If you're going to Vegas on a budget, this is the place to stay. It's not a fancy hotel but the location is great. We were able to go everywhere by using the trams or walkways or Deuce. Beware though there is no fridge or coffee maker so if you can bring your own, I highly suggest it. Had a great time in Vegas. Will definitely go back.

Great resort on the strip access to hotels and trams very convenient. A short walk to Allegiant Stadium, nice restaurants and shops as well, reasonably priced and nice clean rooms, will for sure be returning.

Our stay at the Excalibur was great. Room was clean, fresh towels daily absolutely no problems at all. I would highly recommend staying there. The only thing this hotel needs is coffee makers in the rooms, Starbucks is way to expensive!

The hotels exterior design was colorful and attractive! However, was disappointed to know that we need to request for bed sheet change with housekeeping. We stayed for 4 nights. We already noticed stains on our bed sheet and pillow cases prior to us using the bed, but since we are too tired, we still slept on it. Until the 3rd day, we have to call house keeping to let them know that the sheets have not been changed. In my surprise, i was told that we need to request for a sheet change by calling them. (Have not done this in our other stays in other hotels). Anyways, instead of the person pacifying me, she was defensive when i called.

I love the location of this hotel. The staff were friendly and it was clean. It was affordable. Beth from Tripcentral is amazing and she provided all the details needed before hand. She was ready to answer any questions we had.

Good staff, good access to strip, slots need to pay out more ...Decent shopping on site. Rooms were average size, but need to have fridge in every room. Didn't do any shows on site, but was told they were good.

I did like the Excalibur after they got our reservation correct. We were put in a disabled room. Which was not what I was expecting. We had to wait to be transferred to the room we reserved. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a bit old but all the linen was white and fresh. The pools were very inviting. Getting a lounge chair was at time difficult. The restaurants were ok not spectacular and very over priced. Also the location being at the far end of the strip meant a lot of walking or using the 8$ a day bus service. Which we did.

The hotel was pretty stock standard and a bit dated in the rooms. Staff were ok however this hotel was nothing special but it is in a decent location and reasonably priced for what you get. The casino and the lobby are well taken care of.

Hotel is in a great location at the beginning of Las Vegas Blvd. Rooms are clean but a little out dated. Beds were comfortable. Building was very quiet with the exception of the floor that the Casino was on.

This hotel is great for the price. Within walking distance to everything. Also if you play poker you get your resort fee back. Every 5 hours gets 1 night back in fees! Can’t go wrong with his hotel!!!! Food court on upper level tram to other casinos/hotels. Like I said best bang for your buck!

I have stayed in many 5 star resorts in Las Vegas, however, I can say that excalibur being a 3* meets the satisfaction as a 5* Room is clean, surroundings are well manicured and clean.staff is so helpful( cleaning staff, lobby staff, servers everyone is so pleasant) I will definitely stay there again.Actually will be back for a UFC fight this year

This resort is nice! It's close to MGM and New York, New York so walking through the pedways is super easy and fast if you want to catch the local bus, the deuce. Yes it' s a little smell of cigarettes but you can smoke in most casinos in Vegas, the rooms you can't and you can't smell it there either. Upstairs there are so many shops and restaurants and the buffet was AMAZING! A little pricy but it's not your small average buffet. The rooms are clean and big, down side is there is no coffee maker, fridge or microwave (because they want you to buy at the resort, approx. 4.50 for a small coffee).Up side there is a safe in the room. Resort fees are average for Vegas, other than wifi not sure what it provides. The casino is very large, there are several restaurants and bars on the main floor, we really enjoyed the live bands at the country bar. It was PBR week so there were lots of cowboys around this week. Overall I'd have to say I would stay there again! It's nice and clean, we won a little money at the casino, lots of games to choose from, staff seemed nice, easy check in and out. A very pleasant trip, I love Las Vegas! This review is only of the hotel....I won't get into the Air Canada part of it....

We enjoyed all aspects of your hotel, especially the buffet. Good service and a great selection of delicious foods. Our room was clean and had a great view. We will return again next year. I also noticed many families and people with their dogs. The only issue was the smokers in the gaming area. Cheers Guy

I found the Excaliber Hotel was not great. Our room was very dark because there was a brick wall just outside our window which did not let any light in. The beds were comfortable. The shower was sort of grungy. The hair dryer did not work until I had someone from front desk come up and fixed it. The hair dryer had someone’s make up all over it. That was gross. I had to wash it off. There was a cart in the hall all our stay with dirty linen and old food from room service. It was 2 doors down from our room. The smoke all over main floor was horrible. People were smoking everywhere and in elevators. Other hotels that we went to were not as bad. Other than the hotel our holiday was great. Food was pricey.

The Excalibar is getting a little old but it is still a great hotel to spend an awesome weekend in. Staff was great. In the strip near the top - great if you like to walk. Tables are not full and they have 5$ black jack 24/7.

The rooms were extremely dated and were not very clean. We stayed on a recommendation of a friend and multiple rooms booked. We did not get the resort credit $15/day that all of our other friends got. The smell of smoke was awful throughout the hotel. An empty glass on the floor in our hallway stayed there the entire 5 days we were there. Also a room service cart stayed outside a room for several days near another of our groups room. Don't like being bothered every time entering or leaving the hotel by staff about whether we needed tickets. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!!!!

The room was okay but could have used a fridge to keep drinks cold. We didn’t spend much time in it anyway. Restaurants and Buffets were good. Buffet was good for the price. Castle Coffee never seemed to be open but Starbucks was within reach. Friendly staff throughout the resort. Didn’t appreciate the explanation for the “resort fee”. Was to cover the internet and wifi (everyone got this for free whether you were staying there or not). No charge to print boarding passes (internet was down on the computers at the time we needed to do our flight check in). Use of the pool (really wasn’t warm enough). The resort fee gave us nothing. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay. 3.5 out of 5

The Excalibur was in a terrific spot..room was clean and the place had a nice smell.....for those of you who have traveled ,you know what I'm talking about...food was alright the casino was user friendly,,,,they need more 5$ black jack tables...over all a great stay..

My 4 sisters and I went to Las Vegas to celebrate our youngest sister’s 50 birthday. We stayed at the Excalibur. Because there were five of us, we had two rooms. They were very accommodating by giving us adjoining rooms. Rooms are nice. Good size. No fridge. Good food. Alcoholic drinks are very expensive. Most waitresses will offer free drinks whether you are playing games or not. Vegas is fun. Always something to do. Will go back.

Easy, quick check in. Clean room, comfy bed 😊. Love the location, you can take the tram to the Luxor and Mandalay Bay for free. Nice casino, good access to everywhere. I will be back. Friendly and helpful staff.

The Excalibur Hotel was okay. If you do not want to spend and are okay with a 3 star hotel. The rooms are a very basic room. I did find when the air conditioner went on there was a smell. The service was very good at the front desk. Very nice people. The casino was okay too. The hotel is a very busy place. It is at the very beginning of the strip. So do plan on lots of walking. If your only going for a few nights. This hotel is a good choice at an affordable price.

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Could use more servers when playing slots and I didn't really like being asked about the shows or the deals I could get every time I walked by the service desk. Overall it was a good stay.

This hotel was great it met all our needs had a great time, except the house keeping staff knocked on our door twice early morning on the last day made us feel we had to rush out before check out time.

Well I liked the hotel and the location. However, we had an alarm problem for most of our stay. Every morning the fire alarm would go off and wouldn't stop for 2 hours. The staff were really accommodation giving us free buffet and what not. But it was kind of a bad experience as you need your sleep in Vegas. Other than that it was clean and the staff were very helpful. But I am giving a poor experience for the alarm system and having the issue 5 out of 6 days.

We got here and they didn’t have a king bed room available which is what we booked. We got an “upgrade” to a double queen room (fine, made the best of it), the upgraded room looked out at a concrete wall.... made the best of it, we didn’t have to worry about lights and noise slept good. The morning of the second day I found an earwig in my room, but whatever earwigs happen. Then the morning of the third day I found a cockroach.... that I’m not ok with. They changed our room and said they’d refund two days “resort fees”, I’d be ok if that was refunding us two nights stay here, but it’s just the resort fees. We loved Las Vegas and the pool was a great time. We will be back just not to the Excalibur.

My wife & I stayed at Excalibur April 8-11, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel could not provide a king bed as requested and gave us an upgrade...the Royal Tower did not feel like an upgrade. The hotel is older, but ok. The beds were comfortable- the pillows sucked. Lots of smoke in the casino, it was not nice. Drink service while playing was decent, and the staff were kind. A lot of annoying "time share" interruptions while walking through the casino. Weather was great-we will stay elsewhere next visit.

We had a little trouble with the room we booked not being available when we checked in so that was frustrating. That night we had great beds. We were then moved to another room with a king size bed that was terrible. Service was great and the rest of the facility was pretty good overall. THe buffet wasn't the best but it did the job.

Found the Excalibur a great hotel in perfect spot on Strip at a very reasonable price. Hotel management is A1, very accommodating and helpful, with a smile. Rooms are clean, hotel is well located and well taken care of. All personnel were very polite.

Decent hotel for the low price, the rooms are clean but the bathrooms slightly dated. You get what you pay for, but if you want a place on the Strip to crash, this is a good option. There is an all pervading smell of cigarette smoke though.

Easier access to other hotels, than many other hotels on the strip. Clean rooms. Adequate supplies (towels, shampoo and lotion provided). Check-in desk very friendly. Wonderful view of the strip and snow storm from our room. (yes.....snow storm!) Concierge very helpful (particularly Marisa) when offering to print off our return flight check in.

I didn't like the fact that it was open to people smoking throughout the whole hotel. It made me feel gross and like I needed to detox myself from all the second hand smoke. They also overcharged us on the resort fees and when we checked in the said we could use $30 dining credit. After checking out, I realized that they charged me for the $30 and charged me an additional $20 that they didn't know how to explain. I spoke to a manager and he said that Air Canada vacations had it screwed up on there end with their deal with the hotel. The Manager said he would refund me the $50 total. My point is that had I not checked, they would have probably gotten away with overcharging us. We had another couple with us and when I asked them to check their bill, they had the same overcharges.

Hotel was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. We ate a few times at “dick’s” bar. Food was good and the staff very funny and entertaining. Highly recommend! Heck in and out was easy and fast !!! Would like to take in the knights tournament next time we stay there, looks like a lot of fun.

2nd time staying at Excalibur, when I booked this time, was a bit disappointed. I had requested a king size bed in a King suite, they had me booked for 2 doubles. so they switched us to a King bed, on the sixth floor, which when we looked out our window there was this extremely bright light that was pointed towards the window. we also noticed that on the non-smoking floor, the smell of weed was very strong AC unit was very noisy, which made not having a quite room we will never fly with Air Canada Rouge again, packing people in like sardines this stay was not enjoyable

The Excalibur Hotel is a big beautiful castle with blue and red turrets.....a dream castle for adults. It is big. The main floor has gaming tables and slot machines where people are actually seen winning. You can play the tables for a minimum 5$ bet where other casinos the minimum is 15 to 25. The dealers are friendly and helpful. We felt no stress or pressure from the staff when we just observed the action. I appreciate that! The pool is relaxing. The basement arcade is a kids paradise. We saw families of five enjoying the castle. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean. The housekeeping staff is there in minutes when you may require extra towels. I have stayed at the Excalibur in the past and was happy to come back this year. The location on the strip is perfect. It is close to the monorail near MGM and has aRotunda for easy tour pickup. It is the least expensive and the best. I love the Excalibur. Restaurants and shops included. Thanks to the staff. Kathleen Shepherd.

This hotel I think was great. This was the second time I have stayed there, the last time was 17 years ago. The people working there were great, we had no problems at all. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing I didn't like was the $35/night resort fee but I guess you pay that everywhere.

The hotel was older and staff is friendly. Rooms are clean but halls and other areas not so much. Also found it to be the worst for smoke. It’s in the walls and carpets and smells bad everywhere. The noise levels in rooms is not amazing either. You can hear everything. The buffet was great !

The hotel was very nice, easy to get to from the airport. the rooms were very clean. My hair dryer didnt work but it wasnt the end of the world. The casino was one of the nicer ones. Only disappointment was that one of the pools was closed, they said it was only Saturdays at this time of year. Would overall recommend and go back to stay.

Good overall resort. Now looks a bit dated when compared to other resorts on the strip. Room was good overall but looks older and seems dated with older carpet and furniture. Lots of food choices in the hotel, and the pools (total of 4 pools to choice from) are great to relax and cool down at. Great location as it is on the strip and close to everything going on.

The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was also good to deal with and helper. The show inside the hotel was awesome. The pools were great but one of them were closed for one reason for another but there was 3 to choose from

I stayed at the Excaliber from July 3 to 6, 2018. It's just okay. It'll do as a place to rest but it's a little dated decor wise (even with the theme) and I didn't find the bed too great (very lumpy). The one thing I coudn't stand was the smoking. Even though the hallways and the rooms are non-smoking you can smoke in the casino and the pool area. As a non-smoker this was horrible because smoke carries and clings so you'd still find the hallways and rooms smelled of smoke. So I lived these few days in a perpetual headache and feeling sick.

The rooms need updating same with the washrooms. Our toilet didn’t flush properly the whole time we were there. And Was very disappointed that there was no mini fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold.

The hotel has a great location it's at the beginning (or at the end) of the strip so we didn't have to flip the coin to choose which side to take. We also had a beautiful view from Our window and we've been able to get our room for midday instead of 3pm. The pools were very clean as well. Overall we loved our stay :)

This is a Very Nice Resort... It is fairly large... Lots of slots, Table Games & Poker including, Poker Tournaments... The Resort fee is $35.00 a day and parking is $10.00 a day... So after a week it's a bit expensive... The thing is that other resorts are also charging for parking, & I don't like that as I ALWAYS Rent a car to get around & I have found a couple places off the Main strip with GREAT Food prices... This Resort is right next to New York, New York (That by the way has the BEST PIZZA) and next to The Luxor, just to name a few... If you want to take a bus to Freemont Street the bus stop is right out front...

We really enjoyed staying here, the room was clean and cleaned daily by the cleaning staff. The Buffet was very good. All in all we would certainly stay here again. It was pleasant from start to finish.

We had an excellent stay at Excalibur we enjoyed the food the pools and the connvienence to everything on the strip. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions we will definitely recommend this hotel and we will vacation in Las Vegas again

Enjoyed our stay----facilities were good and staff were very friendly and helpfull. Casino floor is one of liveliest that we visited and service was good. Tram to luxor etc. was very good. 200 characters will stop many from replying but this helps fill out the number.

We loved the location of the Excalibur hotel. It was right where we wanted to be. The concierge and bellmen were awesome and very helpful. Inside the Excalibur, there was everything we needed and then some. Overall, I would give the resort a positive review. The one issue was the lack of quality air inside the casino. Whether it was the low ceilings, the old carpeting on the floor, the lack of modern air circulation systems or all of the above, the cigarette smoke was really prevalent inside. We're simply not used to it any more and it definitely was somewhat bothersome. When we walked through several other casinos, we did not have the same issue. Also, the sportsbook was a non-smoking area (supposedly) but people smoked too close to the seats inside the sportsbook, so basically it was very hard to get away from the smell of cigarette.

We had requested a strip view room from trip central and did not have it. Very disappointing when arriving after traveling 24 hours and very tired. Did pay extra two days later and moved to the one that we had thought we had paid extra for when booking. When booking was made " Strip View " was not written the the notes. Excalibur blamed it on Trip Central not making the notation.

Room was good but just average. I was updated to find out that there was no fridge in the room. No signage on where to find ice. Was not made aware pool was closed upon booking. Not to mention the $30usd per day resort fee is astronomical. Other then that good girl, buffet was delicious. Easy too find your way around.

This was the first time we stayed at this resort & really enjoyed it. The casino was a lot of fun. The rooms were spacious, comfortable & clean. We liked the location. . .it was easy to walk to the nearby hotels. We went to the "Tournament of Kings" medieval show at our resort. . . . both the meal & the show were great. We would definitely stay at the Excalibur again.

Upon arrival and checking in was surprised that we had to pay a substantial room tax over $130 US per room. Rooms were very nice, clean, great air conditionering, great beds but lousy pillows. Hotel accommodated our request for room near elevator. Casino did not have a great selection of different slot machines...allot of the same ones throughout. Drink service was not great with limited waitresses working large areas... felt sorry for them. Went to Tournament of Kings show there and it was really good. Received discount on tickets cause we were staying at the Hotel. The meal was great along with the show. Loved the location!

Excalibur is a clean resort. Rooms are fairly soundproof. Waitresses do not come around very often with drinks but that seems to be the norm at most of the casinos we visited. The all day buffet pass is well worth the $40. For the price of the hotel it was worth the money.

The service and the room were okay. We were not happy with the food choices. Mostly fast food. Dick's was the only one we ate at.We ate most meals at NYNY.We went to Tournament of kings and the food was overcooked. Also our server refused to bring us drinks. Other people had drinks. If there was self serve we were not told. Also one day we were out all day and came back to a dirty room.

Hotel is rooms were roomie and the casino was spacious. Easy to navigate. Kids arcade was a little older smelled a bit funny but was alright. The Tournament of Knights show is worth going we had a great time. Pools are closed for the season but you can use the one at the MGM which is heated and was nice on a day with only 20°c as a high.

I have stayed at this hotel for six years never had a problem friendly staff clean room great buffet I like the shops they have however this year a lot of the machines were down out of service I hope this improves before we go back to Vegas or we will have to consider staying some where else which would be a shame I will give them one more chance hopefully it will be better next time

It was a clean and good hotel in general.WE liked the food and restaurant @ the hotel. The gym was excellent. We didn't have the chance to try the Spa. The location was very good .. We will be back on next trip.

Excalibur was a great hotel at the south end of the strip. We hit a road bump upon arrival due to the fact that there were 3 of us and they gave us a king room even though we booked 2 queen beds. They graciously offered to upgrade us "for free". We also asked for a room with a mountain view and were told that none of the rooms offered this. We were then given a room that looked at a brick wall. We went back down to the registration desk and asked for a different room. The nice gentleman at the front desk (Su-Hal) gave us a great room with a fantastic view. The next issue was the pools. We specifically liked Excalibur for the 4 pools. We found out upon arrival that 2 of the pools were closed for the season. Come on, it was 32 degrees out. Then we find out that we had to pay $10 for the adults only pool. What a crock!! On the good side, the rooms were great. The upstairs buffet was fabulous (thanks Kristin for being such a great hostess). The Tournament of Kings dinner was outstanding. Jessica, on the booking desk, was great. Very good meal and great entertainment. The tram to the Luxor and Mandalay Bay was handy and it was free of charge. I would definitely stay here again but would make sure that all the pools were open when booking.

Our first impression was not a positive one, with the desk clerk trying to book 3 of us (1 male) into a king size room. So she "upgraded" us to 2 queen, which is what we had booked. It was a castle view, which was only a white wall. We waited an hour and went a spoke to another desk clerk(Su Hal) and he changed us to a room on the 25th floor facing the Tropicana, and the view was spectacular! Over the week we had wonderful experience at the buffet (Kristen), the adult pool (Jordan), and booking the Tournament of Kings dinner show at the concierge desk (Jessica). And the Dinner show was great! Yes we would recommend this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were supper comfortable. Like most others is very large, but is linked to Luxor which is linked to Mandalay Bay. Under normal situations, you could also take the walkway over to New York New York, but the walkway is being repaired. On the downside, there was only 2 pools open, as the others are closed for the off season. It was 90 degrees out, so I'm not sure what Vegas defines as off season. We Canadians swim in 70 degree water..lol.

We had an amazing time in Las Vegas. Everything on a grand scale. Awesome people. Great food and lots of fun❤An absolute to go and see is Fremont Street...old casinos...variety of people and restaurants...great party place.

It was ok...typical casino appeal inside the hotel. Too many kids in there. There was a resort fee we were unaware of that we had to pay up front which was a turn off. But overall it was okay. Not sure I will go back to that particular hotel again.

Had good food and amenities close. Lots of restaurants and some shopping right in the Excalibur. Casino was good. Pools were awesome they have 4 pools in total 1 you can pay $10 and its adults only. Drinks at pool expensive but decent.

Everything was great. Mini fridge not included though and they wanted $30/day for one. Parking is also not included. Beds and towels were fresh everyday. There is lots of things to do and eat right there in the Excaliber.

The resort fees are outrageous. When I asked the lasy checking us in what the resort fees included she had absolutely no idea. Basically I paid a price per night twice because there was NOTHING extra that I used for the resort fees to cover.

It was on south side of the strip and great access to all other hotels and access to the trams and bus stops...for run of the house room it was surprisingly good had no complaints. Check in and checkout was a breeze...all the employees were very friendly and helpful..would definitely stay there again...the price was excellent...actually people could not believe what a great deal we received...I throughly enjoyed my trip to Vegas with my daughter, it was for my 60th birthday and will have fond memories for years to come

The rooms were simple but good for what you pay. The bathrooms were very clean as well. Pool area was awesome! And it was nice they allowed you to bring your own water in. The people who worked at this resort were very pleasant and accommodating.

Hotel was great! Checkout time was 11am but our flight wasn't till 11pm. The hotel kept our luggage till then but would have been nice if they had given us a pool pass for the day. We had nothing else to do and there should have been more seating while we waited for our friends that were still playing the slots...also would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room

Everyone was very friendly, always willing to help and have answers to all our questions. Our room was very clean and beds made in a timely fashion. The shows at the hotel were fantastic. It was nice that we had lots of restaurants to choose from in our hotel and great shops to browse around in. I would definitely recommend the Excalibur.

This hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable and it was in a great location! Easy walk to everything and access to the monorail if you prefer. There's a lot of great restaurants close by as well! Would reccomend for a pleasant stay!

We stayed at the Excalibur for three nights in the newly refurbished tower. We like to travel to the Caribbean twice a year and stay in all inclusive resorts where we spend $$$ on our rooms. This was our first trip to Vegas and we were looking for something economical so we could spend our money on dinner, drinks and shows. Our room was clean and comfortable. We spent very little time in the room and hotel. The location was towards the bottom of the strip. We walked a lot and when we got tired we jumped in a cab. We were prepared to spend money on cabs and it worked well for us. The pools were closed, not sure what the Excalibur pool was like. I would prefer to save pool / beach time for a vacation down south. Would I stay at the Excalibur again - sure, but only if it was the similar to what we just paid. For under $500 Canadian including flight, yes. If it was higher, I'd start to see what other options there were.

For what we paid, this hotel was fantastic! The location was great right beside New York New York which has amazing restaurants and bars, very near the airport so not to expensive to take a cab and right across from the bus that goes there. The room was perfect, not luxury by any means (no tub, only a stand up shower) but very clean, comfy beds, big screen tv (no coffee maker, we brought our own) and free wi fi that actually worked! There are restaurants and a food court for the budget conscious and I'm sure if the pool had been open, it would have been just as nice. In the winter you can use the Luxor pool next door.

This hotel is great value for the money in a clean room with excellent access to the buses to take you anywhere on the strip. The staff were very lheloful with any requests we had about the strip and town.

The rooms are older but clean and so is the whole resort. When it's priced as the lowest strip option.... it's completely worth the money. I wouldn't be staying here if it was priced comparable to a treasure island, linq, and so on.

The room was updated, comfortable and clean. The wifi worked great in the room! It was quiet, didn't hear any noise in the hallway. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker, microwave & small fridge in the room. I would stay here again next time!

Rooms need to be upgraded.Rooms were clean but very shabby ,ripped chairs ,frayed bath mat ,tired furniture etc Pool area looked inviting but closed for season Personal were friendly and very helpful .Dining very good value at the buffet for all day ticket .

we've stayed at the Excalibur several times over the years and have always found it to be good value for the money, with a big plus being the location. The constant pressure from the time share sales can be annoying but once you get past that and accept that they are just doing their jobs, they just ignore you so it's ok. What could be a HUGE plus would be their ticket sales, if they genuinely offered Strip show tickets at a better price, or at least equal to the discount places on the Strip, then you could save time and stress by buying them right at the hotel and save the bother, time and stress of trying to maximize your bucks by going on line, or trudging up and down to the ticket outlets to find show tickets. Give people the straight goods rather than the feeling that Vegas is trying to get that last dime out of your pocket all the time. Also the Mlife deal that they offer, when you're far from Vegas the deals all sound so good, but once you're there, the best deals seem to have dried up...frankly it seems a bit of a waist of time. Pity as it could be more fun. all in all though, good hotel, good staff, great location and value

The hotel is at the end of the strip....the rooms were very clean and updated,fast elevators, the lobby had great food stands, stores and many slot machines. I think it was a very nice hotel other than the fact that I am an ex-smoker so therefore can smell the products used to hide the smoke......but you find that a lot in Las Vegas. The Excalibur show was very good, more entertaining than I anticipated. All in all a very nice stay.

For the price they met my expectations as far as the room went. It was clean. The only thing was we had no coffee machine or mini fridge and only one sink that we could fill with ice to keep our drinks cold and that was with a small upgrade. The buffet for the price was great and on our last day we did an all day all you can eat pass. We loved it because you could also go to luxor buffet as well for the same price. Between the two they were great. The escalators to access the strip were being redone so we found it challenging to access the other side. To the monorail its about a 20 min walk and we walked at a quick pace so we found it exhausting to get back and forth. It was a quick ride to and from the airport. We took a shuttle to the hotel for $11 each because we heard that cabs were expensive however we took a cab back to the airport and only paid $15 tip included. So to this hotel because its at the beginning of the strip is cheaper to take cab to and from airport if there is more than one person in your cab. Like i said for the price you cant really beat it in my opinion

Really amazing place full of life! People are so helpful. Only think that I dint like is the concierge desk where it closes around 5pm every day where the place is 7/24. This place is really busy so they should have more people working.

I found the Hotel to be very good,Staff were very friendly and helpfull at all times. Our room was very spacious and comfortable.It was quite and we slept well !We loved to seeing it lit up at nite,easy to see while out walking.Would have no problem re booking !

Rooms far better than Luxor and smooth elevator rides compared to Luxor.. rooms are clean and washrooms are spacious ... will recommend if you have to attend shows in that area ..fantasy...Michael Jackson one

We read some bad reviews but we were very happy with our room; it was big, clean and quiet with a very large bathroom. I love a tub but a few days it didn't matter with just a shower. Wish Vegas rooms had coffee makers in the rooms but we just brought our own.

Fantastic hotel ,great location ,right on the Strip between Luxor and New York New York. Rooms spacious with most comfortable beds I've slept in .Good variety of restaurants and fast food eateries. Buffet it's a great option with all day pass.$40 a day on the weekends. lots of food stations there I.e. Italian , Latin,seafood etc. Overall very comfortable and enjoyable stay. r

We stayed at the Excalibur for 4 nights for our 15th wedding anniversary. After reading some of the reviews we were a bit worried but we loved this hotel! It was nicer than expected, the staff is great and the pool area is amazing! We would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to go again.

Excalibur was FANTASTIC! The Staff was very friendly,helpful and would go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. (Upgrading your room when available) Rooms were very clean and well kept! Lots of excitement on the casino floors as well as all over. No shortage of things to do at Excalibur...from pina colodas at the entrance, many shops and fabulous restaurants, you are bound to find things that you love. Will definately recommend to family and friends!

Great family resort! Very clean and the staff was very friendly. Not please about the extra charge to check in early. Or the time share people. Also be prepare for an extra charge over and above your room fee there is a twenty-eight dollar resort fee.

Traveling alone I felt safe and very comfortable. I was upgraded upon arrival and accommodated to my satisfaction. I could not of asked for a better stay. The only problem I had with my particular room is, it did not have a full length mirror. I requested a non smoking and as close to the ground floor a possible. They gave me exactly what I wanted, with no hesitation. I felt very secure with guards near the elevator towers asking for ID. The food courts were very convenient and I stayed at the Luxor last year, I would say it was even better.

Hotel was just okay for the value. Time for a face lift in the rooms. Found long black hairs on our bath towels and on floor. GROSE.. Not ours, we are Grey and bald. Casino air quality is very bad, and stale.

Swimming pools with life guards is reassuring. Many fast food choices on second level come in handy. Also a great steak house. Rooms very comfortable for sleeping. Great location and value for your $$. We had a wonderful time.

The hotel room was really nice and spacious, very clean. The restaurant options was good, and the stores around the resort were very good. There were 2 big pool areas, and another one for adults only, that was very nice to have.

The only negative about the resort was the smoke from the casino. Otherwise all amenities were great! Excellent dining, shopping, pool facilities, etc. The service we received was above and beyond expectations!

This is not the best hotel on the strip but its great for the value. We originally booked 2 standard room for my family and upon arrival and checking in the lady in the counter upgraded us to 2 beautiful suites at no extra cost!! I think it's because it's slow season. Regardless, we were extremely happy with our rooms. It was clean, spacious, got an amazing view of New York New York hotel and the strip! Had granite countertops in the washroom. The god thing too was me and my family were right beside each other too. This resort in on one end of the strip. So it wasnt very central. Had to walk or take the bus or cab to get to the other side because it was far. Overall it was a great stay. We had no problems. My little 18 month old had a lot of fun in the lower floor of the hotel because it was full of kid games! It was like Chuck E Cheese there! It was great hotel for the value.

Pretty inexpensive hotel. For the amount of time we spent in the room it was money well spent. Would recommend to family and friends. Looking forward to returning back eventually! Vegas is always a blast

MGM was amazing, pleasant staff, modern rooms very very clean. It's a vity within a city. Very close to strip and everytbing else. Attached to other hotels amd easy walk to everything. We loved it and will only be going back to mgm
