GREAT VALUE! I was in Jubalee tower room 6439 with a view of Bellagio fountain and Paris tower. The view was priceless. Great night life. Right in the middle of Las Vegas blvd. Close to everything. 5 minutes from the airport. The light rail stop is on the property in the basement to go to Fremont street experience. Great staff, very friendly & polite. Public areas were clean. Great shops and entertainment within the resort. Lots of food choices within the resort and outside in the bazaar shops. The magic show with Fredrick de souza winner of Americas got talent was well worth it. The casino was fun. I'm a smoker and liked the fact you could smoke in the establishment. You can use Paris hotel pool next door. Nice exercise room. If you like to play poker like me they got the poker hall of fame room here. The original poker stars location. The poker room is packed 24hiurs. I would stay here again. Masks were optional. I never wore one. Sanitary measures were adhered too. I was satisfied with the lax covid restrictions and cleanliness. I got home took a pcr test and I was negative and can go right back to work. I'm very happy.

Everything was nice only the server at the casino they don't want to bring coffee if you don't play , they was rude! I show my voucher but they don't care! They attitude was not nice ,they only want to money! Very expensive everything one black coffee 6$

Excellent location in the middle of the vegas strip.We found it clean quiet and friendly.The prices for food were expensive as were most hotels but outside the hotel the various restaurants were reasonable if you explored.The weather in November was comfortable and our Trip advisor consultant Manuela was excellent and very helpfull in helping us choose this location and sending us on a worry free smooth trip...cant thank her enough.We will be booking with her on our next trip

The smoking in the casino is awful no air circulation, they need more hand sanitizer stations They should provide coffee makers in the rooms small thing but makes a difference Didn’t realize how expensive things were in Vegas I haven’t been there in 15 years won’t be returning

Ballys hotel was great,supper clean and room was big and very clean We had a blast and recommend it to anyone because the price was great for what you get The pool area was big and had everything we needed

Very clean rooms, no Covid restrictions, we didn't use the resort pool area as there wasn't much shade. Jordan at the lobby gave us some pointers on must see sites nearby. Love Vegas, love Ballys.

Hotel location is great but hard to handle all the smoking. They should ban smoking or at least have a separate and enclosed smoking area. The rooms are large with a mini fridge but no coffee machine. The pool area was great but no umbrellas and not enough shade. Super expensive to rent a cabana.

This hotel is perfect for our needs. Attended an Expo and used the monorail right from the resort. Shopping was available with great selection. Lots of restaurants as well. Our room was very clean upon arrival and cleaning service was always completed. Beds were very comfy. For those that don’t know the strip very the Miracle mile shops are just a short walk away.

the hotel was very nice, clean and close to everything on the strip the rooms were very clean and the bathroom was equipped with a bench in the shower for the disabled as my self. the casino was directly close to our room and close too all the other casinos on the strip. i would definetly there again.

We had a wonderful time at Bally’s Las Vegas! Everyone was very helpful, and the rooms were very spacious and clean. Great location midway down the strip. Coffee shop was also delicious 😋 only negative thing I would say is there were not a lot of restaurants right in the hotel. Other then coffee you had to leave the hotel to eat.

I really liked our room. It was very comfortable and clean and nicely set up. nice bathroom with toiletries. The staff is super friendly and helpful. What we did not like was there was no coffee machine in the room and was that not only inconvenient but a coffee in the lobby was $7.00USD . $14.00USD every morning for both of us to have a coffee!! The breakfast 2 eggs and bacon was $18.00 USD . We always had to go and find somewhere else as we found those prices outrageous. The lobby was not comfortable at all. No where to sit except at a slot machine or at the bar. Nowhere to just sit and relax. It was very noisy all the time and very hectic. Thank God for the CVS next door where we could find drinks and some food that was not astronomically pricey. Would we choose this hotel again? We would try to find somewhere else around there that would better suit our needs as it is a very good location.

Hotel appears to be a bit dated. Rooms were very large, but there was a lot of visible wear and tear. Desk chair was broken, almost flipped over when I sat in it. Bathroom is large with walk in shower, but again very modest. There was dust in all the corner cabinets and around edges of floor. I asked housekeeping to clean the inside windows...there were finger and nose prints all over it. That request was ignored. Some days we had clean glasses, other days only 1 glass...never consistent. The beds however, amazing! Super comfy, had a great sleep every night. The casino is extremely smokey. Coming from Canada where no one can smoke in a public place, this really bothered us. By the end of our trip we were all stuffed up, red puffy eyes and sneezing all the time. Overall, it was a good stay for the price.

Great location, great service and an unreal experience! Right in the centre of the strip, restaurants and shopping all around! Walking distance to all the great shows and entertainment, gambling and clubbing. Don’t miss your chance at this great opportunity!

We were in room 5928, which has a great view of the Flamingo Hotel and Caesars Palace. The room was spacious and clean, with a very modern bathroom. We had very little "strip" noise as many have indicated with staying in the Jubilee Tower. The hotel is quite smoky but we also noticed this at most of the other hotels we visited (Bellagio, Caesars, MGM Grand, etc.) The staff was very helpful and courteous. There was very little wait time for drinks while playing the slots, and the machines seemed to pay out. Overall, we had a great vacation, and enjoyed our stay at Ballys.

We’re happy to stay at Bally’s. It’s our honeymoon trip and everything is fantastic. Great location. huge and very clean room. Service is fast checking in and out. We did a great choice in Bally’s. Travel agent Mike was very helpful and patient. He gave us great tips for our trip.

This hotel was situated perfectly in the middle of the strip. We can go south to MGM or north Wynn within a good walking distance. In hot Vegas weather, that counts for something. There were plenty of activities on the ground floor, stalls just outside the hotel and a bridge that connects to Bellagio. We tried Sea restaurant which serves Thai food and had their delicious pad thai on the menu. Our room was spacious and any issues we had were resolved reasonably. I would stay here again.

We've always overlooked this hotel thinking it was old and outdated. We booked based on a TripCentral agent's recommendations and were impressed with the room, lots of elevators to get to room quickly, can cut through Paris to save walking through the heat on the strip. You can also access hotel through the bazaar shops. Check in was slow as only one person was working the counter when we arrived so that would be our only complaint. We were upgraded upon arrival. Booked the resort (room) tower where rooms are clean, updated and quiet. Fridge in room is helpful to keep water bottles or alcohol cold. Breakfast buffet at the mexican restaurant in casino was fair price and lots of variety. Also, the food court in the lower level was great for quick dinner (Johnny Rockets, Sabarros, Subway etc.) Pick up for excursions at the side of hotel was convenient and great. Staff friendly and the beds were super comfy. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool while there. Would stay here again for sure and recommend to others.

Stayed at Bally’s April 14-18, 2019. It is right in the heart of the strip. Clean rooms, great service and good food. Would return again tomorrow. The weather was good. Only rained one day but we still founds lots to do.

Bally's is always our first choice for a number of reasons: it is centrally located along the strip, since it is not a Huge hotel, it doesn’t take forever to get out to the strip, it is attached to Paris, the rooms are quiet and well appointed, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel couldn’t have been more perfect. Room was clean and a very good size, bed and pillows were perfect. Staff seemed nice, pushy about selling stuff... but friendly. I would definitely return.

We stayed at Bally's for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. There was a safe and fridge however the fridge did not work. The view we had from our room left alot to be desired but I understand not all rooms will have a great view. We enjoyed the outdoor shopping area and all the dining options available. The pool was freezing cold so it was not very pleasant. A heated pool would be a nice touch. Most of the guests were looking at the pool rather then swimming in it. The location of this hotel was just perfect. It is located in the middle of the strip with easy access to all the action. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again

We decided to stay at Bally’s in Las Vegas due to the location and price and it didn’t disappoint. Our room was spacious, modern and very clean! We had a great view of the strip with the mountains and thoroughly enjoyed being central to everything. Due to the time of year we didn’t use the pool. We really enjoyed having access to Paris hotel within our hotel.

Great poker room! Amazing service! Tons of amenities within walking distance. This resort is centrally located on the vegas strip and is in walking distance to to Planet Hollywood, Bellagio, Flamingo Hotel, and Ceasars Palace. Slots paid out well for hours played. Great value for your money.

I loved Ballys location, right in the heart of the Vegas strip. But when we booked our February Vegas vacation in November we requested a non-smoking room plus asked for an upgrade. Upon check in we were told not only did we not get an upgrade but we would be in a smoking room for 1 out of the 4 nights. She proceeded to tell us if we didn’t want the smoking room for that one night she had a great deal we could upgrade to a non smoking room that would normally cost $175 more on top of what we already paid but “for us” we would only pay an extra $100 USD per nigth for and extra $400 usd. It felt like they were trying to scam us when you could book that same room via their website for only $160 USD per night and we paid $100 on top of what we already paid. For a little more money I would suggest staying at a newer resort.

Unable to get 2 queens and placed in a king room in the Jubilee tower #7130. View was so good that we didnt move the next day to a room with 2 queens as was available bu the hotel. Bed very comfortable and loved the hallway inside walk to Paris. When we gambled, were offered drinks immediatey. Jimmi at the concierge desk was extra friendly and appreciated her advice. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Well first I would like to thank Monika Monist for recommending this hotel for us. She did an excellent job. This hotel met all our needs, it was central to the strip and had the best strip view. We could watch the fountains at Caesars going off and the Eiffel Tower was directly in our view. I can’t say enough about this hotel. I thank Monika so much for recommending it for us and our special day went off without a hitch (married).

Our room and hotel was amazing! Loved the location of food ,Starbucks and where ballys was on the strip. By far the best hotel and room we have ever done!!!!!! By all means the next time we go back to Vegas it will be on my top choices to stay within ballys hotel mid strip again!!!!!

We stayed in the Resort tower which had all been redone; loved it. Also another added bonus which is important to us was that the room had a coffee maker and fridge. It was also very quiet. We found it a reasonable stay for us. We really enjoyed the show there too! (Bronx Wanderers) We were able to use the pool at the Paris which was convient and not far) Only negative would have been not having a good place for a breakfast (only a bkft. bun I believe.)

Hotel was ok....nothing special. Best thing was location. Was central to strip. WiFi was horrible, had to call for re-connection EVERY TIME I left hotel and returned...was frustrating!!!!! Placed Do Not Disturb tag on door and went out for the day, only to return to our room being cleaned!!!! She told us that there wasn't a tag on the door.....Possible, ...... yes and realized was a likelihood, so I didn't lose my Sh*t on her, did complain though and we were contacted before anyone entered or room again (which did't happen again) Found line ups at front desk long and many times employees were away with no coverage, so NOBODY was around to ask questions when needed. Happened to us at least 4-5 times throughout our 7 day stay.

I wouldn't stay there again too Smokey in the casino.the pool was too far away.i had no shuttle pick me up as I paid 25 for it.would like a refund.layoers for West jet was ok.earlier flight would be nice.

Stayed in the Resort tower, got an upgrade for a king bed, totally worth it, had a great view of Flamingo & las vegas blvd and the fountains. Smoking floors; the hallways are freezing and you will catch a smell of the green stuff. Rooms were clean and lots of storage. Maids were very efficient. Couple of Tips: don't buy beer from lobby too expensive there is a store accross the street where you will get beer/water/booze etc.... cheaper. The mexican restaurant in the hotel is a must...... We like the atmosphere for gambling at Paris the best, but there are so many options to choose from. We ventured to freemont street, wasn't our thing but things are cheaper there. All in all, if we do go back, we would stay @ Bally's again as it's central to everything: As for air canada rouge.......terrible experience. They sent out an email 3 hours prior to departure saying the flight was now delayed 3.5 hours, everyone had already started making their way to the airport. Prior to boarding, they wasn't enough room for carry on and people had to check those bags, then on the flight the wifi kept having to be reset, but it's ok we got a $10 meal voucher so of course that made up for missing 1/ 2 day on a 3 day trip. If i have my choice i will never travel with rouge again

I really enjoyed the location and amenities at Bally's. Everything I needed was near by. The Deuce bus and the Monorail station at hand. The customer service was great and the staff was very friendly.

On behalf of my husband and myself I have to say we loved Bally's. It was centrally located and the perfect spot. So close to everything. We had the breakfast buffet, ate at Walburgers, and Giordanas. Food was great at all. Hotel was nice our rooms were quite nice, very comfy beds. We just got home and we are already talking about going back and we would definitely stay at Bally's again.

The concierge at the front was very rude The room ok the lobby was very Smokey I found the this pool area fine but over all out of 5 I gave this hotel 2.5 Some employee are very nice and helpful I felt that when I came down for coffee you should not charge $8 50 for 2 cups of coffee

The hotel was clean and suited our needs perfectly. It was in the middle of the strip and only a 30 minute walk to T-Mobile arena. The Bellagio is across the road so it is easy to catch the fountain show. You could walk to everything.

From Check In to.Check Out we were very unhappy. We were checked into someone else's room, when things did get sorted out we were checked into a room with only a half a roll of toilet tissue for three people. Our paper coffee cups were not taken from the trash where we put them the first morning after check in. Our hair dryer was broke at the plug in and shocked us. Overall horrible time at this hotel.

Hotel is at the centre of the strip and rooms are big and well-appointed. Plenty of restaurants for different tastes though a bit pricey. But that's the case with most hotels on the strip. Bally's connects with Paris so really you have double the amenities. The big thing is it's excellent location and great value.

The location is ideal its in the middle of the strip. Also, there are so many food options close by including pizza, Starbucks, subway and cvs which was great. Super convenient. I liked our hotel room it was clean and the staff is nice.

As described it was refurbished and comfortable, except that the non smoking room smelled of stale smoke and our clothes also smelled of smoke , and a complaint did not get much relief. Other than that all was great.

Great location! Central on the strip. The room was great, bed comfortable and clean. No complaints at all. We have stayed at some of the pricier locations in the past and I must say Ballys was just as comfortable.

We stayed in the jubilee king strip view room ....it was amazing ...the view from our room was perfect and we will definitely be back....the pool was great and the weather was awesome...for the price it can’t be beat ...the location is the best in Vegas,,,,.not anything bad to say about our stay!!!! Can’t wait to go back soon!!!!

The hotel was in a great area... The rooms were very nice! The pool was good and we also visited the pool in the Paris resort which had better scenery. Everything went smoothly...a little delay flying out.. Thanks to Mother Nature.. Due to lighting.. All the crew had to leave the tarmac... Arriving at McCarren Airport in Vegas it was easy to catch a cab and a very short ride to the strip.

Friendly polite staff at check in and check out Room layout was comfortable and inviting and very spacious and the view of the strip and city was excellent, with easy access to all many Shops and types of foods for everyone's tastes like the BLT and Buffet style restaurants and the choice of Coffee's pastries and sandwiches including fresh fruit at LavAzza. Also on the lower floors access to 24 hour fast food restaurants arcade games and the Twilight Zone by Monster Mini Golf. Bally's is perfectly located in the middle of the Strip and is connected to the Paris Hotel and Eiffel Tower and you can cross over the strip by way of a walkway overpass directly to Caesars Palace and the wonderful sites and fun that also awaits. Access to the Deuce and SDX RTC express for getting around the city if you want to leave your car at home is great and will take you from one end of the strip all the way to the wonderful Fremont street experience. and after a wonder Day experiencing all the sites and fun Las Vegas has to offer you can return back to Bally's Las Vegas for a Night Cap or More fun at the slot's and poker table's or take in some Live acts at the Indigo Bar.

Our room was huge and newly renovated with a King Bed. Love Seat and a Armchair above and beyond the normal desks. Internet was good ($39 / day resort fee included this service). The shower needed drain servicing and was done in a few hours and that was appreciated. This hotel is very central on the strip allowing you to walk to over a dozen hotels easily. All staff we dealt with were courteous and helpful. Food we had was mostly fast food in the hotel food shops area.

My sisters and I had a great 4 day vacation at Bally's. We had 2 great large adjoining rooms and the beds were very comfortable. We had to get a scooter for my sister and they were most accommodating. They even let us keep it an extra 1/2 day and didn't charge us. It's too bad they do not provide coffee machines in the rooms. Also the pool closes at 6...way too early.

Great location centre strip without paying centre strip prices!! Room was very clean and view was amazing! Only negative is that there was a room service tray in the hallway for three days and no one cleaned it up. Staff were friendly and professional. Would stay there again

We had an amazing trip and stay in Vegas. Bally's staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean and well kept during our stay. The only disappointment was arriving late to find out they had given our room with a king bed away. It was blown off as there is nothing they can do it's gone. We would stay there again regardless!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and seemed to be renovated. Decor was simply yet elegant. The hotel is right in the middle of the strip, making it easy to get from one place to another.

The room was rather worn, but Bally's has a great air cleaning system, so this is the third time I have stayed there. The beds, bedding, pillows and towels are good quality. The public area for signing in and accessing the strip is horrible to walk through due to the amount of cigarette smoke in the air from the casino area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great - mid strip. Also a $20 cab ride from the airport. I would recommend this with the above caveats.

I love Ballys, the hotel, restaurant and access to Paris is just amazing and also close to other hotels. We always eat breakfast at "Nosh" no complain with the food but some lady cashiers have a strong personality. They should be at least cordial, they showed their emotions if the the customer couldn't order as fast as they could and another cashier with a loud voice. I did not experience it but I saw and heard as I was just waiting for our orders (my husband and son). Overall it's excellent.

The hotel was good. Location very central. Room was clean and every thing worked. The only thing bad as a lot of the other places on the strip is that is a long way from road or parking garage to the room.

Hotel was clean, great service! Indigo Lounge bar was fabulous, amazing staff!!! Brandi, James and Ladil were incredibly hospitable, we visited this lounge daily as a result of the great ambiance provided by these amazing bartenders. Coffee bar & Nosh deli was friendly with delicious breakfast!! Fantastic central location!

When we arrived on the red eye (already tired), we were told our room we booked over 8 weeks in advance was unavailable. We had selected and paid for an upgraded room. We were offered to move from a lower grade room the next day which would interrupt our plans so we stayed where we were given. We were told on check in that if we decided to stay in the room assigned we would be reimbursed for the 4 day upgrade. This did not happen. The next day when we talk to the gentleman at the desk he said it was not possible to reimburse our upgrade fee and all they could do was reimburse 3 days of our resort fees. I found this to be unusual as the supervisor the night before had informed us differently. He went to his supervisor who would only reimburse the resort fee for 3 days. In my opinion the staff need to be given clearer instructions on how to deal with issues as they arise. When we finally got to our lower grade room neither key card worked and I had to go back to the desk for new keys, all of this also happened to two others in our group. I was not impressed....

great services ,rooms were large ,food was good a little pricey ,lots of new slots to play .I would stay there again .Went with a bunch of ladies and the area to play was easy to find each other when needed ,access to Paris hotel and monorail to visit other hotels

Quickly placed into our roomsSpacious rooms friendly staff clean gambling area. Nice restaurants prices.comp breakfest was a bonus.Would go back anytime . looking forward to playing there again in the future. Very beautiful venders a little pushy but just doing thier job. Miss it all ready.

The location of Ballys was excellent. It was close to many of the most popular resorts (i.e. Caesars and Bellagio) and was an excellent price. Our casino and lobby was not as impressive as others but again was significantly cheaper than others and had excellent customer service. We were upgraded to a suite for the first night since no other non smoking rooms were available. For the inconvenience we had 2 resort fees taken off of our bill (60 US dollars). We also got fantastic advice from the concierge regarding where to eat, buy tickets for shows and the grabd canyon and where to shop. It was an amazing first time experience and we will definitely be back at Ballys. I would definitely recommend this resort. I now love Vegas!

I did like the hotel; the location was perfect however the glasses in the room were dirty. I did like the view we got on the strip from ballys though. The pool was closed at 7 which I didn't like at all!

The room was big and very clean. Requested a view of the strip and was given that. The check in was fast and very efficient and the cleaning staff very good. The location is very good, centre strip. Not sure what else anyone could want.

While I know it was a three star, it was actually worse than expected. The wallpaper in our room was disgusting, as in really dirty with patches where maybe they covered the worst stains? Mattress was hard and not a pillow top, like you usually see in hotels. Staff was friendly and it is in a convenient location, and the pool was beautiful, but they really need to update the rooms.

The room part was nice, the staff very friendly and helpful the main floor too much smoke, everything's so expensive. The slots didn't pay much, played over $1000.00 and the most i won was $100.00, not too impressive/

Bally's is excellent. Perfect location, amazing view of the strip ( book Jubilee tower), connected to Paris, easy access to transportation. Only thing missing is sitting space in the lobby area. We would have liked to be able to sit for a coffee or for breakfast, but there is no place for this. Non smokers will find the air in the lobby is very heavy. Overall, excellent choice, we will stay at Bally's again when will visit Vegas next time. We highly recommend it!

I decided to go to Vegas for my holidays so looked for different deals while searching on different travel websites I found the cheapest deal on Tripcentral.ca among all the websites I searched for including the flight timing and the hotel I wanted. I booked the trip just two days before my trip and trip central guys sent me all the details and itinerary details immediately also can confirmed about the details with me with two phone calls . I had excellent fun filled trip to Vegas. Trip central will be the1st site I will search for while booking my next vocation. I have already recommended about this website to my fiends .

The room lacked many essential amenedies ...ie fan in the washroom, fridge and Internet. The casino was very smoky, more so than other hotels. The concierge was helpful but it took a long wait before speaking to him.

From the moment we walked in, Bally's was amazing. Their staff are so friendly and helpful we knew we made the right choice in staying here. The room was big and clean! We never had any issues during our stay and we couldn't have asked for better customer service. I'll definitely stay here again.

Being my first time in Las Vegas and not knowing what to expect , I was very impressed with Ballys Hotel. Very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful staff. The hotel has two large towers, each one 26 floors. We stayed in the Jubilee Tower. The room was a comfortable size ,clean, but I call it WORN. the carpet was faded, worn, and dirty in spots. The furniture was worn as well. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room could certainly use a new change. The bathroom was large enough, and also very clean. Over all the room was ok . The lest of the hotel was good. The best feature of the Hotel was location. It is in the middle of the strip with any form of transportation at the hotel or very near by.

We had reserved and paid for a King Std room, but when we check in they didn't have one for us. They gave us a Queen deluxe room instead, (which other than the bed is no different according tothe descriptions on the website. We asked for something to be done about it, maybe comp a couple meals, or a show - they refused saying 'There's nothing we can do'. We didn't eat any meals at Bally's, but we di eat at a few of the places in Paris Paris which is attached. The room was clean, the casino smelled of smoke, and the check in area is congested most times

Balllys is located in a perfect location on the strip. Our stay there, was very pleasant. Employees very friendly and our rooms in the Jubilee tower were clean and spacious. Ballys is attached to Paris, which was convenient to go back and forth. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Had a great time the hotel service was great. Rooms were clean and when we had a problem with a leaky faucet they had maint up to fix it within hours even thou it was New Years Eve and very busy. They also made sure that we were aware of the restrictions for no glass wear for New Years Eve for our safety. Had a great time

Upgraded our room to the Jubilee Tower, well worth the extra cost (not that much) lovely big room looking into the eiffel tower at Paris which is connected to Ballys, Also, you can use the pool in the Paris resort, beautiful.

I loved the room very well kept. The room was perfect size. Staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. Will go back. The casino was great well lit and very easy to get around good shopping. The pool was beautiful and peaceful enjoyed it very much.

Hotel was better than expected. Read some revews and was conscerned but everything I hoped for. Location was perfect. Hotel was under some outside construction but nothing that affected my stay. Price was about the going rate.

The hotel was standard. The greeting staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and did the trick. The only thing I could complain about is that the maid service showed up at the most random times. But seriously, the hotel was perfect for what we wanted. We didn't spend much time there and the location was perfect.

The room we got was more than what we were expecting. The hotel staff is very polite and accommodating. The outdoor pool was a nice place to hang out and meet people! Restaurants were delicious. Highly recommended.

This hotel was awesome people were very nice and always there to help out enjoyed the casino very much staff was right there when u needed them my first time there and would definitely go back and stay there for sure

The hotel was central to the Strip. Staff were helpful and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. They helped with a later check-out to better suit our flight arrangements. Pool was under repair and we had access to pool at Paris next door. My wife's first Vegas experience was first class
