Best price vs location rooms were nice for the price, lots of cheap eats in the miracle mile shops, 2 abc stores and a cvs with in 5 minutes of the room.rooms have a fridge and no automatic charge bar in the room!

First time staying at this particular property; had stayed on the same site previously, when it was known as Imperial Palace. Plus, friendly and helpful staff. Would book it again, as well as recommend it to others. as it is in a very good location, plus it has a very good selection of restaurants and other amenities.

Everything from dining to our room was perfect we had zero complaints, we will be coming back. Everything was clean and all staff was super friendly. The casino was fun and the salt grass restaurant was our favourite place to eat.

The Bellagio was a fantastic hotel, it was very big and had many wonderful restaurants and bars. The staff were very good and the room we had was excellent very clean and spacious. The pool area and pools were excellent. Very clean hotel overall service was excellent, the only downfall very busy.

The hotel is located walking distance from the mall , Venetian and palazzo which saves money. The staff is helpful and friendly The cafe shop has a great breakfast menu and the restaurant is clean the food and service is great. One night I dine at the steakhouse and their preset menu is amazing I had the fillet mignion which was perfectly cooked.

It’s very high class. The staff are friendly and amazing service, I had an excellent experience. Whenever I have questions for them about they’re very patient in answering with clear context. I will definitely go there again!!!

Great resort on the strip access to hotels and trams very convenient. A short walk to Allegiant Stadium, nice restaurants and shops as well, reasonably priced and nice clean rooms, will for sure be returning.

Fontainebleau is an amazing resort. Clean and smelled great!!! Spa like !! Rooms where clean, roomy, bathroom was beautiful. great experience! Only thing was the restaurant on the 2nd level took a long time to make food.

I recently stayed at Fontainebleau Las Vegas while attending the ASD Market Week, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. From the moment the trip was booked, everything went smoothly thanks to Luis Serrano, who secured us an excellent package deal on both flights and hotel. There were no issues at all, everything was seamless and stress-free. One of the standout perks was the complimentary baggage included with our flights, along with additional credits and benefits that made the trip even more enjoyable. A major highlight was using the Las Vegas Convention Center Loop. The Tesla Loop made getting around incredibly fast and convenient, especially during the busy trade show days. It saved us time and made transportation between venues effortless. The Fontainebleau itself is stunning, modern, clean, and perfectly located for attending trade shows. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere felt upscale yet welcoming after long days at ASD. Between the smooth travel arrangements, great value, the convenience of the Tesla Loop, and high-quality accommodations, this trip was a success from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the hotel and booking through Luis Serrano for a hassle-free experience.

They didn’t clean the room at no point of our stay, after we called multiple times and even went down to the front desk. Had to keep asking for towels and even had to ask for clean sheets and changed it ourselves.

The room was clean, did find the food at the hotel good but expensive, would have been nice to have a coffee and tea maker in the room itself. Other than that was a great experience. The check in and check out was nice and quick, liked that they store your luggage if you have a later flight but have to check out in the morning.

Overall disappointing to see the hotel charged $50 usd a day for a resort fee when it had to do with housekeeping and use of the gym facilities and Wi-Fi when the housekeeping never came, even though we called a few times Wi-Fi was sporadic and who uses the gym when they go to Vegas? I also had an incident where the soap dispensers were leaking. when we arrived into the room, there was soap all over the bathroom floor and all over the countertop we had called to ask for someone to come and help clean it up and provide toiletries based on the soap that was empty. when we return to our room, there was a bag on the floor with supplies for us and more towels to clean it ourselves, the soap was not cleaned up. I tipped the front desk $40 US to provide us with a room that was joining and also a better view of the strip and we were given a room that stared right into the horseshoe. Overall. Disappointed.

The hotel is very large and offers free parking, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and well maintained. It is located at the end of the strip, so it’s quieter but still easy to get around. Check-in took a bit longer than expected, but overall the stay was very pleasant and I enjoyed everything.

I recently stayed at the Bellagio and absolutely loved everything about it — from the stunning design and luxurious facilities to the overall atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, and the service throughout the hotel was top-notch. The only downside is that everything on-site, especially food and restaurants, was quite overpriced. Still, the experience, comfort, and beauty of the hotel made it worth it. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a true Las Vegas luxury experience.

Paris Las Vegas was the place to be. The hotel registration was intricately decorated. It is like being in Palais De Versailles’ Mirror Ballroom’! The casino and restaurants were spectacular. It made me feel like I was walking the cobblestone streets of Paris. The many restaurants transported me while I was having my croissant and macarons! We had a suite fit for a king!! The views outside is great unbelievable. The replica Eiffel Tower and balloon sums it all up. Situated in the middle of the Las Vegas strip was perfect ! Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and attractions. We had son much fun in Las Vegas.

Staying at the Golden Nugget was a nice experience. It is definitely in the top 3 of the downtown hotels. I stayed in the Rush Tower which was close to the pool and Casino. I was provided with a very large room with a coffee maker [4 coffee pods] and multiple bottles of water in the fridge. The other advantage of staying at Downtown Vegas is all of the Casinos are close by [within walking distance] and you get the Fremont Experience.

At check in we had a very unexpected additional $256 US resort fee which in Canadian is a heck of alot more when you weren't expecting it!! Also at check in, unlike other hotels. No map, no information of the facilities or where anything was. Just a room key and a quick description on how to get there. The room we were given was pretty much in the basement. The view out the window was a wall. We couldn't even see if it was a sunny day. The room was very dated, shower only making it next to impossible to shave your legs if you are a woman. Or a man I supppose. Considering we paid more for our three day trip to Vegas then we will our all inclusive trip to Mexico coming up this December, I think it's fair to say I will not be visiting Vegas again anytime soon, nor will I be staying at the MGM Grand.

I have to say this is by far the most luxurious hotel in Las Vegas hands-down the staff very attentive and very polite. I had a small issue at arrival and it was taken care of immediately. I recently stayed at the Paris Las Vegas Resort, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel really captures the charm and elegance of Paris, from the stunning Eiffel Tower replica outside to the stylish French-inspired décor throughout the property. The location on the Strip is unbeatable—everything you’d want to explore in Las Vegas is within easy walking distance. My room was comfortable, clean, and well-designed, with a great view that made the stay feel extra special.

The Planet Hollywood hotel was the best choice from the great location to many food options. Our beautiful Vegas Strip view room was stunning! We were directly in view of the Bellagio Hotel and the fountain show never stopped entertaining us. I would recommend this hotel it is perfectly located in the middle of the strip and offers everything you need for a memorable holiday. Viva Las Vegas!

The hotel was very clean and front desk was polite. The room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels were clean. The location was great to get around to other attractions on the strip… great location! No problem checking in or checking out.

Our recent stay at Caesars Palace had its highs and lows. The hotel itself is stunning, with top-notch amenities, excellent dining options, and a truly iconic Vegas atmosphere. However, the check-in process was slow and disorganized, which was disappointing after a long day of travel. This lack of coordination at the front desk made our arrival feel less seamless than expected from a property of this caliber. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by our travel agent, Luis Serrano. He handled bookings for five employees—each with specific room preferences and seating arrangements—and managed every detail with professionalism and efficiency. Despite the demands and high expectations, Luis kept our entire itinerary perfectly organized and was consistently available for communication and support throughout the trip. Thanks to Luis's dedication and attention to detail, our group felt well taken care of—even when the hotel itself fell short in some areas. Caesars Palace remains a strong option for a Vegas stay, but improvements to their check-in experience would greatly enhance the overall guest satisfaction. Many thanks again to Luis for making the rest of our trip smooth and stress-free.

The first thank you goes to Kateryna Mikhailiuk, for taking care of every single detail; from flights to accommodation, to events and entertainment. Everything was a dream. The atmosphere of Paris is romantic and vintage look that is absolutely breathtaking. The location is in the middle of the strip; bordering the best hotels and casinos, all in walking distance. A must-try and there is no way you can be disappointed.

The good: Hotel was beautiful and clean. The location is great as it’s central to the Venetian, the sphere, etc. Our room was large and cleaned daily. Staff was friendly upon check in and during our time at the resort. We checked out encore Beach club and saw a concert which was perfect and so nice that it was located on our property! Lots of shopping, restaurants, and bars in this resort. Uber and rideshare is conveniently located at the entrance. The bad: not many bad things to say about this location. I will say skip out on the buffet. It’s quite expensive and there’s better options for dining. There is no Starbucks in this resort which would’ve been convenient.

Our stay was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to a Golden room, which was clean and had fully functioning air conditioning. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect — super close to all the entertainment in Vegas! I definitely recommend it!!!

$75 charge to my room while I was at the Grand Canyon ruined the end of my trip. Front desk had 3 people working and a line a mile long so I had to leave to catch my flight. Extremely disappointed and angry at this.

Hello! First of all I want to express how disappointed we were with your hotel! We decided to stayed on your hotel because of the location and views from your balcony! We were there to celebrate our anniversary and had requested high floor since we got room with balcony! The check in experience was horrible never seen 5 star hotel doing what you guys did to us! I got there little bit before 3 pm and I was told my room wasn’t ready as they were cleaning those suite types, which is understandable. What is not understandable is telling costumers that when my room is ready I will receive phone call or email and not doing it! I had to go physically to the front desk (anfter waiting 30 minutes in line), and ask if my room was ready and than wait another half an hour to confirm there is a room ready, but all that was available now was on a lower floor! I could clear hear other customers right beside me checking in same type of room and getting higher floors! I even said I would pay extra to get higher floors! Unfortunately I wish I could say good things about my stay at your hotel but I can’t ! We came so early that day to check in, and if the person who helped us did their job and informed us when a room was ready, the. Perhaps we would have had a better one, but instead others who came after us got the higher floors, while we sat around waiting for an email that never came. I just hope in the future the team that was there could be trained little bit more with customer care.

We recently stayed at this hotel after booking what was advertised and confirmed online as one of their King Suites. The photos and descriptions gave us high expectations — unfortunately, the reality was far from what was promised. Upon arrival, we were informed that we’d been placed in what staff referred to as their “oldest” King Suites— a room with no view (we were literally facing a brick wall), minimal daylight, and noticeably fewer amenities than expected. The room didn’t even include a fridge. What followed felt less like a welcome and more like a thinly veiled sales pitch: we were offered the opportunity to upgrade to the King Suite we had originally thought we’d booked — for an extra $100+ per night. It was disappointing and frankly disingenuous, especially given that the hotel was clearly not at full capacity. To make matters worse, one of the bottles of water in the room — which the hotel expects guests to pay for upon consumption — had already been half-drunk when we arrived. Overall, the experience felt transactional, not hospitable — and a far cry from the high standard I’ve come to expect and enjoy from hotels in Las Vegas. Sadly, this visit left a sour impression, and I’d hesitate to return or recommend it.

Location was good for us but I have a couple things that for the price NEEDED to be included. A mini fridge not in the room and no coffee maker, like come on MGM Group you that hard up for money? The $50/night resort tax should cover those easily. The staff especially the cleaning staff (young fellow) was super nice, he deserves a raise. Vegas has become stupid expensive.

Hotel was clean and actually quiet in the hallways most of the time, beds where comfortable all the pools where closed except one but they looked like they will be great when they reopen. The koi , sucks, flamingos and turtles were great to see...

Perfect location as it is central on the strip, with lots to do within the hotel! A must do in Vegas, from shopping to food, all around a great time! Staff were friendly, elevators were quick, and atmosphere was beautiful. Room was updated and clean!

The hotel and casino were clean and HUGE! There was always something to do, a happy hour and shopping!!! You are right in the middle of the strip. I loved Flights and Blondies and the Cantera. Caramella Italian restaurant AMAZING! Hidden speakeasy...blew my mind!!! I would absolutely stay here again.

We found this hotel very easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying there for a few nights. Lots of entertainment and things to see. Easy to go to other hotels with out going outside.

Our stay at the Excalibur was great. Room was clean, fresh towels daily absolutely no problems at all. I would highly recommend staying there. The only thing this hotel needs is coffee makers in the rooms, Starbucks is way to expensive!

The hotels exterior design was colorful and attractive! However, was disappointed to know that we need to request for bed sheet change with housekeeping. We stayed for 4 nights. We already noticed stains on our bed sheet and pillow cases prior to us using the bed, but since we are too tired, we still slept on it. Until the 3rd day, we have to call house keeping to let them know that the sheets have not been changed. In my surprise, i was told that we need to request for a sheet change by calling them. (Have not done this in our other stays in other hotels). Anyways, instead of the person pacifying me, she was defensive when i called.

The hotel was decent. No in room coffee maker or fridge. The price of food was ridiculous. We did not eat at the hotel. The breakfast buffett was $41.99 per person. I am shocked that they still allow smoking in the casino. The gym was great and had free filtered water. I booked the trip through a third party and the hotel added a surcharge of $50 a day which I was not impressed by. Next time I will book direct.

Great location, center strip. Good access to Linq Promenade for affordable eats and pubs. Price was right. Other resorts have extra glitz but I prefer old school Vegas and Flamingo fit the bill. This was my 7th trip to Vegas and honestly this was my favourite hotel to date.

Had a wonderful time. Loved our hotel and the location. We did have a lil issue at check in but resolved quickly was hoping for an upgrade but the time checked was to hectic and was unable to get one. Will definitely be going back

A long walk great stay and super hotel…be ready to walk, it’s a long way from the parking lot to check in. the resort fee also sneaks up on you. there is no coffee in the room, i found that very disappointing.

The room was gorgeous and the bathroom was beautiful. However the bathroom was quite dirty with splotches of something all over the floor and hair all over the inside of the shower and tub. Was very quiet except on the last morning when they started cleaning up the demolished stairs at 6:30 in the morning.

The lobby is nice but the rooms need tender loving care. We were in the Julius and you can tell it was old. Also, the amount of smoke in that particular hotel is exorbitant. My lungs hurts how much smoke I inhaled. I chose to go to other hotels to spend my money. Their air filter is terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

I have stayed at Planet Hollywood twice now, and each time has been problematic. I decided to give it a second chance, but after this experience, I will not be returning. Below are the issues we encountered: Blood-Stained Sheets: We discovered blood on our sheets, and it took three calls to housekeeping over 1.5 days to get them changed. During this time, we were forced to sleep on a bare mattress with towels on top. Room Availability: Our room was not ready when we arrived, and we waited 3.5 hours to be assigned one. Even then, the room we originally booked was still unavailable, so we were moved to a different room in a separate tower. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially as we were on a family vacation and ended up being separated. Sewage Issue: On our last day, our shower began filling with wastewater, which emitted a foul smell. My partner, a water well technician, quickly identified it as sewage. When we reported this to the front desk, the concierge attempted to have us remain in the room while they sent someone to fix the issue. This was an obvious health hazard, yet it wasn't until we argued with the rude manager that we were moved to another room. Billing Errors: We were charged three separate times for resort fees and have had to call to dispute these charges. Each interaction with staff has been met with defensiveness and rudeness. Overall, I will not be returning to Planet Hollywood. I would gladly pay more to stay at another resort if it means avoiding these kinds of issues.

Overall amazing experience. Esthetically hotel is stunning. Food was very good for the most part although breakfast as Sedelle's feels rather rushed and is super busy--we sometimes had to wait quite awhile for service. However, they serve premium teas and good coffee so the waiting was pleasant enough. Having first rate restaurants in the hotel itself was a bonus as was the Cirque du Soleil show O. Show, dinner and room all in one location, right on the strip, facing the Bellagio Fountains was awesome! HIghly recommend.

We were happy with the bed/room. That was about it. I can't believe there was no mini fridge in the room, that was extra cost. There was a Keurig machine in the room, no pods, have to purchase your own. No complementary water. Shower not closed in so water gets everywhere. What is the point of paying a Resort Fee when you have to pay for everything else on top. Shame on Harrahs for doing that to their guests. Casino was not ventilated enough for the intense smoke in the air. Will I stay there again, probably not.

The beauty of this resort is first of all... The location. Can't beat it.! We actually upgraded our room and had an amazing view of the entire strip, as well as the skating rink at the Cosmopolitan and the Bellagio fountains. The room itself was clean and modern..plus bonus of having a mini fridge in the room as most do not. THE adjoing rooms could use soundproofing as we heard them in the next room BUT not in the hallway. Large bathroom with private toilet room / walkin shower ( good water pressure ) and a bathtub ( no makeup / shaving mirror ? ) Casino a good size and the layout great for comming and going as its attached to the shopping centre and the main strip.

Great location, good room, restaurants were a bit pricey but noticed that was the price everywhere else, unless you pick fast food. CVS is downstairs with cheap booze and 24hrs. Everything is walking distance. Took an uber to downtown vegas. Only downside is the shower was cold! Other than that, everything went pretty smoothly and beds were comfy!

the hotel was located in a great central area on Freemont - unfortunately 2 of the parties with our group ( myself - my shower did not work at all and after I called 3 times they finally came and agreed that yes it is broken.. ) and another couple had to move rooms due to separate plumbing issues during our brief stay - no offer to compensate - despite the other parties fancy dress and bag for the weeding we were attending getting soaked due to the leak in their closet from the room above

Had a wonderful time at Planet Hollywood. My first time stying there in ten years. The location of this property is what makes it so appealing and convenient. Plus, a tonne of affordable eating/drinking options thanks to the Miracle Mile shops. Check-in was great, got an ungrade to a higher floor and fountain view thanks to Royce. Room was clean, large and delivered on a world-class view. Decor of rooms is a little sparse - they lack warmth in their design, but that's hardly a reason not to stay here. Easy to access designated rideshare area. Busy, lively casino. A great choice if worried about budget - lots of wallet-friendly faire. Middle of the road quality - nothing spectacular, but nothing vacation destroying, either. Starting to show some wear and tear around the edges. New Food Hall coming later in 2024 - should open up even more affordable dining options.

After a positive experience in the past, we opted to return to the Wynn for several reasons as follows: 1) The Breakfast Buffet, which was terrible - cold food and under-cooked and inflated price. The room paid for the food and we decided to eat elsewhere for Brunch during the remainder of our stay. 2) entertainment - we enjoyed La Reve in the past but encountered ‘Awakening’ with a 10-minute stoppage in the middle due to tech issues, where we were tempted to walk out. 3) we discovered a pre-stocked refrigerator loaded with over-priced items and we were informed we couldn’t store our cold drinks there, for food and perishable snacks that we purchased downstairs and during our stay on the Strip. When placing enquiries at the front desk to obtain a fridge, we were told there was ice available on our floor. NEVER AGAIN will we waste our money. 4) we assumed the hotel would be equipped to support modern computer and telecom equipment but discovered our iPhone and laptop chargers weren’t compatible nor supported by the hotel rooms plug-in stations. No adapters were available at the front desk so we were told to buy one at the shop inside the hotel. 5) pool-side cocktails were terrible and over-priced. We ordered a hotel ‘special’ suggested by the waiter and for 2 drinks paid nearly $100US but couldn’t swallow or drink so asked for something else- we requested a replacement beverage but were told we would be charged. After complaining, the drinks were still on the invoice charged to the room. 6) we were given a room with a view on the 53rd floor. The elevator listed a maximum of 60 floors but we were only able to count a much lower number of distinct floors by adding up the windows from the exterior of the building. When we asked the resort staff no one could explain the mathematical discrepancy. This hotel aspires to attract the ‘high rollers’, an elite and influential clientele but despite the promotion of well-branded, high-quality retail stores, the Wynn is not equipped to provide the complementary level of customer service to its loyal patrons regardless of the guest and their specific needs or wealth. The rest of the city has become more diverse and inclusive to welcome a wider mix of travelers. With better service and more choice offered elsewhere at a greater value for our dollar, we will not return to this hotel in future when visiting Las Vegas.

Love. Vegas. One of my favorite destinations. I love the location of the Hotel. Rooms are great. We stayed in the Agustus tower Great security and friendly staff ready to assist. I will continue to go to Las Vegas for the dry heat. We travel with West Jet and return on a redeye which gives us a full four nights. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE

The Cromwell hotel was amazing place to stay very accommodating .the Drai pool area was fabulous I wish there had been better choices for breakfast on week days.Also transportation to and from the Harry Reid airport would have been a bonus.

The hotel was modern, voluminous and very lively. The rooms were extremely spacious, tastefully furnished and clean. The bathrooms were lavish with upscale features including soaking tubs, high-end, lush linens and towels. Furthermore, the ambiance is perfectly maintained for the guest's convenience. The swimming pools provided a refreshing amenity for its guests, including a hot tub.

Food and service was excellent! I would highly recommend the Wynn to anyone who if thinking of travelling to Las Vegas. I would highly recommend eating at Sumatra’s or even Allegro if you’re looking for something more casual

Amazing, 5 star in every way. I traveled all over the world. This place has got to be one of the best hotels ever. I would recommend this anyone who decides to go to Las Vegas for a trip. The rooms are amazing comfortable suites. Pools and food restaurants are an abundance. If I had three thumbs I'd get this one all three.

Upon arriving for check in we were greated with excellent service by the staff. All were pooite and welcoming as well as very engaging with answering our questions. Check in was quick and efficient. Although we were about 1hr early for their recommended check in time, they found us a room abd off we went with bo extra fees. We were offered an upgrade, however kindly declined as we would not be spending much time in the room as our stay was for 3 nights. Once we made it ip to our room, we were pleasantly surprised, it was VERY clean and AC worked wonders! All the resort is clean throughout. Staff are exceptional, even with having guests smoking on/in resort grounds, there is very little odor to such. We have tried the food court, which is good for a quick bite, but we must highlight the service and food at Carlos’n Charlies’s, we kept returning!! All in all, we would return 100%! Very pleased with our stay!

We were very happy to have stayed at PH. The location is perfect and the room was very clean and a great size. Navigating around the property is so easy compared to other places. The pool was also very nice and clean. Only thing was resort fee was $56usd per day which might be the norm nowadays. Other than that, could not complain at all about it. Great experience!

Just returned from the Flamingo resort. My daughter and I were there for my Birthday June 15th - 22nd. We had an awesome time there!! The hotel was Awesome ? Everyone was so helpful. The rooms were clean and provided all the things that you needed. We stayed in a flamingo Room and had a lovely view of the Go Pool ? Our fridge kept our drinks super cold. Beds are comfortable. The wifi is super fast and the daily housekeeping service was very good ? Lots of towels and wash cloths daily, toilet tissue,kleenex, new cups and toiletries. You NEED to visit this hotel it was fantastic and on future visits I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!! Thank You Flamingo and Thank you Las Vegas for the most memorable vacation I have ever had !!!!

We enjoyed this hotel as it has a very unique vibe. The staff did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is off strip but only 15 min walk from miracle mile for us this was no big deal.

The hotel is over the top beautiful, clean and staff were all helpful and friendly. Many restaurants to choose from and everything was delicious. No complaints at this 5 star resort! We had an amazing time!

Once I got my room all squared away(as when I got to the hotel, I was informed my room was cancelled.) Was very distressing. Our flight was delayed an hour then to be told my room was cancelled. My anxiety was very high. The one staff member was not very personable and he told me to stand aside while he served other customers.

The rooms were nice, the staff not customer centered, I wasn't provided info on bell desk, waited in long lines to ask questions. Whereas other hotels the employees eager to respond and assist. Could not sit at poolside unless paid for seat, people reserved with towels and spent most of the day away from pool.

The hotel was beautiful. The grounds were great. The room was perfect couldn’t have asked for better. my wife and I booked this trip for our birthdays and had a incredible time with the restaurants we booked shows we saw and the hotel I would recommend this to anybody

We really enjoyed our stay but we're very dissatisfied with the view ...a brick wall?? Seriously ? and No room service at all, apparently it was Extra.. Charrged double resort fees at check in!! instead of $150 charged me $300. Other guests expressed there concern and surprise at this. We were told we would get it back when we checked out , it was a deposit. Everything was super expensive, like $8 for a coffee? Seriously ?

Golden Nugget is a fantastic hotel, right in the heart of where we wanted to be! The pool was so fun and relaxing!! The bars where fantastic! We had one little hiccup at Vic and Anthony but they handled it with class! Will go back for sure!

Beautiful hotel Friendly staff nice restaurants. Right on Fremont in the middle of action. Always stayed on the strip before , but now it's the nugget for me . I even won enough on my last night to pay for my trip

Room was just average cosidering such a grand looking hotel.Stayed in the Versailles Tower and by my standards,was not up to par..There was no mini fridge and no shelf in the shower for soap,shampoo etc.

The second night in Vegas my husband's wallet was stolen somewhere between our hotel elevator and a nearby restaurant. At first the lady at the front desk was helpful telling us we could use our room phone at no charge to cancel our credit and debit cards, etc. When I was having some trouble and went back to the desk for more help she became very rude like I'd already used my allotment of support and now she was just annoyed by us. The next morning when I went back to the front desk to ensure we weren't charged for the calls, another incredibly rude lady informed me that i was charged and there was nothing that could be done about it. She was instantly rude the second I walked up to the desk despite not having met me before or knowing why I was coming to talk to her. I was directed to talk to billing so I phoned them and they directed me back to the front desk. I managed to locate a manager who ended up being very kind and helpful. He was empathetic about out situation and removed all the phone charges from our bill. Lesson learned, don't bother talking to the front desk for help, go straight to management. Apart from the front desk the hotel was great. Very clean, really nice cleaning staff, nice rooms, beautiful pool and nice atmosphere. Great location as well on the older side of the strip.

it was very clean and uplifting while being there. felt like home. very friendly workers. recieved alot of help from staff from all restaurants and floor of casino. met many different people from all over the world. it was fun going to visit different places . We enjoyed going to meet rick from pawn stars and hells kitchen for a meal. we also enjoy the two cirque de soleil. we spent time at the sphrere and we also enjoyed time at the hockey game and vegas even won woohoo.

It is March Break here in BC, so my sister, friend and I booked a trip to Las Vegas to enjoy some sun, good weather, and a resort pool. When we arrived, the pool was closed. The security guard at the pool kept telling everyone it was going to open in a day or two since they were just checking the water. We found out, after asking the concierge, that the pool is not open year round anymore because of new owners and that the pool will open some time in April. The three of us had specifically booked a trip to Las Vegas for the heat and sun, and we booked this hotel for its beautiful pool. For future March breaks, I will be looking at different destinations or at other Las Vegas hotels or resorts with operating pools.

There were not enough washrooms in the casino in fact it was closer to go to the washroom in the next door casino than it was in the Linq. kept having problems with room keys they charged an Extra $500 at check in and i am still trying to find out what it was for

Good staff, good access to strip, slots need to pay out more ...Decent shopping on site. Rooms were average size, but need to have fridge in every room. Didn't do any shows on site, but was told they were good.

We really enjoyed staying at Paris hotel, and casino. The amazing Eiffel tower decor, and the quaint French restaurants created a terrific ambiance. The pool deck was also spectacular. Service was good throughout all restaurants and poolside. The one very negative aspect was the hotel bed. Neither my husband nor I could sleep on it. We asked to have a foldaway cot brought in because the bed caused my back and legs so much pain. Apparently, other people have been complaining about the beds at this hotel as well. Hopefully with patrons letting the hotel staff know about the issue, better beds will be put in place. We would love to go back again, as long as sleeping situations are resolved.

Hotel is very good overall. Staff was excellent. I was hoping to stay longer since my plane was at 8:30 pm. They said I could only stay an extra hour for $29.I left something in my room. At 4:00 my room wasn’t made yet. I could have rented it for longer. Disappointed.

Amazing hotel will return again like staying there nice staff and accomadating!! Bed are really comfortable after a long day and flight.. nice rooms!!! Hotel parking is close and walking distance close to the mono rail also!! Always a pleasure staying at this resort

Cleanliness, poor - gritty dust on furniture, had to wipe down furniture, found receipt under powder table from previous occupant, dresser drawers would not stay closed once clothes were placed in them and toilet ran continuously if you did not jiggle lever. Resort area was kept clean and restaurants were very good.

Had a great vacation, the hotel was clean, nice staff, easy access to food and drinks with a mad apple amazing fun show. Room was good size clean and comfortable bed but didn’t like the carpet, no fridge and no water pressure in the shower.

Very impressed with Caesar Palace....Its the best resort in Las Vegas. However, Caesar Palace does have its flaws. The prices in this hotel are very high, so its hard to dine, to shop or to enjoy this hotel to its max. This hotel is very exciting, very inviting, very comfortable. The room at Octavius Tower is fine, except for some minor repairs needed. Also, the room does not have a microwave or a hair dryer. It does have a coffee maker, but no products to make the coffee. One main complaint, is the fridge...The notice on the wall about the fridge is hidden behind the chocolates, the waters, the wines. Guests might not be aware of its policy on the fridge. Apparently, this fridge should be out of reach to every guest, unless, the guest is purchasing the products in the fridge. Because of all these products in the fridge, there is no space for the guests to place their own food, own purchases. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS FRIDGE FOR YOUR OWN PURPOSE....YOU WILL BE CHARGED. Unfortunately, we did not know of this policy while we were there, and we were charged...The cost was high, close to $85 plus if caught...The hotel has its own microchip camera and they videotape everything, if the guest opens this fridge. I would say, this is not proper and the guests can be caught in this situation easily. Of course, another issue is the Resort Fee per day in Las Vegas. Since the Resort Fee is on almost all of the huge and well known resorts in Las Vegas, there is not much, we can do about this. Lets hope this fee does not keep going up...its too high, already. These are our main concerns while visiting Las Vegas, 2024. Times have changed since the Good Old Days when everything was affordable. Now, even though, the Resorts in Las Vegas are still very Amazing and Fantastic, they are no longer accessible to Everyone, as before.

We stayed at new york new york it was nice. Its not a fancy one more relaxed vibe. Rooms are very clean. Impressed with security as well to show your key too. American restaurant is great for breakfast very reasonable priced for Vegas on the strip. Watch out for the time share people within the casino they get annoying bugging you to go attend a 2 hour event in order to get free tickets for a show.

We arrived at 11pm, there was a small line up at front desk, so we went to a kiosk and checking took us 10 mins. Our Burgandy Room Eiffel Tour View was clean, with towels, shampoo, conditioner, face soap and hair dryer. Didn't touch the snacks on the desk(very expensive) Our queen beds were super comfortable and had a nice duvet and 3 pillows on each bed. Room temp was great and very quickly adjustable..we like it cooler at night. Windows are dirty, such a shame as we had a beautiful view of the eiffel tower and Bellagio fountain from the 24th floor. We saw housekeeping daily, and on day 2 she quickly replaced our towels and took our garbage, left more soap. We told her not to bother making the beds. Elevators were quick. Check out from the TV was efficient. Yes the room is old and dated, but clean. Great value for what we paid. We were very happy with our stay.

The Bellagio is top notch! You can’t go wrong, luxurious and clean - I loved every minute! You should also book with Susan Snider, she was THE MOST attentive, helpful agent I have ever worked with, I will most certainly book with her again!

The Venetian is the best example of how to use your time wisely. Be it playing the slots or the tables it has it all. The amount of restaurants available to you is insane. 42 plus to serve you with any kind of appetizers and mains you want . I would recommend it very strongly can’t wait for the next time we come to Vegas

Walking into the Bellagio at Christmas time was spectacular!! Check in was a breeze but a few of us commented on how unfriendly the check in desk was. Our only big complaint was how you have to walk through a VERY smokey casino floor to get to your room. We went to other casinos and did not experience the amount of smoke that Bellagio had. Our rooms were beautiful and extremely clean but hallways smelled of smoke. Housekeeping was on their game. Grounds and fountains were beautiful and location is central on the strip. Check out was quick and staff were helpful. Overall, I would recommend Bellagio for location but not if you are a non smoker.

Rooms were very spacious and quiet. Loved all the amenities at the resort and also the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again, although the check in process was extremely long, especially because we arrived late.

I have been in Vegas many times before this is the first time that I wasn't happy about the hotel I stayed . -First our safe didn't work so I called the front desk they said they can only send someone when I was in the room, I asked when would they come they said we don't know it may take an hour or 3 . So they except me to stay there for hours. - Shower is flash with the floor and curtain is 2" shorter than the floor so when you take a shower all water goes into the washroom and no drainage, I have never seen this in any hotel. - Mattress is very old and soft if you have a back problem you are in big problem. - Closet light is broken I told them nobody came to fix it. - No blanket in the room. - heating is very bad when the heat stops cold air comes to the room ( its not the fan) -There is no Kleenex in the room .

No service and attention to the guests. There was no information, no service, you must ask for every single thing, room not cleaned properly and EVERYTHING is a money grab. And nobody seemed to care. You are not a guest but a money opportunity.

Beautiful hotel too big. Lots of restaurants suit all taste. Good customer service my roommate has a horrible migraine the day we are leaving . We called the customer service Miss Suha Helo was very nice she extended our check out plus she offered us a free breakfast I really enjoyed my stay

Hotel is average, rooms clean however outdated. Website showed pool open, when arrived pool was closed. We have arrived to hotel before noon on check in, after waiting in line to check in as kiosk check in was not working, front staff advised we were unable to check in until 4 pm but did give us our room number. When asked where the location of room will be she advised she did not know?, but will look up room overlooking strip for additional fees. I am sure she could of looked up this information. She advised we could check in right away as our room was ready, however there was a 50+ dollar fee for early check in which was not negotiable. We decided to return/wait in line again at 4 pm to check in. In all our travelling we have never had to pay for early check in, especially when hotel gives us our room number and says room is ready. Very poor customer service. Resort fees are something that I am not sure of as we did not receive anything for the additional fees being charged. Due to my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

The resort was nice and clean!!! The beds were perfect and very comfortable!! The lighting in the room need a little tlc but we fixed it and managed threw out are trip the shower was nice but the pressure from the head wasn’t strong but we managed threw out are stay!! The room was nice and the view saw the new sphere at night which we watch daily at at night because of it beauty!!!

This resort was perfect for us. The location just off the strip was a short walk and easily accessible. There was no casino which we loved since we don’t gamble. An added benefit was no smoking. There is a covered walkway to Cosmopolitan and Bellagio so a short distance to a casino, if that’s your pleasure. It’s also a short walk to Aria. There is a free tram that runs between Bellagio, Aria and Park MGM. Overall the resort felt calmer and quieter than the rest. The room was a suite. It was excellent in all ways…lots of room, a kitchenette, full bathroom, couch and bed. There were facilities for basic cooking and a very small fridge. The elevators were fast. There are no large restaurants, but a nice market for great sandwiches, fruit, desserts, drinks, etc. The bar served a decent selection of breakfasts and pub type munchies. Front desk service was excellent as was the room cleaning service. Vdara is a clean, well maintained modern resort and we would highly recommend a stay there!

Room was good and housekeeping was really nice.We did a later check out which was nice a and check in was good she let us check in little earlier also.very close to everything also very convenient.Rooms where clean and comfortable.pool was closed though cause it was November when we came which sucked but other wise had a great time and stay.I would stay again here

I really really impressive with them . They are kindest to me . and the other Hotel staff were very good service . Facilities and hotel view are Perfect I recommend this hotel We had some incident with the iron it was old , they replaced it to us as soon as we contacted the customer service The food was amazing even the breakfast very delicious

Nice room, clean and in very good shape. Bathroom was big and clean. Excellent location, great shops and restaurants inside the resort. Having a fridge and a safe on the room was very handy. Registration and check out was very easy. Big pool with very pretty surroundings.

Overall good, room was studio king, not huge, no view, smoking inside casino is not good. Buffet for breakfast was way too expensive. $40 US per person seems high for breakfast. Needs a shuttle to pick up & drop off at airport
