Our recent stay at Caesars Palace had its highs and lows. The hotel itself is stunning, with top-notch amenities, excellent dining options, and a truly iconic Vegas atmosphere. However, the check-in process was slow and disorganized, which was disappointing after a long day of travel. This lack of coordination at the front desk made our arrival feel less seamless than expected from a property of this caliber. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by our travel agent, Luis Serrano. He handled bookings for five employees—each with specific room preferences and seating arrangements—and managed every detail with professionalism and efficiency. Despite the demands and high expectations, Luis kept our entire itinerary perfectly organized and was consistently available for communication and support throughout the trip. Thanks to Luis's dedication and attention to detail, our group felt well taken care of—even when the hotel itself fell short in some areas. Caesars Palace remains a strong option for a Vegas stay, but improvements to their check-in experience would greatly enhance the overall guest satisfaction. Many thanks again to Luis for making the rest of our trip smooth and stress-free.

Love. Vegas. One of my favorite destinations. I love the location of the Hotel. Rooms are great. We stayed in the Agustus tower Great security and friendly staff ready to assist. I will continue to go to Las Vegas for the dry heat. We travel with West Jet and return on a redeye which gives us a full four nights. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE

Very impressed with Caesar Palace....Its the best resort in Las Vegas. However, Caesar Palace does have its flaws. The prices in this hotel are very high, so its hard to dine, to shop or to enjoy this hotel to its max. This hotel is very exciting, very inviting, very comfortable. The room at Octavius Tower is fine, except for some minor repairs needed. Also, the room does not have a microwave or a hair dryer. It does have a coffee maker, but no products to make the coffee. One main complaint, is the fridge...The notice on the wall about the fridge is hidden behind the chocolates, the waters, the wines. Guests might not be aware of its policy on the fridge. Apparently, this fridge should be out of reach to every guest, unless, the guest is purchasing the products in the fridge. Because of all these products in the fridge, there is no space for the guests to place their own food, own purchases. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS FRIDGE FOR YOUR OWN PURPOSE....YOU WILL BE CHARGED. Unfortunately, we did not know of this policy while we were there, and we were charged...The cost was high, close to $85 plus if caught...The hotel has its own microchip camera and they videotape everything, if the guest opens this fridge. I would say, this is not proper and the guests can be caught in this situation easily. Of course, another issue is the Resort Fee per day in Las Vegas. Since the Resort Fee is on almost all of the huge and well known resorts in Las Vegas, there is not much, we can do about this. Lets hope this fee does not keep going up...its too high, already. These are our main concerns while visiting Las Vegas, 2024. Times have changed since the Good Old Days when everything was affordable. Now, even though, the Resorts in Las Vegas are still very Amazing and Fantastic, they are no longer accessible to Everyone, as before.

Physically this hotel is beautiful. The rooms and surrounding shared areas were always clean. The staff were friendly, informative and always ready to help whenever you had a question or looked lost! You could easily spend an entire day or two in this hotel. There is so much to see and do here.

My wife and I stayed in February 2023 Very nice hotel. Was clean Overall 9/10 The only downside was the cigarette and weed smell everywhere you go in the hotel. Other then that.. it was a wonderful stay!

This resort is suppose to be one of the best ones but no coffee maker in the room, had to call front desk to get our room refreshed and for new towels. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Room was quite neat and clean though but this place lacks in good customer service!!!

Ceasars Palace was amazing but of course it was expensive. Our biggest vomplaint was when we checked out and was surprised by a $ 260 charge on our bill. This resort fee should be included in the booking price and not a surprise unexpected expense. Also when you book your trip the seats should be purchased at time of purchase we were always placed on stand by and we did not have a seat home. Luckily for us and unfortunately for another couple they lost their passports and we were able to fly out. Apparently airlines and travel agents overbook seats. We learned a valuable lesson. The hotel itself is beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. Our room was exceptional. While we enjoyed the food it was way too expensive. Regardless where we ate prices were exorbitant. The hotel buffet had numerous choices and excellent quality but $60.00 per person is ridiculously high. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend Caesar’s Palace to other people but would advice dining is very expensive.

Very nice resort! When we first entered the room it was dirty not cleaned, we complained at the front desk and they were apologetic, they gave us 50 resort credit and recleaned the room. The restaurants were great at the resort, a bit pricey but its Vegas! Bring water, or it will cost you $7us for a bottle!

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and huge!! Our room was lovely and equiped with a king bed and jacuzzi. Only downside is all the restaurants within the hotel where extremely overpriced. We often found ourselves visiting other restaurants for most meals. Also.. we went for our honeymoon.. We had our marriage certificate and advised it was our honeymoon and they didn't care. I know many other places would do even the smallest gesture to make the trip more special. Other than that the place is great and in the perfect location.

The hotel was clean and the staff was really polite and helpful. We had one of the best experience and vegas was amazing as usual. Ceasars is located right at the centre of the strip and gives you q good access to the strip and others big hotels.. Casino has good number of seats and is quite buzzing all the time..

Hotel was lovely of Course. Staff were amazing and attentive. The food was delicious the shopping was awesome. The hotel is very central on the strip making it easy to go anywhere. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was nice and in a great location. The staff was great. Concierge was fantastic! The problem with the hotel is that it is overpriced and then they nickle and dime you. The charged $14 US for the hotel room Kuerig coffee! Considered part of the mini- bar! The food court doesn't open until 11:00 so wait in a long line at Starbucks or pay a fortune at Cafe Americano or walk elsewhere. You are almost forced to pay for that horrible hotel room coffee just so you can get up and moving. Rooms were worn and not completely clean.

Right from pulling up to the hotel, you could see that it’s a Palace! Stunning beauty through the entire grounds-inside and out! Staff everywhere are courteous, helpful and exceptionally attentive. Great complimentary upgrade from our booked room as well!

Our room was wonderful, very up to date & super comfy. Being 3 women travelling together, we especially appreciated the large bathroom with double sinks and separate area outside the bathroom perfect for putting on makeup (even had a great magnifying mirror!) Pool was closed so that was disappointing. We did think it was kind of cheap making guests pay for the in-room coffee. That should have been included. The restaurant, Pronto by Giada is a must (super delicious, high quality food at reasonable prices). We ate there and also grabbed some things on the go. Hotel staff were very prompt and friendly and the online concierge was very helpful too. Loved that you could text a question & get a quick response no matter where you were. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised.

the grounds were beautiful had all the amenities required. However, in the casino there was a lack of waiters/waitresses serving the patrons. Had to search the floor. This was not late in the evening either.

I always stay at the caesar's. Love the service and the swiming pool. Located at the best location on the strip. Great variety of restaurants. Great place to gamble. Looking forward to going back again.

The hotel was fabulous. Lots of restaurants (loved Gordon Ramsey Pub & Grill and Hell's Kitchen!), shops and entertainment. Loved the spa! Qua was perfect with everything they have to offer, arctic room was very cool

Very clean with friendly and helpful staff who were very attentive and open to conversation. Grounds were very tidy and the marble statues and decor were unbelievably magnificent and breath taking. Service at the reception desk for chec in and check out was fast and friendly.

Great resort if you want to have the Vegas experience and be on the strip. Pros: great pools, clean rooms, friendly staff. Cons: long waits at reception, palace tower area on main floor smells like vomit.

We had a fabulous stay at Caesars Palace. The staff were great and there was so much to do on and off the resort. Only downfalls to our room was that the bathroom tv was not functioning and the docking station is dated.

Was an awesome hotel, great service and room was very comfortable. A lot to do on site, great food and restaurants. My wife and I really liked the location and also the mall and stores within the hotel. So enjoyable that we are already planning another trip to same location.

The hotel is well kept. Housekeeping services were perfection. The hotel is very centrally located. On check in we were upgraded from a basic room in the forum tower to a beautiful room on the 24th floor of the palace tower. The jet tub was one of the nicest I've seen in all my travels.

Big ròoms - nicely decorated - two bathrooms overlooking pools. Too much walking, no exits in the shopping areas - when you walked down a hallway you had to return back to your original entrance. The pool closed at 5???? They wanted money to check in early and the daily resort fee was excessive - if you want cheese, this is the place.

This resort was very clean, very large and lots to do. There was so much to see, you didn’t have to leave this resort. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I wished the casino was larger, I was surprised how little machines there were compared to visitors

Everything about Caesars Palace was amazing from the grounds, rooms, food, etc. I loved how housekeeping and the staff that worked there always said hi as you passed them by in the hallways. There was so much to do and see and everything was very clean! We had a bit of a glitch with our room the first night where we didn't get the room we thought we had booked but we got it fixed for the remaining duration of our trip and the front desk receptionist were pleasant to deal with. My husband and I will definitely go back!

This was our first trip to Vegas and we loved it. Stayed at the ceaser palace.. Rooms was amazing, Excellent service, excellent conditions, the staff couldn't go out of their way enough to help in any way possible. Would definitely go back.

The CAESARS was amazingly enormous . It took us two days to figure out all the ementies it had to offer and inter connections to various malls, etc. It was rather confusing about the free Wifi for 2 devices for 2 guests for 24 hours but as we paid the package fee it was to be free??? It was hard to get connected and to stay connected. But when I got my MasterCard bill of $164.99Cdn it was more than the $108.00US bill that they printed out for me the night before even including the Canadian to American exchange rate. I really enjoyed working with Lynn Dixon and will keep her name on file for future trips. I would rate the CAESARS a 8 out 10.

We were upgraded on arrival and had a lovely room overlooking the pools. The Bacchanal Brunch is a great weekday value, especially with the unlimited Mimosa add-on. Had an outstanding meal at Bobby Flay's Mesa. Be prepared to walk a lot - the hotel is very spread out. The pool drinks are pricey but delicious. Rod Stewart was amazing! We had a fabulous stay!

We had a great visit to Caesar's Palace and would happily stay again! The room was spacious & clean with a comfortable king size bed. The staff was friendly, helpful & efficient. Hotel restaurants were very good and the casino was spacious and well equipped. Location was perfect!

The Caesars hotel is very large and has several amenity's. There are several restaurant choices, although many of them are extremely expensive. We had Sunday morning breakfast at the American restaurant in the casino which consisted of a bagel and cream cheese and sausage and my wife had an omelette, bacon and home fries and the bill was $75. The value on the strip for your dollar doesn't go very far.

Ceasers was a very clean and well represented hotel. The amenities were top notch, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downfall was the amount of servers in the casino, took a while to get a drink. Overall my experience was a 4.5 star resort with everything that you could need.

Great location, nice room. The resort provides delicious buffet, on resort pool, and on resort gym. There are always front dest clerks to help you check in and out without the need of waiting in line up. They also helped me to hold my luggage on my last day in Las Vegas after I checked out which is very convenient to us. The drawback was that I was woke up 9:30 in the morning, when was 0ne and a half hours since I went to sleep, after the whole night I played at Casino and went back my unit at 8 am by a woman who claimed doing a room check(really? room check a occupied room at 9:30am in Vegas?) Another thing that I have a question on is that the fact I was charged resort fee for all 3 days for $39 dollars each day I stayed there. I was told that was the wifi access and gym charge which is the standard charge. However, I would think that if it is a standard charge, which is not avoidable, it should be made aware when I book the trip.

I was very surprised, nice staff and a great hotel. I have stayed at Ceasars many times, but it seems it's all about the money and not customer service. For an early check in it was 30 dollars for a late check out it was 60 dollars. No coupos for free meals. I booked the hotel so i would get on the Club VIP list for my birthday and this time they wanted 200 dollars each.

The hotel is nice. We find the front lobby smells of cigarette smoke. Better ventilation is necessary. The shower is not powerful enough. The buffet in the hotel charges far too much comparing with other reputable hotel

Caesars is an amazing hotel. Lots to see in do within the hotel itself. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of walking bring comfortable shoes. Drink lots of water. Don't forget to pack a bathing suit to enjoy the pool.

This was my 3rd time in Vegas but 1st time staying at Caesars palace. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Perfect location, in the heart of all the action. I absolutely loved everything about it. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The resort itself was very clean. The dining and shopping was amazing. The casino was classic vegas style. The nightclub was so much, I love the terrace overlooking the strip. And let's not forget about the BEST POOL!

Loved the Hotel. Third trip to Vegas and Caesar's did not disappoint. The pool area was beautiful and the service by the bar staff and wait staff was above par. We upgraded upon arrival and our room was great. They waived the early arrival fee and we were in our room by Noon. No Waiting and and no fuss. The Casino and Stores are worth every penny and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back. I had read the reviews before going and was getting worried but we found nothing negative to say.

We stayed in the Roman Tower at Caesars Palace for three nights. We thought the rooms would have been nicer but it was very clean. I finally found the blow dryer in the closet after calling down a couple times and being told it was in the vanity drawers (there were no vanity drawers in our room). I found the rooms were not very soundproof. We ordered two drinks at the pool and those set us back $54 which I thought was expensive but I have never stayed somewhere like Caesars beforw. The staff was nice and everywhere was clean. The buffet was also great!! If I were to stay there again I would go for a room in a different tower.

Great value and centrally located along the strip. Omnia night club was spectacular! Overall, I felt the resort was geared to a 35+ demographic. I was looking for more of a party environment and thus the pool area was a little underwhelming.

Good place, but that much smoking shouldn't be allowed inside . But the overall experience was amazing and it was a beautiful place. Everyone should visit. The rooms are nice and beautiful. I would rate this 5 stars but just minus the smoking

Hotel is great, room was clean and stunning facing pool. I dropped a star because hotel buffet had us take a number just to come back to submit payment then wait another hour in line to get in for total 2.5 hours and the buffet cost 130 with tax and tip. No cheap food anywhere within walking distance. Of $1100 spent on our 4 day trip, 700 was for food and it was just 2 of us. Watch for solicitors outside hotel on bridges spanning roads, they are everywhere

Good central location. Fantastic architecture. Great shows. Beautiful hotel, however, the air quality was very poor. Strong smoke odors throughout the hotel including the room we stayed in. Even our towels smelled of smoke. Couldn't wait to get up each morning and get out of the hotel for the day.

Right in the middle of the strip and very nice rooms! The pool was gorgeous and huge! The shopping was also pretty good, some really expensive shops but also a few within a decent budget. The buffet was one of the best we've ever had in Vegas
