The service, food and butlers were awesome! Only drawback was the entertainment was either great or not so great. It was too early in the evening and only lasted an hour. The pool was small but again, wasn’t an issue. It was wonderful that we could also go to the Ochi and Dunn’s River resorts. Rooms are dated but comfortable.

Hotel and services was beyond words. Great ocean views grounds were well manicured. Not for people that want to party but if relaxing is what you want and expect world service then this is for you. nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

We enjoyed the quietness of this hotel, as well as the fact that it only had 74 rooms. The staff were so friendly and always very helpful. Our 2 butlers were always available to help with dinner reservations, and any request we had. Our room was lovely and we had a view of the water, from our comfortable chairs. Food was great. We will return to the Sandals Royal Plantation on our next holiday.

I am grateful to TripCentral to help us choose an amazing resort. Sandals Royal Plantation is the place to go for a nice vacation. The suites are in front of the beach and everything is tidy. The service is number one. The food at the restaurants are delicious and nice selectionnof wines. Everything is included an unlimited. My husband and I were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and we had the time of our lives. Our buttlers Oreyn and Ricardo were on top of everything making sure our staying was confortable and we were happy. I highly recomend this Resort.

Royal Plantation is a beautiful Spot in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The staff made us feel welcome all the time. Food and drinks are amazing. Our butlers Oreyn and Ricardo were excellent. They treat you like royalty. The shows and entertainment was different every night. All I can say is that my husband and I , we could' te peak a better place than Sandals Royal Plantation. We highly recommend this resort.

This colonial, classic style resort offers all you would ever need. It is a luxury resort with all 74 rooms having Butler Service. The food is fantastic and the drinks are ever flowing and top shelf brands. The staff are genuine, happy and attentive to all guests. This is what makes the place a must for couples. Anything you'll ever need is provided here. The beaches are cleaned regularly during the day and there are always loungers to use. It never feels crowded at the beach or in the restaurants. Live music is daily in the evening and sometimes mid-day. There is the option to partake in the Sandals activities next door for food or nightlife! This resort is a quieter, boutique style. It has numerous returning guests that make this their second "home". We will be returning!

Amazing resort. Fantastic staff and service. Every detail looked after. Great food. Beautiful beach. Amazing entertainment. Butlers very attentive. There is nothing the staff at this resort won't do to help you make great memories and throughly enjoy your stay with no cares in the world

Sandals Royal Plantation is an amazing resort for couple who simply want to relax and be pampered. The staff is amazing. There isn't anything I can say negative about any of them! They were truly amazing at what they do. From the Management to the Cleaners. They were fantastic. In my view, Christina and Daniel are their most important ambassadors of this resort.

The Sandals Royal Plantation was the perfect fit of service, food, and facility. With only 74 rooms this is a couple paradise. The world class staff was at least 2 to 1 quest ratio and with the butler service everything you would want was taken care of. Being a smaller resort they only had 3 restaurants however this allowed the food and beverage team to go above and beyond and we experienced some of the best food we have ever had on vacation. The rooms were all ocean front suites and we always clean and taken care of. If you are looking for a couples retreat that allows you to actually just sit on the beach and be pampered then Sandals Royal Plantation is your next vacation.

Felt the resort old and tired looking and the 1 bedroom butler suite needed renos. Beach and the water very disappointing. Butler service was also disappointing didnt get the "wow" factor that we are used to.

Thought overall view if resort was really nice, scenery was breath taking and staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. A bit dis appointed with beach but that's hard to control, just like the rainy weather. Trip was relaxing and got to enjoy time with my sister and sistet-in-law!!!!

This is our second time a Whitehouse, overall it was as great as the first trip in 2010, the staff, resturants, club room accommodation, and pools were excellent as before. We did notice a difference with the beach, but were advised that storm errosion has damaged the beach significantly over the past few years.

This is a beautiful little boutique hotel. Beautiful grounds with amazing staff! Quiet and utterly relaxing with full butler service, you can choose to be as pampered or as private as you want. This is our first hotel in the Sandals line, but it won't be our last!

Top notch service, very personal. Small but that's what attracted us to it. The food was fabulous. The butlers went out of their way to make this a special trip as it was our 25th wedding anniversary. The beach was beautiful - clear Aqua water and the beach butlers never left your glass empty so to speak. The pool was small but the right size for the resort. Nothing was over crowded and we were there at full capacity. We will definitely be back! Probably the nicest vacation we've had.
