Had a great vacation, the hotel was clean, nice staff, easy access to food and drinks with a mad apple amazing fun show. Room was good size clean and comfortable bed but didn’t like the carpet, no fridge and no water pressure in the shower.

We stayed at new york new york it was nice. Its not a fancy one more relaxed vibe. Rooms are very clean. Impressed with security as well to show your key too. American restaurant is great for breakfast very reasonable priced for Vegas on the strip. Watch out for the time share people within the casino they get annoying bugging you to go attend a 2 hour event in order to get free tickets for a show.

First time staying at New York New York and the basic room was clean and quiet, the service was good and friendly and our room had the most comfortable mattress and pillows we’ve ever slept on. Great location and lots of amenities conveniently located close by.

Loved the New York New York! Not too big, easy to walk through. .Awesome breakfast at Chin Chin. Great location near T-Mobile arena. South end seems a little more quiet and close to airport also. NFL stadium opening soon. Go Raiders!

Hotel has a nice sized casino, lots of choices to eat, great park area to sit and people watch. Right next to the TMobile Arena. Watched the Golden Knights game from our room on the big screen. Attended Zumanity show which was good but not enough aerial acts in it. Service was great at the restaurants but waitresses a little scarce while playing slots or tables sometimes. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were accommodating. Only issue was the amount of cigarette smoke in the casino. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of restaurants to chose from. Would stay again

Resort and Casino was great! Hotel location excellent right in the middle of the strip. Lots of great New York style restaurants to chose from. Service was fabulous. Would definitely recommend to everyone wanting to visit Las Vegas.

Easy to get around, service was great and lots of options for dining. Located in the middle of the Las Vegas strip so that makes it easy to get to other hotels. New York New York has lots of great shows as well.. oh and ride the rollercoaster!

The first room we had was not great. The chairs were so disgusting that we didn't want to sit on them. And the cabinet where the safe was located, the door came right off the hinges, and a light fixture was also broken. We did get another room, which was bigger and cleaner, and nothing was broken! And they provided us with a $50 food voucher for our troubles. Other than that first hiccup, the rest of the stay was wonderful - lots of places to eat, and very close to T-Mobile arena, as we were in Las Vegas to see two hockey games. If we ever come back to Las Vegas, we would definitely have New York New York at the top of our list.

Hello! I recently booked a trip to surprise my husband for his birthday. We had been to Las Vegas before but stayed at a different hotel. On that trip we found ourselves enjoying the restaurants and overall vibe of NYNY better and visited everyday. So I decided to book our accomadations there. We really enjoyed our stay. We usually don't spend much time in the room while on vacation but it was nice to see the room was up to date, spacious and clean. Not to mention the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. We travel often and have learned not to have expectations for the pillows but this time they were great. The restaurants were great, the food was yummy (love the late night pizza) and as a bonus for booking we received 4 $30 vochures to use daily at selected restaurants. This was a nice addition and a good savings for our trip. Big thanks to our travel agent Susan for her time and patients with booking and confirming a group of 6. Thank you!

The hotel was incredible, everything you could possibly need was there and being on the strip you could find everything else you needed. The guestroom was a little dated, well used but very clean. Lots of food selections within the hotel and you can charge to your room. They have room service if needed. My husband and I felt very safe, when we would charge our food to the room they would ask for ID every time to ensure they were charging correctly, we liked this touch. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Everything is within walking distance. We will definitely return.

You can’t ask for much more from this hotel friendly staff, all the amenities you want right on the strip, we went there for my wife’s 40th bday it was her first time in Vegas it’s my second time at New York New York won’t be my last !!!!

The hotel was very reminiscent of NY with its Italian feel with NY style Pizza and great Pasta. The rooms were spacious and comfy. I was very happy with the service and the hospitality. Great place stay

New york new york hotel and casino is just amazing. The service is good, they are always ready to help and try their very best to meet your needs and make your visit pleasant and unforgettable. The roller coaster is so convenient coz you don't even have to go far, its just located in the hotel,the show cirq the solei is also really good. You can have all kinds of restaurants and bars without even going out of the building.Best of all the hotel is in the middle of everything, close to the south and north strip, close to all the major hotels and casinos which make it so easy to hop from one casino to the other. Shopping malls are also close, so are some grocery store and drug stores. The swimming pool in the hotel is also very nice and clean.also you can easily take the shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. All in all, its an amazing hotel.

A surprise trip for my husband's milestone birthday was made possible with the help of Tanya Smith at Trip central. She went out of her way to help me search and arrange the perfect vacation. The New York New York is a fabulous hotel, perfect central location on the strip. Check-in was quick and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, with the MOST comfortable bed and pillows I have ever had. We spent a lot of time walking, so a good night's sleep was a welcome relief at the end of the day. Housekeeping staff was so friendly and kept our room immaculate. The hotel has everything you could possibly want, great casino, numerous restaurants, bars, pool, entertainment in the park-you truly could spend a week and never leave the property. We didn't use the pool as we were so busy exploring but we did check it out and it looked great. Our favorite spots in the hotel were Il Fornaio's Italian restaurant and Tom's Urban grill and bar. If you are a patron of the hotel, Il Fornaio's has 2 for 1 breakfast-each meal reasonably priced under $15. Our favorite was their waffle, smothered in a light cream, fresh strawberries and bananas-to die for! Also their poached eggs on ham and toast was amazing. We ate there each morning and got to know our waitress who was friendly, attentive and a great start to our day. Tom's urban has a lunch special of sliders and loaded fries for $10. The portions were generous, and after the first day, we found we could split an order and be totally satisfied. They also make great margaritas! The hotel offers a $30 credit each day to selected restaurants/bars in the hotel. Tom's was one, so lunch was on the house, sometimes with enough left over for a drink :) .We didn't use the casino much, but a $1 bill netted me $52 within 2 mins, so no complaints there. The hotel also has an amazing roller coaster (which I was too chicken to try) and a huge arcade for kids/adults interested in gaming. Must do's in Vegas--a combination road trip/helicopter ride to the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon! Well worth every penny. Best to buy your tickets from an agent on the strip as the hotel concierge is more expensive. Take a day and visit Old Las Vegas-Freemans Street. Very entertaining. . All in all, we were not disappointed, Vegas has something for everyone, the people are friendly everywhere you go, and go out of their way to make your experience one to remember.

We love this hotel for it's central location, across the street from MGM - where there is so many excellent shows and restaurants, plus we love to gamble in a smaller casino! The Italian restaurtant in NYNY is really good too!

Great hotel. Great location. Amazing amount of food choices inside. Good variety of new and old slot games to play. Staying at Mlife hotels has always been a good experience as a few days slot play allows them to comp the resort fees and this time there was enough comps for food and more slot play. It's always the end of the strip we gravitate to anyhow so we decided to stay there for 4 nights. Staff very friendly. Prices high for food but on par with the other hotels. Only complaint I have is the roller coaster some nights seemed to go later than other nights. Was an annoying rumbling noise if you plan on going to be before 11.

This hotel was great for the full family as it had lots of restaurants, bars and activities in house. Its also in a great spot on the strip. Don't expect to get any free drinks while playing slots though. These don't appear to come often. We were comped some free drinks because our toilet didn't work properly. They fixed it right away. But the complimentary drinks were awful. But as they were free, we didn't complain. Overall, it was an excellent spot.

Great room at a reasonable price. Lots to see and do in the complex besides gamble. Great access to other neighbouring MGM resorts, as well as the Strip. The staff are friendly and helpful. At check-in, after we told the Front Desk guy that we were Vegas first-timers, he arranged that we got a free pair of tickets to Zumanity. We were thrilled. This really got our stay off to a great start. The only downer was that the pool was under renovation. However, we were too busy to use it anyways.

This hotel is perfectly located in heart of the strip ! Its modern charm , has a roller coaster is close to Bellagio. & an excellent place. Hershey is attached to hotel . New York new York has everything you need Fabulous las Vegas

My husband and I really liked this hotel. The Casino is a great size (smaller then a lot of the other casinos on the strip, but we liked this!). Great selection of restaurants!! So many delicious places to choose from.. right in your hotel. Greenberg’s Deli was AMAZING!!! A must try when you visit! There is also a nice park area outside which we enjoyed as well with live music. The roller coaster looked fun, huge arcade. The pool was nice too, again, not as big as some, but was enough for us! Lots of chairs available. Breakfast was buy one get one free at one of the restaurants so that was nice (and always very good). It was at the one end of the strip, but we found it a convenient location! You can easily walk anywhere, or as we found out, take a free shuttle from Aria hotel to The Bellagio. We can’t wait to return!

This hotel has everything you need. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The location is good, and surrounded by many nice casinos that you can explore: Tropicana, Excaliber, MGM Grand to name a few. The resort has a lot of variety of restaurants so you don't have to go far for good food. From foot long hot dogs with serious toppings, fresh baked pizza, mexican fare (delicious!!!) to steak, there are restaurants to meet your every desire. The pool isn't huge but very nice, with full food and bar service. The people who worked there were always kind and helpful. The casino was not my favourite casino, but it still had everything you need. Two of us tried the rollercoaster, which was "terrifying but fun" and gave a spectacular view of the strip and the mountains. This is my third time staying at this hotel.

We found staff to be friendly. The resort was clean and lots to do. Very central to the strip and all other hotels. The room was clean and the bed was great for comfort. The pool area doesn't get sun until 11 am. Other than that is was awsome. Wished staff would give u more info about Las Vegas and where to go and what to do

I personally love this hotel. It is not to big, not to small. Had lots of entertainment and makes you feel at home. Our room was beautiful and they kept it so clean. We upgraded to a suite when we got there. It was huge and made us feel like we were rich. We are not rich at all. If you go to Vegas I totally recommend this hotel.

The hotel is not one of the ones that has an outstanding pool. It is small and the cabana tents are looking tired. There is absolutely nothing for kids to do here so if you have kids under the age of 14, this is not the place to stay. I got a terrific deal through tripcentral.ca. If it was not for the pricing, I would have been disappointed.

Wow what a great trip to Vegas from start to finish. Our travel agent Michelle from trip Central made it so much easier for us. The flight from Hamilton airport to Vegas went smooth. Our room was perfect they upgraded us as it was our 30 wedding Anniversary to a larger room with a jacuzzi tub but charged us nearly nothing( that was so nice of Anne at the front desk to be so kind.) Our room was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There is no bar fridge or coffee maker, we brought our own and made coffee ever morning ( was a great idea that’s for sure) There is a hair dryer! We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Check in was quick, our run of the house room was good. The hotel and casino is very clean, lots of restaurants onsite. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Pool area had enough loungers, and was a really good size. Would come back again!

The location was great as well as the food options! Rooms were average but the view was stunning. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Would recommend. If you're looking for a luxury experience id go somewhere else though. 😊

If you are on the strip side, you will definitely hear them screaming on the rollercoasters, well into the night, and we tended on retiring around 12 midnight. We also had a frisky couple next door who liked to scream while having whoopie. Bottom LINE, the windows and walls are not sound proofed. I have stayed at planet Hollywood and never heard anything from the strip. Otherwise the Hotel was good. Nice restaurants but of course no indoor pool.

Hotel was easy to get around in and great restaurants and shopping. All staff was friendly and willing to help. I have stayed at other hotels on the strip and New York New York is now our favorite one. We will definitely stay here the next time we go.

The room was nice and spacious. My wife and I loved the atmosphere when waking around the casino and all the restaurants and shops. Some parts of the pool deck did not get any sun till about noon or a little later other than that the poo was satisfactory. Had a nice dinner at Nine Fine Irishmen pub. We had a perfect vacation the pool was beautiful the food location and staff were awesome. Maria (maid) was a sweetheart and very professional. We will be back soon !! Love the roulette of 5-25$ tables and the music club theme at night by the bar.

This hotel is a great location for a great price. It has a lot of affordable food places and fun places to drink. It's clean and safe. No extra frills but for the price you pay it's great value. If the price was right, I'd stay here again.

Loved staying at New York New York. So many restaurants, clean rooms and fun pool to cool off in. Everything we needed to be comfortable. The Park had such great ambiance with music and a variety of restaurants.

Great place to stay with your family; plenty of activities for kids to enjoy including video arcade, roller coaster and pool. Great variety of restaurants to choose from as well; something to satisfy everyone!

I would highly recommend New York, New York. The housekeeping staff were most polite and friendly and did a very good job. All of the waitresses on the floor were very appreciative. The food at the restaurants was very good

Our 8 day stay at New York New York was wonderful, the employees were most accommodating and the rooms were spacious and lovely and very well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others planning a trip to Vegas. We (5 of us) were very impressed with our stay at New York New York hotel and casino. If we, in the future, return to Las Vegas, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The staff were excellent, the room was superb and the food was delicious, though much too plentiful. The casino, restaurants, rooms were immaculate.

The New York New York is a great place. They have lots of good restaurants to choose from and the Coyote Ugly bar was lots of fun. It's a good location on the strip to stay. There are lots of sight seeing tours that will pick you up right st the hotel

The hotel was just great. The restaurants were delicious,we tried quite a few from the lobby floor. We were disappointed about not being with the group we went with. We all booked at the same time, with the same travel agent and ended up in different towers. The lighting in the rooms could be brighter...where we were,our window looked out on a brick wall so there was no natural light coming in. Loved the shops in and around the area. We would have liked it if the pool was open the weather was in the high 20's and very warm in the evenings.

New York - New York is a great place to stay. The hotel is a good size, but not too big. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The location of the hotel on the strip is really good. It's very easy to get anywhere. And the selection of restaurants and bars is really great. We especially enjoyed the restaurants that had patios out on the strip.

The hotel was alright. The room was clean but from our room room you could hear the roller coaster pass by all the time. We did not like having to walk thru the casino to go check in Also we did not like the musty smoke smell in the casino. I would recommend to spend a little extra and stay either at Ceasar's, Paris or the Venetian

The hotel is big, but don't worry. If you're older, you can rent a mobility scooter right there at the Bell Stand! The staff was friendly, and the hotel spotless. There was more room given to the many eateries than to the Casino, The hotel was set up inside to resemble a food neighborhood in New York City, which allowed us to either dine at the Steakhouse (Gallagher's) or grab a sandwich at the Deli. There's a fine Irish themed pub there, complete with Harp, Guinness, and a wonderful Colcannon soup. Our morning room service delivered coffee never took more than 15 minutes to arrive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel had everything you can imagine and the location was perfect!!! We went there for UFC 197 that was at the moment grand which is right across the street.The casino in the hotel is a fair size and the restaurants are amazing, I would strongly suggest this resort to anybody young and old !!!!

New York New York was such a great hotel! Very central to all of the main attractions and there were so many things to do in the hotel. The room was clean - a bit dated - but very spacious. Overall, we enjoyed every minute of our stay at this resort!

Very clean and friendly staff with great entertainment inside the hotel and good food options. The bar at time square with the dueling pianos was awesome to see very fun night. The little shops are nice as well and can't forget about the goodies from the Hershey store in the hotel yum :)

We had an awesome time at this hotel. The location was convenient to the monorail or you could simply walk down the strip. The room was very clean and comfortable, but next time I would ask for a fridge. There were quite a few restaurants to choose from, and we had excellent food at the ones we ate at, with really great service. The piano bar was well worth the evening spent there-I would definitely add it to the list of things to do while you're there. We rode the roller coaster and took in the huge arcade, and checked out all of the shops and things to see at this resort. The pool was beautiful, and we spent a day just hanging around it-totally relaxing:) I would most definitely stay here again!

New York New York was a great place to stay at. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the place was always clean. It has a little bit of everything there! I would go back again in a heart beat. Only down fall I went with a large group and some of the group stayed in the middle of the strip. It was a long walk to go meet them!

Room was great, bed was very comfortable and we had a great time. The energy at the New York New York was so electric. There were more children in Las Vegas then we thought appropriate but all in all a fun hotel to stay at. The game dealers were fabulous, the Restaurants and service was great. The location on the strip allowed us to walk to all other hotels easily. The only thing that got to us after a while was the "smell" in the hotel. We think it was something they were putting into the air in fact it seemed to be the same in all the sister resorts to this one. Kinda like a cleaner smell. Other then that was perfect!

I cannot think of one thing that I was disappointed in. The room was clean and more than spacious. Loved the pool, loved the Irish pub inside the hotel and the roller coaster was a blast. The restaurants inside the hotel covered all tastes and price ranges. Stayed at The Venetian on a prior visit and although it was lovely, NYNY felt like I was experiencing the true Las Vegas experience. Oh, and I can't go until I mention the dueling piano bars (yes, also in the hotel) was so much fun!
