We stayed for one-night prior to our cruise embarkation. Check-in was seamless and staff was friendly. Room was great! Location was awesome for my husband and I. Breakfast was sufficient and well prep. Loved their pork sausages! I would recommend this hotel.

It was in a great location, amazing service, gorgeous history-rich hotel and lovely rooms. There is no mini fridge in the room for your own things; there is only 'pay-if-you-touch' minibar. The pool area was lovely but lots of kids with no 'adults only' quiet time, which would be nice.

This hotel was nice and centrally located Connected to the underground city and had good facilities. I found staff could have been more helpful. The upgrade was worth the money to have access to the lounge area.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our toddler and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and the parking facilities were convenient and stress-free. This made traveling with a little one much easier. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel felt comfortable for families. Our room had enough space for us and our toddler, which we really appreciated. One area that could be improved is housekeeping. While the room was generally clean, a bit more attention to detail would make the stay even better. Overall, this is a good option for families, and with a slight improvement in cleanliness, it could easily become a great one. We would consider staying here again.

The hotel is beautiful. I chose this hotel because of its direct connection to the airport terminal. Staff were exceptionally kind. I had a lovely room overlooking the runway. Bed and pillows lovely. Dinner in the dining room excellent.

The hotel is nice. The hotel locked me out of my room a mistake on their behalf. I had proof that I was there for 3 days there record only showed 2 night stay. When I provided my itinerary they open up the door.

Our first trip to Calgary was a great experience. We stayed at the hotel for four nights. The hotel is centrally located, with friendly staff and a wide variety of breakfast options. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The only downside was that breakfast should be served at least until 10 am. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends, and we definitely be staying here again.

Was a wonderful stay, our premium one bedroom suite was well appointed with very stylish and comfortable furniture. Our Kitchenette was well equipped with stove, cook top, full size microwave and dishwasher as well as a large space saver fridge. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of space. The facilities were spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. This property is located right at Whistler village and literally steps from some of the best dining experiences we have ever had. You must go have breakfast at the Cinnamon Bear. The steak and eggs are to die for. Also a great spot is Earls Bar and Grill. If you’re looking for something very affordable and great quality be sure check out El Furniture Warehouse bar and grill. As for the shopping your choices are endless with affordable and luxury options galore. The Westin offers the whole package ! I highly recommend it.

The concierge was extremely nice and helpful when we checked in. The room was spacious and comfortable. It’s not quite downtown so we had to Uber everywhere but it wasn’t expensive. Breakfast was decent. Enjoyed our stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was firm and very comfortable. Gian's restaurant was fabulous. We ate both breakfasts and dinners there for the 3 days that we stayed at the hotel. The view of the harbour from the restaurant was amazing. One of there dishes was a seafood chowder which was the best I've ever had.

The location is unbeatable and the staffs are friendly. The room was cosy but the bathroom a bit outdated. We had an issue with the toilet and it was rapidly fixed. We tried the seaport social restaurant, Stacy, our waitress offered exceptionnal service.

The Sheraton in St. John’s was fantastic. It was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was great and the food was always fresh. Service was very good too. Great location with easy walking access to the Pedestrian Mall, George Street and all the restaurants along Water Street.

Friendly knowledgeable staff that were willing to make your stay comfortable. Room was large, bright and immaculate. Pool was perfect temp and also clean. A great place to stay while in Halifax. $20 cab ride to harbour front if you dont want to drive downtown. Hotel is right off highway if you have a car for visiting other cities. 5 stars in my opinion.

When we stayed there in 2017 it was 5-star. The entire place is beginning to show signs of wear and I would give it 4. I must also say that we were there during breaking heat records from the 1-15 so I can't comment on activities but they still went on.The staff are amazing. Many can't speak English but a phone app translator works great! So essentially even taking the heat into consideration my grade is 4 down due to upkeep. They need to also change the buffet. We would return and loved that we could stay active and enjoy luxury at this Resort. Tours are a fantastic way to get to know the area and Shuttle and private car service make this a top notch experience.

We come to Quebec City for 4-5 days after Christmas every year. Usually stay at the Chateau Frontenac but opted for a change this year, something down in the old port, still in the heart of the old city. Auberge Saint Antoine did not disappoint! Every single staff member went out if their way to be incredibly helpful and always with a smile. Its a busy time of year to be here but the hotel always felt calm and inviting; It was a pleasant place to return to every evening and great place to have some cocktails and food when you don't want to venture out. I also loved the bathroom in our room, it was designed perfectly! And the included organic accompaniments were a lovely added touch. Turn down service comes with chocolates and a divine sleepy tea. Their attention to the small details, which since the pandemic appears to be a lost art, was much appreciated; Even the Chateau doesn't spare the time for such things. We stayed at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler for one full week October 21-28, 2023. Overall the week's stay and the hotel especially could not have been better! Hotel was immaculate throughout including the main lobby area, the hotel room, the restaurant and lounge areas and the pool and recreation areas. Staff at the hotel were accomodating and a pleasure to deal with. Starting with check-in, the attendant Isabella upgraded our room to a very nice 9th floor slope view in recognition of our anniversary. She supplemented this with a complemetary bottle of wine and fruit tray left the next day along with a very thoughtful card! Clayton at the front desk area was super helpful and made time every morning to chat... much appreciated! Never a wait for elevators which was a bonus. The Resort Experience Fee at $30 per day plus tax was considered high especially over a full week. Would have preferrred a payment by service used. Otherwise hotel is highly recommended.

The resort had a beautiful hot pool, and a wood burning fireplace so it was the perfect location to unwind after a day hiking and exploring. They also provided bear spray for free unless you had to use it, you could return it unopened with no charge and they gave a complimentary bus pass so you could easily get to town in the evening for dinner and drinks. 10/10 in my book!

We were travelling from Toronto and we booked this hotel because we wanted a hotel close to the Immigration Museum. We were pleasantly surprised that it was walking distant to great restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself was clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful with our questions. Would definitely stay there again

You have to experience the grandeur of this hotel if you're staying in Old Quebec City! Everything about our stay at the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac was amazing! From the moment we arrived until we departed, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable experience at this hotel. Check-in was so easy and exceptionally friendly, it really felt like a such a personal experience, like they genuinely cared that you were happy while staying there. The foyer is breathtaking and so beautiful! Our room was very nicely decorated and had all the amenities. It overlooked the Dufferin Terrace and the St Lawrence River. The location couldn't have been more perfect for our stay in Old Quebec City!

The Hotel is a fantastic stay, with many amenities. The Spa service is fantastic and the views are breathtaking. Staff was always helpful. The food at the Primrose and the Lounge were both very satisfying and tasty. Thank you for a great stay.

Absolutely stunning both the grounds and the hotel itself. The rooms were tiny, but I was expecting this considering the age. What I was not expecting is how modern and updated the rooms were. I would love to do this trip every year!

Beautiful historical hotel. Room was fully updated and absolutely must have a mountain view room. Service was great all around. The Rundle Bar is a great place to catch amazing views while relaxing after a busy day. Enjoyed some of the complimentary tour activities led by the hotel. The Roam bus system is great to get around Banff easily so never needed to take a car or taxi to dinner in town.

I enjoyed my stay loved my bed was nice and soft. My daughter's was firm but she liked it. The breakfast was good. You don't get free breakfast anyplace else. Staff was very friendly and helpful.i will definitely stay here again

we got to the hotel early the girl at the counter let us in our room early it was ready .She answered all my question and I had plenty very polite .Went swimming the hot tub was not working that was disappointing but pool was nice.The fruit in the lobby was great we were hungry when we arrived great snack .The room was very clean .Had to take a cab every where to eat nothing in walking distance ate at the hotel service was a bit slow for what we ordered but was good overall everything was nice .

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the Bell Centre. I enjoyed the use of the fitness room and the pool and had an amazing massage at the spa with Eva! Our room was beautiful with lots of space, beautiful furnishings and comfy beds. We could see quite a few buildings and beyond as we looked out over Rene-Levesque.

Did not enjoy the room size but liked the fact it was centrally located. Loved the roof top pool! Staff were not overly accommodating regarding the mix up with the room size. Said they would charge us a surcharge to get the two double beds we had booked. The food prices were outrageous and there was no local cable television. The temperature in the hotel was hot and stuffy and the ac in the room did not work. For a premier hotel these amenities were lacking. I would only recommend this hotel based on the location to the city centre.

Hotel was very good, it seemed clean and was a good place to stay in. The tv was big and it provided entertainment when I was not doing other things, It was close access to the mall did not have to go outside to get to the mall people were helpful overall very good place.

The hotel staff at registration were knowledgeable and friendly making the process go smooth and quick. The rooms are clean, well appointed and quiet. The hotel restaurant, the Shore Club, had excellent food. We wanted to heat some snacks up in the room and a microwave was sent up. The location is excellent for getting to museums, good restaurants, the market and shopping. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked inviting.

The Hotel was so clean and staff couldn’t do enough for you! I had no idea the service industry could be this amazing! There was not one thing that could be improved upon! And the adjoining mall was fantastic - gotta love Tiffany’s!

Located in the heart of downtown Montreal, there's a bunch of things to do within walking distance (McGill, great restaurants, museums etc.) Also the staff at the hotel are super friendly and accommodating. While staying there, they gave water bottles and little chocolates as a treat every day. Would love to go back some day!

We received great service from the get go... The rooms are excellent... the people at the desk were courteous and very helpful. The restaurant adjacent to hotel was so good... had great gluten free options. We would stay here again for sure.

Room was nice bed where comfortable. Employes where very nice. Pool was very enjoyable and not crowded. Little down side the cleanliness was not always there especialy in the lobby. But all in all i would recommend this hotel.

Our one bedroom suite was beautiful, very clean and very comfortable. We were very surprised to find out that we had two bathrooms. The location of the hotel was very good even if we were 7 km away from the village but we had a free shuttle bringing us back and forth to the hotel. The breakfast was more than we expected. The only thing that we noticed is that the outside pool was not very clean but we went later in the afternoon. We didn't have any meals in the dining room because we had our supper in the village but we regretted it because the meal we had in the village was not very good and expensive. The staff at the front desk and the bar were very nice and friendly.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Château Beauvallon!

The hotel is an economical choice when you all you need is to stay overnight. The rooms are clean, very quiet and compact, with a good size bathroom. The service in the lobby is excellent. There is no dining facility at the hotel itself, but they use an adjacent facility for breakfast at 25% reduction. There are two restaurants nearby and more upscale choices a few blocks away. City bus transportation is at the front door, hop on hop off sightseeing bus stop is two blocks north.

Service was very good. Had dinner at Gio which it was very impressive. We had the seafood tower. Strongly recommend it. The cleaning staff very courteous and accommodating with the cleaning hours. Easy to walk to a lot of the tourist attractions.

This hotel was in great location close to all attractions. It was very nice, clean and the staff were very nice. The pool and hot tub were super clean and there was no shortage of towels. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was very clean and offered a lot for all location was great for any down town events. staff at this hotel was very helpful and you are never stuck. this hotel is a great spot for Couples, singles and small or large families, as they cater to all. the front desk had all the answers the only thing I would like to have seen are more items to choose from for the bar on food items.

The Delta Barrington is in a great location; heart of the city. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Tempo restaurant and bar at the base of hotel served great food. Many nice restaurants, pubs and shops within walking distance

This is a wonderful hotel that is situated right on the waterfront. It is within walking distance of all the points of interest a visitor would like to see. The rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The only downside is that the meals in the dining room are quite expensive. One just needs to do a little research before hand to locate restaurants in the area more in line with what you are comfortable paying. I would definitely stay at this hotel again should I make another visit to Sault Ste. Marie.

This Hotel was fantastic clean, the breakfast in the mornings were A1 and the dinner in the evening was a wonderful treat, we really had a great stay. The location as good for us we found our way around very easy. The staff was very helpful with recommendations for eating, visiting the sites and far enough from the airport that the noise was not a problem.

I think it is just ok as a transient over night stay as we used it for a connection to the cruise ship. Beds and bathrooms were clean, but outside corridor carpets were filthy and stained. Building is very old with no indication of recent upgrades or improvements.

Everything was very professional and elegant. The check in, your rooms, the bar on the main floor. All were very relaxed. I had a great evening and good sleep. Despite the renovations- looking great by the way it seemed like business as usual

The chelsea hotel has great staff, they are always kind when we had questions. They seamed willing to go out of their way to make us happy. We will definitely be returning next year, this time with our son.

Rooms are aging with paint peeling... no fans in washroom means its steams up pretty quick. The room was very clean, the decor was appealing. The beds were comfy albeit limited for size (two double beds). Room service beat all expectations so I recommend you give if a try. Good value for your money. The downtown location is exceptional.. less than twenty minute walk to rogers centre to see ed Sheeran. Good hotel, we would stay again. Not the ritziest, but great for family vacation.

My son and I stayed here on Saturday July 22 and I can honesty say we loved this hotel, even my 10 year old said "this was the best hotel we've ever stayed at" and I agree with him 100% .....service was top notch......food at the bistro was delicious and bed was SUPER comfortable! The pool was perfect and the entire hotel was spotless!

Beautiful rooms, lots of elevators, helpful staff, excellent pool/hot tub/fitness centre. Very conveniently located to Rue Saint Catherine for all your shopping and dining options. 40min walk to Old Montreal. Bus shuttle from airport stops directly across from the hotel. Only $3 per luggage to hold at the hotel after checkout. They happily added our dozens of Montreal bagels to our bags on hold, too. Would stay there again and have already recommended Le Centre Sheraton.

The rooms where clean and tidy. Staff was friendly.And close to downtown. There was bus service included in the hotel fee. View from our window was of the mountains , long horn sheep walking up and down the street.

The Omni hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints from us during our 3 night stay. Our room was clean and easily accessible. The breakfast buffet was very good and the wait staff great.

We recently stayed in Montreal for a few days. The Travelodge is in a great location downtown. We left the car in the secure underground parking lot for a few days and walked to all the sites. Easy!! The lodgings were clean and adequate for what we required. The complimentary breakfast was excellent!

July 11, 2016 to July 15, 2016 My wife and I stayed at the Atlantica Hotel Halifax on the above dates We found the cleanliness excellent, the rooms were quiet. The staff was excellent, the restaurant was good. We were within walking distance of everything. They have a limo service during specific times, which we found fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time , the food is great very family oriented , beautiful environment . lot of sports if you want , My sister and I love the place and would recommend The Chateau to all my friends

The Strathcona hotel was great as always. Clean, comfortable and very affordable for a 4 star right in the core of the city! Steps away from Union Station, and all the attractions. Staff were very friendly and courteous. I will be staying here again that's for sure! Cheers, Craig A.

Excellent location near Walk of Fame. Minimum breakfast poor, 3 tables so usually full, noisy, older place, argumentative clerk, small pool, service ok, outside corridors noisy, made room up late in the day.

The hotel was wonderful but being so close to the Bell Centre was great as we had tickets to the Canadians game. The package deal with Porter Air added great value and convenience. We will do it again!

We travel to Montreal yearly, this was our first time staying at the InterContinental. Amazing hotel! Very clean and well presented. Walking distance to everything, a bonus its connected to the underground city which is good on rainy days, all your convenience's right below you. The staff are very polite and helpful. We didn't eat at the hotel as we were always on the go, but the salt water pool and sauna were nice to relax in. Definitely will stay here again.

Booked online (first time), but needed help from a live agent. That was fine. E tickets worked really well. When I asked agent by telephone for medical insurance, form was sent, but I later found out from agent In Ottawa Trip Central store that I didn't need it since I was living and travelling in Ontario. Hotel was fine, but I would be interested in trying somewhere else next time. = great service, great mini vacation. No problem using trip central again!

Nice hotel with very nice rooms with view of the lake. Walking distance to everything. Room service pizza was good. I would definitely stay there again. Great location if you're going to any sports games or concerts.

Although we chose not to upgrade to a newly renovated room, our "unrenovated"room was lovely. Wonderfully comfy linens and we really appreciated our maid dropping off bottles of water in the evening. We found every employee we met- concierge, bell captain, waiters, front desk and maids to be helpful, courteous.

I enjoyed staying here and being able to walk to Winsdor Castle. The hotel was cofortabel and clean, I enjoyed my stay very much. The breakfast offered some nice choices, and I didn't find the hotel noisy or overcrowded.

The hotel was excellent. It is on the Hop-On Hop Off route, so was so easy to get to Stanley Park, Gastown, Chinatown, Granville Island, Canada Place, etc. It was in walking distance of Canada Place, so only minutes from the action.

We arrived early but were able to check in. Opted to upgrade our room and it was well worth the upgrade. It was spacious with wonderful views of the city. All staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the cruise dock was an added bonus.

We only stayed two nights but everything was fine. We were en route to Ethiopia so needed a room for three which you accommodated for us nicely. The room was clean and the service was good. It was close to the airport so very convenient.

Had a nice stay mid April to catch a couple of hockey games. Easy to walk to shopping (Eaton Centre on Ste Catherine), the Bell Centre, and many restaurants. Clean comfortable rooms. Quiet. Had a quick swim with my daughter in the pool and the exercise room looked fairly well equipped. I would stay again. We had a late lunch in the restaurant in the hotel. Excellent food but rather pricey.

Room was amazing, king bed in a separate room with big flat screen, living room with fridge and another tv, clean as a whistle, large bathroom all tiled, everything clean as could be...wonderful stay.

Very nice affordable eating places in the neighborhood, good for people on a budget. The price was right- but the mattresses were absolutely terrible. If you have any back problems, don't stay here. Room was clean.

My husband and I travelled to Montreal for 2 nights and stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel. It was perfectly situated to Old Montreal and could walk to all the attractions there. The hotel staff were wonderful give us tips and advice every time we enquired about something. We would certainly stay there again.

Service was impeccable and and valet parking was all included with the rate. Hotel is super clean and great location across the casino.

I was very impressed with the hotel and it's facilities. The room was excellent, comfortable bed with great tv. Great to have local newspaper Telegram available on all floors and also wonderful to have free coffee and tea available in the lobby in the morning. Staff at the trip desk were very helpful and booked an Iceberg Quest tour for us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the lower level and it was never too crowded. For my wife and I the location was excellent, easy walking (5 minutes) from Water and Duckworth Street. It was great that outside the hotel we had access to Bugden's Taxi Service. Taxi's were relatively inexpensive and we taxied to the major tourist attractions. Another plus was that we were very close to restaurants and stores. We were a bit worried with the impending Hurricane Arthur, and we were given directions if there were any emergencies but thankfully the hurricane fizzled out by the time it reached St. John's. Very comfortable lounges to sit in on the main lobby. We never ate in the restaurant and the only concern was that prices for breakfast we felt were a bit steep, obviously many people were there for business conventions. Everyone, staff and guests were very friendly and we were first time visitors and everyone we met were very helpful with directions. We enjoyed our stay immensely and if we visit again, we would definitely stay in the hotel.

The hotel was a little confusing at first because there are so many doors leading to the attached mall/car rental place etc. everything you need is attached to the hotel. Towels were rough but the staff was amazing!! Always there and willing to help!!
