We had a wonderful stay at the Park MGM Las Vegas, the T-Mobile Area was directly across the street as well as access to the bridge that takes you to other hotels and shops. The pool was open and we had fun swimming and brunch at the Primrose cafe. The casino was great it was smoke free which the rest of the casinos we went to on the strip were not. Overall the rooms were clean, cool and we didnt hear any noise at all at night. The staff was friendly and helpful and even extended out checkout from 11am to 3pm so we could catch a late flight. Definitely would recommend staying at the Park MGM.

The hotel and room were very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Like most of the hotels on the strip there is no fridge in the room, microwave or anything to write on. There are no ice machines in the hallways. It is like they want you to pay exorbitant prices for items in the hotel. There are only 2 glasses - no wrapped plastic ones like you normally get. The casino was not paying off that well in my opinion. There is a tram that's free that takes you to Aria and Bellagio. Make sure to take it to Bellagio as that hotel is absolutely beautiful I found the Bellagio casino seemed to pay off better, although maybe I just got lucky. I doubt I'd go back to Vegas as they are nickel and diming you, trying to squeeze every dollar out of you - it's greed at its worst. I remember years ago (1980's) there were very reasonable buffets that cost only a dollar or two. That's because they make lots of money in the casinos.Now they charge like $50 for a buffet, although some are closed due to Covid. I am surprised they still give free drinks from waitresses in the casinos (give them a dollar tip as they work hard).Toronto airport is a disaster. You go through about 3 different rooms with huge lineups. You think once you leave the first room you'll get to go through to US immigration - but not the case as there will be 2 more rooms you can't see with huge lineups. A lot of people lost their flights. Some would try to go around the roped off areas to talk to the security but were told to go back in line. Others tried to push their way through the lineup saying they were going to miss their flight and some of those are scammers trying to get ahead of everyone - so don't let them get ahead of you. The return to the Toronto airport went quite smoothly which was a pleasant surprise as they try to hurry you through. I think they only did spot checks for the ArriveCan app, and only asked if you filled it out. All in all It was good to get away but not planning to travel across the border any time soon until things get back to normal, and hopefully it does.

The hotel was great do not like self check in and check out as you are not dealing with a person and we did have problems a credit being applied, would prefer to deal with people checking in and out more personal and avoid descrepancies

The room was spacious (2 queen beds) and a sofa. However, there is no fridge, micro wave, sufficient hangers, dressers for clothing, radio, table or desk suitable for a female to do hair, make up, etc. - no mirrors to sit in front of. The resort fees are unacceptable. We were told these fees include bottled water daily, news paper, etc. - not so. Only benefit is wifi! We asked for a 5:00 a..m. wake up call which did not happen. We set our cell phone as a back up and this saved us from missing our prebooked ride to airport. Our room had a nice view and being close to the T-Mobile was a bonus. The eating establishments in the hotel are overpriced! Great selections but pricey. The "goodies" in the room i.e. - water, cookies, chips, etc. are overpriced and to have them hooked up to charge to your room account if taken from their place to look at is ridiculous.

First time staying at the Park MGM - never stayed either there or its former incarnation - the monte carlo. What is nice about it - all the rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. Is there anything spectacular? No..is there anything to complain about . no. The standard room is good for what you need. Clean, comfortable. (Ok the shower had awesome pressure! so that is a big plus for any hotel!) Like all vegas resorts - there is plenty to eat - however, a majority of it is associated with Eataly - which I found to be over priced (even by Vegas standards). The computerized checking was actually much more efficient than the typical process - but it removes the personal element (and the abiilty to schmooze to get an upgraded room!) Overall - woudl I stay there again - sure..If it was a great deal - there are better hotels and worse hotels on the strip. Nothing to wow, nothing to offend. One side note - it does have a Chicago classic steak house - bavette which was amazing!

The hotel lobby,pool and casino were very clean. The check-in and check-out was made very easy with multiple of staff on hand to help. Friendly staff everywhere and willing to give directions and answers to all questions. We were first-time people in Las Vegas and were a little disapointed that the room was not what we expected. No coffee maker no fridge or microwave, no alarm clock and we had our room cleaned once and the sink in the bathroom was not touched. There was no clean glasses replaced and the only thing done was the bed and clean towels. I didn't think this was hotel standards. Usually in hotel rooms you find information on the city and how to get around it and restaurant recommendations. This was not what we experience anywhere in Canada. Also the Starbucks charged us 3 different prices for 3 days for the same order. Finally i said something and they only apologized they did not throw in a free coffee.

Check in and out were relatively easy. Great food options with a Denny's across the road too. 3 pools to choose from and friendly staff too. You have to go to Eataly for cannoli! Overall very happy with this hotel.

It's unfortunate that any savings you get by buying a bundled package get lost in what they are now calling resort fees supposedly to cover things like the pool and hottub etc. Both of which were closed off for most of my stay but I still had to pay the fees. Its just a cash grab and any savings gets quickly eaten up by resort fees making the overall experience less than it could be.

Read some mixed reviews so didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with the renovations to the former Monte Carlo, now Park MGM. Rooms are nice and yes, some of the basics like a mini fridge and lack of storage were true but the room was great value. The main level Eataly restaurant high end food hall was impressive and felt like a European Street with lots of great choices and great atmosphere. Would go back if the price was still right!

Everything went well on our trip. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Anytime we had a question someone had an answer. Would stay here again. The hotel was under a bit of construction but nothing got in the way.

The resort fee was $ 41.95 per night (taxes included) with very few amenities or service to justify the expense. There was very little interaction with hotel staff, everything was self check in / check out and limited staff around to assist with questions or issues. I prefer personal service and staff interaction while travelling and this was definitely missing from this hotel. The room while very clean, had no furniture, no dresser, no coffee maker, no hangers, and we had to keep our suitcases and clothing on the floor. The hotel entrances on the strip were closed for construction, which required you take a long walk to the back of the hotel to gain access from the strip. The self check in was lengthy and there were limited staff to assist. All the restaurants were under construction which left one option to use with limited seating availability. The line up for the only coffee shop in the building was half hour plus at any given time. Because of the lack of amenities, we ended up having to go to other hotels for meals and spent the majority of our time in other hotels. The hotel did not offer any comps to hotel guests or discounts. There was a sign that offered free play for rewards points. Only to find out at the end of the week that the points accumulated on the program were not valid for free play as the points could only be earned at the Park MGM and not other supporting M Life rewards hotels. It felt very misleading. Perhaps it may be a bit better once the construction is complete however the lack of personalized service will deter me from returning for another stay. This may be a good option for frequent travellers to Vegas who have no questions, and know their way around the Strip but not for people who are new to Vegas and /or not seasoned travellers.

The park mgm is in a good location but that’s about it . The newly remodeled rooms lack the quality associated with a MGM hotel .The designers chose red on red on red with pictures that have no cohesive thought. No mini bar ,coffee maker ,clockradio,no space to hang clothes and more red in the bathroom the pillows were uncomfortable and so were the king beds . What were thinking when they approved the rooms what is the theme you had in mind MGM.There were no restaurants open later after the shows and very few to choose from at the park .We ended up finding places off the hotel.We called the rooms IKEA meets the dollar store . Miss the old montecarlo already.Other guests we met had the same opinion.

Hotel was a good size, not too big as many are and location was central to the strip. Pool area was terrific, fantastic steak house right in the hotel and easy access to/from the airport. Some renovations were under way but did not affect our visit at all.

Park MGM is still work in progress. Hotel room is quite small. Shower is very nice, it needs a hot tub. I think you can do a lot more with the lobby to make a statement! Very disappointed with the pool. Location is great, right on the strip. Staff can try to be more welcoming.

Wonderful pools & service. Rooms comfortable & clean but needed coffee pot & fridge. A couple more coffee shops & restaurants would be great. Would definetly stay again because of the great location!

This hotel is under extensive renovation and it will be exciting to see the new look under the new name. This place is the new hot spot on The Strip so close to so much action including T-Mobile Arena for hockey and concerts! Walking distance to restaurants and bars and shops and convenience store for reasonably priced essentials like $1 water bottles. Short walk to the shops and food of New York New York and Excalibur -all with reasonable pricea for The Strip. Walking distance to high-tech "Top Golf" 4-storey driving range/bar/reataurant/pools (yes they have pools there). The hotel is the new perfect location in Vegas because of all the development in that area with more on the way! Clean place and friendly staff! Looking forward to staying there again!

First, the lobby of this hotel is like a bus station, we didn't know where is the welcoming desk is at first. Second, the extra taxes added on top of the agreed price for staying 4 nights was choc to us, we were not informed by travel agent, we have to read the small print to find out about it. It was a very desapointing trip this time around, I, We will never never go againg to Vegas.

las vegas here we come. three times the charm the fourth time not so much.when things dont fall into place there is a good chance other things will follow. hotels no longer give out shuttle passes to the hotels. the taxi that drove us made a round trip so he can make more money. that was the first thing.that is irritating they suck every dollar out of the tourist.. the hotel is presently under construction. the inside was fine but the outside was not .one morning around 7 am a scaffolding with workers above us hammered and made a horrible noise . the hotel expanded to a theater for 5000 people and across the road an arena for 20 000 people. so everything is very close and next to each other. when we booked in we had to give them a credit card that was for resort fee and 200.00 extra if you damaged the room. most hotel will only hold the credit card and not run it through on our return i checked my card and low and behold i had a pending charge for over 600.00 . i found that totally disgusting and a ridiculous business practice. i stayed in many other hotels that will take your card but not run it. and so it goes on and on. we booked a trip to laughlin and due to construction the bus was not only delayed and there also was a accident on the strip so we waited an hour and a half. finally a bus showed up my husband asked where are you going and he said hoover dam so we assumed the laughlin bus would still show up. the bus driver never got out of the bus looking or asking and just drove off.i phoned the tour operators and demanded a refund since i was at the right spot and was told there will be no refund. i not only had the hotel made phone calls and explain the situation and they finally gave in and actually gave me a refund.another thing was we wanted to get a can of coke at the hotel but no prices where marked on anything. i asked how come and i was told it all depends how many guest are staying in the hotel less guest higher price more guest less money. we must have hit a day with less guest because that little can of coke would have been $3.75 US> which i think is another of the bloodsuckers routine. the trip to the south rim was ok and the pawnshop trip was a great experience. so altogether it was ok but nothing like previous trips.so be carefull everything is very expensive and you dont have to eat at the hotel there is many other places with much more reasonable prices. previous trip shuttle from the airport, $10.00 for the casino tickets for the fator show. and this time nothing absolutely nothing.

Hotel is under construction and that is only the beginning of their issues. Electronic check-in didn't work. Most bars and restaurants are closed during construction. Room temperature control didn't work. Business center lost the package we sent out. Forced to walk through the lobby to reach the casino - when did Vegas hotels try to steer you away from the casino? $40/day resort fee for what; the internet? Even the Starbucks closed early everyday.

The new rooms were nice, still needed lots of casino work. But for going to the Knights game it was perfect. Lots of bars and restaurants close to Hotel and rink, pre game was fun. No pool yet but didn't want it.

Great hotel for the price. Went during winter and the accommodation was great and service too. Did not try food as I think it's a bit overpriced and did not try the pool. Got the strip view as I requested and that was good.

Even with the extensive renos going on the room was very nice, staff were great. Once complete this hotel will be awesome. This is the best place to stay if going to a hockey game! That area is done up very nice with great restaurants!

The hotel is ok. Room is not bad at all except there's no hair dryer which I checked in room amenities they stated there's one in every room. The staff was nice. The only thing is that there's no swimming pools available since the hotel is under renovation. Besides they charge $10 per day for self parking fee which I don't really like that idea since my sister was there couple years ago and the parking was free.

upon arrival the receptionist informed us that we would be placed on the floor under renovation and they start working at 6:00 am. this information was not given to us by our agent. The only way to get a normal room was to pay additional $75US per day. That what we did. We also got the room so far from the elevator that my 72 years old wife could hardly walk to that room. The agent also told us that the Hotel had a pool. Which was not true. More over we were not informed about the shuttle to the other Hotel pool. We learnt about that from the advertisement while waiting for the taxi to take us to the airport. Our letter requesting to compensate us $225US to our agent Miranda was ignored by her. We demand immediately to compensate to us $225US.

The location was great and that was about it. We would go to bed around 4/5am and since the hotel is going through renovations we will be woken up at 9:30am with the sound of the drill hammer and its none stop all day long. We switched rooms 3 times to 3 different sections of the hotel and the sound was horrible everywhere. The pool is under Reno so forget about using it and the whole hotel is so outdated and filthy. I would rather spend the extra dollar and stay somewhere else. We complained about it and they waived our hotel fees. They also were shutting off the water between midnight and 3am.

I thought the Monte Carlo was just "ok". I would not stay there again. I went with some friends. We had separate rooms and both our phones did not work so when my safe also did not work I could not call front desk. I had to go down and stand in line so someone could fix our safe (as it was our very first night). Our room did not have a hair dryer and I wasn't about to go down again to stand in line. As well there was no fan in the bathroom. The worst part is that our pool was under construction and we were NOT informed about this. We had to walk to another hotel (15 minute walk). Not nice especially that it was 43 degrees every day.

Stayed at the Monte Carlo for 5 nights and had absolutely no complaints. We got quite a good deal and we were quite pleased. The hotel was a little dated , hence the renovations , however it was perfectly clean, service was excellent, and the location was perfect! You cannot pay 3.5 star rates and expect a 5 star hotel. Would definitely return to this hotel!

This hotel has a good location - the room was adequate but the bathroom was poorly lit and dingy - I hear they are in renovation mode Not a good selection in fast food grab a quick snack places I would not stay hear again and resort fees going through the roof In general 6/10 ??

Great access to everything on the strip. It's renovating now so some parts cannot be accessed but you can use pools and do shopping at other hotels. There is train that connects to bellagio and few other hotels for free. Rooms are clean. Had a blast!

The room was fine, nothing big to talk about , it was clean for the most part. The hotel and casino were alright, like i said decent enough. We chose to stay here because my parents have been here before and they liked it. Check in was smooth and easy, there was a line and always seemed to have a line whenever we walked through the lobby. The bell desk were pretty good, holding out bags and letting me use the phone to call for our late shuttle. Location is the best point of this hotel, the buffet was reported by my parents to be not good and pricey for lunch. I enjoyed some of the casino slots because i was winning. There werent a whole lot of choice for newer slots, but theres casinos everywehre. I wish i could rate this between average and very good, it doenst quite deserve either of those but in the middle. They did upgrade us to a strip view room on a high floor for free with little bother to do it, we sent a couple emails and they were great at the response time.

I thought the hotel and casinos were good the rooms were in much need of renovations big time,pool was closed but they did give us access to MGM and Mandalay Bay pools free of charge which was nice, they checked us in early but wouldn't let us do a late check out.overall it was decent.

We have just returned from a fantastic four-day stay in Las Vegas we stayed at the Monte Carlo hotel. I will say that the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. THe hotel and casino are nicely laid out it does have a more quiet vibe to it however that was great for myself and husband. I will say that the hotel is a little bit dated but I do understand that they are under renovations. The only disappointing thing was there was no fridge or coffee maker in the room other than that I would say it was a 9 out of 10 vacation. WestJet was fantastic to fly. I will say Beth at Trip Central has to be one of the best travel agents I have ever dealt with.

We booked the Monte Carlo as the rates were a bit cheaper and the hotel is decently located on the strip. Upon arrival I was disappointed to see the rooms are very dated and in need of TLC. I was also disappointed to see there are ZERO amenities in the room besides a TV. No clock, no refrigerator and no coffee maker. It became evident that this is probably the case in all resort hotels. To force you to spend more $$ in the restaurants and cafe's. The rooms at a Comfort Inn or Red Roof are nicer. Certainly not worth the extra resort fees, seeing that the pool and certain areas of the resort are under construction. Now, if you decide to stay at this hotel, make sure you get a strip/street view. We had a pool view (which is no longer there and under construction). Construction starts @ 6am. So be prepared to be awake early. The staff was accommodating to bring a small refrigerator to the room. The hotel lobby and exterior of the hotel is attractive, clean and vibrant. The self park was convenient, easy to use for $8 bucks a day.

Spa overcharged 5 people same day 3x and all who called were told no it's Visa or Mastercard's fault. Regardless that the spa on the day of visit stated they were having problems that day and saw them swipe cards multiple times and we would have to pay after the visit and assured us all was fixed only 1 charge went through. To go home and find overcharges into the thousands, a few days before Christmas trying to resolve which it is still not resolved is quite disturbing. This was not a "class act" any part dealing with this issue with anyone from the hotel or spa. Here is simple free advice when you have a problem ...fix it and if you don't know take the time you need to get to the bottom of it then deal with it. To say nope not our problem well you are right it won't be your problem again with us to fix because we would not return or have not recommended this hotel. Our fun relaxing vacation was disturbed from the MONTE CARLO :(

The hotel is dated and service is so so. Location is good on the strip but exterior looks well .inside of rooms are not in good shape.service is also so do. The front desk at the lobby is very slow. So use auto check in and out or wait long time.

Close to the strip walking distance, it has restaurants and fast food for a quick meal and it's close to T mobile arena and MGM grand so lots of events there. I would definitely book again there for the price.

This hotel is very beautiful and once the renovations are done, I will definitely go back to watch a hockey game. Being right in front of the T-mobile area it will be a major attraction for hockey fans all around the world. The location and atmosphere is second to none.

The location was good and about a 20 minute walk from the main action on the strip. It's also right next to the arena which will eventually host the new Las Vegas NHL team (name TBD) for you hockey fans. The décor is dated but the beds were comfortable so that made up for it considering we were in our rooms for only a short time each day. After a less than stellar check-in experience the hotel staff did redeem themselves in the end so were satisfied overall with our experience. We never ate at the restaurants in the hotel and the pool was unavailable due to construction so can't comment on these. The in-hotel casino is dark and dingy and one of the smokiest on the strip - that will definitely deter us from the slot machines at our next Vegas vacation.

The hotel is not the high end or at the low end. The Monte Carlo is a middle of the road hotel. It is situated in the middle of the strip across the street from the new arena and park area. For the cost it is good value for the money. The grounds and hotel itself are well maintained.

We arrived on Fri night and check in was very fast and easy. Our room was very clean and quiet. Casino was interesting. In a nutshell we totally enjoyed our stay here. Buffet was very good with lots of choices.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly and efficient. The Buffet restaurant was amazing - superior service, great food and a wonderful assortment. My room was clean and comfortable. Just one small thing - the clock radio could not be plugged in on the beside table - there was no outlet. I really would have liked to have a small coffee maker in the room. Otherwise it was great. There was no problem using the pool and spa facilities across the street at MGM Grand.....even though it was quite a walk to get there.

Resort is decent, rooms need to be updated and are very basic/small. They should look at offering a fridge for the room as it's very hard to keep drinks and food cold, especially since there is a $30 resort fee per night.

When I first booked my room , I requested to have a King size bed, but when I checked in at night time, they told me there's no more King size bedroom anymore, fine for me. When I entered the room that Monte Carlo offered to me, I saw towels, socks, food, condoms were all the floor, bed weren't being cleaned or done. I called to front desk and they said they would send somebody to the room and clean it right away. It was not acceptable at all to offer somebody an uncleaned room. They talked to manager then offered me a King size bed (Originally they told me no more King size left when I checked in) Monte Carlo is a 4 stars hotel, maybe I set my expectation too high for this Hotel. I wonder why there's only two small table of Baccarat- the more would be better.

The Hotel, staff and atmosphere were fantastic. Watch for pending renovations!! Will be best place on the strip. Morning, Noon or Night... There is tons to do and the excitement never ends. Will become your go to hotel every time you return.

If your looking for a hotel on the strip that is in the middle if all the action then the Monte Carlo is perfect. As far as the room goes, we purchased a deluxe room. But the room was not anything close to deluxe. The room did not have a kettle or fridge...the bathroom even had a shower curtain!!!! I mean come on ...the germs that get collected in those things are disgusting just yo think about. Another outdated feature was the fact that they provide a stereo but the connections were not updated to the newer smart devices. I mean who still uses an iPhone 4?? Otherwise nice location.

Although the rooms were a bit dates, the resort was amazing! The pool are was always so much fun, especially the lazy river!! 10/10 trip. Also, Joey was the best bartender in the pool area, but all of the staff made our stay so much fun! I would definitely go back.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Location central, clean, staff were friendly. I am a person who prefers the smaller hotels, and this one was perfect. Didn't take you thirty minutes to get from your room to the front lobby. Definitely would stay here again.

We really liked the location of this hotel, very central to alot of the shows and restaurants. The only thing I would have liked is a coffee machine in room or a fridge. I would stay stay here again due to the location of it.

Nice location for a Vegas vacation, excellent pool including a lazy river and wave pool. Rooms are comfortable but beginning to show their age, would benefit from a renovation. We would go back there anytime

I stayed 5 nights in a deluxe room at Monte Carlo. The hotel accommodation was part of a West Jet vacation package that I purchased through trip central. The rooms were basic and our sheets weren't clean when we arrived but the staff replaced them when asked. My husband and I were there during the second week of April, which was unusually cold so we did not enjoy the hotel's pools but I liked that they were available. Be mindful that everything in this hotel comes at a cost. We showed up 3 hours before check-in time. Although our room was ready, we had to pay 22USD for the early check-in. I found it annoying that the mandatory 'resort fee' of about 33USD per night is not part of the hotel room rate. The hotel is currently constructing an addition, if you are a light sleeper you might be woken up by construction or you'll find yourself paying a premium to get a room facing away from the construction area.

Descent hotel. Although it's getting old. Can use a renovation. Free WiFi. Good speed. Can stream YouTube. One good thing about this hotel is it has the tram that goes to Bellagio. Free of charged. We used it a lot.

The hotel staff was really friendly, rooms were clean. Hotel is bit dated but never had a issue. Our room was overlooking the pool so we weren't bothered by construction noise at all. The hotel is easy to navigate and ha quick access to the strip. For the cost of the trip I have no complaints

I would say the resort is average. We enjoyed ourselves I would just say the hotel is due for an upgrade at least in the hotel rooms. The location is great, right in the middle of the strip. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub.

Hotel was great, and staff was very helpful. Booking with trip central was also very easy. We will use trip central in the future for bookings! Monte Carlo is a fairly well located hotel on the strip.

The rooms were nice location is great... Construction happening so I think greater things are to come but it was pretty much our view. The place is clean and the people working are very friendly and courteous.

This hotel was great, all the services were exceptional. With the tram service it made its location ideal, with access to all that Vegas has to offer. Parking was was free which made car access and parking easy.

We visited to celebrate my birthday and were nervous about our choice after reading some of the online reviews. However, we didn't share the concerns of some previous guests and found the Monte Carlo to be much cleaner and better kept than we expected. We were given an upgrade to the 28th floor with a great view of the strip. All the staff we encountered, from front desk to housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. The Porter was especially gracious after learning that our cab to the hotel had taken a roundabout route, he made sure to tell our cabbie returning to the airport which way to go (resulting in a cab fare1/3 less than on the way there). The same as anywhere, if you are pleasant you generally get the same back. Our room was plenty big enough for the 2 of us and we weren't at all bothered by the construction noise given how high we were. Only slightly bothered by smell of cigarettes in casino area, but didn't find the smell present at all in our room. Bed was comfy though pillows not the best even if they were numerous. Great location, in the middle of it all. All in all we had a great time and would certainly feel comfortable suggesting this hotel to a friend.

Took my parents for my mums 82nd birthday and she can out gamble me. Had a blast easy for mum to get around restaurants were excellent mum even came home with her gambling money. Could have stayed a few more days.

Traveled on West Jet and there seems to be more leg room than some of the other carriers. Found our prepaid shuttle at airport quickly and got to the hotel in timely fashion. Monte Carlo check in was fast and friendly Room was nice and clean - minus was worn chair for desk. Rest all good with comfy beds. Central Strip location made visiting other hotels walkable. Too cool in December to enjoy the pools. Casino was nice and busy enough to play most games. They took our $$ nicely - LOL. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall very good.

Quite attractive and very clean. Excellent service. Close enough to walk to everything. Rooms are quite large and very attractive and maid service was excellent. The concierge service was outstanding, very helpful, they even booked my boarding passes for my trip home.

Room was clean and quiet. Hallways bright. Easy to move around and central to other resorts and casinos. Reception was quick and pain free. Pizza place is amazing. As is to be expected, casino is not smoke free,

The hotel is old and tired and could use some updating, especially the rooms. The room was small but clean. The bed was clean, crisp and comfortable. The tub and sink took a very long time to empty, really long. The location is great, casino was good to us and the amenities were good, except the pool gets very little sun. There is only a short period of the day that you can suntan at the pools. Overall it was okay for the cost.

This hotel is stinky. The smell of cigarette smoke is so bad. By the time you come to the entrance door, the stink will stick to your clothes and your body. I don't want to stay long at their lobby as I will smell like smoke.

Clean and easy access other hotels. No problem with parking. Excellent buffet. Beautiful and warm water at the pool. Bus stop in front of the hotel plus easy access to the tram way. It has it's own food court and shops

I will stay in the same hotel when we go back to Vegas. Location is very near to the nicest place in the strip. Staff are friendly. Parking is excellent. Can walk inside going to Belaggio by riding the tram. Hotel is Highly recommended !

The Monte Carlo may be one of the older resorts on the strip but it delivers on being right on the strip, accessibility via tram to other hotels, access to various food choices and the price! Stay at MC if you're big on location and price.

Very convenient location..I walked out to an action packed street regardless of the time of the day. Varies type of Resturants within walking distance. Loved that the Trams were RIGHT at the Location. The lazy pool was relaxing..water was cold in all the pools though. Room was decent, Hotel and Casino was in good shape. Food court have various options prices range and preferences wise. Overall, my first time at Vegas was a great experience at Monte Carlos. Thank You.

The hotel is in a great location on the strip. Perfect for families and if you're looking to save on pricy hotel rates on strip. Rooms are very outdated, carpets need cleaning on floors and in rooms. Room windows show their age with protective seal/stickers pealed off and moulding cracked. It gives you a "motel" feeling, for sure! Pool area is great, a little busy but can still find chairs. Food court is just "ok" if you don't wanna spent money and enjoy your vacation experiencing the Las Vegas dining we typically love, so the food court I wouldn't bother with unless you're looking to save money or grab a late night bite to avoid walking the strip but "Bobby's burger palace" is just a 2 minute walk to the left of the hotel or "fat burger" across the hotel and also a 2 minute walk to get a better selection than the food court. Hotel staff are wonderful, especially the "bell desk", willing to go out of their way to help. Front desk lady who checked us in, waived the resort fees for our 2 rooms for 6 nights, so a huge savings for us (with a $20 tip, but she didn't take it until the end when we said to her the $20 was for her and she was appreciative ($20 trick does work)

I really liked where the hotel was situated. Everything was close by. Nice buffet in the hotel. Good shopping close by. Nice pool to choose from. Concierge was not very helpful but the rest of the staff were great! Clean rooms. Nice view of the strip.

Friendly staff. Clean and well kept hotel although not super modern. Location was prime. Close to bus stop across the street. On the strip. Convenient stores close by. All walking distance. Security was amazing, helped my find my misplaced purse in minutes. Decent pool area, perfect for relaxation. Various food options in the food court. Great price for the hotel and great accomodation.

We stayed at the Monte Carlo in June 2015. Though it is not located at the centre of the strip, there is a free tram bringing you directly to the Bellagio which is great! The pools are awesome (Lazy river and wave pool). The rooms were pretty basic, but very clean! Would stay there again!

Monte Carlo was in a very high traffic location and had great food and entertainment. The hotel was very impressive and was very convenient. The lazy river was heated and temperature was just right. I would definitely go again.

The hotel has lots of amenities that are nice; pools,restaurants,fast food,slots and the location is very good close to Walgreens where u can get cheap booze also a CVS right next door with the same cheaper booze but I preferred Walgreens the only down fall was the hotel room was a little rundown needs some updating even needs a paint jobs chipped dirty walls and the cleaning staff did not do a good job they seemed to only make the bed and empty garbage. They didn't even clean the bathroom sink that sink gets dirty very quickly, other then that a good experience.

The Monorail was nice, a good variety of restaurants but I didn't like the buffet. Pretty centralised but I rented a car so I had the freedom to travel wherever. I would recommend renting a car, there is a lot to see around Las Vegas.

Monte Carlo was a great hotel and I would definitely stay there again. The rooms were clean and modern and the stafff was extremely pleasant. The location on the strip was perfect . Right in the middle of all the action and central to all the other hotels and attractions. The Casino wasn't smoky like other hotels and you could still get a $5 dollar Black Jack table in the morning.

Monte Carlo is a nice simple quite hotel highly recommended only thing is the smoking rooms are way too smoky but besides that good location good service cheap places to get food we had wifi on level 26

Good price. If your looking for a place to stay with comfortable bed and enough space to put your shopping bags aside, this could be it. This hotel offer spacious room. However if your looking to lounge around in your hotel room this might not be for you. We had a joining room so you can hear everything people are doing and talking about next to you. I'm not sure if all the rooms are like that but definitely ask for a non joining room. We were put into the 17th floor upon arrival and the room was outdated and the shower had to be worked on to get it to stop leaking. We transferred to the 30th floor as we couldn't handle the noise from the room beside us and that room was definitely a lot newer. The other downfall with this older hotel is there's no WiFi in the rooms. Only in the lobby can you get acces to the free WiFi. The food in the hotel buffet was nothing to complain about. Overll a good hotel to stay at for the right price. I would definitely stay again but if I was offered the 30th floor

Very impressed. Efficient and friendly service at check-in & conceirge. Was very impressed that all of our pre-requests were honoured ... King size bed, non smoking floor, view of the strip. Pool was closed:(

The room was pretty standard. The casino was fine. Didn't really have any bad experiences. They had a food court right next to the casino which was good. There was construction happening right next to the hotel but it wasn't really a concern.

The Monte Carlo is a very good middle of the road hotel right in the centre of " the strip" . The rooms are quite spacious & well appointed , we had a wonderful view of Vegas from the 30th floor. We liked the convenience of the free tram service from the Monte Carlo to the Belagio. Enjoyed the " Blue Men" show, however, the only negative was that the restaurants & pub prices were a bit expensive.

We stayed at the Monte Carlo and everything was fine. The room was descent. At first there was a leak in the toilet, but once I called the front desk no later then 5 minutes someone from maintenance came and dealt with the situation. The customer service is 5 star. The hotel is a classic itself.

hotel needs some updating ,website pictures not close.clean rooms but no fridge and resort fees for very little use.decent location on strip everything seems fr in casino.check in was quick .don't be in a hurry for drinks while ambling

We loved the accommodations, and the fact that they could accommodate us upon arrival by providing joining rooms. I did not think we would have time to enjoy the pool area, however we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. Various pools to enjoy but we seem to enjoy the lazy river. Restaurant was excellent, great breakfast.

Old decor needs updating in the rooms. Didn't have a refrigerator. Room wasn't clean or dusted phone was dirty. Good location. Live Band outside the hotel was entertaining. Gift shop was reasonably priced.

The hotel is in need of some updates, but overall is very clean. The pool area was great. The price point was right for what we had. It is showing it's age and is a bit dingy. The staff is very good for the price.
