Day 1 | Depart Canada

• Fly to Toulouse.

Day 2 | Welcome to Toulouse

• Upon arrival in Toulouse, take a private transfer to your hotel and check in.

Day 3 | Toulouse: Sightseeing

• Enjoy an afternoon guided city tour of Toulouse, followed by a dinner at a typical local restaurant.

• Arrive at your meeting point to start your 70-minute panoramic city tour to visit highlights like Place Wilson, Saint-Étienne Cathedral, the Palais-Royal Gardens, the Muséum de Toulouse, the Sorano Theatre, Quai des Tounis, the Museum of Abattoirs, the Japanese Garden and the Basilica of Saint-Sernin.

• Enjoy a typical Toulousain restaurant with a 3-course meal excluding drinks, while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

Day 4 | Toulouse: At Leisure

• Take the day to check out the sights of Toulouse at your own pace. Known for their artistic and musical traditions, Toulouse is a lively city with many open-air events throughout the year.

Day 5 | Toulouse: Visit

• After breakfast, visit a local chocolate shop and get creative.

• With a master chocolatier, you will learn the history of chocolate and its manufacturing secrets. Then enjoy a complete tasting of cocoa beans, ganache, pralines and grand cru raw chocolates.

Day 6 | Toulouse: At leisure

• After breakfast, spend the day in a museum such as the Cité de l'Espace, a scientific discovery centre focused on spaceflight.

• Visit the Cité de l'Espace and discover the secrets of space! Explore the Moon, the Solar system, the observatory, the weather hub, and much more.  See full-scale models of rockets as well as shows of various kinds.

Day 7 | Toulouse: Visit

• After exploring Toulouse for the day, make your way to the meeting point for your private workshop at a famous wine bar.

• Enjoy the evening while tasting 3 wines accompanied by a plate of 3 cheeses from an AOC local producer. The owner will present the tasting and initiation.

Day 8 | Toulouse: At Leisure

• Explore the riverside area of Toulouse as well as its many parks, most notably the Botanical Gardens (Jardin des Plantes) and the riverside Prairie des Filtres. Spend the day discovering Toulouse at your own pace. 
• Guests staying in 4-star accommodations will receive a full-day bicycle rental to explore Toulouse at their own pace.

Day 9 | Toulouse - Return to Canada

• Take a private transfer to the airport and board your flight home.

• Book 4-star accommodation and enjoy an added bonus  one full-day bicycle rental per person, with pick-up and drop-off at your hotel.
• Private oenology introduction workshop: begins at 18:00 for approximately 2 hours (bilingual). Closed on Sundays and Mondays. Hotel transfer not included. 
• Introduction to chocolate making and tasting is offered daily. Duration approximately 1.5 hours. 
• 1 audio-guided city tour of Toulouse by minivan (daily with bilingual or French-speaking guide): Tour departs from 9 Rue Lafayette at 2:45 p.m. Hotel transfer not included.
