Best price vs location rooms were nice for the price, lots of cheap eats in the miracle mile shops, 2 abc stores and a cvs with in 5 minutes of the room.rooms have a fridge and no automatic charge bar in the room!

The Planet Hollywood hotel was the best choice from the great location to many food options. Our beautiful Vegas Strip view room was stunning! We were directly in view of the Bellagio Hotel and the fountain show never stopped entertaining us. I would recommend this hotel it is perfectly located in the middle of the strip and offers everything you need for a memorable holiday. Viva Las Vegas!

The hotel was very clean and front desk was polite. The room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels were clean. The location was great to get around to other attractions on the strip… great location! No problem checking in or checking out.

Perfect location as it is central on the strip, with lots to do within the hotel! A must do in Vegas, from shopping to food, all around a great time! Staff were friendly, elevators were quick, and atmosphere was beautiful. Room was updated and clean!

The hotel and casino were clean and HUGE! There was always something to do, a happy hour and shopping!!! You are right in the middle of the strip. I loved Flights and Blondies and the Cantera. Caramella Italian restaurant AMAZING! Hidden speakeasy...blew my mind!!! I would absolutely stay here again.

A long walk great stay and super hotel…be ready to walk, it’s a long way from the parking lot to check in. the resort fee also sneaks up on you. there is no coffee in the room, i found that very disappointing.

The room was gorgeous and the bathroom was beautiful. However the bathroom was quite dirty with splotches of something all over the floor and hair all over the inside of the shower and tub. Was very quiet except on the last morning when they started cleaning up the demolished stairs at 6:30 in the morning.

I have stayed at Planet Hollywood twice now, and each time has been problematic. I decided to give it a second chance, but after this experience, I will not be returning. Below are the issues we encountered: Blood-Stained Sheets: We discovered blood on our sheets, and it took three calls to housekeeping over 1.5 days to get them changed. During this time, we were forced to sleep on a bare mattress with towels on top. Room Availability: Our room was not ready when we arrived, and we waited 3.5 hours to be assigned one. Even then, the room we originally booked was still unavailable, so we were moved to a different room in a separate tower. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially as we were on a family vacation and ended up being separated. Sewage Issue: On our last day, our shower began filling with wastewater, which emitted a foul smell. My partner, a water well technician, quickly identified it as sewage. When we reported this to the front desk, the concierge attempted to have us remain in the room while they sent someone to fix the issue. This was an obvious health hazard, yet it wasn't until we argued with the rude manager that we were moved to another room. Billing Errors: We were charged three separate times for resort fees and have had to call to dispute these charges. Each interaction with staff has been met with defensiveness and rudeness. Overall, I will not be returning to Planet Hollywood. I would gladly pay more to stay at another resort if it means avoiding these kinds of issues.

The beauty of this resort is first of all... The location. Can't beat it.! We actually upgraded our room and had an amazing view of the entire strip, as well as the skating rink at the Cosmopolitan and the Bellagio fountains. The room itself was clean and modern..plus bonus of having a mini fridge in the room as most do not. THE adjoing rooms could use soundproofing as we heard them in the next room BUT not in the hallway. Large bathroom with private toilet room / walkin shower ( good water pressure ) and a bathtub ( no makeup / shaving mirror ? ) Casino a good size and the layout great for comming and going as its attached to the shopping centre and the main strip.

Had a wonderful time at Planet Hollywood. My first time stying there in ten years. The location of this property is what makes it so appealing and convenient. Plus, a tonne of affordable eating/drinking options thanks to the Miracle Mile shops. Check-in was great, got an ungrade to a higher floor and fountain view thanks to Royce. Room was clean, large and delivered on a world-class view. Decor of rooms is a little sparse - they lack warmth in their design, but that's hardly a reason not to stay here. Easy to access designated rideshare area. Busy, lively casino. A great choice if worried about budget - lots of wallet-friendly faire. Middle of the road quality - nothing spectacular, but nothing vacation destroying, either. Starting to show some wear and tear around the edges. New Food Hall coming later in 2024 - should open up even more affordable dining options.

The hotel was modern, voluminous and very lively. The rooms were extremely spacious, tastefully furnished and clean. The bathrooms were lavish with upscale features including soaking tubs, high-end, lush linens and towels. Furthermore, the ambiance is perfectly maintained for the guest's convenience. The swimming pools provided a refreshing amenity for its guests, including a hot tub.

We were very happy to have stayed at PH. The location is perfect and the room was very clean and a great size. Navigating around the property is so easy compared to other places. The pool was also very nice and clean. Only thing was resort fee was $56usd per day which might be the norm nowadays. Other than that, could not complain at all about it. Great experience!

Location great . Mid way through strip Washroom smelled of sewage . Have to pay for Lounge chairs by the pool. No shade , no where to sit by the pool. Good restaurants. Clean room but not cleaned daily must ask for it to be cleaned.

Our room we booked was not available when we arrived. A lower quality room was provided, but tried to tell us it was an upgrade. Housekeeping didn’t show up for 2 days and the pool was closed! Very disappointing!!

First time using trip central, Evetything went smooth, Zero complaints, Had a amazing time, they upgraded my room while i was there,The pools in vegas was closed cause it was feb but it was as cold as canada

So close to everything, everything you need a few steps away! A shopping mall for your convince! Amazing food options, such a variety of options. We had the fountain view and we really appreciated the cleanliness of the room!

The hotel is a beautiful hotel in many ways with the rooms being very spacious and comfortable. Sadly, there is still too much smell of smoke in the casino but that's just the way it is everywhere that smoking is allowed. Location is fairly central on the Strip so convenient to many opportunities. Since Covid started, changes in housekeeping were initiated to reduce contact BUT now that the pandemic is over and people are travelling more, we were very surprised that there is no housekeeping after check-in unless requested. Changing the bed for up to 7 days is not a big deal but it's nice to get dry towels and garbage pickup. None of that is provided. We called and asked and they promised new towels but they didn't arrive for 2 days. The King bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not as they were too soft. We requested an extra pillow but that never came. We know that hotels now are called "resorts" so they can tag on a "resort fee" at the end of your stay on your closing bill but $52 US/day was a surprise and seems ridiculously high and for what??? We have difficulty understanding why this has been established. Yes, a pool and possibly a place for workouts is provided and the minority of people probably use them in off season. Traditionally, these were included as "amenities" and the better the hotel, the more amenities. Now it feels like a money grab.

They need to work on some things here. First problem is check-in. It supposed to be easier using terminals. Unfortunately there was a mile long line and every terminal would allow you to input all your details and then tell you to see a 'front lobby ambassador ' anyway. We dealt with Amy who was the rudest and most sarcastic person I've ever seen in a customer service role. She shouldn't work the drink station. She tried to embarrass me by loudly saying my credit card was declined. Not sure why she tried that since it worked the rest of the trip. Hotel rooms were decent. Hairs were everywhere in the washroom. Not mine since I'm bald. Good location in center of strip for in my opinion has the most affordable dining at the miracle mile shops. Now the worst part. THE FEES. It seems all caesers properties are adding these little hidden charges on restaurant bills of around 5 percent. One said 'employee something fee' . Amd the resort fee is ridiculous at over $52 for internet and exercise room ?? Its insane as anyone on the property can dogn into the wifi . With all the fees Vegas doesn't hold the attraction it once had for me. I dont know when I will travel back there. Not anytime soon.

Generally clean, but not very well maintained as faucets in our room was not functioning well. Staff was friendly, which is great, but when we were checking in, there’s just 2 of them, so we had to wait long. Food outlets are great and reasonably priced. Probably their best asset. Few people wear masks, but the hotel’s staff all do, even at the casino. I find the casino a bit dark compared to other places, not sure if that was intentional.

Excellent hotel in a great location, very convenient for walking to both the northern & southern end of the strip. Loved the adjacent shopping mall and convenience to the local pharmacy/grocery store for getting quick treats. The fitness centre is very quiet, the pool area quite the opposite... definitely a happening spot!! Check in was ok, a bit of a lengthy line and mainly computerized/few in-person reps available. Rooms are incredibly spacious, great to have the mini fridge. Quick response to accessing additional towels & issues with in-room safe. Have stayed in a few hotels on the strip, would definitely stay at Planet Hollywood again!

Planet Hollywood is in a great location and has a lot of great amenities. Check in was quick & easy and check out was pretty quick as well. The hotels likes to text. You for housekeeping requests which is new but convenient. You can never complain about a Vegas adventure.

This was our second time staying at Planet Hollywood. Clean, fresh rooms, comfortable Nights sleep. Perfectly located on midstrip close to all the major shows, you can practically walk everywhere! Casino’s were awesome and challenging! We’ll be back again !

I really liked the hotel. We had fountain view room which was nice. However the fountain does not stop at 10:00 pm and is very loud. Also street noise was quite loud even up to the 29th floor. It is a good location in the centre of it all.

We stayed as a couple from Dec. 15-20, 2019; we had an “Ultra Hip King” non-smoking room. For all of the issues encountered, we were given by the hotel (begrudgingly) food/beverage credit & waived 2 nights of resort fees. PROS: - Location on the strip is superb. - Zappos theatre is excellent. CONS: - Rooms smell like smoke, even on non-smoking floors. - A/C system makes loud, jarring noises throughout the night. - Zero soundproofing. - Dirty bathrooms (see photos) & bedsheets. - Rooms lack maintenance – dressers are missing corners & wallpaper is peeling. - Shower water pressure is either so strong it rips into your face, or so weak it just sputters. We had the privilege of experiencing both due to a room switch. - Toiletries are all made in China & do not list ingredients. My partner’s skin got itchy while my eczema flared up exponentially. If you forgot to bring your own, there’s a Body Shop right inside the Miracle Mile. The Fuji Green Tea liquid body wash is mild enough that I was able to use it. You’re welcome. - Each room allows 2 devices to be connected to the (extremely spotty) wifi. - Evening staff are seriously rude over the phone. - The Heart Bar has terrible drinks. So watered down. - You get PESTERED to tour timeshare properties (in return for show tickets/vouchers). We asked for directions to the North Elevators & instead got ushered over to a different casino staff member to give us a “welcome gift”. After a couple of mins., it was clear that this was a hard sell. She was aggressive, ignored our “no thank you”, & tried to prevent us from leaving. - Mandatory extra hotel fee of $42 USD/night, when there is NO POOL IN WINTER MONTHS, UNCLEAN ROOMS, & VERY UNSTABLE WIFI. SPECIFIC NEGATIVE FEEDBACK: - The night of check-in, we found the bathtub had hair from previous guests (see photos). At first I tried to splash water on it to rinse it away but then I thought - why should I be doing that? We called front desk for a room change & was told that this can’t be done over the phone, so we went downstairs. There, we were told that room changes aren't done until 2 pm the next day. We got dressed & went downstairs FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. Housekeeping came up & cleaned the tub. We switched rooms the next day. - In the evening, we realized we could hear every single conversation & motion (think walking & feet shuffling) from the adjacent room. We called down to front desk, stressing that it wasn’t loud – the issue is zero soundproofing. Security was sent up & the neighbours were asked to keep it down. After some astonished reactions (yeah, I would be too), they literally just stopped talking. That works, I guess. - The wifi stopped working on the 3rd night. I did the standard troubleshooting on my own first, but that didn’t work. I called down to front desk where they reset the connection remotely, but still nothing. Got transferred to speak with their IT company rep. After the exact same troubleshooting, got transferred back to front desk again. Ultimately, front desk staff said they'd send a technician. It'd be “only a few minutes” as the technician had to “walk from one end of the property to the other end where [our] room is”. Newsflash, that didn't happen. 20+ mins. later I called down again & was told that he was dispatched. 20+ more mins. later, I called down & was told it was a 3rd party issue & “not PH's fault”. Glad you guys found the root cause, but why did nobody contact me advising me to STOP WAITING? I wasted a full hour, fully dressed & doing nothing but waiting for this guy to show up when I could have gone to bed! - On our 4th morning, I woke up to red rashes/bumps on my arms & partially on my face. These are not my typical eczema flareups, but an allergic reaction to something on the sheets. I called front desk & requested specifically that housekeeping needs to change the sheets & I even mentioned my developing rashes. After an apology, front desk guaranteed it would be done. Surprise, it was certainly NOT changed.

I want to Planet Hollywood on the Recommendation of a friend. Good- Location, location, location. This hotel was right in the hub of all that is happening and everything was in walking distance. The room was very nice although a bit small. The bathroom was great and the hotel itself has a lot of amenities. Bad- We were given the wrong room and after explaining to the front desk The clerk was very unapologetic and said well can’t do anything for you. Customer service needs to be looked at if the Hotel staff cannot be personable. There was absolutely no Christmas Decour which was shocking to me. The casino was well ventilated but Smokey.

Very good except the unnecessary hotel fees that every vegas hotels charge. Good rooms, service and a casino. Great location. Connected with a mall that has variety of shops to offer. Right across Bellagio which makes it a place to be.

Very clean and very friendly...the breakfast credit at starbucks was very helpfull.... Its in the middle of the strip so its close to everything....The Earl Sandwich resto open 24hrs is a great idea and the food is amazing...U have to have a burger at Gordon Ramsey s burger joint....wow.

Planet Hollywood was a great place to stay. The rooms were very nice and well kept. There was lots of different places to dine at in the casino.The location was also very good being within walking distance to mostly everything.

Planet Hollywood Las Vegas was a clean and stylish hotel. It was a great stay, located conveniently on the Las Vegas strip. However there were some issues, that we weren’t happy with. The resort tax ($41.95 US daily) was apparently for the wifi and pool access. The wifi wasn’t great, and seemed to be problematic. The one day we used the pool, to have a cabana at the pool it was $59.99 US, and if you wanted extra lounge chairs, that was an additional $24.95 each chair! So my question is, what was the $41.95 for? I’m sure the other resorts would have charged the same. Also the smoke in the casino was irritating. If you are going to allow people to smoke indoors, then invest in a smoke filtration system, so that non smokers aren’t effected. I realize that banning smoking in the casino, would drastically effect their business, so, at least invest in a system, strong enough, and robust enough, for us non smokers to not notice.

Very clean and beautiful rooms and grounds. Lots of shopping options! Would recommend to anyone! Central to many restaurants and attractions. Lots to see inside and out. We loved this place! Very friendly staff.

All in all a good trip. Unfortunately we were cancelled boarding our original flight and had to overnight in Calgary (from Winnipeg) then my luggage was lost and brought to the hotel later that night. We had a were refunded a portion for the first night the ln decided to upgrade our room to a suite for the 2 nights we had, it was fantastic. The carpet needed to be changed as it was quite worn but all in all a great location. Not my first time at hotel and won't be the last. The only thing we preffered to go elsewhere for was a larger pool.

The hotel is clean and is in a great location on the strip. The rooms were quite large compared to others we have stayed at and the staff are friendly. The casino is well taken care of and doesn’t smell too much like smoke like some of the other hotel casinos on the strip. The hotel also has some great food and a whole mall full of wonderful (and reasonably priced) shops!

The hotel was clean, easily accessible to shops, and lots of restaurants to choose from. The theatre for the Criss Angel show was awesome. The only downfall was the pool area. There was a family pool and over 21 pool. In the adult are there were only at tops 30 chairs around the pool. The rest were rentals of cabanas. There was another seating area down 12 stairs into the middle where if you were in the pool you could not keep an eye on your belongings. You were surrounded by high buildings so exposure to sun wasn't until 11 in the morning. You felt like you were in a bowl. The pool water was extremely cold, therefore not many people in it. I wanted to stay at this hotel, but it would not be a choice again.

The locations of the South and North elevators were convenient and easily accessible. The rooms were very bright, clean and welcoming. The casino was fun to play in with a variety of old/new games. The foods at the Spice Market buffet could have been a tad warmer yet it was still very tasty. Planet Hollywood was conveniently located to other hotels and casinos which make it nice to walk around even in the heat!! The only thing I would recommend is the location of the pool is obstructed by other buildings and the water isn't heated up by the sun also not enough chairs for people to sit (this was the comment from others in the group).

Newly renovated, great service, on top of miracle mile mall. Close to shows and clubs. We have been here twice and loved it both times. We will be back for sure! Don’t forget to get your rewards card if you plan on gambling. And if you buy a show ticket. At pick up you can get 50% another show at the box office. Or show your rewards card and get 30% off. We got all our tickets ahead of time so we didn’t take advantage of this. Just sharing incase people Are curious

Excellent location. Great accommodations. Huge casino and mall. lots of choices for food. Only downfall was the room. We had long hairs in the tub and on some towels. Drinking glasses were dirty as well.

We had a great stay at Planet Hollywood. The hotel was nice, lovely rooms and very clean. We were upgraded to a great strip view room...u could even see the fountains. Staff were friendly, however check in was very, very slow. Lots of food options in the mall attached. Perfect location for walking to other hotels. Overall great stay, and would recommend.

This was our first time to Vegas. Let me say that it was a fabulous trip. We stayed at Planet Hollywood. From the Time we arrived at the hotel,up until our last day, we were well taken care of. The Concierge desk was really helpful with information. We were located right in the middle of the strip and had easy access to everything. The show's we went to see were amazing. I would highly recommend Planet Hollywood to anyone.

Had a room on the 33rd floor. The view overlooked the strip. It was amazing. The only downside was several large moths everyday. They seemed to come out of the vent. Freaked me out! The service was excellent. I would go back.

Really great location! Couldn't be beat! The pool was a little small and they nickle and dime you for everything but the rooms were great and they bathrooms had an unreal soaker tub. Wouldn't recommend Gordon Ramsay's burger.

The location was great. We chose self check in to avoid the line. Being first time in Vegas wasn't sure how things worked. When trying to access wifi, was informed would be charged $14.95/day so opted out. Our hotel room was obviously too close to elevator as it sounded like roller coaster going by window every 25 seconds. Dust on card beside lamp and on the alarm clock (time change whole we there) was disturbing, otherwise room was comfortable, except my hudband would've a coffee maker in room. Enjoyed the casino and food options in the hotel. Upon checkout was told we wouldn't have had to pay the wifi fee as had resort fee to cover it. So was charged $41.95 VS $14.95... a bit annoyed.

This hotel offers central location to the strip and if you never want to leave it that's okay too! The hotel has amazing restaurants located within, the Criss Angel theatre and lots of bars to sit and enjoy. If travelling to Las Vegas again, I would definitely stay there. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The only thing that I wish was open was the pool but not at this time year!

The hotel was good, big rooms, and clean, very good service, check in was easy and fast the same for checking out. All the restaurants were good and reasonably priced. I would recommed this hotel to stay at.

Really reasonable price and a great location right in the middle of the strip! Highly recommend. Clean rooms, comfy bed, pleasant and helpful staff and very convenient if you would like a taxi as well! I would stay here again.

My fiancé and I stayed at Planet Hollywood in December 2018. We really enjoyed how central this hotel was to everything on the strip and that it was attached to the Miracle Mile shopping mall which has a lot of affordable food options. The hotel room was a good size, very clean, and comfortable. We had a fridge and a mini coffee maker which was nice, although we heard from other guests that these amenities are not included in all rooms. We were not bothered by the smell of smoke in our room which was great as well. This hotel is also attchaed to Zappos theatre which hosts many big concerts and is super convenient to get to. The casino itself feels modern and is ventilated quite well so you don’t feel like you’re sitting in a cloud of smoke like some of the others. The only thing I think Planet Hollywood could do better is to have more entertainment happening on the casino floor such as live music. Some of the other casinos on the strip have this and it made everything feel so much more lively and fun. Oh one last tip - watch out for the time share people! They have a little booth in the middle of the casino and will try to bribe you with free tickets to see a show - not worth the 3 hours you will waste of your vacation! Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

The staff was so friendly and the room was spacious and clean. There was a fridge in the room which was great because eating out is expensive so I was able to pick up some things and keep them in the fridge. The only thing I didn’t like was that I came back to my hotel one day and the cleaner had left a sink/ tub scrubber on the bathroom counter which was close to my hygiene products. Accidents happen, still a great hotel. It’s got a Gordon Ramsay Burger, two Starbucks, huge casino, PF Chang’s, it’s connected to a really cool mall (where you can get giant pina coladas), Zappos theatre where I got to see the Backstreet Boys and so much more. I had an amazing weekend and so happy I chose Planet Hollywood!

Such a great place to stay in Las Vegas. The hospitality was fantastic the Hotel had everything for a great vacation even won at the Casino. Thank you for such a great stay within walking distance to everything, will be staying here again.

Very happy on the location - basically central on the strip. Loved that it was connected to a Mall so lots of shops close by. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean and well kept. Don’t forget to keep aside money for the daily resort fee so it doesn’t come as a surprise when you check out. Thankfully we were prepared. Would have been nice if more discount coupons were offered/given to you for restaurants or spa services.

Plenty of choices for shopping and eating. Didn't have to leave the hotel. Won some money on the slot machines. Room was very clean and made up every day. Would recommend this hotel. Kevin at trip Central did a great job.

Planet Hollywood is all that we hoped for. Staff are very accomodating and helpful. Rooms are clean and the hotel is in the middle of the strip. Pretty close to everything. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Vegas. We will also recommend this hotel to our friends. Thank you again Planet Hollywood. We really enjoyed our stay! All good memories!

Upon arrival we tipped the guest services attendant and requested an upgrade (seen in a youtube video). We received a much bigger room (suite) with a strip view. The hotel was nice and location was good however the cleanliness of our bathroom was not the greatest. When we complained to guest services. nothing was offered to fix the situation.

Arriving by airport shuttle was a disappointment because vehicles are unloaded underground in a cave-like setting, not a good first impression at all, gas fumes, nobody to offer to take our bags or even guide us to a reception desk, we found it but it is dark and behind an automated check in, also a disappointment. The elevators are very nice, hallways smell fresh and clean and the room was lovely and very clean every day. The restaurants were okay and varied. I would say staff are not very heavy on the ground, scarce even. The hotel is in the middle of everything on the Strip. The mall attached to the hotel is large and has low end souvenirs and high end stores as well. Would I stay here again...no...there are many nicer, friendlier places, I think the thing missing was the friendly easy to access help when you need it.

PH is probably one of the better hotels i have stayed in for the price range. Location is perfect. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. the attached shopping mall was very convenient for everything. i Enjoyed eating at 'Earl of Sandwich' downstairs...excellent excellent place to eat which was open 24 hours.... we did not win anything gambling at the PH casino though hehehe....

The hotel was very clean, had a great atmosphere and the staff encountered were very friendly and helpful. The maid service was also very friendly and did a great job! Great location on the strip and the mall attached is nice.

PH is awesome. Central on the strip so you can go anywhere you want. The hotel is beautiful-- lots of nice touches and nice rooms. Plenty of places to eat, cheap and expensive gambling, and and the waitresses frequently come around for drink orders. I have stayed at MGM, Paris, Bally's and Treasure Island and PH is by far the nicest! Only downfall is resort fees are higher, but I will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel, for a great value. Planet Hollywood was a great location in the centre of the strip. Shops and restaurants were a great selection. Rooms were very nice and clean. The miracle mall was huge and offered a variety of stores.

The hotel had beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. The location was awesome, literally in the centre of the strip! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in close proximity to the public transportation which proved very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this establishment!

This hotel is very nice. Love the bathroom. Large soaker tub, very nice. Room service was great. I didn't agree with paying the resort fee as the pool was closed however I was told before booking that it would apply. All the restaurants in the hotel have very good food at reasonable prices. All the staff was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel the location was great and the shopping mall was attached to the hotel.

I loved the room and the facilities. My issues was the hidden fees for each day of the stay for WiFi etc. That was a surprise. I also dislikec0the smoking in the casino I could actually smell it on the 18th floor. As a non smoker that really bothered me. They need a better ventilation system to get rid of the smoke.

One of the best hotels to stay at on the Strip. It is literally in the middle of everything. The interior of the hotel room was amazing. Everything was nice and new. Had not only the view of the Bellagio fountains, but of the Eiffel Tower. Will definitely stay here again if planning to return to Vegas :)

Great location for enjoying the strip....really friendly staff and a very well equipped room ( Ultra Hip ). Will go back for sure. The casino had everything we needed...even won a little. Nice to have the mall attached to the hotel...lots of places to choose from for meals or snacks.

Right from the moment we walked into lobby we felt that the staff was there to make our stay would be the best experience possible. Our room was spacious and well appointed. When we looked out the window view of the part of the Bellagio, the fountains, part of the strip . Totally stunning. .This hotel was within walking distance all the major hotels and restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed eating at Planet dailies and PF Chang's; both were priced well and the quality was excellent

check in was efficient, check out even more so and helpful room was amazing, spacious and quiet. shower could have had more water pressure resort frees...ridiculous - it was supposed to be for Wi-Fi and pool use. we could NOT log on to Wi-Fi or it was so slow...and it stipulated only on 2 devices? Pool area did not have enough loungers so we weren't able to use the pool or the open patio area

It's my fourth time in Vegas, been to the mom, trump tower, hard rock hotel and the Planet Hollywood. The PH is in the middle of everything, rooms are super clean, beds are very comfortable, it is a great hotel for the price. The pool is a bit small, but overall a really great hotel.

Premium location, but rooms are horrible, old furnitures and not even a fridge in the room. Definitely recommend Paris for little extra. This hotel is getting old and need renovation asap..............

The casino and shopping mall was nice and had lots of options. The room itself was mediocre. Nothing special and a random $35 resort fee per night when you check-out that nobody warns you about. Wouldn't mind checking a different hotel next time.

This hotel is a good deal for the price its clean and well maintained. Locations is central and has lots of stores and good food to enjoy. The casino machines could be updated to newer versions and they seem to eat you money very quickly. Overall I would stay at the Planet Hollywood again as I really like the location as it is close and across the street from the very luxury Hotels such as the Bellagio and Caesars Place.

We checked in to the hotel at around 11pm and it was a fairly quick and courteous process. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and exactly what I was expecting. We had a pool view which was fine as we don't spend a lot of time in our room anyway. The cleaning staff were great at making up your room every day. I find that the location of the hotel is excellent. Right in the middle of the strip. It also has the advantage of having the Miracle Miles shops attached, where you can find lots of great food at a very good price, and a ton of shopping. We ate at PF Chang and Planet Dailies which are located in the casino. Both were very good. We went to PF Change during happy hour and were able to enjoy different small plates. Great meal. At Planet Dailies I had the prim rib, which was only $16 for the large portion. It was good. We also ate at Earl of Sandwich which was great. Casino was clean and fun. We spent a minimal amount of time actually gambling as we wanted to explore more than gamble. We asked for a late checkout as our flight was only leaving at 11:30pm and for about $50 you can checkout at 4pm. This is actually my second time to Las Vegas and I have stayed here twice and I see no reason to go anywhere else next time.

Planet Hollywood was very clean, staff friendly. The breakfast and dinner specials were a good value. Very disapppinted about the resort fees. This is the only reason I will stay elsewhere next time. Talking with others, we found many of the resorts waive the fees upon request.

-Paid for a Hip King Room received two double beds until day two which we had to wait around all day until 3;30 for a room with a king bed. - once in the new room shower was broken only cold water. Called to fix and still wasn't fixed when we left on day 4.

The location was great but the hotel was very dark. Buffet is over rated. I really like that the hotel is attached to a mall so there are lots of shops. Casino was very smoky. For the price it was well worth it. All in all it was fun!

Planet Hollywood was a decent place to stay. Great location on the strip. Room was It ok. Bathroom was big, but the shower needed some updating (shower door handle fell off, and the faucet would squeal when turned). Earl of sandwich is right downstairs, which is awesome if you need a quick, cheap, but very decent meal. Checking in was tough. We arrived around 3pm, and the line-up at the check-in desk took us about 30 minutes to get through. Checking out was much easier. I paid my resort fees the night before we left, and checked out over the phone in the morning. Staff were friendly (except the guy at the concierge desk...completely useless and bad attitude for a concierge....he didnt even know where the theater was for a show at the property). Other than that guy, everyone we dealt with at the hotel was quite pleasant.

Had a great view of the Bellagio Fountain show from the 35th floor of the Planet Hollywood Resort, but there were renovations going on right above us at 6:30 am and we were right behind the elevators, so not much quiet sleeping time for the time we were in the room. Check in was fairly fast, but just check where your room is in relation to the elevators. Great location on the strip, with the restaurant open 24/7 makes it handy to get something to eat anytime. The casino floor gets really busy at night and it makes it hard to find a table or machine that you want to play. Overall other than the great view, nothing stands out over the other places we have stayed on the strip.

I would never stay at Planet Hollywood again! The rooms were disgusting with mold on the shower head! We placed the DO NOT disturb sign on our door and left all our clothes on the bed and left for the day when we came back the maids had come in and moved all our clothing, underwear included, and made the beds. We complained and got a free room upgrade and the shower still had mold, not to mention the staff were extremely rude telling us that the maids aren't supposed to move the guests clothing and accusing us of lying. This is a PARTY hotel and if its a party you want that's what you will get, loud music heard through the walls 24/7. There were sticky spots on the carpet and brown stains on the sheets. Very disgusting! Very disappointed! Worst part of going to Vegas was Planet Hollywood! Next time I go I will definitely spend the extra money and stay at the Bellagio!! Bellagio is beautiful and HIGHLY recommended.

the housekeeping staff were phenomenal. the location is right in the heart of the strip. the rooms we're nice and spacious. food selection was great in the hotel and all of the staff and guests were very friendly and made our vegas experience the best!

PH is a nice hotel. Had a Hollywood Hip room, nothing special bit still nice. Would stay here again or look at other hotels/value. I was annoyed that a cork screw and wine glasses would be extra $8.00

First trip to Las Vagas .Planet Hollywood Resort Hotel staff were very helpful and informative. The room was a little outdated but comfortable and clean. With the cooler weather having access to the indoor malls, restaurants and shows had its benefits. So much to do in Vegas can't wait to return. Special thanks to Tripcental for there suggestion .

Trip central booked exactly what we asked for. The room was clean and the bed and view of the fountain was fantastic. The only negative was the room looked like they were changing some old furniture with newer pieces and had not completed it yet. A large space were a desk might be was left open with wires visible.

The hotel is located along the strip and attached to the Miracle Mile shopping centre (ABC Store, La Salsa (inexpensive Breakfast), Brazilian Steakhouse, Theatre for local Vegas Shows, Self Parking, plus many various stores. Overall great little mall. The hotel itself is very nice. We stayed in a Double Queen Resort Room and had a view of the Bellagio Fountains...Very Spacious rooms, huge bathroom with his/her vanities & very clean. Value for your $$ no complaints. Could use a bit more closet space but otherwise its just for sleeping, so not a big deal! Housekeeping was great, never missed a day and were available 24/7. Not a brand new hotel, however, very well kept! The pools were closed at most resorts as they are outdoor (Feb). The food at the resort itself (Planet Dailies) Average (but did have resonable specials daily), PF Changs tasty, Gordon Ramsay ... worth a visit! We did not get a chance to try the Spice Buffet, but heard it's about a 3.5/5. Having the Walgreens and McDonalds next door was great for late night stops! Staff were courteous and friendly. Get the players card and use to get discounts on food/buffet. Very popular in the evenings (Thurs-Sat) compared to alot of other hotels along the strip and we visited many! Also they play fantastic music! Can definitely see why it is a popular hot spot. Would return to this hotel!

the concierge were extremely helpful and friendly, the bell desk and all of the other people we dealt with were very very friendly and you had excellent shows at the resort as well as restaurants that weren't too terribly expensive,i especially like Gordon Ramsay's Burgr and Jeff dunhan was hilarious :-)

We stayed at Planet Hollywood for 3 nights...It was pretty much what was expected, nothing fancy...but on located in the middle of the strip, which was ideal! Beware they do try to get away with charging you a 'resort fee'...but after complaining about it, they took it off our bill. No coffee machine or fridge in the room....

the hotel was nicely located at the centre of the srtip and the staff when checking-in and out were great! The rooms were nicely laid out. we had a smoking room and were given the option to change to another room, but we couldn't even tell that it was a smoking room. The pool was great and a good place to party. The only issues I had with the hotel was that we couldn't bring our own alcohol to the pool when other hotels allowed it and they cahrged WAY TOO MUCH for drinks by the pool.

I'm not one for many words but I must say we had a Great Room, Service was Fantastic especially the room staff service with a smile very accommodating, location is perfect in the center of every thing would stay again!!!!

Not a 5 star resort. Location is great. Had burgers at Ramsey's which is inside the resort, excellent burgers. Buy your show tickets on the street not in the resort up to 40% off. Saw Zumanity by Cirque du Soleil must see, real good show. I would recomend this resort simply for it's location.

Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Great location. Pool area was nice; but somewhat young for our age group. Like having the shopping mall connected to the hotel. Easy access to the strip and all the Vegas activities.

This resort is so upbeat and smack in the middle of everything. Location, location, location. Many food choices and food is good. Bus service runs until late at night so really convenient. People are extremely friendly and helpful
