It was in a great location, amazing service, gorgeous history-rich hotel and lovely rooms. There is no mini fridge in the room for your own things; there is only 'pay-if-you-touch' minibar. The pool area was lovely but lots of kids with no 'adults only' quiet time, which would be nice.

This hotel was nice and centrally located Connected to the underground city and had good facilities. I found staff could have been more helpful. The upgrade was worth the money to have access to the lounge area.

Great resort with many amenities onsite. Staff make a great hotel even better! Shoutout to Morgan, Jack (Fairmont Experience Guides) and server Liz who made our stay extra special. We would return and loved that we could stay active and enjoy luxury at this Resort. Tours are a fantastic way to get to know the area and Shuttle and private car service make this a top notch experience.

We stayed at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler for one full week October 21-28, 2023. Overall the week's stay and the hotel especially could not have been better! Hotel was immaculate throughout including the main lobby area, the hotel room, the restaurant and lounge areas and the pool and recreation areas. Staff at the hotel were accomodating and a pleasure to deal with. Starting with check-in, the attendant Isabella upgraded our room to a very nice 9th floor slope view in recognition of our anniversary. She supplemented this with a complemetary bottle of wine and fruit tray left the next day along with a very thoughtful card! Clayton at the front desk area was super helpful and made time every morning to chat... much appreciated! Never a wait for elevators which was a bonus. The Resort Experience Fee at $30 per day plus tax was considered high especially over a full week. Would have preferrred a payment by service used. Otherwise hotel is highly recommended.

You have to experience the grandeur of this hotel if you're staying in Old Quebec City! Everything about our stay at the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac was amazing! From the moment we arrived until we departed, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable experience at this hotel. Check-in was so easy and exceptionally friendly, it really felt like a such a personal experience, like they genuinely cared that you were happy while staying there. The foyer is breathtaking and so beautiful! Our room was very nicely decorated and had all the amenities. It overlooked the Dufferin Terrace and the St Lawrence River. The location couldn't have been more perfect for our stay in Old Quebec City!

Our vacation at Princess Mundo Imperial was wonderful. The place is very well kept over the years; extremely clean, no supplies out of stock or missing items. The overall layout is easy to navigate through, despite the size of the grounds. The atrium within the 'pyramid building' can use a bit of redesigning with the large sculptural bench seating taking a bit of space, but overall, the scale and entrance is grand and very welcoming - a great vista from the moment you walk in to the beach front - quite spectacular! The leisure pools are designed well, enough lounge chairs for everyone. The palapas at the beach are great - you need to reserve for the day to use but worth it; they will serve you any drinks you wish, so a bonus. Beachfront is some of the best you will ever encounter anywhere in the world - deep set sand front and endless rolling waves are mesmerizing. The food at ANY of the restaurants, not only at Princess Mundo, but at their sister locations (Pierre & Palacio) are some of the best cuisine we have ever had as part of an all inclusive stay - you definitely need to try them all! (Big shout out and big thank you for great service, to both Ivan and Isak at the 4-Diamond Restaurant (or is that 5-Diamond, no doubt!) Tabachin - fabulous food! And Tony, our Sunwing rep was excellent - he helped us with recommendations and day excursions. We loved it so much, we are already planning to return as soon as we can :)

Beautiful Resort, massive area and beautiful areas such as public areas, Rooms are a bit outdated and lack of a mini fridge but spacious, Food was okay but very lacking with options when booking with sun wing and only one all you buffet in the morning. Over all a great resort for adults but not really for kids

There are many issues at this resort #1 it needs a major updates #2. They need to informed customers a lot better on where they can eat night time. There’s no buffets throughout the night time we spent out of our seven nights we spent five of them at the Italian. We tried to go to the other two resorts that we were allowed to stay and playing and we were told we had to have reservations so the sat us outside instead of inside where it was nice and cool service took us nearly 2 hours to get our dinner that night because we didn’t have reservations. I guess he didn’t think it was important to accommodate us , the pools, the water was too deep at the PRINCESS you could get in, but then after that you couldn’t stand around in the pool and chat and talk because it was too deep. We spent most of our time at the Pelazzio, where the water was warmer and you can actually walk around and talk to people and meet people because the water was all standing level If you want anything to eat or drink after 11 you had to pay for it front of our state and they are Italian and wanted an espresso coffee after 11 o’clock and they were told they had to pay for it. It wasn’t part of their all-inclusive. They also restaurant because we were Sunwing we only had four choices for dinner or friend ordered a steak dinner and I only bought one meal told him that they had to share the meal and his wife is very upset saying we ordered two meals and they said you’re what sound when you only get one, so they had to share a steak dinner Overall, not impressed at all. Definitely will not be going back.

Hamilton Princess was wonderful as usual. The staff are so friendly. Enjoyed the incredible artwork. There was construction underway as they are renovating the bar. Look forward to our next trip back!

Nice Hotel, courteous staff, nice views, nice rooms and very good food. The Hotel is very large and spread out over quite a few acres. Found it a challenge to navigate. I was staying in the Bermudian which is the furthest point from the lobby. The map provided is a bit lacking. It reminded me of being in a maze. Truly a challenge. Room rate was reasonable but shops were a tad expensive. The “maze factor” is the only negative I can think of.

Beautiful hotel, 2 lovely pools, great restaurants, friendly staff. Went in the winter (November) not very busy often nearly had the beach to our selves. Weather was great considering the time of year. Would do it all again

Fairmont Millennium Hotel is beautiful and accessible to everything, walking distance to downtown Chicago (restaurants, shops, park and attraction). It’s also walking distance to CTA line which is about 25mins train ride to Midway Airport.

The hotel staff are very friendly and the service is amazing. This hotel offers everything. No need to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. Very clean. The food and drinks are delicious. Worth every penny. Hotel rooms are suites. Very spacious. Very relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Almost everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, except 2 things: 1. There was no tennis available because the Mexican Open Tennis Tournament was being played at the time of our stay. There had been no information about this on the Sunwing booking site. 2. Evening entertainment was OK: 4 or 5 dancers each night. Once or twice was enough. The room was very clean, food& service were good, with excellent food at the Asian restaurant at El Palacio. It is possible to use the facilities at 2 other hotels: El Palacio and Pierre. Shuttles to each hotel are free. The setting is perfect, with 5 pools and the beach. However, the sea view is somewhat obscured by the palapas set up by entrepreneurs at the water's edge. We will happily return next winter, but not at the time of the tennis open.

We had a group of 7 for this holiday and we all enjoyed it. Rooms & beds were great. Awesome views. Buffet breakfast was good, but choices never changed. We had hoped there would be theme nights. Surprised for a resort this size that there weren't more al acartes. The Italian had great wood fired pizzas. We went to the 2 sister resorts and enjoyed them both. We met the best server "Filipe" @ Restaurant Aqua. From the moment we arrived he looked after our group. We also had a great bartender "Jesus" at the Pyramid who made our stay so much more enjoyable. The pools and beach were great and never crowded. Definitely would go back!

Due to experience and memories of the princess about ten years ago and last stay we must say that has changed a lot, the cleanliness and the rooms were impeccable, but the food was teribely organized and tasteless the rudeness of the staff needs a little touch up. But above all we will never fly sunwing. On the way back there was no food left to buy but above all the stewards were rued and the service was terrible no coffe or soft drinks was served even when asked for, and the flights were late by hour and half both ways. In short these two are out of our list.

The Fairmont was an exceptional hotel in downtown Chicago. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable, a coffee maker, nice view too. Location was perfect, right near Millenium Park. The concierge was a big help in suggesting tours, restaurants. Overall a great place!

The Fairmount Southampton is a wonderful hotel with many fine dining rooms. The shuttles to the beach and Waterlot/Ferry Dock were excellent. The private beach was beautiful and interesting for snorkelers. The view from the room was wonderful, being located on some of the highest land on the island. The Gibbs Lighthouse is within walking distance. The only real set back to this location was that there wasn't any other amenities or restaurants not associated with the hotel. The cabs were always present and if you wish to spend and little less on transportation the No.7 and 8 bus went past the hotel taking you to the Dockyard or Hamilton. The private Ferry form from the Waterlot did travel 3 times a day and took you directly into Hamilton. This is a picturesque capital with plenty of shopping. The concierge desk was very friendly and organised outings efficiently and promptly.

Public areas and hotel grounds were just the way we remembered them. Everything was clean and staff are always very pleasant! The hotel beach & access to horseshoe bay and the rest of the beaches in Warwick parish are stunning as always! The main notable difference this time was that the menus previously had many healthy options to choose from and this time we were not as satisfied with options that were available. Many "fried" selections whereas previous visits had many heartwise; gluten-free; fat-wise options that were commendable.....not sure why the menus at the restaurants were changed....but it was disappointing to see it go. Also, the former "Baci" on site was replaced with a pub.....although a good option for families.....Baci's dinner options were also far superior. Ocean Club-level of service not as it used to be. Private beach is also not cleaned up very well at day's end by staff which is upsetting due to the ocean conscience values the hotel promotes. Waterlot was amazing as always! The concierge was unavailable by phone most days-which was also frustrating. Also asked for 3 luggage racks as we were 4 guests and was told that no more were available!!!Definitely not the experience I remember from previous years. Perhaps the 17% gratuity is making things a bit too complacent for staff. Not sure, but something that I think management needs to closely take a look at in order to ensure the level of service promised to guests is actually fulfilled.

Felt more like a 5 star(not our room which Could have used some reno) hotel,that got into the All inclusive business to level their income. 2 of the restaurants had items that were not included in the All inclusive deal, and you had to pay separately to get them(I.e lobster) which I never saw elsewhere. Beautiful grounds, pools, food top notch(Mexico never fails in this category), amazing beach but sea is wavy so not good for swimming. Had some great walks on the beach and dipped in the ocean but the flag was always red so not swimmable. highly recommend the Italian restaurant on site. We only went in the city for the cliff diving show in the evening, and saw some scary police man and not too many tourists. Were advised to be cautious and honestly beside a walk in full dailight to Walmart and the night show at the diving show we never left the grounds(very well protected from the entrance to the area to the grounds).

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton Princess. The grounds were nicely kept, feeders for the birds away from where people ate was an excellent idea and the rooms and service personnel were super.

We were a little leery of going to Acapulco as it has not had the best press reviews in a few years, but we were impressed from the time we got off the plane until we left. It didn't seem any different from the same drive in Los Cabos or Cancun. The resort was huge and beautifully maintained. The rooms were large and the views were really nice no matter where your room faced. There were no problems with the beds or pillows .The bathroom had double sinks and the water pressure was fine. All the workers we met were very nice. There was no place at the resort where a host would not go to get you a drink or food and return with a smile. We actually felt good leaving tips as they were well earned. Probably the only down side of whole place was the lack of English speakers. Very few people spoke it, which led to a few animated discussions. Then again it's their country, maybe we should learn more Spanish. I think this city has worked hard to change its image and I would highly recommend it as a resort destination. That being said, we never left the resort as it had everything we needed for a great weeks stay.

We were very happy with this vacation. We have been on several 4 star Mexican resorts over the last 20 years and this one was a notch above the others. The service was excellent the beach was fabulous. The food is great. The room was clean Etc we have nothing bad to say

Very safe, do not be afraid to go here. This resort was extemely clean and had the best food of any place I have ever been. Drinks were great too. The staff and service was exceptional. This would be a great place for people with little kids. I don't think teenagers would have enough to do, though. Long beach to walk with the most amazing feeling sand (can't really describe it as I have never felt anything like it. I have been to Huatulco, Puerto Vallarta, Playa Del Carmen, the Mayan, Cuba, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Roatan, Vietnam, the Philippines, and this beach was my favourite). The undertow is very strong so be careful, but saying that, the waves were so fun and the lifeguards are quick to come get anyone in trouble. Drinks are served to other guests after 11:00, but not Sunwing guests without you paying. Our oceanview room was very large and well layed out and the view was awesome. The rooms are really not that bad, but could be updated, I've seen worse in newer hotels than this, but there is no fridge, but the front desk put our leftovers in their fridge twice for us. I was told that this is the oldest hotel in Acapulco. My only complaint was the size of the beds. We asked, but did not get, a king size bed, and that's ok, except I would have expected 2 queens. The beds were small doubles. We had the same kind on our trip in China recently. We are not big people, but even we found it too cramped and chose to sleep separately most of the time :(. But we LOVED this place anyway and have decided, that for the money and quality of this hotel and the location, that this will be our anuual spot. This is saying alot! We have never been to the same location in the world twice as we like to see other places. Because of the price for this place it now allows us to visit a couple places a year. The hotel complex was lovely, inside and out. Service was awesome, drinks and food were as expected. The buffet was fine (limited and repetitive at times) the restaurants much better... The resort is a hotel first and all inclusive second, so you have to sign for all drinks and food, even when wearing a wrist band. Coffee was only available at a Starbucks on the premises at an additional charge. The resort was only 25% full when we arrived on the Wednesday, till the weekend when locals from Mexico City arrived in bus loads (I loved the break in the quiet routine, mingling and people watching). Sunday afternoon it was back to normal, where we had the run of the beach and three beautiful pools, seemingly to ourselves. A perfect mix :) 4 Stars - loved the city of Acapulco!

We loved everything about the hotel,fantastic service,really nice oceanfront room,beautiful beach,delicious meals and friendly staff,nice and quiet and very relaxing.can't wait to go back!!!!!! We had nice music to serenade us at breakfast in the mornings,great to have all e restaurants outside,only the Italian restaurant where we had. To reserve was inside. Beautiful weather,not one drop of rain.They even reserved the palapas for us every day,

Upgraded to club level and really enjoyed the service. Special thanks to Rolly and Pascale who were a pleasure. Weather is not really conducive for swimming at beach but enjoyed the beautiful walks along the water and lounging on the shore on the plentiful chairs.

Classic older hotel with tremendous charm. Great Bermudian hospitality from the cleaning staff to the front desk to the shuttle drivers to the restaurant servers. Off-season so not all amenities available, but we knew this going in. Great stay!

The hotel and staff fulfilled all my expectations. Clean, pleasant and lots of restaurants, beaches, pools and excellent shuttle service. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Property is well kept and greenery is well trimmed and neat

Our first impression of the resort upon check in was that of appreciation for the incredible aesthetics, cleanliness of the hotel and professional/polite staff that efficiently registered us then directed us to our room. We were pleased with our room as the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The grounds were immaculate as is the overall condition of the main building. The food was great, expensive but definitely great! At no fault of Fairmont, we simply felt out of place. The resort was too much for our needs and what we are accustomed to. Should anyone wish to experience the potential of full pamper, opulence and care, this is the place for you.

We had a wonderful time , the food is great very family oriented , beautiful environment . lot of sports if you want , My sister and I love the place and would recommend The Chateau to all my friends

Beautiful beaches, amazing food, stunning hotel. Wil definitely come back again. Only a 2 hour-ish flight from Toronto. Only down fall is the automatic 17 percent gratuity with any meal at any restaurant on site.

The Fairmont Southampton is located on the most beautiful property. The grounds are immaculate and the view was stunning! The food and service in all the restaurants the we visited was very good. They had free shuttles running constantly to the private beach and dock, and a free ferry into and out of Hamilton.

The restaurants, spa, golf course, rooms and outstanding staff make this beautiful resort a place you want to return to, time and time again. The onsite trolley service makes it very convenient to get to the beautiful private beach for a day of relaxing and swimming.

The Fairmont Southampton is a fabulous resort which has everything you need and if it doesn't have what you need it has shuttles that will drop you off at the bus stops or a free ferry ride that will take you downtown Hamilton so you can get it. The staff are super friendly. Both swimming pools are beautiful and the outdoor pool is almost as hot as the outdoor hot tub. The beach club is gorgeous with lots of tennis courts, plenty of loungers and stunning sandy beach. I would say this is the best hotel with the most amenities on the island.

My family had a great time, we travelled down for my daughter's 6th bday and enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and want to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The beech is amazing even though you have to take a bus to it. The food was great only meal we feel we was not up to par was the breakfast at the Windows resurant as the food was cold.
