Beautiful, very clean, exemplary service It's very isolated, you cannot walk to a Mexican neighbourhood. Taxi is a short ride for 150 pesos to go into Puerto Vallarta Good variety of food at buffet always fresh salads ad fruit. No problem booking on the all a carte restaurants. Our favourite was the Asian restaurant

The Rif Mangrove was clean. Good food and drinks. The seafood restaurant should better the menu. I ordered fish and chips because there was no shrimp or lobster. The fish was good but it came with fries that were from the freezer - not made from fresh potatoes. The issue with this resort is the hotel app to book the restaurant reservations was not working. My husband tried 3 different days to get in and it didn't work. Because we couldn't book through the app, we had to go to the front desk every day to book the restaurant for the next day dinner. You could only book for the next day. Because of this we missed out on a reservation because we went on a tour that we were picked up at 9am-4:30pm. The reservation can only be booked from 10am -4pm. So we lost out. In the room we would have liked bed side tables with a drawer to put our ?️ in etc. There could have been more hooks in the bathroom to hang a wet bathing suit. We were on the ground floor so we didn't want to put our things on the patio for anyone to take. Overall it was good.

The Resort was very well located in , Tulum. I arrived at Resort late at night so couldn't get a good scope of what the whole Resort looked like . In the morning looking out from balcony it was a very beautiful sight to behold . Staff at Resort were hospitable as well as welcoming. The grounds were very well maintained. Entertainment , activities and variety of places to eat morning, Afternoon & evening were great . Enjoyed the many sunrises & sunsets. Overall it was a great Resort to take vacation .

The Rif at Mangrove was advertised as Adult Only side, but it is not. It still caters to young families, both sides of the Resort is all family friendly. So for couples looking for a quiet adult only vacation this is not the place to choose. Aside from countless slamming doors, and some crying toddlers…housekeeping was great, rooms are immaculate, the cocktails were amazing, food at the buffet was always delicious with so many options! The beach could of been maintained better, they did haul in more sand the day we left…We loved being within walking distance into Wilmstead, we enjoyed going into town, shopping and crossing the floating bridge. The tour desk was so helpful finding us a private guide to go swim with turtles and drive us around the area and explaining the history of the island etc. Curaçao is a fabulous island to visit, we really enjoyed ourselves.

The immediate impression of the hotel is very nice but once in our room I was very disappointed. The Diamond Tower is in much need of updating. The room was also disappointing especially the bathroom. For the money that was spent I imagined a much better room. The $50.00 a day resort fee plus taxes was excessive for not getting anything. $100.00 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for the beach again excessive. Meals were expensive and mediocre at best. They had a band at the Tapas Bar that played nightly from 7- 10 pm every night and it was loud and quite frankly not very good , especially when you are trying to get some sleep at that time. Rented a car for two days and had to pay parking of $70.00 for one night. We felt like it was a money grab every where we turned on the resort. Definitely would not recommend this hotel for vacationing.

I have been to many 5 star resorts in Cancun and Mayan riviera. This is one of the few I wouldn’t return to. The hotel architects/owners have obviously optimized managing guests , food, entertainment and repairs for maximum efficiency (for the hotel). So for guests it lacks interest//charm/variety. The hotel gives an impression of cleanliness and modernity but this is in large measure simply because it is only four years old. The same large dead moth remained on my floor for the duration. The pool is difficult to access and the jacuzzis dirty grey every day. The “swim-out” pools are just plain weird. Shallow and hard to access. Hotel management attempts to charge preposterous prices for the few special activities like “tequila tasting” that would be free elsewhere. Honestlly, it’s like hotel management is under pressure to make/save $ and they don’t know how/can’t. On the plus side, the rooms and showers are spacious, tvs large and the hvac system is excellent. Staff aims to be professional. Beach is not the worst.

Travelled with 4 adults and 4 kids under 5. Shuttle from airport was easy via Nexus. Grounds are beautiful and perfectly kept. The food was honestly amazing. Buffet breakfast and lunch had so many options and all the servers are so kind and friendly. Note that you HAVE to book a speciality restaurant at night for dinner. There is no regular buffet dinner but we preferred that. We booked all of our 7 nights within an hour of arriving at concierge as they tend to fill up. All 5 restaurants are amazing. Loved the churros at the kids club and the cafe at reception for ice cream. Room was perfect - new and clean. Very comfy beds and housekeeping was great at working around our baby's nap schedule. We were in Casa 6 in front of the kids area which was easy to get to the kids pool, adult pool and breakfast and lunch easy at Vela Sur. The Kids club is also amazing and the staff is great. We brought on own pack and play in case they didn't have a crib ready but there was one in our room (note that the crib can fit in the shower if you are trying to get some separation at night.) Pools were warm and loved that you could walk the length of the property on the beach. It got more busy towards the end of the stay which could mean waiting for shuttles to and from your room and the main area but we never had any issues. Would highly recommend this property for families and would go back!

Travelled with husband and 9year old son. Looking for cleanliness and quiet and it delivered on both. Great breaky/lunch buffet - fresh and changed up daily so it didn’t get boring. Staff very friendly and helpful in every way. Dinner reservations needed and easily done through concierge. Lots of options for pools and beach loungers. Never had to look for a spot ever. Awesome kids club 10am-10pm and great variety of activities/performances! Felt safe and clean and all around amazing 9 day experience. We will be back for sure. 9/10.

The Hilton Cancun is a beautiful resort located right on the beach. The food was good overall, and the service was excellent—I barely had to leave my chair, only getting up once or twice to grab a drink. The beach did have some seaweed at the start of our stay, but it was cleaned up toward the end. The pool area is lively, with activities running throughout the day like volleyball and water aerobics, which kept things fun and energetic. We upgraded to a ocean view room which was totally worth it.

What a great trip! Everything about Curacao was amazing. The resort was great and have no complaints worth dwelling upon! It fit our style of vacation perfectly including less crowds, quiet , great food and stellar ambiance! Having the ability to venture next door for night entertainment was a huge plus!

The resort is decent. A little dated. Food was pretty good with some obvious efforts to provide decent meals. The biggest issue was noise: 4:30 am on our first night we were awakened by the sound of power washing of the pool deck and the dragging of chairs across the deck. Our third night was worse as at 3:45 am we were awakened this time by the sound of some sort of machinery in the hallway. I went out to see a staff member using an industrial floor polisher… banging against the elevator doors and walls. I spoke with the front desk and the advised that maintenance had to be done during the evening. There is absolutely no logic or reasoning that could justify there actions. The next day I asked to speak to a manager about the issue and was advised the manager would contact me. Nobody ever contacted us regarding our issues. This is totally unacceptable.

This resort was great in many ways. However, paying extra for the enclave package is definitely not worth it. If you're familiar with other Experience packages like live from milia.Resorts, this doesn't there's no comparison.It's the enclave is definitely not worth the investment.Otherwise, this resort was fantastic.The views were amazing and the people were very friendly

Resort was amazing. Our room was very modern. Nice and big and always clean. All the food was delicious. A la cart restaurants were very easy to book and always available. There were always chairs available around the pools, most having umbrellas. The shows are a little too early. I think they gear them around the children. We missed most as we were eating dinner at that time. The one thing that bothered me is we had a late check-in which resulted in a late check out. They told us if we used any of the amenities after the noon checkout we had to pay $10 per hour/per person. So to sit on a lounger at the pool we had to pay. Funny thing is, we didn’t get a refund for the amenities we didn’t use when we arrived at 9:00 pm. All in all, I would return for the many other wonderful qualities of this resort.

The hotel was great, service was awesome, the restaurants were all really great. We loved the Mexican and Italian the most. The coffee shop was incredible and we loved the layout of the hotels, it felt stretched out but also confined. The shows and wellness that was put together were all so nice and amazing to leave after a social sound healing. My only complaint is the beds are hard, very uncomfortable and could use work.

It's with mixed feelings writing this review. Because I have a feeling the services are going down instead of up. Restocking the minibar and coffee pods were kind of not happening. It's not a big deal, but if I pay for something, I want to have it. Service on the beach was also hit or miss. Everything else was as it should be-for a solid 4 star hotel. For last visit in March this year I think the hotel was close to 5 star. With 25% off, it's worth the money, full price I'll think twice. Was planning a third visit next spring, but not sure it will be happening. Also, I forgot to mention upgrading to Enclave is a good idea.

Lovely resort with a wonderful pool. The buffet was great. Loved the buckets of wine at dinner! The resort location is solid as it is a walkable distance to Willemstad. While the Adult pool was lovely it quite often had lots of children in it. A La Carte restaurants, were mediocre for service and difficult to book despite an app that could have made it easier. I really didn’t want or expect a lot of social activities but there just weren’t any that were relevant to us. Overall a nice result but we do not intend to visit again.

Great hotel made great by attentive friendly staff , oct 4 to 11, many million dollar smiles if you’re kind , lots of food choices from buffet to restaurants requiring reservations. Huge hotel , curious what it would be like when full . Have stayed at New York Hilton , no comparison , like a cheap motel compared to Cancun . Nice separate area for kiddies , no deafening pool music .

This is a great resort hotel it will be even better when it is completed. It is one hour 20 minutes away from the airport a long drive. All the staff was super friendly big smiles try hard to speak English. Our favourite restaurant was the Italian and the sports bar. The bartender Abby was super. Socrates helped my wife out she had an upset stomach he brought her sparkling water lime and bitters it helped. Daniel the server at the pool was great super friendly and very likeable. All the staff from the front desk to the lobby bar the spa girls the coffee shop the buffet were so nice. The one staff member we were sad to leave was Yueri aka super man he was great at his job but such a nice person we loved talking with him. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel is understated high-end. It's clean, with good amenities though we hardly used them because we were rarely there. The breakfast is buffet-style and it's copious, varied, and plentiful. Staff are friendly, and the concierges are knowledgeable and eager to help. We stayed two weeks and had a great time.

Excellent location with only a 2 km walk to the floating bridge in Willemstad. Located next to the seaport but unfortunately the cruise ships dock extend to directly in front of resort beach which was not ideal, unless you really enjoy looking at the side of a cruise ship all day. Room had an ant infestation which I was told by staff was not uncommon and the A/C was kicking out some unidentified white flaky looking substance that ended up coating the surfaces of the furniture that I ended up having to clean myself. Room cleaning was generally subpar other than making the bed. Unfortunately there was an area rug on the floor in the room that wasn’t cleaned all week so you can imagine what that ended up looking like. Only ate at the buffet restaurant where the food was pretty good but repetitive. Buffet was shared with the family resort so was extremely busy and often had long lines to access food and even clean plates. The grills and deep fryers were in the middle of the area where you select the food so it was smokey and uncomfortably hot in this area. The gym was good with a decent selection of equipment. I wouldn’t recommend this resort unless you plan to spend a lot of time off resort in Willemstad, then it’s just ok.

Stayed here for 7 nights with wife and toddler. Resort is starting to show some signs of wear but overall still nice. Splash pad tiling is quite rough so would recommend water shoes for kids. Do not reserve restaurants on the app since it only allows reservations one day ahead - book entire week through reservation desk instead. Beach is quite narrow and not very usable. Overall, the food, hospitality and amenities were all excellent and we would definitely consider coming back.

The location was great, walking distance to Willemstad. The hotel staff at the resort were friendly, and very helpful. We found the pool bar staff were ok ,except a female bartender she was extremely rude..ignoring us and some other patrons to continuly to serve, family or friends possibly? Food was pretty good always a good selection and fresh.rooms were decent..except the bathroom vanity did not have much space for grooming products because of the vessel sink ( we were there for 14 days) bur we did not come to stay in the room , but just a mention. Always beach chairs and towels available at the pools snd beach. Bar/ water was stocked everyday in room if requested. All in i would give this hotel about 4 out of 5.

Just spent a week at the Hilton Tulum, this resort is great everyone was very friendly staff and other guests. Being a family resort I thought it might be overrun with kids, it was not there where some mainly younger children, it was not an issue the adult area’s and the play area’s are far apart. I took the enclave package, other then being in Casa #1 close to the main building I don’t think it was worth the price. With eight pools they where never crowded only two had music and events. The rooms where new and clean, they where serviced daily and restocked, the bathroom area is open so privacy was a little bit of an issue as I was travelling with my daughter. The food was great with lots of options the menu’s in the six restaurants did seem a bit similar but all were good. I have read reviews about the beach not being great, it isn’t large but they kept it clear of seaweed and the sand is nice. The water is beautiful with great snorkelling right there with rays, lobsters and plenty of colourful fish, it is a bit rocky so water shoes are a must. Evening entertainment was mixed with a couple good shows and a few not so great. All in all I would highly recommend this resort and would return again.

The rooms were great with regular room cleaning. All the restaurants served delicious meals. I wasn’t craving for home food throughout my stay. Wonderful customer service from all hotel staff. Loved my stay at Hilton Mar Caribe.

We loved everything about the resort.The ground were amazing The room was comfortable and well apointed. We enjoyed our time very much and can't find any thing negative to say. It was definitely a five-star experience.

Exceptional service by the staff! Hotel was huge and there was always something to do! Drinks were not watered down, food was as average as an all inclusive was but tons of options available. Beach was quite rocky so I would bring water shoes if you want to swim. This hotel is further from excursions so plan ahead for tours and activities. Overall great experience.

the rooms were so spacious and clean. everyday the cleaners would come and everything was in great condition. the food was yummy, lots to choose from and buffet was divine. great for families as well as they had a teen and kid centre. activities were fun i loved the silent disco, and the staff was incredibly nice! (especially israel & miguel) i loved the service here! the resort itself was also stunning, i loved the cafe in the lobby and got iced lattes everyday there! beach was pretty rocky though (bring water shoes!) overall i absolutely adored this resort!

We had such a good time at this hotel, this is a village as you can tell by the name so it’s full of shops and restaurant around the hotel and the atmosphere is very inviting. Staff are great, beds are super comfortable. The beach is beautiful and the location is perfect. The only downside is that the rooms are a little outdated, but in this case I didn’t mind at all as everything else was perfect.

This was a highly anticipated family trip for 10 nights which definitely did NOT impress anyone, young or old. The hotel: The hotel itself is seated along a long path of natural forest, so definitely a lot of mosquitoes. We booked garden view rooms and beach view rooms, but all of them had small bathroom with NO ventilation and the showers (no tub) were all frequently plugged so the water keeps overflowing outside. They also smelled moldy. One of the showers only had scalding hot water that couldnt be used for fear of burning, the repair took about 3 hours. The housekeeping was inconsistent even though we left tips everyday. There were shampoo, conditioner, shower gel available, but half full, so I suspect they were left from previous guest and only replaced when completely empty. No other toiletry items (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, etc) that would be expected for a 5 star Hilton hotel. The beach: There is almost no beach to speak of, except for a tiny little strip in front of the main building, but there is no service whatsoever so be ready to bring your own drink. This little bit of beach is also very shallow and full of rocks so don’t expect to do any swimming. Pools: There are several pools, 2 of them are warm water (one of the positives) but NONE have a wet bar and again, not too many servers so expect slow service. The pool waters also started to turn murky on our 4 or 5th day and there were not that many guests there to begin with. No toys at all at the kids pool, but lots for sale at the several shops in the hotel at triple the price. Amenities: the snack bar is located at the very end of the hotel at Building 6, and it closes at 6:30. There are no 24 hour snack bars at the hotel. You can order room service, but takes around 1-1.5 hours to arrive and very limited selection of food. Food: honestly the worst buffet I have ever been to in any hotel (Dominican, Mexico, Cuba). Seriously, even buffets in Cuba are better. Not only is it small, it is only available on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. All other days you HAVE to book a la carte. If you forget to book a reservation for any of the days, expect to wait at the restaurant until they have seating available. As a large family group with young kids, sometimes we just want to grab a quick bite to eat without having to sit down for hours for the full service. That being said, full compliments to La Luca (Italian a la carte) for their service and food. The service was fantastic and the pizza delicious. We actually eat pizza for 3 days straight. The only decent coffee is at the lobby snack bar where they have an expresso machine. They don’t even know how to make an in cappuccino. Towards the end, all of us were actually looking forward to going home because there were nothing to do other than the increasingly dirty pools. 100% would not be returning and definitely not recommending to anyone, much less a friend.

We stayed at the Hilton in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We expected our stay at this hotel to be much like the Hiltons we have stayed at before, but it was not. We had booked a King suite with a desk but ended up adding on $800 to get upgraded to the room with a table much like a desk 🤷🏼‍♀️ and a hot tub on the patio. Our mini bar only had beer for alcohol and a few pop and water and the couple of bags of chips for snacks 🤷🏼‍♀️ but here’s the kicker the doors don’t lock properly??? We had to move rooms only to figure out that the all rooms have this problem. Once shut they appear to be shut but they aren’t you must slam the door for it to lock. Kinda crazy if you expect 4 plus stars with issues like this??? The hotel was much older than it appears to be in pictures as well. We asked for them to come by and fix the leaking mini bar fridge but that never happened 🤷🏼‍♀️ the pools weren’t clean and both of us really felt they were needing some real 🧼 cleaning!!! Don’t expect much from this hotel because expect for a few staff this place was a maybe 3 star experience.

Rooms are very modern and nice decorated, food is very good but the dinning sets are a bit odd. Two different buffets that are not working everyday. You need to look for its schedule which day which one is open. Beach is not good and we couldn't use it. No place for walking at sunset.

We found the rooms to be comfortable, spacious, clean and enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the poolside restaurant. The food was delicious, the service very personable and the ambiance delightful. The morning buffet was also ample and delicious.

Our room was beautiful. The staff were very friendly even though we didn’t speak the same language. We are from Canada and this was our first time in Panama. It was a great first experience . The waitress in the evening was very helpful with food selection and translating her best. The following morning the gentlemen outside were very helpful with our luggage and helping us find out taxi.

Overall fantastic service outside of the terribly slow check in process. Although, if that’s the only big problem, I’ll take it! Nice beach, rooms, food was good, volleyball was fun, had a great time!

I have never stayed at a more welcoming, beautiful, clean and overall wonderful resort. Every staff member was insanely nice. The food was amazing! The entire resort is absolutely breathtaking. I will stay here every time i come to Mexico!

There are more disadvantages booking this hotel in particular and going to the area nearby in general. First of all - nearly impossible to swim in the ocean safely, as there is a river flows into the ocean nearby, so along all twelve days staying at Hilton Puerto Vallarta, close to afternoon time water was becoming muddy/ yellow/clayey and in addition happened when it was a lot of debris came out the river to the ocean, including huge logs floating everywhere in the water. And the most crucial and dangerous thing - a few time happened when !!!! ALLIGATORS where swimming alone the ocean shore and surprisingly rescue service representative couldn’t do anything as didn’t have any equipment, so basically it was restricted swimming in the ocean all the time. Have to admit there are a lot of mosquitoes which bite all the time, even during the daytime, especially neat the pool at the Hacienda part and have no clue why hotel management doesn’t solve this problem. Another problem - this resort has cockroaches we had seen in the unit and out of it, on was dead appeared in our closet a few day before leaving so we were interested if anyone decided to remove it from there - answer NO, another one which was alive and was flying over our unit we had to catch by ourselves…. Thee are a lot of units defined as a garden view, which are actually a street view with a lot of noice even the night time. Also, the resort is officially nonsmoking, but there along about almost two weeks staying there we had seen in different areas people were smoking and security representatives didn’t do anything. And about the Hacienda part, which is adults only - it has a really nice garden with a pool and good music, but at the same time it doesn’t have a separate access to the ocean, hence staying at the beach there is no way avoid loud music throughout the day. At the same time have to admit this resort has a good restaurant service as well as clean and tidy Hacienda part.

Just an amazing experience at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. The staff go above & beyond to ensure everything is taken care of, the rooms are beautiful & very clean. Comfortable beds & always clean towels & linen. The beach is beautiful & they take great pride for their guests. Gave us an early check in upon arrival & also allowed us a later check out at no charge so we could enjoy the pool & beach longer on our last day. We did not want to leave. Will definitely be returning. Will not stay anywhere else!

We stayed at the Hacienda (Adult only), however at many meals on the family side. We found the food was good, lots of variety and good fruit and salad selections. There was no limit on the number of all restaurants that required a reservation so we tried the all, some twice. There were only a few times when we found it busy, mostly there was lots of space and staff seated you and brought you drinks, coffee, juice etc. so you only needed to go to the buffet for food. Staff were amazingly helpful and the one big bbq dinner and entertainment they had was held outside on the beach so again much better for COVID worries. I would stay there again without hesitation.

We stayed on the Hacienda side of the resort which is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds. Modern well appointed bathrooms. We ate in each of the alacarte restaurants and they were excellent. The Mexican night on the beach was outstanding. The buffets were extensive. Something for everyone one. The servers and bartenders were very outgoing and efficient. It was a pleasure to relax at this resort!

Hi Jenn, Just to respond to your inquiry regarding my recent visit to The Hilton Puerto Vallarta. I was a little surprised quite frankly upon arrival. The online photos are very flattering. The Resort was very clean and well staffed.The food was what I expected and plenty of it. Upon our arrival they took us to our room which was not even close to what I had booked. I called the front desk, they asked me to bring the documented proof of the the room I booked, I did just that. As 4 reservation staff crowded around 1 computer to rectify the situation we waited until they finally said sorry we don't have one and proceeded to move us to the Hacienda which was ok but still not what I booked 3 months prior. We stayed at the Hacienda Hilton in Puerto Vallarta. It’s a beautiful adults only section attached to the Hilton. The staff was friendly, hardworking, and happy. The food was great, many healthy options always available, amazing mojitos and no one was annoyed when they had to make one(as we have experienced at other resorts).The adults only pool was maybe a bit too quiet for our liking, but no big deal. Our room was gorgeous as were all the buildings at the Hacienda a real old Mexican charm feel with great style and amazing tile!! Loved the details! The beach was great for long walks and had a private area where the vendors were not to bother you. We had such a great time. Thanks Hilton staff!

The hotel facilities are beautiful and pristine. The pool area is well maintained. The rooms look just like the photos. We had the best filet mignon in the dining room - excellent food. But the best part of our stay were the staff. Rafaela at the jewellery store is the most lovely woman. When I was sick, she took me to see the nurse and even offered to go to the pharmacy with me. The front desk staff were efficient and well informed with answers to all our questions. In particular, Andres Filipe was very professional, friendly and helpful.

The hotel grounds,lobby,restaurants were very good. The hotel room was very tired. There were numerous paint chips out of the wall that were very visible. Considering the premium you pay at the resort the room should reflect the price/value . The bathroom door handle and light switch by the bathroom were also loose. The sliding door to the ocean view also scraped as it opened and closed. These all are easy fixes with normal care and maintenance. If this reflects other rooms, the rooms need an upgrade. While the room was below average, we did enjoy the stay at the resort.

Lovely location and property. Staff was very friendly. Booked because it was advertised as an accessible property as I am currently in a wheelchair. However while the property itself was accessible throughout, the room itself could have been better. The shower was accessible but did not have a fold down bench, so staff brought in a plastic patio chair with arms which was difficult. There was no door to the bathroom. Stayed in the old part as the new part for some reason did not have accessible rooms which seems odd to me as it apparently was recently renovated.

Stayed at The Hilton January 31 - February10. Overall very clean hotel with excellent staff. Food was probably the best tasting for an all inclusive that I have experienced but this is subjective. Two main pools - one warm but one very cold. WiFi only available in public areas unless you are a Hilton Honours member or they ask you to pay $10/day US. Hotel is a small village with lots of opportunities to spend non sense money In it! And starts from the check in with an unusual resort fee!!! Which nobody tells u in advance even your travel agent and that is somewhere between 35 to 50$ USD pernight per room and that covers nothing other than WiFi!!! Which is also fairly slow but usable. Restaurants are so pricey and junk. You will not get any good food with a fair price in hotel area. The rest of the stuff obviously are expensive! Like liquor ! You buy drinks in groceries in village with the price of Bars! Hotel is old and dated but clean enough. Service is okay, customer service is fine like Hilton but no room service for food or drinks. Beach towels are included in your rooms but the umbrellas and beach chairs! Wow 50 to 70$ a day!!! Unbelievable.

Had a great time, the staff was amazing, knowledgable and helpful. special kudos to Ignazia at the front desk. The buffet could have offered more vegetarian choices besides salads, potatoes, rice and beans. the grounds were kept spotless as was the pool area and beach. The servers were all so pleasant and attentive.

Let's see where to begin. Check in was good. They explained everything and even got us into one of the a la carte's for dinner that night. Room huge and beautiful. Everything designed with comfort in mind. Tried to make reservations in the a la carte's, most nights were booked but we were still able to get into all four. Excellent meals. Resort in a good area for going into to town by cab. Buffet on the Hacienda adults only side for breakfast was good. Do wish it had been open for dinner also. Poolside restaurant meals were great. Service was top notch especially by waiter our Franciscoi. The only thing that was lacking were the amount of chairs everywhere. Poolside lounge chairs were taken by 8 am with towels if though there were signs on them that you could not reserve them. Had a excellent time. Would we return yes, in a heart beat.

Just a short note to say we had a great time at the Hilton Puerto Vallarta. Yes, there were a few things that could be better (like most places) such as having a ping pong table and the drinks were a little light on alcohol content BUT these are small things. The Staff are this resorts biggest assets along with the food, nothing was too much trouble, service was great and the restaurants were great. We like Puerto Vallarta as a place to holiday in, we enjoy walking the historic streets of the town and exploring all the nooks and crannies it presents. Getting around on public transport is great and this hotel is well located for taking part in our favorite holiday activities.

We just returned from our 7 day stay at this resort on November 26th., 2019. It is a quaint boutique resort minutes from Fifth Avenue. We chose the all-inclusive package and the meals were very good. Staff at Mercatto, El Tigre, and the pool area were very friendly. The music at the pool bar on Thursday to Sunday was annoying as it was techno music and their was no variety.

This hotel was just amazing, from the beginning to the end of the week. The staff is super friendly, always smiling and amazing for recommendations as well. The food was delicious in all restaurants and cafe. What you see I like for the rooms, the pool, the hotel is really what you will get. Great experience :)

The Rose Hall Hilton did not disappoint. It was obvious that every effort was being made to present the resort as an outstanding vacation destination. The setting was beautiful, the rooms were nicely decorated, spacious and clean. All public areas were well maintained, food was excellent and offered good variety. We really appreciated the theme days/nights and the high quality of the entertainment. The customer service was exceptional. Everyone - from front desk to servers - went over and above to welcome us and to make our stay an enjoyable one.

We had a wonderful time, Hilton is a beautiful resort, disappointed in breakfast, too expensive for what we had, we had better across the street, sorry. Sunset Grille food was delicious, my risotto was over cooked, they took my meal off of our bill, very nice of them. Staff and Management were so helpful and friendly, Our room was very nice although it could have had one more comfortable chair to relax while resting and watching tv, loved the robes and little slippers. Pools were so beautiful, such a quite setting compared to other noisy resorts, guests were all so nice , security was great, The grounds were so manicured, just a beautiful place, great little bouquet store , bought a lot of wonderful gifts for family and me to take home. Prices weren't bad. We did miss sitting outside each day at Gillian's for a daily breakfast and admire the beautiful beach and ocean. When it was the Raddisson we ate every morning for a late breakfast. We don't eat lunch , we like brunch, then a nice dinner. Such a shame the Hilton had to change that. We were disappointed. This resort truly does have the whole package for families. All of our requests were accommodated, food was fantastic, service was exceptional. We traveled with friends of ours and their children as well and we already cannot wait to go back. Rooms: Simple, clean. We stayed on the ground floor and had a walkout room which was so convenient to have as we were one minute from the waterpark ,buffet and spa. Restaurants: BBQ was delicious, Mangos and seaside both had great options for lunch, we booked two a la cartes and the italian was pretty good and three palms was alright ( the food and atmosphere seemed kind bland ). Beach: Private, lots of lounge chairs, small but perfect for small kids. Waterpark: So much fun. We had the best time and would recommend this resort to any family looking for a vacation with their kids.

The staff and chefs are superior. food was excellent and the service and extra mile that everyone goes to please customers was fantastic. One manager arranged a private lunch for our big group of 11 just to make us happy as our flight was delayed and did not get to use the resort on the first day. That is considered superior customer service as this was not the hotel's fault but they wanted us to be happy while we stayed there.

The staff and management team were a credit to the Hilton name. The resort is beautiful and the food was excellent. All of our needs were anticipated and the service was excellent. We enjoyed the Mexican(3 times) and the French (twice) and the beach partly. This was personal choice. The drinks were properly made and the pool staff at the hacienda and the roof top bar were excellent. Bravo to the team and thanks to the management staff for allowing staffing levels sufficient to deal with the crowds. The team worked to exhaustion with a smile.

Location is good only a couple blocks from the beach. Roof top pool is nice but expensive. We booked a 2 bedroom and got there were given 1 - then we got downgraded because there was only one 2 bedroom left so we basically paid more for less. This room also took about 2 hours to be ready. Noises all around music doesn't turn off til midnight but the way the rooms are built it sounds like there's someone constantly moving furniture around making it hard to sleep since it's happening 24/7. Service was great though they'd bring us 2 free water bottles each night. Overall I wouldn't go back it's not worth the money. The lobby was under construction the days we were there too so didn't get to enjoy much of that view as shown in pictures.

The hotel was beautiful, spacious, friendly staff and great food! The romantic dinner on the beach was delicious. Lots of entertainment at the hotel, delicious fresh juices in the morning and wide variety of alcohol 24/7. This trip could not have been better. Only downside was there was a lot of seaweed in the water but the hotel did its best to clean it up everyday and if you walk a little further down the beach the amount of seaweed gets less.

We had a lovely time at Hilton Royal Playa del Carmen, We loved the location, the hotel, the food, but the most prized commodity are the people that work there! All of them were outstanding, our room was cleaned every day, there was always a cute animal waiting on our bed, my clothes folded carefully!! The food was tasty, a bit repetitive, but always tasting great, drinks were great too, the hotel is just the right size, not to big, not too small, just perfect! They are upgrading the resort, witch is needed, especially the rooms, as the decor is outdated, but clean! Would be nice to have some liquor in your room, but not that essential. Would like to add more shade at swimming pool, not nearly enough!! Want to mention Claudio at the Pelicanos restaurant, Inna at the hotel lobby, both of them very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, in my opinion a great asset to the hotel, thank you!! We will be happy to see you again in the near future!!

Resort was nice and convenient for us we were on main floor so easy access to lobby, restaurants etc. Food was great especially the jerk hut! And staff was friendly. Shows were ok. The rooms were ok. Only issues we would encounter was they only leave a couple of bottles of water in room we had to call everyday for water and towels. They were never replenished with what was used. Other than that nice family vacation

I loved the Hilton in Playa Del Carmen. We stayed there the week of March 18TH, 2019. The room was spacious and clean. The service was great, The food was excellent with a lot of choices. I loved the location with 5th ave right outside the door.

Checked in to the BEAUTIFUL Five downtown and was blown away with the attention to detail and superior customer service. Didn’t do the all inclusive option because we really wanted to explore food options and didn’t know how good the hotel food was actually going to be... wrong move on our part. We should have had the all inclusive — The food was amazing! The service was some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere! Santiago was my favourite. So kind, warm and welcoming. Always with a smile first thing in the morning... give him a raise give him a promotion! He deserves it :) The pool upstairs so beautiful so fun so comfortable. We spent most days there as the beach was a bit stinky and truthfully v douchy (and over priced) at most of the beach clubs... our pool was the best by far! Service at the pool so good too! Oh and the nachos at the pool are the best!!! Also the flank steak! Drooling 🤤 right now. Our room was beautiful of course, maid service so promt and consistent. 10/10 💅🏻🌴🌊😘

They made my vacation so beautiful. I was initially worried as I was traveling solo, but soon as I got to The Fives, I totally forgot about my worries. They had a staff who's job is literally help you book all activities. Also a great concierge service that just knows Playa Del Carmen so well. Everything was perfect! Especially the hotel's proximity to 5th Avenue and the Beach. I was so lucky and blessed to book The Fives Downtown. Until next time!

Food was great and staff very friendly. Pool and beach area fantastic. Wonderful views and scenery all around the resort. Great variety of equipment in the gym as well. Snorkelling was amazing at the resort. Hotel could use nightly entertainment to further promote the culture of Curacao and entertain guests. Non motorised activities should also be included for guests to use. So many positives.

This was the best all inclusive we have been to. Great location, facilities and grounds excellent and the restaurants were exceptional. Lovely staff who could not do enough for you. We would certainly go back for a family holiday

For this trip I wanted something different than the typical 'resort' feel but still wanted to be close to the beach and to the nightlife but I did not want to sacrifice quality accommodations or hotel amenities. The Fives Downtown has it all!!! The place is chic. Super clean and modern. Good for young adult professionals (25 - 40) but also older. It gives off a professional vibe while at the same time feels like home away from home. The pool is to die for!! The pool is soooo amazing I din't even swim in the public beach (which was only 3 - 5 minutes walking distance). It's a surprisingly large, never packed infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Really a dream pool experience. The hotel rooms are huge! Incredible rain-shower feature and I was lucky enough to have a double sink in my washroom. Whether you're traveling solo or with friends, this is the place you'll want to stay if you don't want to be in 'resort land'. The food is incredible! Very gourmet/modern twist, excellently plated; creative recipes including grilled octopus to more traditional foods like hardy juicy hamburgers. I only went out to eat at restaurants and street food vendors outside of the hotel a few times because the food was just so amazing. AND IT WAS ALL INCLUSIVE - A PLEASANT SURPRISE GIVEN QUALITY AND STYLE OF HOTEL. I highly recommend the all inclusive plan option. The tequila bar is awesome. Sports on all tv's, cool vibe and open to the public. You'll meet all kinds of travelers. I could go on forever... this place had superb service and staff. Top-notch.

Very safe, lots to do, friendly staff, lots of variety in food/restaurant choices. Close proximity to airport. Lazy river and water slide were great to have. Pools & Grounds very clean. Very hard working staff. Interesting location with Rose Hall mansion and old ruins of the sugar plantation aqueduct nearby.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, the staff treated me like I was worth more!, the food was out of this world tasty and fresh, I will return to that hotel again and will recommend all my friends to stay there in the future, I wish I could have stayed longer,

This hotel was built in the 60's … and it looks it … both from décor and upkeep perspectives (e.g. a lampshade in our room was rusting out). We were on a breakfast plan. Breakfasts were okay. Other meals were available, but prices were high (hot dogs about $15 and hamburgers about $20 … US$), food was lukewarm, and service was very slow. When we checked in, an error (on their side) resulted in a night in a regular room (we booked premium). We didn't get a replacement until 5PM on the second day, so we couldn't settle right in.

Although the building and facilities are quite modern and lovely the food and services left much to be desired. For the most part the staff were quite good with the exception of a few servers who had unhappy demeanours. The drinks were unfortunately rather slim on the alcohol and the patio furniture was often broken. The resort had very few beach umbrellas which meant that folks were getting up at 6 am to try to reserve shaded areas. We observed a few tense altercations over "reserved" lounge chairs. We loved the view but would not return.

Hotel and grounds meticulously maintained. Variety of food choices for anyone. Great choices of alcohol. Beach and pools perfect. Staff very helpful and service perfect. Rooms perfect. Close to 5th avenue. Entertainment very professional and enjoyable.

The Hilton Playa Del Carmen is amazing. The hotel itself is newer (and apparently about to undergo some more renos). The layout is spacious without being too big & there are so many bars & restaurants you will never be hungry or thirsty. 4 included a-la-carte, 1 Chef’s Plate ($85/couple) for a high end dinner menu which changes daily, a buffet and a 24 hour lounge like none I have ever seen at a resort. Excellent coffee, a buffet of hot and cold snacks as well as pop, alcohol and beer. It’s large, modern & has several tv areas, pool table and private patio. There is a large pool with a swim up bar area, a water volleyball area and plenty of loungers and cabanas. There are activities and music- but if that’s not your speed, there’s also a completely separate ‘tranquil pool’ with its own bar, a restaurant and a coffe house within steps. The beach also offers cabanas, drink service and sporting equipment for your use- free of charge. Rooms are all ‘suites’ with a large jacuzzi, sitting area & bathroom with dressing area & separate room for shower & toilet. Balconies/patios have table & chairs and a hammock. SPAzul is the resident spa with great deals on massages & treatments - at the end of your treatment, they will recommend another service if you want to book it- at 50% off. There is also a gorgeous hydrospa which is available daily at no extra cost- steam room, sauna, 2 different temperature hot tubs and a cold plunge. There are various healthy snacks, lockers and showers available at no cost. Definitely a nice way to unwind. The shows are incredible- I was blown away at the talent and dedication of the dancers and acrobats in their troupe. Normally, I don’t bother with resort shows, but I went every single night & was not disappointed. The location could not be better- steps to 5th Avenue and all the shops, restaurants and bars you could ever want. The only complaints I had were as follows: buffet food could be cold- but with the a-la-cartes, I only ate at the buffet twice. People saving their towels and then putting them on the cabanas at 6am to ‘reserve’ them, only to have them sit vacant ALL day! I wish staff would have been a little more on top of that. The air conditioning in the room kept it cold, however, it did little to dehumidify the room- but that’s a minor complaint. I can’t wait to go back.

The whole experience was very nice, staffs are friendly and facilities are accessible. Premium location and nice view of the beach. the rooms are bit out dated, need renovating, not dirty but just old interiors.

The hotel was nice but definetly needs renovating, it’s outdated, the food in the specialty restaurants was delious but very small portions, the best meal was the lobster and steak on the beach with Jazz music but we had to pay 125.00 a couple but it was worth it, I highly recommend it, don’t do fondue nite not worth the price, amazing entertainment every nite except Karoke nite don’t go, it was a bunch of drunks trying to sing, also there’s lots of seaweed on the beach but they try really hard to clean it up.

Our family of six just returned from a wonderful week at the Hilton Rose Hall Resort. We were very impressed with the kindness and attentiveness of staff, cleanliness of the rooms and public areas and quality of the dining options. We thoroughly enjoyed the large beach, pools and water park as well. With so many activities offered, our kids (aged 15,18,21 and 22) were always busy and entertained. We all really look forward to returning to Jamaica and this resort again!!!

Great resort well maintained very clean but lack of entertainment around the pool not alot of entertainers to keep you busy all day and night but very nice people and excellent service by all employees and food was ok

Beautiful resort, Very clean grounds and pool area, the room was very comfy and was well stocked with drinks. The food was okay, the beach area got crowded with the locals so therefor we had to move back up too pool area. But overall a nice resort.

Good service. Good food especially on Jamaica night. The buffet was a little repetitive and didn't have a large variety of items for children. Entertainment was average. I think it is best to go when the price is cheap. The beach was rocky and had seaweed. Lazy river was great. Pool and lazy river were well supervised. Kid friendly resort. Safe for kids to roam by themselves which is a plus. Overall, we had a great time there and enjoyed ourselves.

As this is our 7 time there it is our favourite vacation spot, hope fully it does not change now that Hilton has taken over, and again it was a pleasure booking our trip with Wendy Van Zandwyk, we will be looking to go some where in the new year and I am very sure Wendy will be helping us out Thanks again Wendy

Another amazing stay at the Hilton Rose Hall! We travelled with 2 other families and they were very accommodating with ensuring we had rooms next to each other. All the staff were incredible and the kids LOVED the kids club. They had so much fun there we had to convince them to leave. It would be great to have options for kids in the evening so parents can have some time but overall great programming. Food was amazing, lazy river and pools were wonderful. Its a smaller resort so you aren't fighting for loungers or towels each morning. This is our second time here and we enjoyed.

Beautiful Resort, well kept. The staff were very friendly. The checking process was very quick. The Resort was about a 10 minute walk to the busy Waikiki beach and to the main shopping area. The resort fee was high.

Overall, we were very pleased with this resort, and will definitely go back again. Transfers to and from the airport and check-in were very good. The room was a standard hotel room, a little wear and tear showing, but very clean. The air conditioning worked great throughout the hotel. The buffet was very good, offering many choices. If you couldn't find anything to eat on this buffet, you are way too fussy. The grounds are very well manicured, lots of things to keep kids busy: waterslides, tubing down a lazy river, and other activities for a fee (parasailing, catamaran, etc). The drinks were very good and they did not skimp on the alcohol. There is a great coffee shop to get your early morning fix, with baked goods available to snack on. In the coffee shop, there are 4 computers available to print your airline boarding passes to come home. We had a couple of small things that concerned us. We had been advised to book the restaurants about a week before we got there, so we booked the Luna and got confirmation that we had our reservation. On the night of our reservation, we arrived at the restaurant only to find it 'closed' for the evening. When we enquired about our reservation, we were told they switched us to the Three Palms. When we asked if they had tried to contact us, we did not receive any sort of explanation. By the way, we would have had to take a shuttle to the Three Palms, which would have involved some planning had we known about the change of restaurants. That was disappointing and frustrating. Make sure you confirm with the concierge any reservations you have made in case they've done a switch-a-roo on you. The other thing I was expecting was a daily cleaning of our room like in most hotels, but here the room cleaning did not happen until two days after we arrived. Not that we needed much, but our garbage cans were full and we were running out of toilet paper. However, the bar fridge got replenished daily. All in all, a lovely place to spend a vacation but little inconveniences that you would not expect from the brand 'Hilton'.

The rooms were good, and service was very good. The food overall was OK. The best part of this resort was the water park for kids and grounds! The kids club was nice too. The kids had a blast. The pool was good but not a lot of shaded seats. The cabanas were all very pricey and many things were extra. A good number of food selections but not late at night.

I thing, that this resort will be very comfortable for couples and it does not matter what age, or.... The grounds OK, the public areas, go to tell, restaurants are nice. Rooms as every hotels rooms, but Hilton staff tried to keep you comfortable here. Very nice KITCHEN (thank you), the meal something else, make you happy here.

From our arrival to departure, the hotel and staff were amazing! Food was excellent, service in the restaurants was fabulous, and staff during the day were attentive and very friendly. Thea atmosphere of the hotel is very much catered to families. Entertainment was well organized and even with some rainy days, staff worked to change schedules and entertain as best as possible. The resort was well laid out and easy to maneuver. Beach was well maintained and chairs were plentiful. Pools, water slides, and lazy river we well kept and always functional. Staff were very watchful of the weather and would not allow us in the water if thunder/lightening began. Safety appeared to be a top priority. Rooms and grounds were kept very clean. Transportation to the resort was quick (approx 10 mins from airport) and well organized. We would recommend this resort to anyone visiting Jamaica and will be visiting again :D!

Lots of space for family activities as well as areas for adult beach relaxation areas. Lazy River was a hit for kids from 3 to 90! Beautiful views when walking the Golf course. Restaurant service and food are excellent. Lots of variety of healthy food choices including beverages. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Golfers...check out the on site highly rated and challenging Rose Hall golf course.

The grounds were lovely, the food excellent, service very friendly, polite and intuitive. We went for a family wedding and that went off very well except for the rain but that is out of anyone’s control. As a senior with serious mobility issues I have a few suggestions. The beds are much too high. They are very comfortable but need a footstool to get into\onto it. I travel with one but it is really too small to be truly safe. We had to pay extra to get a room with a walk in shower. A few more automatic doors would help as would a few chairs at the pool. The lounges are not useful to me. The main dining room was very very noisy due to hard surfaces but the food choices were great. The specialty restaurants were very good and not so noisy.

This hotel was great. We have been to Jamaica 3 times and many times to mexico and punta cana. This has been by far the best resort. Food was good lots of options, facilities were well kept, and the best part was the staff. Everyone at the Hilton rose hall made us feel welcome and important, always with a smile in their face and happy to be serving you!

We had a blast we brought our twins 15yrs old, they had a blast Service was great, people very friendly willing to go above and beyond to help you, property is really clean, they are on top of everything at the Hilton rose, The only thing I had hard time with was the food. A little spicy for me , but there was always pasta chicken nuggets and stuff like that,

This is a fabulous family hotel with a large, sandy beach and several outdoor swimming pools. The staff are courteous and friendly and go out of their way to help you. The food is fabulous and plentiful. My only issue was with reception which is not adequately staffed. When our group of 40 arrived there where only two people on reception. Each did the best they could but it took over an hour for us all to check in. At later times when I went to reception there were still only one or two people on staff so I had to always wait a long time to talk to anyone. This is a silly problem that could and should be easily fixed. Reception is the first contact a visitor has with the hotel and that first impression is important. There are stations for five staff on reception and those five plus a few others should be on reception during the day when large groups are coming in.

The hotel is very nice. It is very clean, beautifully landscaped. The food is delicious, with prompt and excellent service in Fresh the main dining room. The speciality restaurants shine. The staff at the bars are friendly, efficient and cognizant of underage patrons. The coffee bar was a great addition not only for a good cup of coffee but a quiet place to converse with friends or to use ones laptop for personal emails or for business. Our room was well appointed, comfortable, clean, and in a lovely quiet location away from the hustle and busell. We were there for our daughters wedding and the venue was perfect in a lovely gazebo. Unfortunately it rained but the staff quickly and seamlessly moved the reception inside. The wedding dinner was at the Three Palms restaurant making the occasion very special. The nightly entertainment was good and suites all ages. The Silver Steeband was superb with exceedingly talented musicians. The Lazy River is so much fun for all ages. This all inclusive resort is suitable for all ages from infants to the octogenarians. The lifeguard staff are vigilant and quick to handle tenuous situations, Getting around is easy and very acccesible for those with mobility issues. We were impressed with the overall security of the resort making it a safe and secure place for children, preteens and teens.

We loved the resort. It was just the right size. You could always find a beach chair without having to get up at 7am to claim one. I can't say enough good about the staff. They were always friendly and polite. Every area inside or out was so clean. We would go there again

This hotel had great staff and beautiful grounds and pool, although the beach is small. We could always get a sun longer without getting up early. The breakfast on the executive floor had a beautiful ocean view and had nice appetizers in the evening. Our room was quite spacious with great ocean view and large balcony. We would definitely stay here again.
