• Background

• Over the past 23 years I have worked in different areas of travel. I joined the retail side of travel 8 years ago and I must say that having a background in both tour operator and airline has helped me develop an appreciation for all sides of travel and has made me a more resourceful and knowledgeable travel retail consultant. My love for the different cultures and people of the world have kept me interested in this field of work. As a customer I expect great service, so in turn the customers I deal with get GREAT service and I wouldnt expect them to settle for anything less. There are so many interesting people in this world and travellers are that much more interesting! I can honestly say that every customer I have booked has taught me something and that has made me the person I am today.

• I have a passion for Italy and France since I have had the pleasure of visiting both countries in depth on several occasions (more than 5 visits). England and Ireland are on my top 5 list as well. lovely countries, great culture and fantastic landscapes.. Cuba, the people are wonderful and they always enhance the travellers experience of this destination, cant beat the beaches in my opinion. Each caribbean island that i have seen has so much to offer the traveller the people, the beaches the culture and traditions
