asked for a minimum of 2 Queen beds and received a king an queen size beds which we were happy that the management company was able to provide. We asked for pool heat prior to arrival but the unit was not working correctly but the team took a couple of days and were able to fix so we were happy to have pool heat the remainder of the week. There were plenty of towels on hand as well as small appliances that we could use including a blender. I'm not going to comment on the comfort of the beds because it's difficult to please everyone but were in good condition. Overall I must say that Eagle Management team (Steven) communication was great as they were very quick to reply to our emails. I would definitely recommend renting again as this is our 2nd time renting from them. Also lots of wildlife in a large field located in backyard

Thank you to the Martindale for opening there home to us. We LOVED the game room, deep soaker tub, pool and spa! We had plenty of room! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The only issue was the ants. We found a crack in the tiles near the dining room table close to the wall where tiny ants were roaming.....they made there way to the table and the end of the counter in the kitchen. Also there was not a plunger particularly in the shared bathroom and we only found 4 face cloths.....not that we needed more I just don't want to be blamed for the missing. Over all we had a great time and will be back soon as we were given free disney tickets after an issue at Disney!

This house was clean, comfortable and close to all attractions and shopping. Check in was arranged prior to arrival and was a breeze. Pool was great. Would highly recommend renting a house. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

we have stayed with the Vacation Homes package with West Jet three times before; this home was not supplied with any dish detergent or dishwasher soap and had only one garbage bag - we were told we could have left everything dirty, but who lives like that for a week? The furniture was old; beds literally had springs popping out. we paid for pool heat, which was expected, but also had to pay for Wifi and did not have North American calling as we have in the past.

We had a very nice house. It was close to all the parks we wanted to do and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The weather was beautiful for our entire vacation. We Would definitely go again. Thank you

... I am so happy with our travel agent..,. We will diffenitly book with vacation homes again... We weren't able to use the pool for 2 days due to trying to get levels all good..everything else was great with our house we booked

Our house was nice enough with a nice pool however furniture, specifically the beds, need upgrading. The matress on our bed was not very good and the furniture and appliances were not what we expected for an executive house. Other than that, nice neighbourhood and overall I'd rate the house as in between average and good.

House was located in in quiet gated community near Champions Gate Blv. and close to I-4 Highway in Davenport,FL. House has 4Bdr which which all very clean, pool was very nice as we spent a good part of our vacation near our pool. The only reason why I did not give this property 5 stars is only because Air Conditioning was locked in at 78 F degrees which we found a little warm for sleeping luckily all rooms were equipped with ceiling fans. But I would still recommend for it is a beautiful property.

Such an amazing house we stayed and new mini van...i would rate this trip as 6star.... wowwwwww my family enjoyed a lot with the pool house plus rec centre pool hot tub... cant get better than this. i would definetly go back to this place or buy a house in this community... what a peaceful place to be with young children.

House was great everything we could ever need. Clean and more room then 5 people needed. Pool did not warm up until the 4th day as there was a cold spell but management did warn us of this and we decided to pay for heat anyways. We did get to use it for 2 days.

Just returned from an Orlando vacation .... the house we stayed in was lovely.. very clean..private pool..gated entrance...and exactly what you would want to have for vacation.... Restaurants, shopping, and grocery store reasonably close... a bit of a drive to attractions
