  • ★★★★ Lisa W -  Verified Purchaser Infinity Bay Spa and Beach Resort: Great Beach and location

The beach and location were amazing. Employees were very friendly and eager to please. Check in was extremely slow. We were part of the all inclusive plan which only included buffet meals. Breakfast was incredibly. Tons of choices. Lunch and dinners were very disappointing. Very limited options. Snacks at the beach consisted of cheese sticks and fruit cocktail. There is a wonderful restaurant on the grounds. Food looked amazing but you had to pay extra. There was no where to just grab a burger for lunch. We ended going into West End 3 times for lunch. If I did go back, I would definitely not pay for the all inclusive option. It is not worth it. Most people there only had breakfast included which I would do. So many great restaurants in town one along the beach.

  • ★★ Lyall -  Verified Purchaser Mayan Princess Beach Resort: Okay resort

Rooms small but kept clean Resort on small side Staff not tourist friendly Food bad. Many guests came down with food born illness including one in our group of four. The all inclusive at this resort only includes the buffet. Many stations were out of food on multiple nights and were only filled when asked. There appeared to be a manager on the floor but was not sure what he was managing. Two nights on two occasions we talked with him about empty trays of food. Check in was a disaster. Dealt with us all as a group and would not give out keys until everyone was checked in. Do not recommend this hotel
