Location is great and the pool area is wonderful. I prefer the space in the dolphin hotel. The one coffee shop shuts down before posted times which was annoying. For the price they charge and the $50 a day resort fee I would expect better amenities. I would stay at the dolphin over the swan for the location.

We stayed at All Star Sports for the first time, also first time to Disney. Our room was a preferred room in the football section, on the back end. It was nice and quiet but really close to the main pool. The room was newly renovated. Very clean and nice. We were super comfortable and housekeeping did a great job cleaning, one day they changed the bed and put my Mickey stuffed toy I had bought on the bed with the remote it was so cute! The tv is on the wall and it’s huge. Drawers and an open closet with some hangers was good. The bathroom had a makeup mirror attached to the wall which was amazing for me! Perfect lightning for getting ready. When we got our room my phone wasn’t opening up the door, I went to the lobby and in two minutes I got us key cards and everyone in the lobby was friendly and quick to help. This was how it was the entire trip. Very nice staff, always smiling and saying good morning etc. I got Mickey waffles one morning they were delicious! Food court very clean as well and friendly staff. Getting a bus from the front was easy, bus times are shown on a tv outside but also on the app. Never waited too long they come about every 10 minutes. Sports gets picked up first fyi, before the music and movies hotels next door. Also gets dropped off first. Sometimes a bus would go to the other resorts next door, sometimes not. We ordered groceries to the hotel using Garden Grocer. No problems at all getting them. They are delivered to bell services and you just go pick them up. I sat at the pool once, my fiancé went in to swim. Lifeguards on duty, music playing, tons of seating and shade, towels, it was a great pool with a hot tub at the back. Near our room was a playground, we didn’t use it we don’t have kids but handy to have for parents. They have outdoor chess and ping pong, there was always kids playing those. I’d stay here again it was great. I really have no complaints about anything. Everything was easy and the room was awesome! Our last night it also rained and we heard nothing, no idea it rained until we looked outside. So the room can’t have super thin walls as I’ve seen some people complain about? I didn’t hear any voices etc. and we had people beside us and above. Only thing I heard was sometimes people for a second walking past the window, id hear muffled voices or a suitcase rolling, we were on the ground floor.

Hotel is good but does need an update for sure. Beds are comfortable and resort contains lots of Disney magic but was a little run down, especially for Disney standards. We had a preferred room which I recommend due to the resort size

From the moment we got there to the moment we left every sibgle staff member was accommodating and friendly. The food was great with plenty of options, including a ton of healthy snack options. Foods court busy, but typically didn't have to wait long and able to find a table. Have a great order ahead service, where your food is reqdy when you get there. Don't love the cup system. They are a bit annoying to carry around. Rooms were small, but clean and comfortable (two adults and two small children). Easy access to the parks and never had to wait long for the shuttle. Also a great walking trail around the lake. We had a fantastic time and would definitely go back.

From the moment that we checked in, we were treated very well by everyone working at this resort. We really felt like we were appreciated guests, especially at check-in (thank you Kevin). Also, the food court was a big surprise. It was fantastic! The food was table service quality, at food court prices. We ate there several times and really loved it!

The location was great -- walking distance to Hollywood Studios and Epcot parks, which was great. Our room was large enough and was clean and neat. The staff that we encountered were friendly and accommodating. The food was great, and vegetarian/vegan options were available. When staying around the resort, there was a lot of areas to lounge and play: pools/whirlpools, a beach, a gym, etc. We spent most of our time at the parks, but were quite happy with the available amenities if we decided to slow down.

The resort is fairly large and the grounds are kept clean. The layout of the buildings is well designed making the pools and restaurant a short walking distance no matter which building you are in. Our room was basic with limited storage space but clean. Food options were good enough with kid menu options at decent prices. Staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions. Shuttles to parks were regular so we never had to wait very long. Overall a great place to stay to experience Disney without breaking the bank. Would definitely go back.

This Hotel was perfect for our group of 6. We went on our first Disney Vacation October 2019 and found this Hotel to be a great value for us. The rooms are scheduled to be updated before the Disney 50th Anniversary in 2021 and will have Queen beds and renovated bathrooms. The food is very basic, chicken fingers, fries, pizza, lasagna, roasted chicken & steak. The Market area has lots of assorted cold salads, sandwiches, yogurt and tons of fruit. Our go to almost always was watermelon. Fabulous is you are feeling not so great or just because it is such a good nutritious fruit. We found the staff to be exceptional. They were always so considerate and would do as much as possible to make our trip the best possible. I want to thank Nicolle Kirk for helping us book a vacation that the whole Family will remember forever.

The resort is beautiful and very well kept! A lot of fun activities and things to do! Our room was perfect for sleeping, we didn’t spend a lot of time there because we were so busy. The only downside was the food - I found the options on the resort to be ok, but not a lot of healthy options beside the fresh fruit that was available. Aside from that - the staff has been very help and kind and the transportation has been amazing to and from the resorts!

The hotel and staff were fantastic! Food was deliciouse, great variety, always more than enough. We would recommend anyone with young children to stay at Pop Century or any Disney resort. The onsite busses were quick and easy way of transportation to all the Disney parks....excellent job Disney!

The Disney Caribbean Resort was beautiful. The grounds were gorgeous and the room was immaculate. The staff went above and beyond and averted a potential mishap to the end of our vacation when I forgot to empty the contents of the safe in our room which contained our passports and valuables! We were on the bus headed to the airport when I received a phone call on my cell alerting me to the situation. The staff at the resort told me to not panic and they hand delivered my items to the WestJet terminal at the airport! Talk about service! I couldn’t believe it...they totally saved our vacation!

I decided on this resort as they are the only ones to have royal princess themed rooms and my daughter is all about Disney princesses. I didn’t realize how far it was from magic kingdom and the bus service can be inconsistent depending on the time of day. The food was subpar at best. Pools were great. Rooms clean Would stay closer to Magic kingdom next visit.

I’ve stayed at this resort 3 times now and all three times have bin amazing .. people are friendly and the resort is always clean . Iwould recommend this too anyone who would like fast trips to all parks ..

Im so very pleased with my recent stay at the disney pop century resort. Every where we went was extremly clean, lines moved very fast and efficient whether it be food or rides. All staff were well mannered and very helpful. Id deffinetly recommend this resort to anyone!

It was very clean and tidy and everyone was extremely helpful with any questions we had. The only down fall we had, was on our last day it was down pouring with rain and very cold outside. We asked if they had any indoor activities to do for our 2 year old son and they said no, because their pool ( outdoor pool ) was still open they do not hold games or anything. So the last day was a bit boring but when it was sunny it was so much fun and lots to do around outside

All around great resort! Grounds were spotless... Pools well supervised... Rooms were clean... stayed in the Little Mermaid building #9 we really enjoyed the balcony outside of room... Was great to sit out in evenings!

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Everything was clean, the food was good and the staff was very helpful and nice. The only thing we missed was a coffeemaker to have a quick cup of coffe and a fridge in the room to keep the drinks cold.

This hotel was really good. Our stay was made more enjoyable because of the excellent staff. Our room was perfect for our family needs. The grounds were very well laid out and pleasant to walk around. We were very pleased with our stay here. The food court has a good variety of choices for meals and they are good quality and value.

The resort is well located and close to the Disney parks. The resort is clean and the facilities are good. The check in was very slow and the room was not ready by 3:00pm, and we were not informed of the delay, or of when it would be ready. After further delays we ended up cancelling a dinner reservation. We were given a couple of free passes but they were loaded to our account under the incorrect park for the wrong day. They corrected it but we ended up wasting at least 30 minutes in the process. Overall the resort was OK. I would consider going back.

My 5 year old son and I recently went to the Disney All Star Music Resort. I was very impressed with the package I purchased through Trip Central. The information I was provided including flight details, package inclusions, transportation to and from the airport were provided and any questions I had, someone from Trip Central was very prompt in helping me or answering my questions. This trip definitely exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend booking a package through Trip Central. Thank you very much.

Clean room but a bit small for a family of four (2 adults' a pre-teen and a teenager). Round table too big for the space. Should be a desk i stead. Not enough storage space. Bathroom way too small. Pool was great. We liked to have more the one pool option. Laundromat on site is a plus. Good diversity of food.

The WDW Swan met all my expectations and was in the perfect location for a family visiting Disney. Being able to walk to the nearby Disney resorts provided some variety for meals and the water transportation to Epcot and Hollywood Studios couldn't have been better. The hotel did feel a bit 'conference-y' so sometimes areas were closed for conference events and set up but that didn't impact us very much. The multiple pool areas with the grotto and waterfall was wonderful. The concierge and Disney planning people provided excellent customer service. As someone with much experience at Disney resorts, the room size was incredible and it felt like a Disney deluxe accommodation at a Disney moderate price. The only negative comment I have was the Garden Grove restaurant. Honestly CANNOT believe that Disney allows this restaurant to stay on their Disney dining website and endorses it. The meal was terrible and the only option was a table d'hote so it was an enormous amount of food and waste. They did try to resolve our problems but ultimately, we spent a ton of money and really ate salad, bread and dessert - the mains were basically not edible.

Rooms: Excellent (after all they are new), Rooms are minimalist decor and nicely appointed. Bathrooms are excellent with good quality bath products/ towels/ down pillows and duvets. beds are very comfortable. excellent stay and very accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay at the Art of Animation resort. Room was perfect, well kept and tidy. The Art and statues around the resort are fabulous (in typical Disney fashion. Food was excellent with plenty of choices for the kids. Would Definitely recommend!!

The hotel was beautiful, heated outdoor pools, amazing Disney decorated sections. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a tad small but were clean and beautifully decorated. The cafeteria and so many options and delicious food. The caricature man was amazing. Laundry facilities were a great help. The Disney store had alot to offer. Shuttle service was great. Overall had an amazing experience with Disney All-Star Movies hotel :)

Our family just spent 7 wonderful days at the Disney Resort in Hawaii and it was amazing, everyone was so happy and helpful there, and our ocean view room was amazing. I would recommend this resort to any family who is thinking of going.

The grounds were immaculate. Loved the themeing around each hotel building. Landscape of flavors wasn't bad, but wasn't what I've read on other reviews. Preferred eating elsewhere. The bus system was great, always on time and very little wait time both at the resort or off resort. We stayed in the little mermaid room. It was smaller than expevted, but we rarely spent time in the room. Would definitely upgrade to a family suite next time. I would certainly book there again!

Rooms okay, need an upgrade. Comfortable, well stocked for the price. Mattress and pillows comfortable. TV okay, sound good, good channel selection. Staff were friendly and dealt efficiently with any concerns. Front desk were exceptional.

A clean room with a comfortable bed that had plenty of pillows. Perfect for the rest everyone needs after a day of hitting the parks. The food is sub-par but that was expected. Eat at Epcot and other Disney hotels for better options; this is a value hotel that delivers exactly what it promises: clean, functional rooms with great service around the property. I’d stay here again for sure.

Aulani Disney Resort was a wonderful experience staff was excellent . Enjoyed our visit and met with family members. The scenery was amazing we had a wonderful view from our room . The food was good and catered to your dietary needs .A wonderful resort for all ages will definitely go back in the future

The Port Orleans French Quarter was a great place to stay. All the people who worked there were so helpful and answered all our questions about the resort, transportation and Disney World. Our granddaughter is 5 and has food limitations (gluten free). The chefs would personally prepare her food ensuring there would be no cross-contamination. The choices available to her were phenomenal. The food choices for the adults were amazing - it was hard to decide what to order as the choices were all fabulous. The resort is a short bus ride to Disney World and the drivers were so accommodating to two of us using scooters. The same goes for the short ferry ride to Disney Springs - no problem taking the scooters on.

Was good everyone was nice. There was incidents that made me feel uneasy my room was left open by house keeping so after that didn’t allow them back in my room which isn’t fair to me not to have my room clean. Also I had front desk book me a shuttle to go to universal studios the day came no shuttle when they checked they said it’s only 24hrs before we booked 2 days before. Then I still ended up paying for my shuttle after having to wait 2hrs for it after they made mistake. Then I made reservations for dinner at one if there nice restaurants it was suppose to be are nice honeymoon dinner my wife’s dinner came mine took 15min later spoke to manager gave me a terrible excuse about how the kitchens didn’t talk to each other. When I got the bill they didn’t do anything for me. So I wouldn’t go to sports again unless I was with kid and if I found my room open again I’d call cops instead of talking to them again. Also would never book reservations at that restaurant ever again

Everything was amazing! Food, accommodation, grounds, pools, beach!!! The Disney experiences were magical & not overdone !! We truly enjoyed the resort & everything it had to offer! Some pluses - The Menehune experience. The lazy river, water slides, lagoon, The luau was magic - food was fabulous & the talent was AMAZING!! The staff - EVERY ONE- was so guenuinely happy & truly expressed Aloha!! We will be back!

We stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort, Trinidad North for five nights. We were aware the resort was under construction before we booked. The resort adequately compensated for the areas no longer available. We had a short walk to the main pool, the food trucks and dining tent. We enjoyed breakfast in the dining tent a couple of times. The consierge office for Trinidad North (building 31) was convenient to get to and answered any questions we had with typical Disney friendliness. Construction noise was never an issue mainly because we were gone from morning till night. The bus stop was in front of our resort and transported us to anywhere we needed to be. Our room though a little dated was always clean. It was a sanctuary at the end of a long day.

Very nice hotel. We have stayed at Pop Century, All Star Music, and now All Star Sports. We liked Sports the best due to slightly closer proximity to parks....did not have to wait more then 5 minutes for a bus at any time. Resort was very clean, service was amazing as expected from any Disney Resort. Food options were decent, never had trouble finding a table to eat at. Weather wasn't the greatest so didn't get to enjoy the pool much.

Gorgeous grounds and pools. Pools open nice and late. Well taken care of. Excellent, prompt bus service to all parks. Helpful, friendly staff. Loved every minute of our stay and loved how close it was to Disney springs!

We recently stayed at Disney’s All Star Movies resort for 9 nights. Upon check in I became very ill and had to call an ambulance for treatment. The resort manager ran to our room, helped and waited to see the outcome. I didn’t require transport at that time, and she offered basically the shirt off her back to help. She brought supper for my wife and I, healthy drinks and anything hat would help with my condition. She went far above her job, and I will be for ever greatful to her.

This resort is value for your money. It does not have all the bells and whistles of the other hotels on the Disney property but it covers the basics and that is what we were looking for. I would go back. Did not spend much time at the hotel as we were going to the parks so the room was exactly what we needed and so were the amenities.

The all star music resort was great. The food court had great food with good portions. The family suite was perfect for 3 adults , 13 & 6 year old . The busses were great too, did not have to wait more then 10 minutes . No complaints.

We really enjoyed our recent family vacation at Disney Aulani. The hotel is very well kept and every staff we encountered was very friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. As far as dining, Ama Ama was a nice restaurant with a great view, but it was pricey and we weren't happy to pay the automatic gratuity with our party of 8. While our server was friendly, she was not very attentive and it was disappointing given we were there celebrating my daughter's birthday. Makahiki was fun for the character dinner, but we felt it was overpriced at $52/person (including my 10 year old), we just didn't feel the value was there. Ulu Cafe was great for a quick grab and go breakfast and lunch and the poolside cafe was decent. We would have liked to have a "middle of the road" dining option for dinner. Thankfully, there are a few options outside of the resort within walking distance. The pools were fun and we spent a lot of time on the lazy river. The beach was beautiful and it was a nice surprise to be able to borrow sand toys and boogie boards for free! Our favorite feature of the hotel, hands down, would have to be the scavenger hunt...what a fun interactive activity! We hope to visit the resort again in the future.

The resort was very family friendly, well laid out and the room was excellent. The food at the restaurants was very good and we enjoyed having lots of lunch options. The beach toys and boogie boards were a great bonus for the kids.

The room was always in perfect condition. The staff is very friendly. They do everything to make sure your vacation is the best it can be. Loved the resort. The buses run every 20mins, so you can get to any park within 30mins of leaving your room.

Hotel decor is outdated, but room was clean and staff was friendly. Nice pool, laundry facility on premises and access to complimentary transportation to all Disney parks. Resort food is expensive and not the greatest, but we only ate breakfast there most days. Finally, it's a great place to lay your head at the end of the day and save yourself some money for the other resorts are very expensive.

The World Dolphin resort was amazing and beautiful. The grounds so well kept and plenty of activities for the kids. The pools were full everyday with happy families with music and games. Highly recommend this resort to any family visiting Walt Disney World! See Leah at the front desk for fantastic service! She went above and beyond to make my families vacation the best ever! We recently stayed at Disney's Yacht club for our honeymoon and enjoyed it immensely. Even though there was minor construction going on during our stay we found that we did not even notice it. We did not encounter any issues and loved the ammount of commitment and accommodation that Disney provided to us as their guests.

Great hotel for the budget traveller, you get the Disney experience with hotel shuttles to and from resort and express shuttle from airport but not breaking your budget. Booking with trip central was very easy

Qe were checked in in no.time, managed to get a renovated room. Qe had been in 4 yrs and PC was just as bright. Cheery and clean as we remembered. The pool area was great. Love the Reno room. Murphy bed great idea. Lits of breakfast selection and staff were always amazing. I would come again and recommend it in a heartbeat

EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HoTEL WAS AMAZING. THE ROOM WAS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THERE WAS TONS FOR THE KIDS TO DO. WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN!!!! The people at the front desk were super helpful and the buses were eight outside the door.

The hotel was clean and efficient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had all the basic animities which was all we needed. Atmosphere was fun and playful. Loved the advantage of the busing system to get to and from parks. Really convenient.

What I really enjoyed about the resort is that it was very welcoming to my family and I. You could see it in everyone's eyes that they were filled with joy and everyone was having a good time. The employees at the resort were very friendly too, as they helped us with our questions very nicely. We would leave our room to go to a park and when we come back our room was clean. That's another thing I loved about the resort is that they put their guest first. The food was really good too as they served food to everyone of every age. The Pool and Arcade were great as my family really bonded through these activities. In general this resort and Disney World will be an experience my family will always remember and never forget.

Everything is very convenient. Very clean and quiet depending on your location. Bus transportation very reliable. Food could be better and more variety. Check in is efficient and updates on when your room is ready is helpful.

Art of Animation was everything we had hoped for. They we very accommodating to our family size with room and friendly service. This is one I will definately tell my friends about and be booking again

resort was great. not too large but large enough to have all of the necessary things that were needed. staff was very helpful and accommodating. our grandson enjoyed the pool and the dragon waterslide. room was clean and the maid provided us with lots of towels, shampoo etc.

Was nice to have a little Kitchenette- the cup idea works -easy to get help from staff -pools were great-easy to and from theme parks by Bus very little wait time -parking lot lots of space-luggage service also great& fast-room service also fast when called upon

Stayed at the Disney Caribbean Beach Resort. They were just starting some construction in the area. Was not invasive at all. The service was exceptional. Shuttles to the parks works well, for the most part. Our only issue was, being the furthest section of the resort, we often were missed by the first buses. They were to start an hour to 45 minutes prior to the parks opening. At Trinidad South, the first bus of the day, often didn't get to us till just before the parks opened. It seems that the buses would be filled up on it's previous stops, meaning that the first bus (or 2) would skip us. Only an issue if you were trying to advantage of the early Magic Hours. Other than that, no problems. We would return.

Our family, four people, enjoy the resort and parks. The shuttle buses are very helpful and convenience. The only pity was that we found hair in Salad we purchased in the Café of the resort. I did not claim at that time because: 1) I did not want to ruin our mood of enjoy our vacation; 2) We did not have time to waste on possible dealing with different levels of management. I chose to keep silence and dumped the salad. Hopefully somebody will pay attention on the inspection of the food and won't happen on anybody again.

The resort was very clean and the amenities were very much enjoyed. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was fantastic! The resort was located close distance from the parks which was a big plus.

Port Orleans Riverside was a great place to stay while on Disney property. The Royal Room was lovely. Very tasteful decor and immaculate. Beds were very comfortable. Mousekeeping did a great job of keeping our room clean and welcoming. Crew members were helpful and friendly. The grounds were well manicured. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

This hotel is just beautiful. The pathways, beach areas and pool are kept very clean and provide a nice tropical feel. The food is fairly standard quick fair and the service at the restuarants and shopping area was certainly sufficient. It did take quite some time to get our room and for the luggage to arrive. Since it was March Break I would assume that this was due to the hotel operating at full capacity. Disney takes lapses like this very seriously and made every attempt to improve their service and offer little extras to make you feel the "magic" which we appreciated. The preferred rooms in Martinique were excellent and offered enough space for four people to be comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

This resort had a fun theme, and the staff were mostly very friendly and helpful. We did have very bad beds, but they replaced the mattresses, which helped (the boxsprings will need to go, but hopefully that will happen during the refurbishment). We had a few run-ins with cockroaches, which definitely freaked us out, as well. Food was typical Disney and not too different from what we had at a moderate resort, so that was good. We weren't very impressed by the cleanliness of the room, but they did neat stuff with the kids' stuffed animals, which was nice. All in all, I wouldn't honestly stay there again, but the friendly attitude of staff at least made it so that we didn't leave feeling mad about the issues.

Hotel and grounds were very clean throughout. Service and check-in was courteous and prompt. Pool areas were clean and not over-stuffed. Our room was on the opposite side of the pool so not much view, but overall a great place to stay for the money.

This is one of Disney's Low Budget Resorts but we found it great. First off the rooms are nothing fancy but they are tidy and clean. We did not spend a lot of time in the rooms so for our purposes they were great. Our kids are sports fanatics and they loved the baseball theme pool. The cafeteria had good food and the grounds were kept very clean.

Resort themed grounds and pools are sure to impress kids! Our 5 year old son LOVED the replica's of the Cars and pool options. Impressive attention to detail on the grounds. Shuttle service to parks did not disappoint. Food options were limited and did not vary.

Nice. Clean. Resort for the whole family... Lots for the kids to do.. Pools.. An arcade..decent food and fairly priced... My family enjoyed our stay at the pop centry resort and look forward to coming back again sometime.

Hotel good, too bad the pool was not in use close to our room, Disney had informed us about this prior to our trip. Service excellent, everyone went out of their way to help us.Would go again, and recommend to friends.

Three nights at the Disney World Caribbean Beach resort. OK room, convenient to the transit system and the concierge / cafeteria / restaurant complex. Room was well cared for. The grounds were nice. The table service restaurant was good, but not excellent. It is what it is ... Disney is majorly overpriced for what you get. We also stayed in a condo unit on Marathon in the keys ... two bedroom with full kitchen, living room, two pools, beach access, for the same cost as the one room unit at Caribbean Beach. We were on the deluxe meal plan and still had trouble getting reservations for the places we wanted to eat ... even though we tried to book several weeks in advance. A warning to those not familiar with the way Disney World works. Much prefer the Grand Californian at Disneyland.

This Disney resort was a great place to stay while taking our trip to Disney world. They had a great food court which catered to every one including vegetarian diets like myself. Pools were great and proffesionally staffed. The service from the entrance to your room and to Disney was 5 star plus. Definitely recommend if visiting Disney.

This room was absolutely perfect for our Disney vacation. It was clean, quiet, and most of all priced very well. We spent most of our stay at the parks but did enjoy some R&R at the pool which had great atmosphere. Would recommend!

The hotel fit well into my budget, check in was speedy and my room was ready quickly, there was plenty of things for the kids to do to stay occupied on down days away from the park. The resort was very clean, all the staff the I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The cafeteria food was delicious with plenty of options and big portions. We stayed in the Calypso section, which was close to transportation to get to the parks, the buses ran very frequently and it was a quick trip to all of the parks. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends.

Disney is always expensive but for the dollar this was a nice resort. The rooms are basic and ours was very quiet. We went at the end of September so numbers were down a bit. The food is basic, chicken steak and fast food for the kids . The staff is great. The pool was OK, busy because of the heat so very chlorinated. The resort is the farthest from the parks and the last one for the bus but I'd go back to this resort.

This resort has had done recent renovations and our room was bright and clean. The rooms are small but we spent most of our time at the parks anyway so the size was fine for sleeping and showering. We did try to upgrade to a suite but there were nine available. The food court is very busy first thing in the morning and later in the evening. The food was decent but not a big selection. There are 2 pools that are very clean and close at 10 pm. There are sometimes activities and movies at the pool. Our room was quite a walk from the main building, ask for Calypso area if you don't like walking. The gift shop has a variety of gift merchandise as well as snacks anx drinks. The staff are friendly, we had no issues. It's a value resort so keep that in mind. It's a little noisy with all the children but we didn't have any noise issues at night while sleeping.

So here's the thing about staying at Disney Resort hotel. If you are staying at Disney, it's because you are going to go to Disney Parks. That means your days will be full of activity and you will spend little time in your hotel other than sleeping. That's why we LOVE staying at All Star Movies resort. Rooms are not huge, but comfortable, very well air conditioned (something you really appreciate when it's 40C outside!!), clean and have a mini fridge. The fridge is perfect for storing fruit, juices, some veggies etc. The pool is perfect for relaxing and we love the three story high movie characters scattered around the hotel. We were in the Toy Story section and woke up to a giant sized Buzz Light Year and Woody the Cowboy. My 9 and 4 year old loved every minute. This was our 2nd visit to All Star Movies, we spent three other visits at All Star Music. Both are great, but we prefer the layout of Movies. Music is a bit bigger so it takes longer to get from place to place. Both provide great stays at value prices.

This was a typical Disney mid-range hotel. They layout of all Disney hotels in this range are quite similar but themed differently. It did stick to the theme and seemed clean. The grounds were well manicured. We had great proximity to the main entrance, gift shop and pool (Room 3232). The staff was friendly. The food court was one of the reasons we picked the resort, booking it a year early, but it was closed down for renovations, so it should be fresh for travelers now. We actually spend very little time in the room. I would recommend it as there was nothing wrong with it, but would probably try something new next time.

We loved staying at the all stars resort. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. It was great staying at a resort that had such a convenient shuttle service to all of the parks. Very affordable. It was very clean. It was a little bit dated, but that didn't affect out stay at all. We had such a great time and experience and would definitely consider the all-star resorts when we go back.

We had a standard room, and ask for poolside which they were happy to oblige. The room was nice and clean and was maintained daily by the cleaning staff. Cons: Small bathroom, pool closes at 11pm, no towels at the computer pool only the main pool. Ate on Disney property but not at pop century. The food was incredible!!!

Great resort. The pool is great and the front desk/concierge do their best to accommodate. I've stayed before in a standard room with two double beds and preferred it over the family suite which has only one double bed, a sofa bed (not comfortable at all The mattress is paper thin and had a smell and the Murphy bed which was ok but also had a smell.

Very friendly staff. Hotel was very clean and food was great..who doesn't want a mickey waffle for breakfast. It makes you feel like a child again. Bring your whole family because this is an all ages resort. Loved that they had free shuttles to all the parks as well :)

Decent resort for the price. nothing special but most of the time was spent at the parks. Great transportation to and from Disney parks. Large pools, well kept grounds. Food was decent, not a ton of selection though.

My family spent 6 days in this Disney resort. Overall The resort room is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful, convinent location close to all Disney parks. Food court opens very late everyday,

Our hotel was amazing and the cast members were awesome. It was our first vacation and my son and I are already planning to go back! There was zero stress as everything was taken care of for us! Amazing!

Very clean rooms, bathrooms could use a little updating but other than that the rooms are great. The grounds around the property are very clean, nice pools. Had a restaurant with a lot to offer for choices.

I travelled with my whole family (17 people) for a one week vacation. There were four small children ages 3,6,8 and 10 and the rest of us were from 20 to 71 years. We planned our days ahead of time so that we'd have 1 day free and the next day at a park. We took the complete food plan and 4 day park plan. The vacation worked out so well that the whole group agreed that it was the best ever. The meals in the restaurants are well served (Tony's and the Irish Pub being favourites) and the food was excellent. You must reserve before you come, as they fill up fast. The food and choices in the on site restaurants was very good and well varied. We did find the food plan a bit difficult to understand at the beginning. You must plan out snacks and meals so that you don't run out before the end of your stay. The pools were well watched by the guards, without interfering with the fun. All would like to return at a later date.

This is our second stay at the Caribbean Beach resort and we have decided that we will return. Any other hotel would probably be a disappointing contrast. On both of our stays we have been given upgraded rooms. This time we had a fantastic water view right on the beach.The staff were excellent and very helpful.

There is so much to do at this resort. I recommend for anyone going there to plan a day or two to just relax on the resort. There are three beautiful swimming pools. My kids loved the swimming pools. The grounds are beautiful and the staff do a fantastic job keeping it clean. The rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Room was spacious, we stayed in the little mermaid room. The only downfall staying in this room is that the little mermaid mermaid building is a bit of a walk from the main building where the restaurant is. It was inconvenient to refill your mug if you wanted something to drink late at night. I would recommend for them to put a drink station at that end of the resort also. I would stay at this resort again.

Good quality hotel for the price. It was inexpensive so it made it possible for our family to experience staying at Disney. The service was amazing and loved the kids activities every day. The room was quite small for a family of 5 (one was a baby).

Hello Sarah Jean, So we're back and all in all we had a fantastic time. The Magical Express Transfer made our pickup from the airport to resort go flawlessly. We went straight to the shuttle pickup which was clearly marked, (I was also sent a map), they picked up our luggage which arrived a few hours after us. This had to be set up well before we left to get the luggage tags sent to us, we just made deadline . Check in only needed my ID none of the paperwork. The resort was fine overall, the rooms could use a little repair and upkeep.We always forget how Heavily chlorinated their water is at the parks and resort. You can taste it in the beverages and dries the skin terribly. In regards to the food well I have nothing positive to say, fried chicken nuggets ,fries or pizza gets old fast. I survived on yogurt, bananas, oranges, & California rolls( I'm glad we didn't buy the meal plan). You are totally dependent on them, I had brought hot chocolate so I could have a hot drink in our room at night and early morning but unlike at most hotels Disney does not have a coffee maker in the room so you have to buy a cup of hot water- $3. My first 'real' meal was our 5th day in at Universal 's Island of Adventure, Harry Potters Three Broomsticks, Fantastic menu! Roasted- chicken breasts, corn on the cob & potatos and Butter Beer, (it's like caramel/butterscotch cream soda yum ).I danced in my seat - I missed my veggies and it was hard to choose the selection was great. The Disney park tickets were on our wrist band so we didn't need that paperwork either. I was randomly selected at Disney for body screening but then that happened at all the airport check points and I believe at Universal too, it became a running joke. The Disney parks were awesome, but the Universal parks blew me away. Both parks have a Harry Potter village that you can spend your entire day there alone! The car rental went fine- needed the paperwork for that. The only thing I'll note is that the pick up time is important, no leeway, we tried to get it an hour earlier 8am but was told no can do. Drop off was fine and we were 30 minutes after our returning time,( time we lost finding the Bates motel). So yes that brings us to the Travelodge Inn and Suites Orlando Airport, 1853 Mccoy Road Orlando. So their large sign & carport was not lit- the entire building was hidden in the shadows of a busy roadway, we drove by twice and could not find them even with GPS- even passed by it when we got directions at a garage only a few buildings away. Robyn thought that some of the room doors that were left open were shady and not in a cool way. Rod saw bugs and would not change for bed or sleep under covers, if he slept. We kept our suitcases closed .. The room was not well kept, the smoke detector light was not on and the toilet was running and semi flushed very 20 odd minutes. Many of the lights and electrical plugs were fussy or just did not work. I myself was suffering from a compound migraine for the last 24 hours and nothing in my stomach as a result of that, so that night I just wanted to stop, the next morning I just wanted to leave.They did arrange a shuttle from the airport to hotel for Rod and Robyn after they dropped off the car and arranged a shuttle for us to the airport the next day. Regarding Air Canada and airports. The Halifax is well run and well staffed . The Orlando Air Canada section was Terrible! So understaffed only 4 checkin/baggage machines and one ran out of paper. Only one staff to semi help people with said machines if you could get her to come over.We did ok -have done it before but the rage from others was getting unnerving. Then after the process the line ups were very confusing and I helped more people then the one staffer. I may send Air Canada a note regarding that mess, improvements would not be hard to do. In short: So papers were needed for the Bates hotel and for the first day at Universal( I thought I didn't have my ID- they quickly took Rods though, same last name and address). Papers were needed for the car. No papers needed just ID for Disney. So the resort/parks was restricking regarding food and we made sure we bought bottled pop/water because of taste. Shuttles to the resort and parks awesome and we used the extra hour on certain days to decide which parks to go to on what day. Not sure if we would do the Disney resort next time because of the food and water alone. I would look into Universal or a hotel close by and see what shuttle is available for the Disney parks. All in all the trip was awesome! When I get my photos/videos arranged I'll send some to you. I discovered I have the movie maker on my computor and used it to put the wedding videos together and am very happy with the results. I'm hoping this helps with future clients. Very friendly and helpful staff. A delight to stay there. We have food allergies in our family and accommodations for them were incredible by the cooking staff. Very pleased with all service at this hotel.

This hotel was kept very clean inside and out. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Transportation to and from the Disney parks was conveniently located and punctual. The restaurant was conveniently located and well received by guests. Food choices were plenty and adequate. Rooms were perfect and the family suites were fantastic - lots of room, ample kitchen facilities and two bathrooms - perfect! We would definitely stay at the All Star Music again.

The resort was amazing! This was our first trip to Disney and we couldn't have chosen a better place for our price point!! The rooms were clean, the employees friendly, the grounds immaculate, the pool warm and refreshing, and the service spectacular!!

we love the hotel, you can travel from the 50's to the 90's. It was really good. The staff was great any time we need something. Kids had a blast with the movie under the stars. If we returned to Disney most likely will be choosing same hotel

Food was delicious. The pool area was great! Would have liked the pool hours to be longer and a whirlpool. Would have liked to be closer to the main area. Gift shop was great. Arcade kept the kids occupied.

Stayed for 7 nights. The bus system was excellent, people were super helpful and pleasant. The pools were also a huge hit! Only reason we did not give it 5 stars is the maid service was lacking. Our room had dust on all the surfaces, and hair in the bathroom. Requested a good clean the following day (checked in at 11:30pm so just wanted to get kids to bed and addressed the issue the following day). The maid service continued to be fairly basic, made the beds, clean towels but that was about it. That being said it wasn't awful by any means and we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Room was high end and exceeded expectations. Disney service also never disappoints. Pool areas are also amazing and made for a relaxing day! Hotel store was convenient for snacks and quick meals. Lobby was warm and inviting and the Christmas decorations were a real treat.

This is a great resort to stay at with a family. Not luxury, but very clean and organized. Has a nice food court with four kinds of foods (no sit down restaurant), arcade, gift shop and very nice pool and grounds with statues of Disney characters and even a playground. Buses for each Disney park left the resort about every 20 minutes and arrived at the parks in 10-20 minutes. Great deal for the price!

We had a amazing vacation at Walt Disney World. Pop Century was great. Clean rooms, great food and a good selection in their cafeteria. the grounds and pools were great. We didn't have to wait more then 15 minutes for a bus to the parks and back to the resort. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back again.

The layout of resort was Good, the rooms are very small for (3-4 people), including the bathroom. They do have adjoining rooms, which was a great option!! The resort souviner store had everything, the dining had very good options but limited hours (7am-midnight) and the whole area was locked so you couldn't even get a drink or use the microwaves. The daily activities were great for the kids and staff very pleasant. The lifeguards took their job very seriously and made sure everyone was safe and accounted for, they also had lifejackets available. The pool towels were the same as your room towels but there were always plenty, and always a cart to grab extra from. Front Desk was very helpful with any questions and helped us make reservations for Lunch/Dinner as well as reserve Fadt Passes for the Disney Parks!!
