It is March Break here in BC, so my sister, friend and I booked a trip to Las Vegas to enjoy some sun, good weather, and a resort pool. When we arrived, the pool was closed. The security guard at the pool kept telling everyone it was going to open in a day or two since they were just checking the water. We found out, after asking the concierge, that the pool is not open year round anymore because of new owners and that the pool will open some time in April. The three of us had specifically booked a trip to Las Vegas for the heat and sun, and we booked this hotel for its beautiful pool. For future March breaks, I will be looking at different destinations or at other Las Vegas hotels or resorts with operating pools.

I have been in Vegas many times before this is the first time that I wasn't happy about the hotel I stayed . -First our safe didn't work so I called the front desk they said they can only send someone when I was in the room, I asked when would they come they said we don't know it may take an hour or 3 . So they except me to stay there for hours. - Shower is flash with the floor and curtain is 2" shorter than the floor so when you take a shower all water goes into the washroom and no drainage, I have never seen this in any hotel. - Mattress is very old and soft if you have a back problem you are in big problem. - Closet light is broken I told them nobody came to fix it. - No blanket in the room. - heating is very bad when the heat stops cold air comes to the room ( its not the fan) -There is no Kleenex in the room .

No service and attention to the guests. There was no information, no service, you must ask for every single thing, room not cleaned properly and EVERYTHING is a money grab. And nobody seemed to care. You are not a guest but a money opportunity.

Very clean, rooms were a great size. Staff was amazing. A lot of restaurent to pick from, great shows to pick from. Casino was fun. Went with 2 couple would have liked our rooms to be closer together.

We enjoyed our stay at Mirage. Rooms are updated and clean. Easy elevator access. Beautiful lobby gardens. Not as big as some of the other hotels in the strip in terms of size of casino but didn't bother us. Gave us easy access to other places on strip and the transit. I recommend going to box office for show tickets as you will get better deal on better seats than the kiosks on the strip. Well worth it. The Beatles Love show is amazing!!! Restaurants are a bit pricey so be careful.

Love the location, service was amazing. Front desk clerk was extremely helpful. Bathroom was tired and small and needed updating. Room overall was excellent, beds are comfortable and view was good. Would stay again

Unbelieveable hotel grounds that look beautiful at all times of day. Helpful staff and friendly service. Got a later checkout free of charge since our flight was in the evening. The room was clean, up to date, and was a decent size. The bathroom is a bit dated and looks like it doesn't belong with the rest of the room. We had a great view of the strip, and the curtains were effective at blocking the bright lights at night. The gym had all the necessary equipment to get a good workout, though we only used it once. There was a nice scent throughout the lobby which almost completely masked the smell of smoke common at all vegas resorts. The pool area was very nice, with plenty of seating options in and out of the shade. We didn't go to the breakfast restuarant downstairs since it was quite pricy and the lineups were too long. The gaming is great, and the resort was lively even though we went during low season. I would definitely go back to The Mirage on our next Vegas trip, and regret not staying here previous times.

The place was nice except it felt grime-y and had a musty smell. Towels had rips in them. Bed was super comfortable. Beach towels had stains plus chairs were grime-y. Pro tip - get tons of ice from the machine and cool ur drinks in the sink since the mini fridge they offer you only fit one can (can’t use stocked mini fridge)

I think the location, staff at the resort was amazing. I understand trying to accommodate for all of the travellers but we found the pool was a little uninviting meaning that you could not enter easily into the lounge chairs because there were too many of them or really a little too close to one another.

The hotel rooms were updated, clean and comfortable! The pool is amazing. If the pool is high on your priority list, definitely consider The Mirage as your hotel! 10/10 would stay again. Maybe good food options inside the hotel as well!

Beautiful hotel....the feel of a resort with the beautiful pool and palm trees. We had an amazing time relaxing by the pool ....lots of room and available chairs. Our room was very clean and staff were very welcoming. Lots of good restaurants on site and it didn’t feel or smell smokey as other hotels we visited. Do highly recommend this hotel.

If you are planning pool time be sure to ask about any dance competitions being held during your stay. The hotel was swamped with hundreds of dancers and the pool was jammed pack with very little chance at even getting a chair. We would come back to find half eaten food platters plopped on our towels with ketchup splattered all over from the dancers who parents were not supervising them . For the good part the Mirage is a great hotel. Easy to navigate and clean rooms. In a great location on the strip.

Great premises. Great location. Good selection of snack shops. Only disappointment: The Pantry Restaurant. Poor service,cold coffee, cold food, no refills, not good value for your money. And they said that this was one of the best breakfast spots. Not!!!!!!!!

Of all of the hotels I have stayed at in Las Vegas this was the worst. Went back to the room and a maintenance man was in the bathroom fixing our tap so I couldn’t use the bathroom so we were late to our dinner. We couldn’t use the tub as the stopper was broken therefore we couldn’t fill tub. Air conditioner was faulty. Stepped on broken glass in hallway. Won’t be staying here again.

The Mirage was a beautiful hotel; immaculately kept with beautiful grounds. The location is good and the shows at the Mirage were excellent. We went to Terry Fator and Love Cirque de Soleil - both were fantastic. We are so happy we chose the Mirage and would love to go back!

Great to see that the Mirage has maintained it's quality and image. The hotel is in immaculate shape inside and out. Our room was recently renovated with a partial strip view, sufficiently spacious with a very comfortable bed. I truly enjoyed the strong water pressure in the shower..... My only beef is the cost of food and drinks as it is just as costly as airport restaurants and pubs. However the hotel's great location gives the patrons a lot of choices immediately outside the hotel grounds. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The mirage was a fantastic hotel, everything was clean, the rooms were big, staff was very friendly, and had a good amount of table games and slot machines! It was one of the easier hotels to navigate, which was a giant plus!

The mirage is amazing from the walkway of mini volcano's surrounded by moving waters to the entrance with beautiful flowers and trees. As you entered the hotel you were greeted with a beautiful garden. The casino was well laid out, clean and had a wonderful smell. No tobacco smell. The rooms were spacious and clean. Great views of the strip and volcano show. The Beatles show was excellent. Overall fantastic vacation.

Rooms were clean, staff helpful, volcano show right in front of hotel. Denny’s across the street for some inexpensive eating. Perfect spot to be and within walking distance to everything you need, convenience store, monorail, airport!

We go the Vegas every year for a quick holiday and stay somewhere different all the time. The Mirage was by far one of the cleanest and best located places we have stayed. It wasn’t to Smokey, large casino, great dining options, and our room was super quiet.

The Mirage is centrally located on the Strip and it is always clean and the rooms are great. We always stay at the Mirage and find the employees very nice and helpful. Can't say enough good things about the Mirage

We loved this hotel for its central location and many amenities. As it was extremely hot outside, we spent most of our time in the hotel, by the pool, visited multiple of its restaurants and shops. We also had tickets to the Beatles Love show which is right there. As well as tickets for a show at the Colosseum at Ceasers Palace which is also very close through the Forum Shops. The pool area is top notch, wishing to be back there already!

The hotel is simply amazing had the best time I’d say in our lives can’t wait to go back that’s all we can say we are now suffering the back home from Vegas blues ;( but it’s all good until next time .

Perfectly located at the center of the Strip. Clean rooms, super comfortable beds. We had an awesome view of the strip. Great pool, very large and clean. Loved the Paradise cafe located by the pool. Great breakfast and very affordable. Hotel staff was also helpful and friendly.

I found this hotel to be very nice. The rooms were clean and the staff were very accommodating. I really appreciated the extra security during the night time hours.The pool was beautiful. However, I did not like the chair set up around the pool. However, I do see the need to be so tightly crunched in. My group rented a cabanna for a day and the service was wonderful.

A very comfortable, clean and accommodating hotel experience. Location was perfect for all the shows and shopping we wanted to do. The pool was fun but really hard to secure a pool chair. Check in and check out was simple and convenient over the phone. I will be back!!!

The Pool is fantastic ...just relax by day and stroll onto the main strip by night...The desert air is a pleasure everyone should experience ....The staff were excellent ...I would stay there again ...

Very good hotel - Staff was kind and helpful. Room was very clean and well kept. Hotel was centrally located to all activities in the strip. Cost was reasonable and recommend it to all the people I know.

The Mirage is an amazing resort to stay at on the strip. Beautifully decorated with lots of flowers and greens and natural light. The restaurants were fabulous especially the Heritage steakhouse. The only complaint I have is the fee to use the fridge. It would have been nice to put some drinks or light snacks in there.

The lobby is really Beautiful as is the outdoor gardens with large pool area. However, arriving tired at the Mirage after a long day of walking (be prepared for lots of walking in Vegas) getting to our room was a long arduous trip! From the street to the lobby almost a block, then trying to avoid bumping into people while transversing the entire casino, then when the elevator arrived at our floor, the corridor was so long it was hard to see to the end of it. From the elevator to our room was 168 paces — and I have long legs. No coffee maker or fridge. It was definitely too far to go to the lobby and back for a $5.00 cup of coffee in the morning. No lounge or seating area. After checking out, long wait for our shuttle. No place to sit while waiting.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, however no microwaves in the rooms, due to being a fire hazard. Very helpful staff and I liked that we didn't have too long of a trek through the casino to get to our guest elevators and rooms. We had an amazing view of the erupting volcano from our room.

This was our third time staying at the Mirage. We have stayed at other locations on the strip but this was the one that met all of our needs. We aren't gamblers so I can't speak to that aspect. The location is central on the strip. Time from your room to the sidewalk is the shortest of the three resorts we have stayed at. The bus stops right outside the entrance so access to the rest of the strip is easy. Food options are good and there is a Starbucks on site. Concierge is helpful with siteseeing options.

The Mirage is a wonderful hotel in one of the best locations on the Strip. The service was impeccable and the pool area inviting. The casino was not too large and their ventilation worked well enough to disperse any cigarette smoke. I will definitely go back.

We cannot say enough positive things about this resort. First of all check in was a breeze, the gentleman working at the front desk was great, we were able to upgrade our room for my husbands 40th birthday and they were so polite to deal with. Once in our suite, we were blown away! What a beautiful room! It was clean, had a great view of the pool and the strip and the bed was so comfortable! The location of the hotel is perfect. very central on the strip. During our stay we ate at carvings buffet. There is a very large selection of food, however the price of $30 pp for a breakfast buffet was a little pricey for me. The next few mornings we ate at Carnegie Deli, it was priced way more reasonably and the food was great. We rented a cabana by the pool, well worth the money if you have a group. The service was great and it was very relaxing and quiet (private smaller pool). If you only have a couple of people you can also rent loungers with umbrella's in the same area for $50 usd pp. The concierge was very helpful with our reservations to see Absinthe at Caesars Palace (A must see!!!) and to set up a trip to the gun range for the guys. They loved it! I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on returning!!!

Hotel was awesome, rooms were clean....spent a day at the pool again good time was has by all! Only compliant was check, lines were incredibly long, maybe more staff on for peak hours? But other than that we had a great stay and would definitely stay there again! Great location too!

After exploring many of the other casinos/hotels we always loved coming home to the Mirage. The pool is great and the entire resort is clean and staff are friendly. Location of Mirage is centre of the strip so not too far of a walk to explore other popular hotels.

Stayed at the mirage for 4 days 3 nights, checked into a two bed room on the 8th floor, to be exact, room 8040. Pros - clean room, organized, - large rooms - on time house keeping service - very pleasant staff, very courteous Cons - mini bar selection limited - some found some towels stained -

Staff at this hotel were great, I forgot my purse at the bar and they had it there waiting for me. The pool is amazing and they also have a laid back daytime pool party on the property in a separate area. Also, we have stayed here before but never tried the onsite restaurants. The food is fabulous, particularly the pizza and the burgers. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfy. Perfect stay!

Great place to stay! The pool was awesome! Variety of good restaurants and the food in the restaurants was great, the rooms were very nice and clean. The location was central.Would definitely recommend the Mirage and stay there again!

Beautiful hotel,comfortable beds and a great choice of restaurants and a beautiful pool. Shopping was great. Every store you can think of. The casino machines were plentiful and paid out frequently, we had a wonderful time! Would go back again for sure!

The hotel was great..the room was big, clean and very modern.. I would definitely stay there again .. everyone was helpful and friendly .. the only thing that was disappointing was the resort fee and also that the swimming pools were not available for use

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathroom is on the small side but there is an area outside the bathroom you can use for makeup and hair when the bathroom is in use. I found the staff to be friendly, location perfect and pool area amazing!

The Mirage was very clean, had all amenities and was central on the strip which made it easy for accessing transits to go to visit attractions. Would be nice if a coffee maker was made available in the hotel rooms. Would be nice to avoid having to get dressed/presentable to make a trip to the café store early morning for a coffee.

The whole experience of staying at the Mirage was a pleasant one. From the room to the buffet and restaurants and the variety of slot machines, all aspects were good. This was my second stay at the hotel and would stay there again. Being central on the strip made touring the strip easy and hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The whole experience was first class. Pool was awesome. Great Volcano effects. Hotel staff was helpful and courteous. Loved our clean and spacious room. Centralized location. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Hotel beautiful. Upset that the room wasn't ready until 4. No coffee maker. Room key kept de- activating which was annoying when the front desk was such a long way away. It was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpfully.

The location of this hotel was perfect and it is very nice and very clean. The grounds around the outside of this property were beautiful and very well maintained. The pool is beautiful but very hard to get lounge chairs unless you are up very early in the morning. It would be nice if it had a bar fridge that one could use rather than a locked servi bar. Also another waste basket in the room would be good. If I were to go back to Las Vegas I would consider this hotel again.

The Mirage was a lovely resort. I do wish they had a coffee maker in the room though. The pool area was great if you could find an empty spot! The restaurants were great. . Loved the pizza place and delicatessen. Also the Pantry was so good. It was comfortable to stay at once we found our way around.. central to many things.. Caesars, Venitian, Bellagio and TI. Room overlooked the volcano! Very cool

Hotel casino area should improve on there hotel ventalation as there were many smokers and a non smoker felt I was smoking also. Rooms were spacious, maids did a great job in cleaning, cleanese was a 10!!. Location for the Merage was excellent.

This was our first trip to Las Vegas and won`t be our last. The Mirage was great, the room, service, and the food was outstanding. A little smokey in the evenings but that's when its busy. Great place will be back!!

The Samba restaurant was amazing, highly recommend. The location is fabulous; central to shops. Mirage has our favourite casino slot machines. The Mlife staff and front desk are so kind and helpful. Comfortable beds, nice decor, bathrooms a little small; prefer a walk in shower. We can't wait to return to the Mirage very soon!

Our stay at the Mirage was wonderful. The staff were very accommodating as we had some special need requests and they came through. The location was wheelchair accessible and the rooms were clean and spacious. Would love to return.

The resort was very nice, clean, exciting to be in. The pools are great, and the dolphin pools are really great to see. I found the price of food to be a little expensive, for example in the restaurant I went into on the first night of my stay charged $16. for fish and chips and $24 for a drink, also in the morning coffee was $5.41. Staff at the resort were very nice and knew lots of information. I would like to see coffee makers in the rooms so that you can have a coffee before going out to explore Las Vegas.

Everything about this resort was perfect. Where it was situated, cleanliness, distance from other hotels, restaurants were good. The service was impeccable. Love the fact that you can leave your luggage there after you've checked out of the hotel if you have a late flight. Everything was perfect!!

The Mirage is a fantastic Hotel. Had a great time, everything was were i needed it to be. Dining and Casino was great. The employees were extremely helpful and courteous always pointing me in the right direction. Five Stars for sure.

Great hotel! Beautiful! Very clean! Staff super friendly and helpful. Had a problem with wifi in our room but they were very apologetic and waived our resort fees. The buffet at Cravings was delicious and price was great! Thanks Mirage for a making our stay such a geat one...terrific vacation! Would definitely stay at the Mirage again and recommend it to others.

Really enjoyed the Mirage. Great rooms, fun activities and many helpful staff! Also, tripcentral made booking easy! The food was fantastic as well, many options and all tasty. Also appreciated the central location.

This is my second time to Vegas and staying at the Mirage there will defiantly be a third vacation here at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful on the phones and in person. There were great restaurants within the hotel so you didn't have to venture out into the heat to satisfied that dinner time hunger (defiantly recommend BLT burgers:). But the best aspect of Mirage was the pool area; I felt like I was in the Bahamas it was so tropical and lust feeling. There were waterfalls and lots of sitting areas. And if you got tired of the pool you could always check out the dolphins just a pool over. I will be coming her again next year:)

Pool is the nicest little getaway on the strip - you wouldn't believe you're in Vegas! Best restaurant is STACK. Wifi was terrible but rooms were clean. Great location, older/family crowd. Affordable.

The Mirage is a very nice hotel. Clean, easy to get around. The room were in had a nice, 2 sink bathroom. Staff were very nice. Food was good. The room overlooked the volcano. Vegas is an adult wonderland.

A great resort to stay & play! From food to entertainment, & everything in between, The Mirage has it all! Beautiful grounds, a large pool, great casual dining, & a Starbucks to boot - this place had me at Welcome!

Food was good, everything was clean. Staff was very pleasant. Casino was a little dark as compared to some of the others. Easy to get around. Had a nice view overlooking the Volcano. I'd stay there again.

Great location! We kept busy so we didn't spend too much time in the hotel. Room was big and clean. We had a strip view and the volcano was loud so if u have children with you, keep that in mind. Be aware the mini bar is on scensers so don't touch!! Pizza restaurant in hotel was yummy and staff were helpful and friendly. Staff worked hard to keep it clean. Would stay there again. Good times!!!!!

The Hotel has good and bad points. Very long walk from Hotel lobby to Guest Elevators through a smokey casino. When will Las Vegas stop catering to 15% of the population. Our bars and restaurants were very reluctant to go non smoking but within 6 months their business picked up better than ever. Can the Casinos in Las Vegas not see that their casinos are only half full !!. Rooms are fairly nice with the exception that you can hear every word spoken in the halls as the doors all have large cracks at top and bottom of doors. we were awakened at 4AM from people fighting in the halls and several other times just from the loud noise. All employees are very helpful.overall not bad but would probably check out reviews for other hotels Chose the hotel for location they are right in the center of the strip.

The room was nice, we had a view of the volcano and of the strip. The cleaning staff was really nice and so were the front desk agents. The food is way overpriced as is with all the vegas restaurants so don't expect any better here. The spa is also nice to go and relax, they separate the men and the women.

Great hotel in a great location on the strip. hotel is exactly what they say about it. grand and majestic. clean and well maintained. some updating in the near future would be great. Would absolutely stay at the Mirage again in a heart beat.

I loved the Mirage. This was our first time in Vegas and the Mirage rooms honestly felt like home. Very comfortable and the staff were more than helpful - we even got a free upgrade. We will be back to The Mirage again for sure. It is located in a busy part of the strip so you are close to many amenities. The volcano eruption is something you don't want to miss. The casino was smokey but that's what you get in Vegas.

We had a great stay, the staff go above and beyond to help, our room was very clean. We would stay there again for sure. The consierge staff are more than willing to help right down to printing out maps for us. It would be nice to have had a fridge to use...not a weighted fridge, that is the only downfall.

Hotel and casino area were great! The hotel is located in a great central location on the strip. The dance bar was not very active and drinks were far too expensive. House keeping comes by early but great friendly staff!

Hotel was very clean;well staffed with very friendly personel it is in a great location.The food and service;weather was top notch;LOT,S OF SIGHTS to see all with in easy walking distance or short cab ride;I will definitely be going back again!!!

It was our first time in Vegas, so we can't compare this resort to other local resorts. However, our room was very nice and clean. We were at the end of a very long corridor, which meant more walking, but very quiet. We were never disturbed. There are plenty of places to eat on site. The pool was beautiful. The only negative comment I might have is that we sometime had to wait in line for breakfast.

The guest room elevators seem rather far from the front entrance, requiring guests to walk through a very smoky casino to get to their rooms. Pool,was very crowded...had to line up before 8 in order to get deck chairs. Room was good...would be nice to have a fridge! Carnegie Deli was a hit!

Great location, not so big that it takes you half an hour to walk to the door, but big enough. Enjoyed the am Buffett , good value and large selection of items. The pool was great, sufficient lounge chairs for the guests present.

Went to Vegas from July 6-10th/2014. Stayed at the Mirage. This place is totally amazing. From the moment you walk in until the moment you check out, you are treated like gold. Staff is very friendly, courteous,helpful and professional, they go above and beyond their call of duty to accomodate you with all your wants and needs.The Casino is very clean and there is no scent of stale smoke, The hallways and the rooms are spotless clean and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. The grounds are amazing and beautifully landscaped. I will never consider staying anywhere else when visiting vegas, my heart belongs to the Mirage. So Thank You Mirage and the Staff for making my vacation in Vegas so enjoyable and memorable. Looking forward to going back !!!!!!! Thanks again for everything!!!!!!!

THE STAFF WERE VERY GOOD ESPECIALLY THE VALET AND THE BUISNESS CENTER HOST. THE TALL BOUNCER AT THE REVOLUTION WAS A STAND UP GUY, VERY PERSONABLE. THE STAFF AND THE FOOD AT THE STEAK HOUSE WERE AT THERE BEST SO OVER ALL A PLEASUREABLE EXPERIENCE.

This was our fifth time in Vegas and fifth time at the Mirage! Every year we say that we're going to try another resort next time, but at the last minute we always end up at the same place - The Mirage! Why mess with a good thing? Rooms are great! Service is excellent! Atmosphere is fantastic! And to boot, you're central to the Strip! Most important thing is that we have a great vacation - that's been the case for 5 years. Said the same thing about next year, but I have this sneaking suspicion we'll be back at the MIRAGE!!!!

This Hotel Is In One Of The Best Central Locations On The Strip.The Hotel Has A Resort Style Feeling,With A Beautiful Pool Area .The Grounds Around the Mirage And Waterfalls,Are Amazing.We Found The Casino Area Was Not Smokey.
