We were happy with the bed/room. That was about it. I can't believe there was no mini fridge in the room, that was extra cost. There was a Keurig machine in the room, no pods, have to purchase your own. No complementary water. Shower not closed in so water gets everywhere. What is the point of paying a Resort Fee when you have to pay for everything else on top. Shame on Harrahs for doing that to their guests. Casino was not ventilated enough for the intense smoke in the air. Will I stay there again, probably not.

Very disappointed in hotel. This should be top of line being owned by the Caesar group. Nickel and dime don the rooms that never got cleaned everyday. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone, nor will I be staying there again.

Harrah's was a decent hotel for the price, rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping were accommodating when we needed them. Food is overpriced and we ate outside the hotel. Casino staff were fun and friendly. Overall a good experience and we would stay there again.

Room was clean, service friendly. Casino and elevator did have cigarette smoke smell. Location is the best part of the hotel. Music and ambience was great. Restaurants were ok. Overpriced but ok. We tried to eat off the strip

Hmm..doing a review while it is still fresh in my.mind:) Check in was good. Safe never.worked all 8 days.the guy came.to fix it and.told.me.his Co worker.would.come.in tue morning to repair it..NEVER.HAPPENED! it is absolutely true The.rooms smell horrible becasue there isn't any ventilation whatsoever. By day 6 our respiratory system became immune to the.stench. **I reported abd requested that.the manager called me regarding.the.safe. Was.yold.thet.will call me.back. I am now.back in canada 2.days after.. never received any.calls. Will definitely not.refer this hotel

The hotel was clean, safe the room was big clean modern and the staff was friendly when approached the major down side is the smoking if u have allergys or asma you won't enjoy but that's most hotels in Vegas smoking is allowed. The Vegas strip is another story do your research first.

This was our second trip to LV and stay at Harrah's hotel. We were down for 9 nights between Feb. 16-25. The good things about the hotel: they had renovated the rooms and ours was nice with a very comfortable queen-size bed. The room was very clean and the lady Ms. Young, that cleaned our room was very sweet and did an amazing job, thank you. Bad things: No coffee maker in the room, wi-fi did not function well and the pool was not open. We had never been to a hotel that had no coffee maker in the room. For the amount of resort fees, it it ridiculous not to be included. When we asked them about it, they said it was only offered in deluxe rooms and would not accommodate us. As for the wi-fi, each night, it would not permit us to use it. We had to call the IT helpline, where they would have to reconnect us. With regard to the pool, it would have been nice to have been informed beforehand that it wasn't open. Again, we questioned the high resort fees. We booked through Trip Central and they indicated that we would be responsible to pay for the resort fees only. We even contacted Trip Central and Harrah's hotel well ahead of our trip to double check about all the fees that would have to be paid upfront and how much would it all cost. Both indicated that we would be responsible for the resort fees only and they provided the cost. We had a shock when checking in that in addition to resort fees, we would have to pay a security deposit. Luckily, the Manager was very sympathetic and only a small deposit was put on hold. So, our suggestion is to be vigilant and ask the hotel beforehand what exactly you will have to pay in full and what will be put on hold when checking in. Otherwise, you may have a lot less funds to enjoy the rest of your trip.

The rooms were very comfortable, had a great time would go back again. Staff were friendly, and always directed you properly with information. Piano bar was a blast enjoyed all the free entertainment. Easy to get around and great shows available.

Check in was quick , service was ok , Our room was clean and renovated but the main floor (casino) needs an update .. I’m not a gambler but it was really smoky , hated walking though it was hard to breathe. The smell bother me a lot. we didn’t mind our room but both my husband said we’d consider staying else’swhere just bacause of this.

Trip was fantastic Harrah's was very accomodating with everything. Room was great and hotel staff were very polite and helpfull. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Check in and check out was very easy.

Starting with the positive the beds were clean and comfortable ...pillows too, and the shower temperature was perfect. Location OK. Our room was in the Mardi Gras tower. Tired! Sticky floor! Wet carpet! Sticky table! Musty odour! No glasses! No coffee machine! No soap! Fresh towels ...dubious! Safe locked! Bathroom not clean enough! Connecting to wifi next to impossible so didn't bother. Room service came up after we called but "safe unlocker person" didn't come till next morning and was 1/2 hour late (we had to stay in our room till he came). For what we paid ...disappointing.

After staying at Harrahs I realized what a great place it was.It has everything,centrally located,clean,all the amenities,great food,huge casino,nice pool,modern and secure.I will definitely book there again,can't wait.

This was my 6th visit to Las Vegas. I stayed at a different resort each time. I found Harrah’s friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable. Everything you could want was available and welcoming from bars to restaurants and entertainment. If I were to travel to Las Vegas again, I would not hesitate to book at Harrah’s. The 6 in our party had a blast! Thank you Harrah’s.

We really enjoyed our stay at Harrah's... Lovely resort, clean and affordable. You can't beat the location, walking distance to everything!! Lots to offer guests, but not children... Pool is small and always crowded. Very little loungers available... Far too many palapas dr.. but you have to rent to use and are very expensive.

No bells or whistles at this resort. Rooms are 6/10. The lobby has a great place to grab street tacos and pizza. Location is right in the middle main stripe, easy for walking. Pool is busy, chairs are limited, due to all the rentals ie. Cabanas and beach beds (rentals aren’t cheap) but nothing really is in Vegas April 2019

The hotel was great and very safe. The staff were awesome especially Larry and Adrian. The food was awesome from the cheeseburger to the steak and lobster. Centrally located for walking the Las Vegas strip.

We used the electronic check in and with a little help from one of the staff we were able to get checked in. The room in the Mardi Gras Tower was clean and fairly quiet for the amount of time you spend in there. We went to see Big Elvis at the Piano Bar at Harrah's and the show was great. Had some good luck at Let It Ride and Roulette on the 3 days we were there, a couple great dealers, Doug and KK. Overall a great stay and would recommend this hotel to any couple that wants to be on the strip and not spend over the top..

We stayed in the Mardi Gras tower,not fancy but clean and perfectly fine. The elevators are fast and there is security at the entrance in the evening. We have stayed here several times because of the awesome location. It is our go to, don’t miss the free big Elvis show in the piano bar.

It was great!!we love it there! Staff very helpful and friendly perfect location on the strip.could walk every where ..and too all locations of other casinos.would stay there again for sure..this was our second time within one year!!

When we arrived the check in was very confusing on our way to our rooms the elevator was shaking the hall to our rooms had a very bad odor enter our room and the smell was there to . asked to upgraded and were told it would be an extra $40.00 plus tax.per night.over all would never stay at Harrahs again.we had the Mardie gra rooms very run down that section should be closed and renovated.

The room was clean and big but the day we arrived they charged us more saying that the mardi gras room was old and unclean and we must take a room in the new tower charging 10$ more . It was amasing to stay there becuse we were in the strip

The hotel was beautiful and so clean! Perfect spot on the strip as it was close to everything and we found the best price booking with our agent, Angela. We will definetly be booking all of our future trips with Tripcentral!

Nothing crazy about this place, rooms were pretty basic, pool area kinda sucks and only gets sunshine halfway through the day. Very clean though. This casino has a very good smell inside of it. Slow drink service, older crowd

Really enjoyed our stay here , our rooms was huge and newly renovated, centre strip location. Didn’t spend much time in casino, had a pool although it was nothing fancy it was still nice to have!

Harrahs is well positioned. Right in the middle of the strip. They have everything you need there. Buffet is good, Fulton station is good and Ruth's steak house is excellent. The rooms in the Mardi Gras section are old and need to be updated, but clean and comfortable. They have two pools, looked nice but we were to busy to use them.

Having stayed numerous times on the Vegas strip, I had never stayed at Harrah's. It was beyond my expectations. Wanted to thank Connie at the front desk for all she did for me; because of her, I will be returning. The location cannot be beat, the room was phenomenal, the Piano Bar was by far the most fun place to be between 3 and 6. Cannot wait until I can return and stay again at Harrah's

I have been to Vegas many times, and have stayed at lots of different hotels but this was definitely one of the best! Very easy access to the self parking garage, and from the parking garage to our room was a breeze. The rooms have been remodeled beautifully. Very, comfortable stay. The food Hall was fabulous! Large variety of different food items available until late at night. Will definitely be staying at Harrah's again!

This was my first visit to Vegas. I was very happy booking through trip central. I thought the hotel was great and I was able to get good flight times. I would definately stay at Harrahs again, and book through trip central.

We had booked a Valley View room and it was excellent, on the 20th floor. this was our fifth time at Harrahs and the location in the centre of the strip was perfect. Hotel staff where very nice to deal with and the wifi connection was fine. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was in a good location. Room were very dated in the Mari Gras tower. Cleaning staff was excellent. Wood definitely stay there again due to the location on the strip. no coffee pots in room and Starbucks is very expensive

Arrived 1pm on a Tuesday, which Vegas and hotel were scarce of people. The check in process was a long wait as all the staff were doing was trying to sell you an upgrade to get into a room early, if you declined you had to wait till 4pm. Was told to stay close to hotel and they’ll text if a room comes available. Never got a text and returned after 4pm to get our room. Overall hotel was good but check in and check out process is a long painful waiting in line. All staff is doing is trying to sell upgrades for $20 more per night. Any other hotel these days, walk in with ID and CC and you’re in a room in minutes. I won’t stay there again due to this way to long process.

We were very happy with Harrahs we got what we paid for. My only issue, was the non stop people in all of the wyndam resorts trying to sell you time shares. The room was fine, clean be prepared for resort fees, so it is not a surprise to you. The piano bar is one of the best in Vegas. If you haven't been to Vegas in a while be prepared to open up your pocket book, the prices on every thing has skyrocketed, it's become a very expensive place to visit.

Great convenient location with great hotel service and staff ! At the centre of the strip so easy to get around and restaurants and shops near by. Close to shows, anything you could need at your fingertips

We weren't expecting much when we booked, knowing that Harrah's is an older hotel. The customer service was great. There is a good selection of food available at all hours. Our only issue was the AC in our room was really loud, but they moved us to another room without question. We would stay here again.

We all had a great time. Will be booking again in July!!! Can't wait. Might get different rooms or different hotel this time. Depending on prices. Thanks again for the great service. Restaurants and flights were also spectacular. Cheers

This hotel/casino is very central on the strip. They have a excellent food court serving a good selection different dishes from deli food to Italian . There is a McDonalds right next to the casino, very handy for getting great, reasonable coffee in the morning. The rooms are a bit dated, but everything works and the room we had was 1 1/2 times the size of a normal hotel room. I would recommend staying here and booking with trip central. It was a very pleasant experience.

Hotel was nice, we were put in a newly renovated part. And that's' where it ends .... had to pay a resort fee ...not sure what it is but I thought it might include something ...not the case, now parking is charged whether Vale or self parking, have to pay for Wi-Fi access, have to pay for ......and on it goes, watered down drinks, etc. etc.

Very clean enjoyable hotel with lots to do. Staff very friendly hotel. Very close to everything, walking distance. Food great selection. Only thing we didn't like was the Wyndham resort reps that hassled you every second.

Harrahs is our favourite place to stay when visiting Las Vegas. It's located in the centre of the Strip, the area is always lively and full of people. It's the access point to shuttles going to Sam's Town, Downtown and the Rio. You can access the monorail from there to go shopping or to other casinos. The staff is accommodating and friendly. They serve premium liquor which is free for gamblers. And if you are of a certain age, you have to see Menopause, the Musical...my husband laughed as hard as I did!

Stayed at Harrah's Las Vegas from Dec10th to Dec13. We've stayed there several times before. Good location on the strip and it has been completely renovated and updated a year ago. It passed the acid test with check-in only taking about 10 minutes. Service was excellent and the rooms were spacious, clean and everything worked. Only downside was resort fees when we don't use resort facilities. Can't get away from that as every hotel charges them. Not a shortcoming of the Hotel, just one of my pet peeves.

Harrah's is located at the centre of the strip making it easy for visitor to move around and enjoy all the neighbouring hotels , casinos, shows , foods , bars and entertainments..........................................................................................................,,,..........................................................

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were very nice and helpful on our check in. The location of this casino is perfect, right on the strip and centrally located for everything. The rooms were renovated in the tower we were in and the Starbucks is located at the base of the elevators

This hotel was right on the strip, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and other casinos. Great that it had Starbucks on site and Mcdonald just outside the hotel for 24hrs. The deuce bus that runs along the strip is also just outside the hotel, and conveniently takes u to the fashion show mall and the premium outlet malls if u don't have a car. Very busy and exciting to walk around and check out the beautiful hotels on the strip. Highly recommend this place. Be warned that check in can take over an hour during certain times. We arrived late at night so check in line was short :)

Las Vegas was great and the hotel, although a 3 stars, was nice, clean and pleasant. It's best advantage is that it's located in the middle of the strip, so it's ideal for walking to all the other hotels/casinos.

Had a great 4 day stay at Harrah's last week. Pros: location, remodelled rooms, new pool area, clean , large rooms. Cons: check-in was slow and front desk didn't mention that they would be taking a security deposit - which was a huge surprise when I saw my credit card statement. Now have to wait 7-10 days to get the funds back and of course will get less back given exchange rate. Also no coffee or fridge in the room (fridge rental wasn't even offered on check-in.) On another note, Tripcentral agent was fabulous - from start to finish answered all my questions, offered a list of things to do in Vegas - would definitely book with Doug at Tripcentral again in the future!!!!!

Our first time in Vegas and our first at Harrahs. Though, stayed in the older part (Carnival), the view from our room was breathtaking (The Mirage, Venetian and Rockies) and the location was the best.

Housekeeping is great, rooms are clean but the overwhelming smell of old cigarette smoke is terrible on the casino floor. We stayed 5 days and spent no money gambling there. We visited 5 other casinos and had no difficulty with the smell. I'm not sure if it's because their ventilation system is not working or they just need to clean the carpets, ceiling and everything in between.

Really enjoyed the service from hotel staff, James was en excellent bellhop who made sure I got the view I requested. The woman servicing my room was kind and made me feel welcome and at home. For a budget, this was good value for $

Although this is an older hotel the staff was amazing !...Great service, polite staff, and it is located in a perfect middle position of the strip for easy access to all hotels, downtown and shopping. The swimming pool was sparkly clean and felt great after a hot day . There are a lot of options for food , from food court to high end . Great little coffee shops, sub and sandwich shops, and very easy walking access between hotels. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel with a great staff.

Was great! Easy to get around, had everything you need shopping in hotel, food, Starbucks, easy self park. Over all was great and will be back.check in was fast and check out was the same. Close to everything.

I love this Hotel. Staff are Amazing. Great restaurants,Great entertainment. Just the right size easy to get from one area to another. Lots of gambling options. The Centre Texan and his wife with the poodle and money all over is just so cute. I will be back.

Bad service,was asked to pay $150 upon check in and told refund will be given upon check out,but no money was not given back to us or any refund, rooms are not the best. otherwise las vegas is great..

Great location Great Service Great Entertainment...The room was great for the time you spend in it. On a lower floor so not the best view , by choice. Happy with the selection of tables and food options without travelling far. Hertz on site was nice for the day rental. Time share positive and not pushy

Atmosphere, staff and facility all excellent. Central on the strip so we had great access to everything. Make sure you go to the piano bar!! Dealers very friendly and Helpful. Couldn't ask for a better trip.

Great service and location. Front desk service wonderful waved our resort fees, Free upgrade to a better room. Hotel is getting old but clean and right in the heart of the strip. Bus stops at the front door and everything looks super close. But take the bus not as close as it looks.

It was very impressive outside, and hall ways were also impressive. Rooms: beds were excellent, Service was great, but not fridge in rooms and bathrooms needed a face lift, no fans or poorly working and towels were at times not clean. Some days the place was really clean and other days it was poorly done. Staff was friendly always.

Harrah's is in a great location and easy walking distance to both the north and south ends of the strip. Although not the fanciest hotel on the strip, for the price, this hotel has very clean rooms and all the staff from the front desk to the people on the casino floor to people that clean your rooms are all very friendly. Tripcentral recommended this hotel to us, and we are glad they did......good choice Tripcentral.

Much better service than past years. Lots of improvements and more to come. Best location on the strip. Good choice of rooms. Pool now has reasonable cabana rentals. Toby Keith bar is fabulous - lots of fun.

Honestly I was a little apprehensive because previously I've stayed at The Venitien and Bellagio, which are very nice places, and also Treasure Island and The Mirage. For my stay at Harrah's I was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, spacious and tidied daily. I had nothing but a great stay and will certainly stay at Harrah's again! The food, entertainment and gaming options were just as good as any other casino on the strip and your not overwhelmed by the size. Obviously an excellent location to boot. I loved everything about Harrah's and I will be back :)
