| 2 | New Orleans Embark on a walking tour of the French Quarter and see the stately St. Louis Cathedral, delight to the sights and sounds of the French Marketplace, and thrill to the views of the Moon Walk and Pirate's Alley, the infamous meeting place of Jean Lafitte and his partners. No visit would be complete without having a beignet and cafe au lait at the world-famous Cafe Du Monde. Then it's on to a memorable cruise along the mighty Mississippi, aboard the SS Natchez, an authentic steamboat paddle wheeler. This evening, dinner is included at the New Orleans School of Cooking. A special treat is in store for you this evening - a traditional southern dinner at the famous Carriage House restaurant.
