At check in we had a very unexpected additional $256 US resort fee which in Canadian is a heck of alot more when you weren't expecting it!! Also at check in, unlike other hotels. No map, no information of the facilities or where anything was. Just a room key and a quick description on how to get there. The room we were given was pretty much in the basement. The view out the window was a wall. We couldn't even see if it was a sunny day. The room was very dated, shower only making it next to impossible to shave your legs if you are a woman. Or a man I supppose. Considering we paid more for our three day trip to Vegas then we will our all inclusive trip to Mexico coming up this December, I think it's fair to say I will not be visiting Vegas again anytime soon, nor will I be staying at the MGM Grand.

Overall good, room was studio king, not huge, no view, smoking inside casino is not good. Buffet for breakfast was way too expensive. $40 US per person seems high for breakfast. Needs a shuttle to pick up & drop off at airport

The original room that myself and my girlfriend were booked was horrible. Our view was of just a wall on the 7th floor and we couldn’t see a single building. We booked with another group and fully expected to be on the same floor as them and as close as possible. Somehow they were given a strip view from the 23rd floor and we were stuck with a wall on the 7th, several minutes of travel and waiting away from our friends. After speaking with the front desk the following day after arrival, they were able to book us a new room on the 21st floor with strip view, but I had to pay for the upgrade. Other than that hiccup at the start of the trip, everything else was amazing. I can’t wait to come back and explore the rest of the strip and have a great time.

Hotel location is excellent, not being restricted by the strips traffic while also having a fantastic view of the airport. Good rooms, good casino features, solid food court. Only gripe I have is being charged to use the supplied mini fridge, I mean come on, you’re already charging resort fees daily ! 4.5/5

The staff was very nice and accomplished us very well. Our room was clean and we liked it. The food/restaurants were sooo expensive it was crazy. The air purification in the casino was horrible The smoke was really Bad. That would be something to work on. It would help considerably Otherwise will stay again

I called this company that books packages to Las Vegas, perhaps other locations as well, and I dealt with a Carol Mack, booking agent. She was terrific for the start. I really appreciated her professionalism and flexibility. She creatively found me a flight and hotel for Las Vegas and was responsive to my questions and issues. MGM Grand offers everything needed to make for your las vegas experience one to remember. It's located short walking distances to other sites you may want to see. The rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. The sportsbook is very good and well run with knowledgeable people helping you with any questions you might have. You have many options for eating, whether it is just a snack or a black tie outing. Check in is very organized and efficient. l would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean and, liked the layout, the little shopping mall attached, the pool area was fantastic since we came from snow and minus temperatures. Losers was a cool bar, Wolfgang Puck was delicious! But our waiter was clueless when we told him not to swipe our Canadian credit card as they are chipped. Sadly he did and then we had to call Visa as it was flagged :( Being able to rent a car there was a bonus and painless.

The MGM Grand hotel/casino was very busy with tourists throughout the week we were there, it was quite noisy. When we checked in they gave us an upgrade in room, but the room was not much better as it was on the main floor and the room window was facing the service entrance so we heard delivery carts coming in early in the morning. When we complained they waived two night resort fees. The buffet meals were very pricy for the amount of food that was available I would not stay there again.

Too expensive to eat, the first four nights were not an upgrade, our last three nights were good as we had to move rooms due to water leak in the roof...location was good...gaming was okay...I would stay there again the price was right...

We where told we had a upgrade our room looked out onto a wall of generators. The buffet was hugely expensive. The bath tub had rust on the surrounding area. This was considered an upgrade? The bar took for ever to get a cocktail the lines to check in where long. We don’t think we will ever be back

Rooms were very clean and quiet, excellent service. Housekeeping came in twice/day. Very large hotel lots of walking from one end to another. Good restaurants as well. We very much enjoyed David Copperfield who performs in the hotel worth seeing.

Lot's to see and do at the MGM Grand. I was happy with everything! The only downfall was the bathroom set up with the room I stayed in - I felt that there was no privacy. A little TOO much of an open concept.

MGM is an excellent place to stay! Clean, spacious rooms, lovely helpful staff, great pool area and amenities. Location is at the ‘end’ of the strip, though, so lots of walking to get to the heart of the strip.

This was my first time staying at MGM and I found it pretty good. I wouldn't say it was the best hotel but it definitely wasn't the worst and I would stay there again. Check-in went smoothly and I managed to get a slightly upgraded room. As per normal Vegas standards, it's a large resort and takes a while to walk around and figure out where everything "lives". The room was pretty much standard for Vegas. It didn't stand out to me in any way. Nice but run down - very normal. Not 5 star but I don't expect that. I would say it is right on par with most hotels in Vegas. The hotel says it's non-smoking but our room smelled like smoke. Housekeeping did spray it for us but after the spray wore out we could still smell it. No coffee maker, little fridge or any extras, but other than that, no complaints. The pool was great. We did one day around the lazy river and paid for the reserved chairs. Floating around it was definitely fun. My only major issue with it, is the cigar smokers. If you smoke them, great, but to everyone who doesn't, it is a gross smell and can quickly turn your stomach. Cigarettes, whatever; I just wish cigars weren't allowed. Blech! The second day we rented a POD on the Directors pool which is for 18+. It was nice & quiet in that pool but we would still walk over & float on the river. The location of the hotel on the strip is a bit too far at the end for me. I prefer being closer to the middle. I found we didn't venture too far because in the September heat, it makes for a long hot walk. If you're new to Vegas you'll likely have more energy for all the walking all over, but as Vegas veterans it's not as appealing; I'd rather be closer to the center for ease of checking things out. Despite the location, you still have access to a lot of "stuff", meaning food, drinks, things to see/do. So for me, not my preferred location but as I wasn't looking for a lot more than relaxing at the pool, it was ok for this trip. We ate at Wolfgang Puck's grill once and the buffet twice. I enjoyed both! No complaints. Depending what you're in the mood for I found both to be tasty. The buffet obviously has all food options - italian, chinese, japanese, etc so you get more selection for your money but is less "fancy", which suited me fine and WP grill was "fancier" for a bit nicer of a meal. I liked both for different reasons. All in all, I did enjoy my time at MGM. I would stay again; not as my 1st choice, but if I was with a group that wanted to stay there or I got a good Vegas deal and that was the hotel I would go back. I have stayed at far worse and didn't really have any major complaints so give it a try if it's one of your options, you can't really go wrong.

Hotel was nice and clean. Food in the hotel was expensive but near by Denny's and food courts were available. Plenty of events near by for tourists. Ride share is available but not from the front doors.

Arrived before check in but that did not matter are room was ready. We up graded are room to the stay well room it was amazing. Casino was great, ton of option for food and the pool was a great spot to hang especially the lazy river. This was my 2nd time staying at the MGM grand!

Great hotel. Amazing huge pool and lazy River. Clean rooms. So much too see and do. The MGM brunch buffet is amazing! And all u can drink mimosas. Had a wonder time and I can't wait to see Vegas again!

Hotel is centrally located. Rooms in Grand Tower are much much nicer, cleaner & newer than West Wing. Resort Fee is outrageous given lack of use of pool - too cold in March! Buffet (dinner) was overpriced & quality of selection was not a great value. The price included unlimited drinks which included select wine & beer however there was no discount for kids/teens who cannot drink. This didn’t make sense to me. A cash grab!

We reserved a King Bed room at MGM Grand which ended up being in the West Wing. The location was terrible. We had to walk down a long hallway to get to the elevator & then had to walk the length of the hallway to get to our room. The room was old & dirty. The AC unit was loud & under the bed. The guests in neighboring room were smoking cannabis so the hallway had a strong scent. We complained & had to pay to upgrade our room to the Grand Tower Wing which had 2 Queen beds. This section of the hotel was central, upgraded, clean, quiet & worth the additional cost. The King Bed in West Wing was terrible! Those rooms should be much cheaper given low quality! Unfortunately this hotel charges at Resort Fee however given the lack of amenities, it is hard to understand why it is charged. It was way to cold to use the pool.

I loved the public grounds, the casinos, restaurants and the pools, but the rooms in the west wing smelled like old smoke. When we got back home the clothes in our suitcases smelled like old cigarette smoke

Clean, well organized with signs everywhere. Rooms great size with open concept bathrooms -not a fan. Elevators always there. Never have to wait long. Very helpful staff. Great shows in this hotel! Organized drop off and pick up. Beautiful resort! Friendly staff everywhere. Quiet floors. Smokey in casino. Busy on wkds. Great location.

It was our first time staying in Vegas. My mom has a disability so it was extremely important that the room was wheelchair accessible. All I had to do was call in advance to make sure there was a room available for us. Once we got there, the service was impeccable and the room was amazing! The only complaint I have is all the walking because the hotel is huge! However, great service, clean and spacious rooms and overall a great stay!

The hotel was really amazing and the staff were very helpful. The first room we had was not pleasant because the air conditioner was loud so there is a technician who fixed it. Then the TV and cable would just turn off by itself. There was also a technician who when there to fixed it.

In comparison to other hotels on the strip this one was just ok. The colours in the room and hallways were dark and made it look dank. Wallpaper was peeling in spots. Stains on carpet in hallways. Paint in our room did even match. Looked half done. Shower pressure was good and bed comfortable. It was moderately clean but the smell from disgusting garbage and sewer at side entrance was nauseating!

We were joined by another couple to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. E asked if our rooms could be close together and we were gifted with a beautiful 2 bedroom suite on the 24th floor of the MGM Grande The view we magnificent and the cleaning staff were so delightful. Our room was wonderfully made up each day with little extras like chips, cookies and bottled water that were really appreciated. All the MGM staff were courteous and very helpful in directing us and answering our questions.

We had an awesome time at the MGM hotel. It was beautiful and our room was spectacular!! The views are amazing! However the price of food was very expensive. The pool was fantastic! But bring an inner tube

Stayed with my husband for his 40th birthday.. loved this resort! Great location, lots of food options , beautiful pool and amazing customer service! Would recommend Grand King room or higher.. Vegas is expensive no matter what but we found this resort a good compromise and a bit easier on the wallet. Poker game is great and Hakkasan night club a good night out.

Extremely large hotel. Smoking every where except hotel room. Large spacious room but plumbing issues the bathroom sink did not drain the shower did not drain. By the end of your shower you are 3 to 4 inches deep in water. Lazy river located in the hotel...s25US to purchase the tube to go down the river. The buffet restaurant over $50US. Be prepared for lots of additional charges.

Spent a great week in beautiful Las Vegas with my wife for my 40th birthday. MGM resort was very nice and clean. I was actually surprised how much the strip is so clean....considering the amount of people that travel there every year. Great Lazy River, Pools and Restaurants. The rooms are a bit compact but well maintained and serviced. Not as much shopping as other hotels but it is right on the strip and an easy walk to other venues.

I was very impressed with MGM Grand. Very clean, friendly staff and lots of fun things to do and see. The buffet was excellent and the general pool area had great music. I would definitely stay here again upon my return to vegas!

The MGM Grand is a wonderful resort the rooms are clean the washroom were well maintained. The food court was PLENTIFUL the Italian restaurant food was delicious. The resort amenities and facilities were great Location was perfect on strip.

The MGM Grand is a great hotel in many ways, it has a great pool area, clean rooms, very comfortable bed. The drawbacks were it is so enormous, we found it very difficult to find our way around even to exit the hotel felt like you were walking a mile to be outside. Also, it is quite far down the strip, so I would prefer to stay more central next time, and in a smaller hotel if that is possible. We found the restaurants inside the hotel very expensive. All in all though, still had a nice 3 night stay!

The hotel was beautiful and huge. I would recommend it to everyone. The variety of food was lacking though. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Very helpful. We enjoyed the show clique during Soleil Ka and the seats that the concierge gave us was great.

The MGM Grand Hotel is one of the larger resort in Las Vegas. I am so impressed by the front desk staff services and her nice attitude. It is great place to stay and games. I will strongly recommend to my friends and family.

Very clean classy and the staff were very helpful Fiamma resturant was exellent, food court was 50/50 thought. Hotel itself was very nice.location was great . Pool area was good , to bad lasy river was closed.

We arrived on Sunday night at 10:30pm.... to find out that MGM Grand did not have the rooms we booked. Their explanation was because we were arriving so late at night!? They said they would give us an upgrade from a king bed to two queen beds? How they did not have our rooms when we booked in January 2018 for a vacation in April 2018. - There were dirty dishes that sat on the floor in the hallway outside the room beside ours for 2 day. - The "clean" towels placed in our room, one of them had a huge black grease spot. - The food items placed in the for purchase where missing - therefore i had to go back to the check in area and have a note place on the file so that we didn't receive the extra charges. - Shower and hand soap was not restocked for 3 days.

There was a few things that where upsetting! One we booked a room with a king size bed when we checked in no rooms available with a king bed, so according to the hotel they upgraded us to two queen beds! Not suitable! Tv kept shutting itself off while watching, blow dryer only worked on low and there was no plug for the tub to be able to sit and soak!

management and reception need to be improved, rooms are dated and that cleanliness , maintenance should be improved, very poor air quality true whole hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Great location and amenities. Enjoyed our stay along with the Casino, Restaurants and Golf. Will be back, as we didn't see everyting in Vegas. Next time it will be in the warmer months of the year.

The hotel was pretty good, lots of options for entertainment. Only issue was we were on the first floor and there was construction right outside our window until midnight one night. They were good and gave us our resort fees for free. I would stay there again for sure

I only tried one restaurant, Wolfgang Puck, and the meal size salad was over-priced and too small. I wish they had coffee machines in the rooms, because two black Starbucks brewed coffees every morning cost $12 a day!

This hotel was great!!! We were there over NYE and what a incredible experience. The hotel has everything you could possibly need or want. Couldn’t be happier with our choice. The Starbucks is very convenient with Two locations in the hotel. We ate at Wolf Gang Puck for dinner one night. It never disappoints

No complaints about the hotel its self everything was great! , it is very large and took us about 10 minutes to walk to the room in the west wing, however for the most basic option it was great! it was my first time to Vegas and if i had known i would have stayed more in the middle of the strip to avoid less cab fares .

This is the second time I have stayed at MGM . I like the location on the strip and the amenities within the hotel. Very friendly staff and the rooms although some are very dated are nice and clean. Brad Garret’s comedy club was a good show . Brad was not there but had some good comedians. Saw the Ka show and it was pretty amazing . Didn’t spend a lot of time in the casino as it was rodeo week and the casino was really busy and very Smokey from so many people smoking . My wife is allergic to smoke and didn’t want to risk a sinus infection. Two nights of our stay this time there was some sort of construction outside our side of the hotel which included a vacuum truck we were on the 24 floor and found it very hard to sleep . I can only imagine how noisy it must have been on the lower levels.

Hotel was very nice . Very large area but was relatively easy to navigate. Staff was very friendly and helpful . Fast and easy access to Monirail and to cabs . Good menu for room service but the pricing was way too expensive .

Hotel was great. Excellent service during our stay. Loved the location. We were upgraded at no cost upon arrival. Service staff courteous. Great amenities throughout the hotel. Loved the south end as we left our hotel and walked along the strip to the north end. Easy access to bus route or monorail. We would stay here again.

The hotel was massive and in a good location. The pools were great...loved the lazy river. Hotel room was clean. We upgraded our room for $10/night so that we had a more modern room. We did not try any restaurants at the hotel.

The MGM is a large luxurious Hotel/Casino that meets every expectation that you may have of Vegas. It's the pricing that would keep me hesitant from returning. An example; apart from the room fee, you are automatically charged a "resort fee" of $90! YET when you go as a registered guest to the resort and spa you are charged another $30 per spa visit!!! What does the resort fee cover exactly? Apparently it doesn't cover anything, it's just a "great new fee we can charge you for nothing in return." After paying hundreds for your plane fare and hotel, you are greeted with a nice touch of a few cookies and chips and a water on your dresser. Nice! Complimentary snacks. Not so fast. Touch one cookie or chip, and they charge you for it. Ah, but there's a minibar! Cool. Stocked with booze and pop. Awesome. Um, just don't touch any of it unless you want to buy it. How about this: even if you touch none of it but just take out a coke, change your mind and put it back... you had better put it back in exactly the same spot on the same shelf as you found it or they will charge you what they call a "restocking fee" of $50!!! Without drinking anything!!!!! Unlike in years past, add to that as I walked through the casino over the course of 3 days, NO ONE was winning anything at the slots. No one. Vegas is not what it used to be. After the "corporations" took over the casinos, all the fun has been drained out of the city.

My 5 girlfriends and I stayed at the MGM July 5th-9th. We stayed in two separate grand queen rooms. Rooms were clean and decent size. We had called in advanced to have joining rooms but upon check in this request was not met. Check in took about 40 minutes. Try checking online prior if you can. On the Thursday we went to MGM's Wet Republic. Great atmosphere. We got a day bed and drinks as it was a friends birthday. Total came to 800 American for 4 pitchers of drinks and 6 beers. Was money well spent. Good music and wasn't too crazy as appose to a Friday/Sat/Sun pool party. We had dinner at one of the pubs. Was great food for a decent price! 24 hour food court was also a plus. Other days we spent the majority of our time at other resorts. The Wynn is highly recommended if you have the extra cash. Their clubs were better and hotel was newer/nicer. After the amount of cabs we took the difference in price didn't seem as bad. Overall, I would go back to the MGM if I was trying to save money. Hotel has everything you need. If your looking to spend a little more and are celebrating something I would recommend the Cosmo or Wynn!

The pool was amazing! The room was fine, though small and no view. Staff were nice, all the amenities you would ever need. Loved the buffet, a bit expensive but worth it. Would recommend. A whole group of us stayed here and found it very convenient.

We stayed at the West Wing, didn't know it was a pretty crappy hotel area with room corridors that looked more like a jail. The rooms in it self were okay and the location was good. If I knew they were going to look like this I would've upgraded to the main tower.

Please with pool area for cleanliness and ample spaces for sunbathing. Very friendly staff at breakfast. Plenty of opportunities for dining and snacks. Rooms cleaned everyday and fresh towels renewed everyday.

This hotel is great! It is huge and you have all the services available in the hotel including 3 Starbucks and Uber pick up/drop off location. We checked in and out with no problems. Service is very good and the location is perfect on the strip.

MGM is a great hotel. Very clean, excellent service, great shops, there is never a dull moment. As my first time in Vegas, I was surprised that people were allowed to smoke in the hotel. Staying on the "Stay Well" floor made a huge difference. You can smell the fresh air as soon as your step off the elevator. The aromatherapy in the room was a great touch, loved the lighting, and the Vitamin C shower was actually fabulous. My skin has never felt better. The hotel is massive with so many shops, restaurants, and pools. I had a lot of luck in the casino. Can't wait to visit Vegas again... but next time I will stay someone a little more central on a strip.

The name "Grand" might have been appropriate so years ago. Our room had inadequate hot water. Showers could best described as borderline cold showers. Tile grout was missing in some areas. Vanity light burned out. The shower base tiles were replaced with uneven epoxy! It was very hard to consider the hotel as being first class. Shampoo and shower gel were missing. Having said, the buffet was good!

The hotel is very big but enjoyed exploring all the spots in it. Staff were great and when we checked in we upgraded to the Grand King Suite with a view of the strip . Couldn't see much of the actual strip because of the location of the hotel but had an amazing view . Seen David Cooperfield while there and what an awesome show

Check in was very easy, although I don't think charging a resort fee at this time of year is justified. Some stuff is drastically over priced. The pizza place located in the underground part of the hotel is a great value and the pizza is very tasty. Can honestly say Vegas is over rated. Can cross it off my bucket list and chances are I will probably never go again. Be prepared to spend your money as everything is priced very high.

Good location, close to airport and amenities. Almost in centre of step. Spacious rooms with good facilities. View from room was astonishing. Amazing pool with lazy river but timings are very limited.

Overall the hotel was very nice, the only thing was our showers where not working properly, I did advise the staff. The food was great, the staff was also great, the show we went was amazing. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was amazing. We stayed on the stay well level the room was so pretty and smelt so nice. The only thing I didn't like was the cigarette smoke in the casino but each casino was the same no matter where you stay. I'd stay there again.

Our stay at the MGM GRAND was amazing. The rooms were spotless. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Every morning when we left our room, if we ran into an employee in the hallway the would always greet us with a god morning or afternoon. If we did not know where we were going in vegas they would help us no problem. There was an incident where a bus did not show up for a tour we were going on. The MGM staff went out of their way to get a refund for us. They did not have to do that, as it had nothing to do with them but they went beyond what their job asked of them. Even the employees in the restaurants at the MGM were fantastic. It took me over 10 years to get my husband to take a vacation and now he wants to go back next year. I would rate our time there a 5 out of 5.

The MGM Grand is a massive hotel, with various elevators and access points to the West Wing, some which are a bit tricky to access and others straight forward. The hallways are tremendously long and I would suggest requesting a room closer to the elevators. The view was of the air conditioners on the lower floors, the Airport and a few hotels to the side. Our room was very modern with interesting fade out lighting, comfortable bed and the most amazing pillows. The bathroom area is not private at all, as the shower and toilet stalls are open at the top and surrounded with frosted glass. The sink and change area is open to the room and is situated right beside the door... which could be the setting for some embarrassing moments if the room door doesn't have the latch lock on and someone enters while you are changing. There is a TV in the bathroom mirror which was an interesting touch, but unfortunately it only showed Spanish programs, the English channel had no image. The closet is spacious and the safe is tucked nicely into that space, although the lighting in the closet didn't work so it was difficult to see clearly into suitcases and the safe. The staff were very friendly, especially the cleaning crews. They would always take the time to greet you as you walked past... very nice people and hard workers. The resort fees were almost $200, which seem rather high, but that said, the River Run pool area is a lot of fun and the WiFi is included. Overall the hotel is great.

The hotel is very dated, the water did not drain well in the sinks or tub, we had a tick in the fan in the wall that they had to come and fix (this was done promptly), no mini fridge except a paying bar fridge. No coffee machine, and a low end blow dryer. In saying this the beds/bedding where clean. Would I go back - probably not unless we had a function right at the MGM or they did some major renovations. We purchased some drinks in the Lobby at double the cost to the little store right out the door which really there is no need for besides its Vegas.

Upon checkin, we were told that the room we booked was not available due to a conference being held and that they only had availability in a lower graded room. Given the inconvenience of not being able to get our original booked room, we were told that the daily amenities fee would be waived and that we'd get breakfast and lunch buffet included. Upon checkout, we were being charged the daily fee and for the buffet. The front desk supervisor couldn't assist and I finally demanded to see the hotel manager which after a 45mins wait finally had the fees removed. Not only was I frustrated at this point but we almost missed our flight. We endured poor customer service and it's unfortunate that they will never see the group of us step foot in their hotel again.

That is one gigantic hotel. It was interesting to see how the staff worked like clockwork. It was clean, well-organized, despite there being some work done on the main floor. Staff were very attentive, polite, and well-spoken.

We went for a quick (mini) moon. We stayed in the West Tower and it was amazing. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Check in was simple and easy be aware there are resort fees that you will have to pay for each night at the hotel. Vegas is a lot of walking so be prepared for that.

The MGM Grand was a fair place to stay. There was nothing really wrong with the room. It was a standard type room nothing fancy. The shower drain ran really slow, so when your showering the water pooled several inches around your feet, but eventually drained after several minutes when done. I did not report it. I was not impressed at the fact there was no coffee maker or fridge that I could use in the room. I requested a fridge but they were going to charge me 25 dollars per day. I refused that therefore was stuck with nothing. Not even a kettle was available without being charged. Paying for hot water is ludacris. I my opinion these are the little things that please guests and make them want to come back and stay at this resort. I've been to Vegas in the past and stayed at The Cosmopolitan. There was no comparison to these 2 resorts. The Cosmo had everything a standard room should have (fridge, coffee maker, microwave and kettle - upon request with no charge). The good thing about the experience at MGM was that I expressed my opinion to hotel management and they had waived the ridicules (35 US dollars per day - tax included resort fees). I'm still not clear on what the fees are for? Wifi perhaps?? I could not rate the stars accurately for the food section below because I did not eat at the resort. I always ate out. Therefore I could only assume the food is fair.

Hotel was great as alway, we have been staying there for the past 14 year. Still like the closeness to the airport and the monorail is great to move along the strip, weather was great. It is locate almost at the end of the stripe, but enjoy the walks.

The casino is nice, the staff is helpful. The rooms are nice but no coffee maker. Had to get dressed every morning and go into the casino to buy a coffee. Couldn't buy any drinks or stuff to keep in the fridge in our room unless we wished to pay $25.00/day on using the fridge. Nasty. Excellent for overnight stays but extended stays the hotel rooms lack customer comfort.

Bright open clean comfortable friendly staff close to everything david copperfield was awesome and family orientated great transit right outside variety of food options gym could be bigger very busy in the morning

Hotel was fantastic, lots to do in the MGM grand we barley needed to leave the hotel. The shuttle tickets from trip extra were also awesome. We loved eating at wolf gang puck restaurant at the hotel. We also attended the club Havasaan in the hotel and had a fantastic time. It was awesome that the pool at the MGM grand was open despite it being December!! We hung out for hours in the hot tub!

The entire casino including halls and rooms was very clean, the staff was always very helpful to us and others and a lot of options for food and things to do. Some food place was over top pricy such as the breakfast buffet.

The MGM Grand was great! Clean, friendly staff and great location. It was our first time there and it was a great experience. Although the pillows could've been better. Other then that a good time at the MGM Grand.

The MGM Grand Hotel was fairly decent and the pools were nice. But the rooms and decore were a little outdated , and they dont even have a fridge for you too use in the rooms. I walked the strip to many other hotels that were alot nicer. Its located at the begining of the strip so walking is easy, but none the less if you want too walk less pick one of the resourts thats in the middle of the strip. The cosmopolitan was nice.

We met up with family in Vegas, we stayed at MGM and it was fabulous, the buffet was amazing and Avenue Cafe had the best coffee ever. The machines were plentiful, no waiting around for slot enjoyment. We also went to Brad Garret's Comedy Club and had a blast. The frosting on the cake was the Ka show by cirque, overall an amazing holiday looking forward to our return, thanks MGM!

The hotel and room was very clean. They have a great selection of slot machines. The walk to Wet Republic was a bit far. They should offer the MGM guests with VIP entry. It was also very easy to check in and out. Staff was very friendly!

This hotel has all you need. It's so big we didn't leave the property for two days. It has a nightclub inside, 4-5 large pools + the venue where they host EDM shows. The casino is great and the rooms were very nice. Easy check-in and out. Taxi line can get long so prepare for a 5-10 minute wait.

Price was high, but really enjoyed the stay . The booking staff with Tripcentral was so friendly and knowledgable. I will only book through Tripcentral in the future . Everything Tripcentral did made me very happy !

Everything about the MGM was pleasant. Dont hesitate and book it. The checkin and checkout were very smooth. Concierge people were extremely professional and new thier stuff. Highly recommend this hotel for work or pleasure.

We're Stacey & Tracey, both turning 50, and decided to celebrate in Vegas! Our MGM experience was awesome right from check in to check out. Our room 26-102 was recently renovated and was just lovely! We were thrilled to see the old retro horse racing game was still in the Casino and had a gas playing on it. The staff at the hotel were fantastic from the servers on the Casino floor to Housekeeping, Bell staff, Concierge and Front Desk. We had a terrific experience! The only downside was that the Cirque show was not on during our stay, and of course being January the pools were closed, but we totally made up for it by heading across to the Excalibur for the Thunder from Down Under show instead ;) Thanks for a great time MGM!

Staff were great, place smelled bad of smoke downstairs.. Be prepared to spend a lot on drinks and staff are no where to be found while gambling if your looking to drink for free that way.. Overall good time

The hotel was clean, plenty to do. Very hospitable and food choices were very good. Felt like you were close to many shops and the location was safe, an easy distance to other famous hotels in the area.

The hotel was rather quite standard. Did not have the "wow" factor I expected. The staff was pleasant, however I must say that the concierge was exceptional. Expected more diversity in the entertainment aspect, and found the cost for basic food and drink to be overly priced, (not much different from other hotels though)

Rooms were modern, clean and spacious. Great location to the strip and airport. Staff were helpful and friendly. A good variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment within the hotel as well as nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay there However found the staff could have been a little bit knowledgeable of the surroundings. I truly needed to go to a clinic and none if the staff could give me directions on how to get to one.

fantastic hotel and casino complex for the price. Location on the strip is central to many of the older favourites such as Caesar's. For some the MGM may be a bit large and dated but it's still a great choice in Las Vegas.

We enjoyed staying at the MGM, we have no regrets, our rooms were very nice and clean. We enjoyed using the pools and the lazy river as well. The grounds were very well kept. The staff were polite and efficient.

We have stayed here 3 times now and The service is always fantastic!! Very clean resort and super friendly staff! They have a wonderful buffet that is reasonably priced. I would totally recommend this resort to anyone!

Very nice hotel. They upgraded us to the Stay well section. It was nice and smoke free so I loved that. Very good experience. Only problem I had was when I ordered a Bagel with cream cheese I found a bag clip in it. They made me a new one but didn't offer a refund. When I brought it up to the attention of staff while checking out he said sorry but nothing he could do. I wasn't looking for much maybe a free lunch? I guess because I didn't cause a bigger scene they figured no point. Huge hotel and nice pool. Great Trip. I would also recommend that they don't put groups of people in their early 20's in the stay well section, this section should be for couples or older people looking to relax and not be awakened at 4am with yelling up and down the halls.

Although the hotel is beautiful and grand I wasn't impressed by our service upon check-in. It took us 50 minutes to check-in four girls in two rooms. We had requested joining rooms and were told upon check-in that joining rooms weren't possible. After 50 minutes we finally got our rooms which were no where close to one another. Although the hotel had nice restaurants and good shows, it was absolutely freezing inside. I will say that the food services were good and the access to the monorail was really convenient. It took too long each day to walk to our rooms as the hotel is as the name states "grand".

It was my second trip to Las Vegas and my first stay at MGM. We waited to check in at the hotel at 11pm for over an hour, we didn't get our adjoining room request, we didn't get our high floor request and we weren't even remotely close to our friend's room. We were very tired and very hungry upon arrival and we were very disappointed in the lack of accommodation for us. I was travelling with first timers to Vegas and it was an unfortunate start to the trip. It was very inconvenient being so far from their room.

Very clean. Wet Republic was awesome!!! We would definitely go back. Non stop entertainment. Casino was nice. Casino service was great. Great spot on the strip, with bridges joining neighbouring casinos.

The room was nice. It was clean. MGM was well located on the strip. The front desk staff were unfriendly. There were some nice restaurants to eat at. It looked dated compared to the other hotels. However it was a huge complex.
