The Nautilus Sonesta hotel exceeded our expectations! We read the reviews prior to arrival and were prepared for the construction sounds as well as the possibility of only 1 working elevator. Neither was bothersome to the point of negatively affecting our stay. The hotel is very clean and the location couldn't be any better (quiet side for Miami Walk) and 10 minutes from Lincoln Rd. The room was clean and comfortable, with only the flat pillows being our biggest grievance. The staff was fantastic and the team working the beach (Michael, Isaac and Samson) went above and beyond in terms of customer service and genuinely wanting you to have a great stay. Probably the best iced coffee and sweet potato fries we have ever had. We will definitely be coming back!

One of the best places I have stayed at. Very clean hotel and service was amazing. The location was great too there were other stuff to do just at a walking distance. Good was good but could do with a little more variety.
