The resort boasts 303 suites in 11 seaside towers with private balconies and ocean views. Accommodations range from 495 square foot Deluxe Room Ocean View rooms to the 1400 square foot Preferred Club One-Bedroom Presidential Suite Ocean View. Preferred Club suites feature upgraded mini bar service and bath amenities, bathrobes and slippers, a pillow menu, and a walk-in closet. Members also receive complimentary computer access in the Preferred Club Lounge as well as a continental breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres, desserts, and fine liquors, and a complimentary newspaper delivered to the room every day.

Five bars and lounges are located throughout the resort for your convenience, including spots by the pool, beach, lobby, and a sports bar.
No reservations are required at the specialty restaurants, which include Portofino, Bordeaux, Oceana, and the Seaside Grill. Portofino serves Italian gourmet fare for dinner in an elegant setting, while Bordeaux cooks up delightful French cuisine in the evening with a romantic ambiance and formal dress code. Seaside Grill, open for dinner, specializes in grilled steaks and hamburgers. Oceana, the fourth a la carte restaurant, is open for all meals. For grilled specialties and snacks by the pool, head to Barefoot Grill, open from 7am-7pm. The Market Café, the buffet-style restaurant, serves three meals a day. Gluten-free menu options are offered at each of the restaurants. A romantic candlelit dinner is available (for an added charge) for special occasions.

Celebrations and business meetings can be hosted at Secrets Playa Bonita Panama. The resort has 11 meeting rooms with 20,000 square meters of meeting and banquet space. Wedding Packages are available with a choice between the wedding gazebo and the beach for the ceremony and reception location.
