The food, pool and beach was perfect for our family of 4. Jorge the actives leader was so much fun. The fish taco restaurant was amazing and all the staff were incredible. Special thanks to Axel, Jesus, Ramone, and so many more! We will be back next year.

Everything about the resort was above and beyond what we hoped for. It was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was also great! We would recommend this place and look forward to returning.

We spent 10 days at the FA in early February, with our adult daughter and her boyfriend. This was our second time there, the first being nearly 20 years ago. This is a very nice, relatively large but compact resort that was built around 1960 and has been very well maintained. All rooms above about the 2nd floor have oceanfront views with balconies – gorgeous; the lower rooms have larger balconies that are good for families but their views may be blocked by trees or buildings. Opt for a room on the northern side (higher numbers), as they will give you a view too over Puerto Vallarta town. This is not a party resort (though access to the bars and clubs of Puerto Vallarta is easy) – more a place to chill out and relax. There is one large pool with a small shallow kiddie section and swim up bar, and an adult pool above the buffet building reserved for fiesta club members (those paying more for rooms on the top 3 floors). All pools are fairly shallow – not made for swimming laps. The beach is about the best in the old Hotel Zone, although when we were there, the ocean was unusually rough and no one was swimming. You can walk quite a ways both north and south along the beach. Food: The breakfast buffet is excellent and fiesta club members can sit on an outside terrace directly overlooking the ocean. Lunch is in the same buffet area (more limited choices), plus there is food in the snack bar near the pool, at the fiesta club adult pool, and at the seafood (La Cevichería) restaurant. For dinner, there are 4 restaurants – Italian (very good), Asian (very good but inside), Mexican (alright) and the new Azur restaurant for fiesta club members (very mixed reviews – we didn’t try it). There is also a café in the lobby, serving real espresso, cappuccino…, some fruit and pastries, and in the afternoon, soft ice cream. The wine is drinkable (better than most AI resorts) and alcohol is of good quality (idem). In the evening, a very pleasant bar right overlooking the ocean serves for fiesta club members with somewhat higher class alcohol and a bit of finger food, located above the Cevicheria restaurant. In addition, the large lobby bar serves all clients with a wide choice of drinks. Vegetarians and vegans: The resort makes a small effort to accommodate them in all restaurants and the waiters generally know the ingredients of all dishes. Vegetarians in search of protein will eat tons of cheese and eggs, while vegans will go without (or eat outside the resort). The Italian and Asian restaurants are best for them, although the Asian restaurant strangely does not have tofu and watch out for their Pad Thai without the meat – they use a fish-based sauce to flavor it. The Mexican restaurant has few black beans and they are cooked with lard (no veggie beans available). However, in the lunch Cevichería fish restaurant, they cooked for us good veggie quesadillas, fries and provided guacamole – none of which were on the menu. Staff were invariably great: efficient (including the front desk), fun to talk with – great workers. You should know that salaries are very low for most of these jobs and they often spend a good hour each way coming to work and going home after long days of work. Please tip generously – they deserve it. For me, the biggest advantage of this resort is its location. You are 100 to 150 pesos by taxi (/uber) from the center of town (maybe a 10-minute ride) and, if you walk 200 meters to the right down the street, you can catch public buses downtown (direction “centro” or, for only the romantic zone, “tunel”) for 10 pesos (use exact change). Across the street a bit to the right is the Plaza Caracol shopping center that caters to local Mexicans, with a large grocery store (Soriana) and a good selection of booze (much cheaper than in the airport duty free). Sunscreen there costs about half that in the FA store. Despite the overall quality of the FA, I’d urge everyone to get out – walk the Malecon over to the romantic zone, have a dinner or two out, visit the art galleries, listen to music in the evening, etc. Very good restaurants (all with some veggie options) include: Modest: Calmate (with excellent healthy options for vegetarians and vegans, plus for meat eaters). Moderate: La Traviata Italian restaurant (on top of an older hotel roof with great views of sunset) and Archie’s Wok right beside the pier. More expensive (reservations often necessary): Barcelona Tapas (great sunset views), Hacienda San Angel (beautiful, with mariachis), La Capella (gorgeous sunset views directly overlooking the main church and the ocean), Trio (quite limited veggie options), and Café des Artistes (maybe the top restaurant in town, with high prices).

We would like to thank all the employees for their kindness and hospitality. There are so many names to remember but some that stood out , Karla who booked our suppers from day to day, Rafael, Alejandro, Jorge, George, who waited on us from all the different restaurants. The food was excellent. Right up Martin at the front entrance who made sure our luggage went to our rooms and that our travels back to the airport was taken care of. Fiesta Americana is a 5 star all inclusive resort. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and with incredible caring. A squeaky fan in our room was fixed before we could even open our luggage! The entire staff - from those polishing the rails to make them always shine, ensuring our room was always cleaned and replenished, to those cleaning the Banos, working the bars, those that entertained us, danced with us, exercised with us, scheduled all our dinners, prepared and served our meals, we say a multitude of thanks! Each one of you made our stay memorable. Special thanks to Karla Mendez whose smile each day literally made our day! Her ability to schedule everyone’s dinner plans was outstanding. To David Alcaraz, Caesar and their team, we extend our sincere thanks for entertaining us and teaching us the great value and fun of exercise - on ground, in the pool and dancing! We loved the place. We would come back, but only to stay in the solarium location. Fun staff, good views, good food. It's far from town , so you have to take cabs in to town. Very security conscious staff, made us feel safe.

A perfect Anniversary celebration with exquisite dining, unbeatable snorkeling, beautiful architecture and landscape and fantastic attentive staff! My husband and I and our friends chose the Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos to celebrate both our wedding anniversaries and it turned out to be a beautifully memorable trip! The resort's setting is absolutely breathtaking. Perched right on the coast, the views of the Sea of Cortés are stunning. We spent countless hours simply gazing out at the crystal-clear water and dramatic desert landscape. The architecture is beautiful, blending modern elegance with traditional Mexican flair, creating a tranquil and luxurious atmosphere throughout the property. The resort is a stunning backdrop for any special occasion, but it's the combination of exceptional service, exquisite dining, fantastic snorkeling right at the resort beach and incredible natural beauty that truly sets it apart. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. The dining experience was flawless-the atmosphere was intimate, the food was exquisite, and the servers were incredibly and consistently thoughtful….whether we tipped them or not. For us, the absolute highlight was the access to some of the best snorkeling in Los Cabos! The water was crystal clear, and we spent hours exploring the vibrant underwater world. We saw sooo many colourful fish and plenty of schools of fish too, as well as sea turtles and beautiful coral formations. We are also scuba divers and normally only see such vibrance when we are diving. If you are looking for the perfect blend of romance, fun and adventure for your next milestone celebration, this is the place! This was the first spa I’ve ever tried out so I have nothing to compare it to but I absolutely loved it! I do get massages on a regular basis at home so I know what a good massage is like and my massage at this spa was spot on perfect! The rest of the spa facility provided a serene escape for a much-needed few hours of relaxation. On the day before we were to leave, when we got back from diving, Alesha (I think she is one of the resort managers) called our room to talk to me about an issue we had when we first arrived. Her timing was perfect as she was saying that she had somehow been having a hard time getting in contact with us. She was able to arrange a wonderful complementary dinner for the 4 of us at La Bodega as compensation for the issue. This was perfect as we hadn’t tried this restaurant yet and hadn’t planned on it as it was the only restaurant on the resort that was $$$$ extra charge and was the only place we could get lobster (a favorite for 3 of us). The food was fantastic and all the staff were really wonderful to us! They really made us feel special as we celebrated our anniversaries. Then to top things off, there was a lovely romantic gesture waiting for us in our rooms that night (bottle of champagne chilling in a bucket of ice and plate of chocolate covered strawberries). We can’t help but mention how clean and tidy this resort was. In particular the cleaning staff for our rooms were the best we have ever had! They not only cleaned but kept our stuff neat and tidy…they even folded our clothes if we left anything out on the floor or on the bed or furniture…and no, they weren’t tip motivated as we didn’t leave a tip for them till the end. We would like to extend our heart felt gratitude and appreciation for the excellent service and hospitality from all members of the Grand Fiesta Americana resort. Literally all the staff members that we interacted with were very attentive to all of us. Also we would like to extend a job well done to the restaurant manager (Richard) and all his restaurant staff. This has been the best restaurant experience from all our historical resort experiences. Congrats on the excellent service and attention to detail. While we were checking out, the Operations Manager, Martin Flores, came over to us at the front desk to extend his apologies for a rough start but that he hoped things ended on a positive note and they certainly did! The issue at the start of our stay wasn’t really that big of an issue but the fact that they wanted to make things right regardless of the size of the issue spoke volumes. We look forward to returning next year!

Nice resort with comfortable and clean rooms. Due to the rooms close proximity to the pool and nightly entertainment the rooms can be a bit noisy if you are an early sleeper. The hotel is very close to the beach but I would not recommend this as a beach vacation as the water is very rough and getting in is very difficult due to the rocks washing down from the mountains. As it is now the rainy season the water is also very murky from the mountain run off. Selection of food is very good and tasty.

The resort is not too big, and the staff are very friendly. The location is close to downtown, and the beach is nice. The sunsets are amazing from the balcony and the service in the restaurants is great. All the staff were great but to mention a few there were Marijose, Danue, Kelly and Alejandra. We have dealt with Jarius at trip central on numerous vacations and he is knowledgeable and always follows through on his word.

The Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos was probably my favourite of the 30 odd some resorts I've been to. I cannot say enough about the staff, from the maids who come by at various times of the day to ensure you have whatever you need, to the restaurant staff, who remember your drink preference and in a few cases, even our names. The check in and check out of the hotel were by far the smoothest I've ever had. I would for sure recommend this place

The hotel food was excellent but the lack of a supper buffer made things monotonous for a ten day stay. Whales were easily seen right from your room and were plentiful. Wanted to sell condos but a firm no will stop them. Don't go if you have trouble walking, lots of hills. Room was nice and clean as well. Service by everyone was excellent. Looks big but is a small resort by the feel.

Food was at the top compared to other resorts I have been at. Very clean grounds / rooms. Staff very friendly and the resort was pretty low key with respect to noise. I did like the intimate evening entertainment of guitar players / singers by the fire pit versus the big show productions. Would definitely come back.

Hi. Hotel was nice and it was clean. The beach was pretty to look at but the sand was horrible. It says beachfront but you have to walk a certain distance over rocks to get to the water. The food was good but I expected buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner it was only at breakfast. Lunch you had to do a la carte. Dinner it was outside buffet style but they seated you at tables with other families. I feel it's a little deceptive when they say all inclusive Buffet. Also I wasn't impressed at the coffee shop closes at 10 p.m. Hotel was clean, safe and the staff were very nice. Can't beat the weather

Best breakfast and lunch options of any resort we have frequented. Good selection of ala carte dinner options ( steak and Italian are a favourite). Beautiful beach, clean rooms. Have stayed there 3 times we liked it so much. Every visit we noticed upgrades to resort.

This hotel is such a great place! We’ve found the one that everyone is always looking for when traveling. The one where you want to go back year after year. Every group or couple we talked to it was their 6th or 12th or 18th time here and that speaks volumes. Check in: literally took 2 minutes, although we booked club in aug and emailed asking for a 9th floor room to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary we were put on the 7th. We weren’t going to let it ruin our stay so we dealt with it not the end of the world. Rooms: we were told that ours was old and tired, needing updates but it was just fine for us. The king was firm but we had good sleeps and it had lots of pillows. The bathroom was somewhat smaller and once you get two people getting ready it gets tight. The view is to die for and the balcony was huge! We had coffee every morning and watched the lights of pv every night out there. Pools: They are not freezing cold like mentioned, They are somewhat heated and very well maintained. Once you get in for a quick second it’s a small refreshing feeling then it’s like a bath tub. We watched maintenance replace any tile that was broken or missing unlike some reviews saying they are all broken everywhere. Not true. Pool bar was fantastic and service was the best we’ve had! Although I do worry about the lack of times people leave the pool all day if you know what I mean.... upstairs at the sonne club it was everything next level, service, drinks, food and smiles. Beatric took care of absolutely everything and I mean everything! This pool also had a hot tub on either side which was way too hot for us but lots of people were using it. Restaurants: We had the outdoor buffet style a couple times and it was great every time! It is shared seating if you’re a small couple but what better way to meet new folks. We had dinner at the Italian twice and the Chula vista outside area one night. Each place was amazing and the service was second to none. Breakfast every morning was outside at the veranda and is a must if you book club! Such a nice start to your day and once again service is top notch! We ordered room service a couple times and it is slow but to be expected, it was very good with lots of options. The food here is the best we’ve had at any all inclusive and they do the best to make everyone happy. Pool side they have cookouts with anything from fish to chicken or steak. A must is the fish tacos pool side, they were the best! 7th to 9th floor happy hour is a nice touch too as they had snacks like wings or finger food and drinks readily available with coffee or pastries in the mornings. Service: They must get a training seminar because we stayed at grand fiesta in Cabo and service there was incredible as well. Here though because it’s a smaller resort you get to interact more with the same group of staff. I really don’t like name dropping but these folks do one hell of a job from Arron in the veranda and 7th floor lounge to Raphael also at veranda and 9th floor lounge. Andreas at the pool bar was very welcoming, happy and such a good spirited guy. Oscar at the sonne club would never leave you hanging and they would bring you buckets of water or beer or both. Francisco, tip of the hat to you sir, you run a truly amazing resort! We will be back again!

The Resort was very clean and beautifully decorated and arranged. The grounds were well maintained and kept very clean including the bathrooms. The room was very nice and the ocean view was fantastic. Dining areas were very nice and food very good with the exception of the Asian Restaurant. Entertainment at night was okay but limited. The employees were all very friendly, courteous and nice. Would like to have had a better liquor selection ie. Corona or Pacifico in all areas of Resort.

Rooms were nothing special. Unlike most resorts, no liquor in the mini bar and only glasses of wine delivered to your room. Top shelf brands were not available at the bars. Grounds were clean. Virtually no evening entertainment, unless you count Bingo and a disc jockey in the main bar. We stayed 2 weeks. Not enough choice of restaurants. Meals were hit and miss. We dined 4 times at the Italian restaurant, service and food was good twice, the other 2 times were awful. Similar in the Asian restaurant. All staff were very pleasant and willing to give assistance. Room service was prompt but the menu was limited. For comparable cost, you can receive much better. However, many people we talked with have been returning to this resort for years.

My husband and I loved the great service we had with staff & managers, waiters & everyone. You could not have a less stressful vacation. I'm gluten-free and the chefs and waitstaff & managers of the restaurants all worked to give me great meals with many choices. I could always put together a solid meal from tbe buffet restaurant but the others were even better. Foodies won't be disappinted here. The desk staff were very good at customer service. The room was amazing - we got an ocean front suite with jaccuzi and it was amazing. Very clean & simple modern decore. We had a lot of fun in the game room playing ping pong, air hockey & pool until 10:30 one night. The singers in the lobby bar were really good. Drinks were the same weak drinks as other all-inclusives. The gift shop had great swimsuits & there's a really _good_ selection of fresh tasting ice creams and sorbets by the gift shop. The fitness dance class by the pool area was fun. The staff are the best thing about this place. I asked for a yoga mat for my room and the activities guy brought me one. The gym is small but better than most dinky hotel workout rooms. The spa massage I got was ok but I tend to get them for therapy not relaxation so I need more detail work fone than you get at the spas in Cancun but this was the best I've had of 5-6 in Cancun. There's was no hot steam in the steam room but a eucalyptus aroma vapor. The dry sauna was hot. The outdoor hot tub by the pool was not hot but honestly it was the only thing I saw off on this trip, and people were busy having fun everywhere so it wasnt missed except we do really enjoy the socialization of an outdoor hot tub. The fireshow was great! We hope to come back, and I really urge you to consider this place. It has just enough party fun without chaos or stupidity going on and enough class and good taste for those liking adult reserved fun. Good time for little kids but the place isnt full of screaming kids either. Perfect blend of all kinda of people, family friendly but great for a honeymoon.

The resort was so nice!! great view of the ocean and the pool was lovely. There were so many different food options throughout the day and great room service too! the bar tenders were great and we always had a drink coming!! thanks for a great stay.

The resort was amazing. The people were extremely friendly, the food was great-didn’t matter which restaurant you went to. The fish tacos were the best and they really tried to change things up at the buffet. I also loved that you didn’t have to make reservations at the a la carte restaurants. The snorkelling was out of this world. I felt like I was in a fish tank. So many fish of different shapes, sizes and colours. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

There is so much to do and see on this resort. There is endless food options all day and evening long ranging from room service to quick snacks like nachoes and burgers. The drinks and service were wonderful, we never had an empty glass in our hands for more than 5 minutes. The pool was beautiful and there was always some sort of activity going on, on the lower level of the pool. Even though this is a child friendly resort, as someone without children, you could barely tell there were children there (some may think this is a plus for a more adult kind of vacation). The rooms were kept clean each day by a wonderful maid service and the resort itself was kept in tip-top shape. Checking in was a breeze and they were very accomidating to us. There is an environmental tax that you have to pay for which we were not made aware of that until we arrived but it works out to about $10 USD so not a big deal. The only negative thing I would have to say about this resort is that the gift shop does not take USD, it only takes credit cards or Peso's as payment options which is frustrating since most travellers bring only USD and some may not like to use their credit cards. Otherwise, it was a wonderful vacation, wonderful resort and staff and we will definitely be making a return to this resort in the future, staying longer our next trips!

We loved our week here. The food and drinks were delicious, a wide variety on the menus at the different restaurants at the resort. The grounds and rooms were clean and beautiful - the staff were so friendly! Awesome place. We would definitely come back!

The hotel, facilities and grounds were all very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful!! Food selection and quality was very good. Looking forward to returning and bringing my family.

We got excellent service everywhere - hardworking and polite staff. Francesco (Italian rest.) made us laugh with a couple of really good jokes. Restaurans wee OK, buffet a bit better, barbecue outdoors even better, Mexican Fiesta evening was superb - food variety and prof. mariachi band. Good location: close to airport, city center/Malecon, felt safe to walk around. Beach OK, water gets deep quickly, though. Pool rather small. All rooms are ocean-view, large, clean, just a bit outdated but no issues, all functional. Efficient check-in, check-out. At check-in our friends got their luggage in their room in two minutes, we got them in half an hour... no other issues, though.

Beautiful setting, lovely resort, relaxing, entertaining, fun, great food and service.. well worth the trip and money! Remember your covering and shirt after sunning and swimming. A towel draped around the neck or around the waist do not count - and not necessary as the towels are given and returned in the pool area. The lobby, elevator, restaurants and all non-pool/beach areas require decent dress for everyone. I appreciate the class and opportunity to dress nice for dinner and events.

The resort is realy great and well maintained, staff are friendly and care about guests, you can feel management works well enough. Food is very good specially in the mexican restaurant, only entertainment was short. Rooms are beautiful and very clean aswell.

We had an amazing stay at the Fiesta Americana while were there celebrating our 25th anniversary! The resort is smaller with more personalized care and attention. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the Mexican theme night out on the patio that included Mexican dancers and a mariachi band! We can't wait to come back again! The beach is nice and the food was above our expectations.

The grounds were beautiful, the staff was very friendly. However the resort lacked activities & entertainment. Most resorts have shows every night as well as games or entertainment around the pool,this resort had none. Also there is only one small bar with entertainment only twice a week.

We just came back from two great weeks at Fiesta Americana. The food was fantastic and the staff amazing. We have stayed at a number of all inclusive in the Puerto Vallarta area and this has been the best customer service we have experienced. The staff always made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. From our morning experience with Cezar and Raphael on the ninth floor and breakfast patio to Hugo and Ignacio on to beach to Catalina and the rest of the towel booth staff, everyone was smiling, helpful and genuinely pleasant. We had great service as well from the staff capitains and of course the amazing chefs. Definitely planning on a return visit!

We love this resort. Rooms are very clean, staff is exceptional and the location is excellent. Just keep in mind that if you go off peak season and the resort is quiet, they reduce buffet service to a couple of theme nights a week for dinner and closed for dinner otherwise. They do have a la carte restaurants but only 3 so it gets a bit stale.

Excellent services, food was very good and fresh, first come first served a la carte restaurants with no line-ups , no complaints whatsoever on this resort. I will not hesitate to recommend this to all my friends !

I would have to say all the places I have traveled that this was the best resort yet . The food , cleanliness and fantastic staff made it a very pleasurable vacation. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who would like to be pampered.

Everything was amazing. The service was the best. The room was absolutely the best. The food at the ceviche shack was insane. Drinks were all good. They had great red wine from the bottle from Chile. 24 hour room service! Bottled water! Beautiful decor ! Loved it!

This is a solid choice for those looking to relax and slow down while being surrounded by mostly attentive staff and a secluded location right on the shoreline. If you’re looking for a high-energy resort, go elsewhere. If you’re looking for a place to chill with a relaxed, modern vibe on a sleepy island, you’ve found your place. Think of it as a boutique hotel that happens to be all-inclusive. How do I know? I’ve been there 3 times now.

Hotel is nice, rooms big and clean,food exallant, really good selection of different couisine. I will recommend this hotel to a friend. The pool is spacious with activity. We liked the choices of a different salads and vegan selection. The fresh made juices in the morning is a perfect start of the day.

This was my first time as an all inclusive and I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful this resort was. Our first impression was the beautiful ocean view from our balcony. We had chosen to upgrade to the 8th floor where we had access to a happy hour bar from 5-8 and usually 2-3 hot appetizers along with fresh made tortilla chips, salsa and quacamole. Our barman, Cesar, always had a smile and remembered our favourite drinks. The upgrade also gave us verandah seating at the breakfast buffet as well as free admission to the adult infinity pool (normally $16/day) The food overall was excellent! Great restaurants and buffet grills, sometimes with fresh mahi mahi, tuna, salmon and prime rib. The resort is laid out really well, everything fairly close together but not cramped. The staff were always very friendly especially Juan Carlos at the adult pool and Rafael at the main pool - always smiling and ready to serve. One thing we would have liked to see was more live shows/entertainment at night. The first night we arrived, there was a fabulous band who had everyone up dancing unfortunately they were only there once and the other live entertainment was more of a Caribbean band with dancers which were just ok in my opinion - otherwise bingo, trivia and a Mexican night which was entertaining. Overall this was great resort and would definitely go back.

We booked this resort mainly based on the ratings we read on Tripadvisor and we found the statements to be true. It is an older resort but very well maintained and upgraded and the staff were terrific. We have never considered buying a "time share" but we decided to listen to the presentation at the resort about the Fiesta Americana Vacation Club. There was no pressure and the staff that presented it to us were very professional and pleasant. In the end, the math made sense and we bought a membership to Fiesta Americana Vacation Club. We are looking forward to many vacations at FAVC and their associated partners. Michael and Sharon

This small and quaint resort was wonderful in every way, except there is next to nothing going on in the evenings. It’s an older crowd of people here, most are 50+ and all the resort would have to do is convert their outdoor taco place at night into a small dance floor and have a DJ playing some familiar tunes from say 7:00-10:00. That would be all that was needed to turn this excellent resort into a fantastic resort.

The personnel is very polite, pleasant and upfront. A minor problem is that they should have more staff that could manage in English. It would be nice if they would have some shows during the evening for entertainment. Again, on positive side, never out of lawn chair, beach is nice, place is very clean and food is A1. It is a good place to relax and walking distance from 2 malls I would recommend it to anybody

Second time to this resort and didn't disappoint again. Beach is very good, service and grounds were great and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We liked the restaurants but about the only complaint would be the quality of the food at the buffets for lunch and supper. It was good but not great. There is not a lot of entertainment at night (i.e. no shows and limited live bands), but I knew that going in. Lobby bar was usually hopping though. All round an excellent resort that will not disappoint you.

We had an excellent stay at the Fiesta Americana. The hotel is clean, well kept and comfortable. It is a smaller hotel, which we loved. Getting from your room to the beach was quick and easy. The staff are friendly and always will to help. We travelled with two small children (2-3) and found this resort was perfect for our needs. This is not a party resort; laid back and chill is more the atmosphere. The food was good. There was always something to eat for everyone’s tastes. I am a vegetarian and there were always options for me. We would stay here again.

I have been to many vacations to Mexico this is the one left me with most memory, the food was excellent and supper friendly staff, thanks to Carlos,Jeol,Marcos, Andres, Rosalio and de Tian Tang capitaln Emanuel, The hotel ground always kept spotless and the garden treated beautifully, house keeping ladies did a good job, Overall the hotel deserved 5 star rating I definitely recommend Fiest American Is the hotel for your stay.

Fantastic resort. Easy access to buses to get to downtown Puerto Vallarta or the Marina District. There's a mall right across the street if you need anything and the new La Isla Mall is a quick walk away. The staff were very friendly and unbelievably helpful. The beach was lovely with lots of palapas and chairs. The food was awesome (especially the Mexican a la carte). The room was very clean and the mattress was super comfy. My ONLY complaint was the pillows weren't great.

Decent rooms. Good staff. Being a smaller resort worked for us. I was a bit disappointed nothing was in place to help us celebrate our 60th Birthdays which was why we went down in the first place. Getting into town was easy, fun and safe. We would go back.

Very very happy with our stay here! Grounds: Small but nice. I didn't think I would like a small resort but it was nice to have everything at your finger tips. Everything is very pretty and clean. Pool: Only one pool but it's large. It never felt crowded or overrun by kids. Food: Food was amazing. There's a different buffet theme every night to mix thing up. You also don't need reservations for the a la carts. I recommend trying all of them, but the Mexican was my favourite. Breakfast is good, but gets a little repetitive. Lunch has a ton of options, all very good. If you don't get the fish tacos you're really missing out. The room drunken 2am room service was also great. Service: AMAZING I have to shout out Rosa and Manuel in the lobby bar and my man Manuel at the pool bar. Make sure you tip them well cause these guys hustle hard and deserve it. Nightlife: Kinda lacking, but whatever. I was so busy drinking in the sun all day that once 9pm hit the only thing I wanted to be entertained by was my bed (which are quite comfy by the way). After reading a lot of reviews I was a little worried that this resort was going to be a retirement home, but there we're a lot of young adults. Relax baby boomers, it was by no means a crazy spring break resort. We can't wait to go back!

This vacation was one of the best I have ever had. I just wanted to to relax. The staff were all amazing with great service. When they greet you they put their hand on their heart which I learned meant service from their heart. The rooms were clean. My only complaint is that the mattress was too hard for me.

Dining opportunities at 4 restaurants and the main buffet type restaurant.No bookings required.Perfect. Food was very good and plenty of variety. Rooms clean,comfortable and marvelous view from our deck. Fiesta room gave us breakfast opportunities on our floor and alcohol and snacks in the evening. Well run resort with everything we needed to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Very well run resort. You don't have to get in line and book your dinners and there was always a table ready when we wanted to eat . The smaller shows around the pool were much nicer than the big productions put on late at night at other resorts I have stayed at in the past. The beach ,pool and resort were kept clean and the food was great. Premium alcohol was available for no extra charge. Everyone was polite and friendly. The only negative thing I could say was the service at the beach was either slow or non existent, but as it was only a 30 foot walk to the bar it was not really a hardship.

No complaints except for the food and the restaurant access. Food in the buffet was the same almost daily.Breakfast, lunch good . Beef tough, to much stuff with sauce on top. Lots of salads, cheese which were very good. The food burgers great, snack food great, just the main meal in buffet poor./ Restaurants Asians, and Mexican continually being used for special events. Have been to many all inclusive listed as 5 stars that met their mark, this one did not. Would recommend if food is not their priority.

Fiesta Americana is an amazing resort..friendliest staff, great restaurants, spotless resort..pool was warm and wonderful..we will be back next year for another 2 weeks.. Have been to many resorts and Fiesta tops all..

Just got back from 1 week stay at Fiesta Americana. The food was pretty good for an all inclusive. We enjoyed the Asian restaurant and the buffets usually had a good variety. The steak was not very good at the Italian restaurant. Lots of fish served, and it was nice to be able to have room service, which was quick and fresh. Didn't seem to be enough lounge chairs and had to get up early if you wanted some in the shade. Easy location for a quick and cheap cab ride to downtown. Room was big but didn't get a good view from the room even though I requested one higher up. Staff were very quick to respond when the fridge wasn't working and the dryer blew up and replaced them quickly. Can't swim in the water at the beach as its too rough. Enjoyed the rhythms of the night tour.

We had a great time. Lots of food and drinks. All fantastic. Staff were super friendly. Beautiful scenery. Lots to do. Yoga, water aerobics, volleyball, pingpong. I highly recommend for anyone where swimming in the ocean isn't a priority.

The second we arrived we were quickly checked in at the front desk and beautiful lobby of Fiesta Americana. Hotel is just minutes away from down town which is a must see. Buses and cabs are very inexpensive and only steps from the hotel lobby. To every employee at Fiesta American, thank you, thank you and thank you again for making our two week stay unforgettable. We can't believe the service you gave use. The Super Bowl party at the FA was crazy. Platters of chicken wings, hot dogs, fries, etc., etc.. was super fun. Every kind of mixed drink you can think of was at our finger tips. Loved the three peacocks that walk around outside. From inside the hotel to the beach, you will enjoy 5 star service. So much food available I don't know where to start. We are returning for two weeks next year.

It was our first time to Mexico and we were sooooo impressed by this hotel! I went with my daughter and cousin this time, and would love to go back with my husband. The hotel was beautiful with lush grounds, well appointed rooms, fantastic restaurants and an amazing beach! The staff were so friendly,so helpful and could not do enough for you. We were very impressed and can't wait to go back! Thanks to our concierges, German Rodriges (he's #1) and Hector , our spa girls, Betty, Laura, Ashley, Violet and Guadalupe, our waiter Yomar at the Mexican restaurant! They all made our vacation memorable!

We had a fantastic time! Food and weather were great, and seeing the whales was definitely a highlight of the trip! We thoroughly enjoyed going on a whale watching tour seeing whales, a dolphin, a sea turtle and the sea lions.

Upon your arrival at the Fiesta Americana you are greeted by the hotel staff that promptly gather your bags and lead you to the front entrance for check in as you feel the most amazing breeze through the open lobby. During our stay we tried all of the restaurants, the food was amazing, the staff was outstanding, the beach was best. Did not spend a lot of time in our room but that was great too. Overall it was a fantastic vacation and we would definitely return.

Excellent food, clean rooms, very friendly staff especially beach servers. Negative is not enough pool and beach chairs to accommodate all the guests. Not ideal to be on holiday and have to get up and be at beach or pool very early in morning in order to "reserve" chair. Beach lounges are old and uncomfortable.

This hotel goes over and above for customer service. They are there to make you happy. The food, the grounds and most of all the staff is excellent. We just got back and cannot wait to plan our next vacation back to Fiesta Americana.

Bitter...Loud music starts at 8 a.m. & goes until 5 p.m. Take earplugs if u like sleeping in. Desserts at Buffet were pretty much the same everyday..everything cut into squares..no pies or cheesecakes or Icecream. As well, bar drinks, even wine was sometimes served in water glasses, even at the Lobby Bar. Sweet...Rooms were great with Ocean view..Quite modern & Super clean Italian a la Carter was Awesome. No dress code or reservations req'd. Burger & fries at snack bar were really good.

The stay was made exceptional by the staff and entertainment. Nightly we were given a good show and often a laugh. The view of the ocean with mountains in behind made it easy to wake up after a few too many Indio. The pool was interesting enough to float in - which made up for the less than Caribbean beach and water.

Just got home from a two week getaway at the Fiesta Americana.... was fabulous. The staff was out of this world, very clean resort, very accommodating.... drinks were good...pool was clean, food was great too. The only thing we would like to say is that they need one more restaurant, by the end of the second week we wanted something different...they have a lot of choice but no salmon which surprised us...besides that... nothing bad to say...we will definitely be going back!!

We were on 2nd floor and would have liked higher for a better view but there woul be an extra charge. Lovely beach but loungers are brutal. Service at the Italian restaurant could have been better. Food was good but service not great. Definitely a 3 star resort.

Superb and one of the best all inclusive I’ve been to. Idealic and tranquil setting with location on the beach in midtown Puerto Vallarta just south of the Marina area on the Bay of Banderas. Simply beautiful with the mountains as backdrop, ocean, beautiful breezes and sunsets. Excellent value for the money with very friendly, helpful and efficient staff in a lovely and charming setting The key differentiators are the exceptional staff and good layout. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help you and they are realmente excelente (truly excellent). It's the small things and their attention to detail The ratings do not lie, there is a reason it's listed within top ten of Puerto Vallarta hotels. My overall rating 4.7/5. I would highly recommend and would definitely come back. First impressions. Slightly Older but charming and well maintained and run. Lots of character. Lovely and one of its strengths is that it is not a mega complex easily walkable. I.e if you forget something in your room it's only a few minutes to get back. Not a ten minute walk or shuttle ride away. The overall feeling is more intimate and a very comfortable feeling Amenities: Rooms are well appointed and beds are comfortable with room safe, mini fridge and wifi included. all have ocean view and best views are on higher floors (3 and up), however if you want a larger balcony ask for floor 1 or two. First floor has significantly larger balconies than others. Beach is small and nice but beware, sand gets extremely hot in the afternoon and if you're not wearing shoes/sandals can damage I.e burn/shred, the bottom of your feet. Pool is very nice, but not particularly deep. The sun typically doesn't hit the pool area until shortly after ten If you like mid morning to midday sun, select a chair on ocean side of pool, away from hotel. If you prefer mid afternoon to late sun or shade select a chair on hotel side of pool. You will not have blaring music all day long or stupid games. They do offer, water aquatics to music, yoga and beach volleyball as well as selected cooking courses, salsa dancing and Spanish lessons. BBQ poolside is very good and La Cevicheria is excellent Food ranges from average to very good, with the exception of Cevicheria which is outstanding. Acapulco cocktail and shrimp or fish tacos are a must. Very fresh and flavourful especially with addition of the habanero hot sauce. Breakfasts are good. Food tends to be toned down with respect to spice and heat to North American preferences, however good selection of hot sauces and salsa. A nice selection of fruits and salads, not as large as larger resorts but still quite plentiful. Most of the restaurants are open air with lovely breeze and little to no humidity in a nicely built Palapa structure with a lovely view of the Bay of Banderas. I.e. It doesn't feel like a cafeteria so more enjoyable. A refreshing surprise is that no reservations are required for the three evening restaurants. There might be the odd wait, but grab a drink at the bar and enjoy. You're on holiday after all. Another nice touch is that you can upgrade on the wine selection for a charge and order a nice bottle of wine for dinner Thank goodness, because the house wine is awful. The Italian (Rosato) and Mexican (El Mexicano) restaurants are both very good. Notable dishes are the chicken Parmesan and beef Francesco in the former and tequila shrimp and beef chipotle in the latter. The Asian restaurant (Tiang tang) is average to good. Chicken teriyaki and pad Thai are notable. Deli cafe a great place to grab a cappuccino or espresso and pastry. Not much in the way of evening entertainment however they do have a live band a couple of times a week. You are however a short cab ride away from many clubs etc in downtown Puerto Vallarta. Spa is worthwhile but pricey. Gym is adequate Drinks can be hit and miss, usually a function of how busy the bartenders are. If they have the time they get it right. There is an ATM in the lobby and there is a bank a block away (turn right coming out of hotel). Not a lot of stores, but downtown (Malecon) is a short cab ride away (65 pesos) If you need your Starbucks fix, turn left coming out of hotel and it's about 900 metres down the road. Walmart and shopping mall is another 1km. The majority of people from either US or Canada and some Mexican Recommendations 1. Include a list of specialty drinks poolside and by the bar. 2. Add crepe maker to restaurant. Would be a wonderful addition to breakfast and lunch 3. Update and improve the wine list and offer ½ litre carafes. Ensure bottles are in stock. Terribly frustrating to be constantly told, they do not have or last bottle sold. 4. Improve your house wine as current House wine is terrible

The resort was everything we expected from other reviews. Food was really good and lots of it. Staff service was great. Pool area and intertainment was great as well. Our only complaint is the amount of times we had been bothered about the timeshare sales. They should really try harder to take no as an answer and leave people alone when we are not interested in what they are selling.

We stayed at Fiesta Americana in April/2016 and absolutely loved it! The staff are amazing, the food was fantastic and the location was perfect. The only drawback was the swimming in front of the resort- a little hard to get in the water and not as clear as we would have liked. The rooms are great with a beautiful view. Very short bus ride into town and short cab ride to the Marina. We took a cab to Conchas Chinas a couple of days which is a nice little public beach with great snorkeling and very few people. We would go back to this resort in a heartbeat, felt very much at home and very welcomed by the staff. Thank you Fiesta Americana!

We stayed at the Fiesta Americana from April 1 to April 8. The resort was well kept and everyone was so nice. We dined at the Italian and Asian restaurants a couple of times during the week and the food was always above average. Our room was large and every room had a view of the ocean. Will go back.

Although the resort is smaller and older than those around it, we were very impressed with the quality of service, food and entertainment. The resort obviously plans for visitors on a one-week stay. The shows the second week were repeats of the first. A week to 10 days would be perfect. We were there during peak season and found the wi fi server could not keep up with demand. We also had a minor drip from the ceiling air conditioning unit and tiny ants in the bathroom area. Neither inconvenience was great enough to warrant changing rooms.

The hotel and grounds very clean and beautiful with lots of Palm trees. Pool area and beach most beautiful I've seen. The food and service impeccable and choices and places to get food are countless ( fish taco's,nachos, pizza, smoothies, hamburgs, wings and chicken nuggets). There was even a ice cream wagon that came through the pool area. Clean towels twice daily and water delivered daily. Very much a family resort but many areas to be off on your own if desired. It would have been nice to have more padded lawn chairs as they were always the first to be taken.

The hotel has been open a little more than a year since major renovation. The positives are the rooms are large airy and ours had two balconies complete with a hammock, two bathrooms and a mini-bar. The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice white and newer. In the lobby are some basket style hanging chairs which are quite nice. The negatives are the hotel lobby furniture is oversized and lacking good pillows to allow them to be comfortable, not as inviting as they look. This hotel only had one local artisan come in during our stay and was not really appealing to most guests. I would suggest bringing in some local talent to sing or other locals to display their wares (jewellery, paintings, carvings or Mexican blankets and such). We saw lots of local things when we toured off the resort, it seems like it would be easy to get locals to bring their products to sell at the resort. In all our of stays, we never saw a hobbi cat in the water, which would have been quite nice and it seems that the fish have migrated more towards the Money Bar than in previous visits. If the resort puts some clay pots in the ocean like at the Money Bar I am sure the fish sightings would be amazing. Currently unless you are near the boat dock, the fish are not as plentiful as in the past. Overall this is a nice resort, however if you are night lift seeker this is not the place for you as most evenings are quiet and if there is entertainment it is usually done before 11 pm.

My adult daughter and I loved our stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. The personnel are friendly and attentive skilled professionals. They went out of their way to meet our every need. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with housekeeping servicing the room twice a day. Ample bottled water and towels were always replenished. TV has satellite channels with a few English language options available. The beds are firm and comfy and have ample pillows. The resort has many food and drink outlets throughout the grounds. We were blown away by the waiter service - at the pool and at the beach. Amazing. The drink options included premium brands upon request. The buffet was a solid standby throughout the day. The a la carte restaurants had amazing food and service and were very accommodating of special needs. Our personal favourite was the Italian option, Rosato. (Only one restaurant required reservations.) Vegetarian, gluten-free and allergy awareness were all in evidence across the resort. The energetic activation staff had activities for kids, teens and adults throughout the day. A different large-scale show was available every night. There were also many quiet nooks for those wanting a more peaceful experience. The beach with its fine white sand and turquoise sea was just what the doctor ordered. A limited number of huts meant we had to get out there early to claim some shade. There were more than enough beach towels always available. One final thought: the elevators were always there when we needed one and were fast! We had such a great time and have no hesitation recommending Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. In fact, we are already discussing when we can return with the extended family. Bonus: it's only 15 minutes from the airport.

Our stay at the Fiesta Americana was wonderful! We enjoyed all the wonderful Mexican food and the fantastic service and beach. Miguel served us a delicious lobster feast on the beach at the end of our week long stay ...we recommend this to any couple! We recommend the Fiesta to anyone as the authentic Mexican food and friendly service is a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of the larger more western style resorts. The rooms were spotless and beach well groomed and easy access to the ocean for quick swim after sunbathing. Location is also excellent with the short drive to the Malacon and the airport. We are planning our next trip to Puerto Vallarta and the Fiesta Americana already! M&M Calgary

Amazing oasis! We couldn't for ask for a better holiday. From the minute we arrived we were treated with dignity and felt honoured as guests! Staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed or requested.

The resort was overall very good. The food was very good and in some restaurants excellent (such as the Italian restaurant and Buffet). The pools were beautiful and clean and drinks were well made. Our main issue was: the resort was under half capacity yet we were placed in a room directly by the connecting entrance on the main floor- where not only do the cleaners congregate at 8am every morning, and their loud carts all seem to pass through, but two separate events were held directly outside of our window/patio from 5pm- 10pm without us being advised at all! I felt this was pretty rude to not even be told there's going to be a very loud mariachi band playing for 4 hours outside of our room, especially with having a sick husband in bed that day from food poisoning (from off of the resort). It put a sour taste in our mouth, but overall the place was relatively attentive and quality was very good. Another odd thing we noticed was that the pools close at 7pm- 7pm!?! after 4pm, all of the servers completely disappear and there is no more service at all to the pools. We found ourselves having early dinners because there was nothing else to do since the pools closed off so early. Rooms are quite dark and bathrooms a bit on the claustrophobic side. It holds being a true 5 star.

From begging to end a wonderful vacation. Central location, close to airport,downtown and shopping.A class service with a smile, beach area and pools fantastic with premium liquors and they have Corona!!! The No reservations for the All-Cartes was amazing and would definitely go back. Oh did i mention the 24hr room service, stoked beer fridge in room and the fact that the entire resort is ocean view with breathtaking sunsets daily. Give it a shot you wont be disappointed for couples, family or singles wanting to have a good time.

Loved this hotel. Great pool, comfortable room, excellent food. I would go back to this resort and the only change I would make is to book an oceanview room. The specialty restaurants do not need reservations and you are not limited to how many times you can go to each. One of the only downsides is you do have to reserve your poolside chair early or you will not get one.

From the moment we stepped off of the airport transfer. We were treated like royalty. The bellhop, reception, concierge, maids, gardeners, bartenders, wait staff and cooks. Top notch. Planning our trip to return in April/ 15. Grounds and beach jaw dropping. This resort might be the cleanest place ive been to. Job Well done Fiesta Americana Condesa!!! I wish they were hiring. I would love to be apart of that team in any capacity.!

this was our 3rd time in cozumel and 10th time in the mayan area we arrived at night and so missed on the typical greeting you would get in the morning. check in was quick and efficient. we had to come back in the morning for a 2nd room key? we were brought to our room and there was no explanation of the amenities ie where the safe was, all the lighting the room itself was on the 6th floor with an amazing view of the ocean. I had emailed and requested an upper floor room. the room was modern in black and white, i would prefer more Carribean colors. It doesn't have a typical bathroom, there is a room for the toilet, a separate glass enclosed shower, ours didn't leak, and a sink. the bed was new nice and large, the tv is a 40+ smart led tv, i wish i had brought my hd cable to hook up my computer there isn't a lot in english programming. the best feature besides the view of the ocean is the free wifi available in the room with excellent connectivity. there is a free safe and a daily restocked bar fridge with beer and pop. there is no coffee maker as i saw advertised on there website.there is a coffee bar in the lobby. the sunsets were something to see (see pics attached). the cons were i found the air con loud and the street in front of the room had a lot of traffic in the morning affecting the sleep quality The weather all week was fantastic and the ocean calm the beach is across the street what i like to call a "sandbox beach" it is 40 yards by 20 yards and man made. we never had an issue getting a chair because they figure out the chair war problem by giving each chair a beach umbrella so you always had shade. it would be nice if the umbrella was more adjustable for when the sun moved. there are 3 places to get food on the beach. the seafood hut (i don't eat seafood but I heard people say the food was excellent) a hamburger, fries hut excellent and the main buffet. the food was so so however the biggest issue was the common flies there were too many going after the bread, fruit and desserts, only the bread was covered. all of the service and servers at the resort were excellent from the beach, pool, buffet and ala cartes. the reason we come to cozumel is for the snorkelling. the snorkelling in front of the beach was great. we saw many different types of fish and baracudas. the only issues i had was the access into the water is difficult going down stairs into and out of the water, i didn't have issues but i can see other people have issues. there is a little bay but has corral instead of sand. the other issue is the buoys that limit where you should snorkel is not defined, it should continue all the way to the dock such that boats coming in should only use one side. i had a boat come into the bay and basically circled me almost as a joke. i told the lifeguard about this and explained that if there would have been children or inexperienced snorkellers this could be a major accident in the making. we ate at 2 of the ala cartes the italian and mexican. the food was good. i ordered the beef tenderloin and found the portion way too big. there were no reservations required which was nice we never had to wait. there was an excellent mayan show one night at he beach buffet. except for the mayan show there was no nightlife. a 3 piece band with a singer to allow dancing each night would be an inexpensive nice touch. this resort mostly caters to divers so i guess they don't require a lot of nightlife. fyi they don't offer an intro to diving at the resort??? i found the bartenders at the lobby bar not as friendly as some of the servers. The biggest issue i had was the stairs. it would be nice if they didn't exist, ramps instead but they should be easier to see ie yellow paint at the end of each step. the marble blends to easily. they have the curbs painted this way in front of the resort. the stairs at the beach almost got me one day there white and harder to id if you're not paying attention ie looking at the beach. this resort was in close proximity to CHAKANAAB park and my wife and i walked both ways one day. the admission was $20 but i had bought a snuba excursion from the resort the day before so our admission was $13 each. it has great snorkelling a great beach and a number of activities. it would be nice if they had deal with the resort i probably would not return to this resort, we like going to different places. i can see it appealing to other people.

Everything was great in this hotel, specially the service, personnel were always super nice and with a great attitude. The food was very varied (they had lots of options at the same time) with amazing taste and quality particularly in the Mexican restaurants and in 'La Cevichería' (I could eat this every day!) The beach was very clean compared to nearby areas and again personnel were always near to offer drinks. We had an amazing time, they have lots of activities but we just wanted to relax and we managed to do so, it didn't really feel like a springbreaker hotel even when we went there precisely during that peak. Making an effort to provide constructive feedback...the hotel rooms looked a little outdated and the AC just a bit loud but nothing that bad, in all they were fully functional and comfy. Congratulations to the hotel and specially to the staff for being so welcoming. Carlos

Rooms are huge. Shower is modern and spacious but will leak. Housekeeping leaves a towel to place in front of shower door. That was the only negative all week. Will be back next year for sure. Service is what makes this resort special.

Staff was amazing, so friendly, my only complaint was the buffet at night, should not be a Fahita house every night. The house cleaning staff was awesome, our room was cleaned twice a day. Very close to Puerta Vallarta, five minutes by taxi

The resort, and this all-inclusive package was fantastic in every respect. Airport Transfers included - 2 couples in a new Suburban - nice! Location - 10 min, $10 roundtrip shuttle to Cabo San Lucas - close but not too close to the action Resort - immaculate and clean! Service - smiles and extremely helpful staff everywhere! Rooms - very nice and extremely clean - we had a deluxe king, looks to me like almost every room has an ocean view, and the view is amazing especially on higher floors Pool Experience - awesome pools, nice chairs, lots of towels to use at your discretion, excellent food and drink delivery to your pool chair Beach - very nice with beach chairs and palapas, but be warned that most of water area is rocky - nice for snorkeling, and there are still places to enter the water and get refreshed. The geography prevents people from outside the resort from accessing the beach area so there are no vendors/non-guests on the beach. Food - 7 eateries, 4 of which are open in the evening. All are a la carte (unless there is a special event) with good variety and reservations are not required (and we only had to wait once in 10 days to be seated). We heard the 24 hr. room service was excellent but we never tried it. Drinks - excellent selection of quality alcohols across many of the major brands, even the house wine was pretty decent (you could buy up if you need nicer wine) Evening Entertainment - a little quiet in this regard, but again not to far away from Cabo San Lucas or San Jose de Cabo if you want to find night life. A perfect relaxing, high quality vacation spot with great access to Cabo San Lucas if you feel the need to party!

Excellent hotel with excellent service from concierge to waiters and staff. There was a very good variety of foods and they were most accommodating to cook up our catch from our fishing trip and they did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

I visited the Fiesta Americana in Cancun and enjoyed every minute of my stay. The service was remarkable and the room service was an added bonus. The food was always hot upon arrival. All of the bartenders and servers were extremely kind and quick. The a-la-carte restaurants were among the best that I have been to at an all inclusive resort. The taco bar by the pool was exceptional, with fresh catches daily. The grounds were always clean and the pools were well maintained. All in all, I don't have much negative to say about this resort except that if you are looking for a party resort this isn't it. It was quiet for the most part and the lobby bar was really the only bar to hang out at in the evenings.
