When is the best time to go?

Due to Singapore’s close proximity to the Equator, this country experiences a warm tropical climate year round. What does vary is the amount of rainfall it receives. Singapore lies between two monsoon winds. The Northeast Monsoon arrives at the beginning of November until mid-March. Around these months, temperature in Singapore tend to be slightly cooler. The heaviest rainfall occurs between November and January, with daily showers lasting for long periods of time. The Southwest Monsoon falls between June and September. It is at this time of the year that Singapore gets the least rain and is therefore the best time for travelers to visit. Generally, Singapore’s daily temperature ranges between 27C and 31C.
