Day 1 | Canada to Rome 

• Fly to Rome.

Day 2 | Welcome to Rome – Florence

• Upon arrival in Rome, make your way to the railway station inside the airport, board the high-speed train to Florence and take a private transfer to your hotel where you’ll check in. Take the rest of the day to explore the city or relax at your hotel.

Day 3 | Florence: At Leisure

• Enjoy the day in Florence, the Cradle of the Renaissance. Explore this wonderful city at your own pace.

Day 4 | Florence – Chianti area

• After breakfast, enjoy a tour driving south from Florence and crossing the beautiful hills of Chianti.

• Enjoy free time in San Gimignano, a picturesque  medieval town famous for its white wine. In the afternoon, visit a famous wine estate for a Chianti red wine tasting.

Day 5 | Florence: Excursion

• Today, embark on an exciting excursion that will take you on a journey of discovery. Whether exploring the sights, or savoring regional flavours, this adventure promises a memorable day ahead.

• Visit Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with five villages suspended between sea and land. A full-day tour is dedicated to exploring one of the world's most breathtaking and captivating landscapes (available from April to October).
•  Pasta Cooking Class
• Begin your adventure by heading to the Sant’Ambrogio food market with the chef to select fresh ingredients from local producers. Back in the kitchen, you'll prepare sauces, make pasta dough, and craft the iconic tiramisu. Finally, sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve created, paired with a glass of house wine (available from November to March).

 Day 6 | Florence – Rome
